3341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most discreet way to hide your crypto from thieves? on: February 09, 2021, 07:30:47 PM
Or just don't tell anyone that you're trading crypto.
I am somehow a bit paranoid sometimes and I tend to think that people are hating me and tailing me on what I do with the intention of either robbing me or worse.
I just don't tell someone around the internet that I am earning through crypto.
In cases that I need name for some community, I use a pseudonymous names.
3342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Can you still get rich from Crypto? on: February 09, 2021, 04:53:13 PM
Can anyone please take their time to read the OP, instead of directly answering the thread title?  Roll Eyes
Seems like the OP is just shilling a scam project according to negative tag that he/she received.
I never used any of those popular platforms and I am not sure if people are indeed getting rewarded from sharing videos.
Don't care about the ICOs being mentioned in the OP though.
3343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking a loan to buy Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2021, 04:41:22 PM
~
If you're low on income meaning you won't have savings, then don't think about Bitcoin for now. There are a lot of outlets there to earn including freelancing, microtasking and even remote jobs. Focus on that first before you decide on Bitcoin. You know how unstable Bitcoin becomes overtime although it doesn't go zero. Losses are your most of the worries.
Loaning for something that you even aren't sure if you're gonna earn is a no-no situation.
3344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH break it's ATH? on: February 09, 2021, 04:39:36 PM
As of writing this, it seems to be around 1.7k right now in US Dollar.
There are sharp spikes going on so far so we're not sure on the next few days, it might be a soft surge just yet and we'll get price corrections soon enough.
Who knows? Even Bitcoin managed to get above 46k this time. 50k soon as well.
3345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How long can this BULL run last?? on: February 08, 2021, 07:32:32 PM

Don't forget Bitcoin as always.
I am not so-called experts that would give you 100% guidance, but this is the time that you would conclude first which surviving coin tanked really well from the start that you invested. That's upon your judgement assuming you invested to a lot of coins.
How long the bullrun will last? Nobody can ever know.
3346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much loose from ico 2021. I got rekt on: February 08, 2021, 07:30:32 PM

I hope those were okay to be a loss for you otherwise in my own perspective, I would go insane. That's an insane amount in my country actually. I would be more than disappointed.
What happened though? Did the price suddenly went avalanche? I read that the price went down by 39%.
I am not that familiary with Razor coins though.
It's a new coin in my eyes and ears.
3347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Employees can get salary in Bitcoin in Miami on: February 08, 2021, 07:16:46 PM
~
Would be happy if the company I worked on would do that, but it seems like way to far away yet to happen because of the common misconceptions of Bitcoin being a scam or being an illegal coin.
For sure as what you mentioned, Satoshi's vision would be slowly be concrete. Adoption of merchants is another matter of discussion though/
3348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So lets talk honest now about btc on: February 08, 2021, 07:14:51 PM

Everyone has their questions in their minds, but they just don't go here and talk blah blah blah.
They go in their own business and search and search and search.
Getting into $$$ is people's secret, and they ain't gonna tell how they do it because for sure someone will own them at the end.
3349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What crypto does not yet exist but should? on: February 08, 2021, 05:00:05 PM

Nothing actually. I am already contented to what Bitcoin offers. Maybe low-fees are the features that I would look forward to, but I won't expect any coin that could accomplish the same. I would be surprised if one did.
Most coins these days don't survive the night.
3350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk Again & Again Tweet for Doge? on: February 08, 2021, 04:57:41 PM
I heard Elon Musk's name for quite a while now even in Facebook. Did he invest something to DOGE?
From what I am hearing, he seems to promote Dogecoin from his Twitter and it is kinda being trending among my friends right now.
From the looks of it, it seems like just another celebrity or rich dude promoting a random coin. Not sure why didn't he go for Bitcoin though.
But I'll take it.
3351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: did I make mistake? on: February 08, 2021, 04:54:59 PM

Your thread was created in December 2020, and now it's February 2021. Your target for ethereum when bitcoin is going up is $ 1400 but look now that ethereum has hit a price of $ 1700 this is something to be proud of for now. Ethereum's price is higher than your prediction. seems that bitcoin has had a success in influencing ethereum's price
I know right. It's kinda insane that we're gettign back again with Bitcoin as well back to 40k . I don't hold that much in Ethereum so "my ATH" doesn't apply to it just yet.
Bitcoin's really dominating right now and we're kinda eyeing on 50k.
Too soon? or too late? we never know.
3352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Education, the future of learning? on: February 08, 2021, 04:53:07 PM
~
Online education?
It would suit for those studying in ITs or even in CS. Business courses would also do because most projects in crypto are related to blockchain, especially for entrepreneurs.
Though I am not sure how many people are really willing to commit their time in learning it because there's just too many technicalities to it, setting aside programming.
3353  Other / Meta / Re: Gah, your tab just crashed on: February 06, 2021, 11:31:47 AM
I haven't used Firefox for a while, but have you tried clearing browser's cache? or use private browsing?
Currently using Chrome and I never experienced "Aw Snap" error which should be a bit the same as that error even if I have multiple tabs from Bitcointalk opened at the same time.
3354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Last merit earned in 120 days really get bounty hunters on: February 05, 2021, 07:05:27 PM
~
Many BMs tries to impose that rule in order to filter out spammers/shitposters and it is quite great to be a requirement.
Though some wouldn't, but have stricter posting quality requirement.
It isn't that hard to earn merit when you don't think about it actually.
3355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When sell holding alt coin in profit? on: February 05, 2021, 07:01:30 PM
~
You already answered your own question, OP.
You're selling because you already earned your profit even it is just a cent.
Your only constraints would be from the profitability of the coin and how much you really need to earn/
3356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crpto investment in 2021 on: February 05, 2021, 06:59:19 PM
OP seems to have abandoned the thread.
In case he/still reads this thread, don't forget to at least invest something to Bitcoin.
3357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another crypto ban is here on: February 05, 2021, 06:58:14 PM
Hopefully it will be just a sudden reaction of the government and the decision to be reverted would be the same as the India's Supreme Court wherein they reversed the ban two years after as mentioned in the article as well.
This is a bad time to really ban something that could at least help people to send money without any physical contact to the receipient.

Didn't notice that payment was already sent Cheesy .
The bonus made it all worth the wait. Smiley
Thank you so much lightlord and CryptopreneurBrainboss for handling the campaign.
3359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 05, 2021, 11:45:06 AM
~
For starters, go with investing.
Believe me I have a rough experience learning trading from Youtube tutorials when I was day trading in Binance and I am not ready to go back just yet again.
If you got >3 free hours to spare in a day, start leaning a bit through trading.
Everyone can be a trader, but not everyone will like it.
3360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about new projects on: February 05, 2021, 11:42:13 AM
For quick bucks apparently, even if the devs know that their project will face an inevitable doom once dump happened after getting listed into an exchange.
Those "giant" platforms you mentioned are already standalone by themselves, they don't need some shitcoins for quick bucks.

"Why don't the current projects almost all follow in the footsteps of existing famous brands?"
They'll be buried because people would probably choose famous/reputated/high-rated brands than theirs.
