3401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sorry guys.. Bitcoin is not for our day-to-day transactions. on: January 16, 2021, 07:27:30 PM
~
Maybe. But it's up to one's reasoning anyway on why and how they use their Bitcoin. I partially do hold and use it for payment. It's just a matter of convenience, and I separate my paying money to my investment anyway so there ain't single thing to worry in my part.
I slightly agree with some people saying here that it could lead to losses so why use your Bitcoin for payment, but again, I mentioned how I use "my Bitcoin".
3402  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to take BITCOIN profit without selling? on: January 16, 2021, 07:24:37 PM
~
You buy and you commit your money to it.
You sell and you earn. It's either you lose, it's a breakeven or profit. How are you supposed to earn if you don't sell?
Avoid those youtube videos that you mostly claiming to double your Bitcoins in a day or two. It's an obvious pitfall trap for ya.
I am not surprised if crypto space in Youtube is a pit for scammers because surely many newbies are learning through that platform, just like me back then.
3403  Economy / Speculation / Re: You saw the BTC price WOULD YOU BUY!?............ on: January 16, 2021, 07:21:39 PM
~

I would advise you to be critically active in the price. Spam F5 in your "btc to usd" keyword in Google because the price is really going crazy inside 30k right now.
Yesterday, I believe it kinda dropped a bit to 34k? But now we're back in a bit of few dollars up again.
Take my advice only if you really have the intention to buy.
3404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fast ways to lose money trading on: January 16, 2021, 07:19:46 PM

Quite guilty of the first one. Learned a lot from it.
It stresses your mind out because you feel obligated.
Pretty much all of these are subsets of being greed.y
3405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Dying on: January 15, 2021, 06:45:52 PM

Whoever is that Lazlo, I don't care how much he spend for a pizza.
I could've sold my house just to buy a Big Mac, and does that mean that I don't see potential to my local currency as well?
Everyone has their own "use" of Bitcoin. Doesn't mean that someone you know, believe, or follow is always right.
3406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spend or HODL Bitcoin during COVID-19? on: January 15, 2021, 06:41:57 PM
Many were eyeing on 20k back in 2017, and I am pretty sure that those who still managed to hold within those years could've decided to sell right now. It is still up to some people. I sell a bit of what I currently hold, because I don't really want to zero out my balance in Bitcoin even though I didn't commit any assets to it. Still good to see that you have something in store yet in your wallet.
Eyeing for 50k, huh? 50k isn't impossible from how Bitcoin seemingly bounces inside 30k right now. Wink
3407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to still make a good return from Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2021, 06:38:18 PM

You had your thoughts wrong on one. It can't be shut down. It is a decentralized asset, and nobody can control it so you don't have to worry any single false statement of whoever claims that. Even bans still have workarounds through VPN. You don't have to worry about not getting too much adoption because you can still hold it for its value.
You should probably start doing something to your holdings. Here in my country, it would make me a millionaire already actually.
3408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell my bitcoin from 2010 on: January 15, 2021, 06:34:13 PM
~
That's quite a lot. Are you holding it in a non-online wallet, because probably online wallets will lock your account unless you prove your identity and your income.
Not sure how you go from there, but you should probably start sending your fund to a safe wallet assuming you're holding it in a online wallet.
3409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL on: January 13, 2021, 06:33:47 PM
~
Those are just type of projects that aren't into long-term actually. They're just there for a short-term profit and then abandoning the coin like an exit scam, leaving no traces behind. Not sure why people still believe in airdrops, as if the last one I've got long time ago tried to put me and bait me into their phishing MEW site.
3410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have never seen this in crypto space before on: January 13, 2021, 06:32:20 PM
This is really a ridiculous one. That's why I don't trust exchanges that aren't quite reputated because surely random deposit digits will be required once I get the hang of the whole exchange.
Did this exchange got a scam accusation here lately?
3411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach 100K! OK and then? on: January 13, 2021, 06:30:51 PM
~
Who knows? It might be fall to negative numbers Roll Eyes and Satoshi will be hunted by everyone in the internet. /s

Nobody knows, OP. Keep your eyes peeled on the price, because it is bouncing around the room lately. Who knows if we might go back to 20k again and experience massive dumps and price corrections?
It is Bitcoin being Bitcoin, let it do its own thing.
3412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need ideas for my Bitcoin Blog on: January 13, 2021, 06:25:51 PM
~
Bitcoin Republic has a good name on it for a blog actually.
I would advise creating a Bitcoin for dummies specifically since that would attract a lot of newbies to read your other blogs from their curiosity, and I know you mentioned about the "tutorials", but I just want to emphasize that.
About the blog's other contents, don't focus a lot in speculation in price. I get bored reading a lot of headlines with "Bitcoin reaching $xxx?", only to find out it just contains generic information without any backing analysis on why that speculation was made. I would love to read about how it gets used entirely around your area/city/state.
How you use Bitcoin, whether it is for its value or not, is quite a good content for a blog actually. I am curious about how people use their Bitcoin with just the limited adoption we got outside the internet.
3413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wait for the dump on: January 12, 2021, 07:40:58 PM
Bitcoin is dumping!! Is this going to a repeat of 2017? Remember what happened in March when covid hit? The second wave is here and btc has been pumping despite that. What do you guys think? $100k still happening this year?
Calm down. You're talking about Bitcoin and you know the price is quite unstable meaning there could probably be a lot of price correction that we never know when will happen.
I think nobody even expected that the 20k breach would happen as well as it got doubled when it got to 40k really fast.
100k this year? Who knows? It could be higher or lower.
3414  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading have an advantage over investing?? on: January 12, 2021, 07:03:44 PM
In trading, mostly you're active on what's happening in the market while watching your thrown coins to grow and earn profit from that. Preferrably calling that day trading
In investing, mostly people know it as hodling where you just live your daily lives while not looking at your coins then getting surprised that you got your coins grown.
3415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you in panic whenever there is a big drop in price? on: January 12, 2021, 06:57:00 PM
~
Even if it goes way more below that -18.8%, I would still hold.
Never panicked after I learned that the market is indeed unstable. Not even a flinch. At these times, we'll know who really made a bit of a bad decision of throwing all their money into this, because pretty much they're the one who can't afford to lose of what they had thrown in here, even if they put it in a stablecoin for now.
3416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm back and ready for action :) on: January 12, 2021, 06:54:51 PM
Hello, I've been away for a few years and now I'm looking at the alt coin market...
Hi, seems like you were out for 3 years already.
I assume you're just here to express that you're now into dropping your coins into any altcoin.
Good luck at your awaiting journey for your long time return.
3417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there real initiatives to fight scam in crypto?? on: December 29, 2020, 05:56:48 PM
~
Only users would do that. There isn't organization assigned to do that specific kind of job.

Even if there would be, there would still be scammers.
One just gotta be unfortunate or not intellect enough to fall for those. Experience from it tells their lesson.
There are a lot of scam busters in the DT Members, and even if they make an organization, there still would exist one.
Scammers are already part of financial ecosystem, that's why there's known word as "risk".
3418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC next target 😉 on: December 24, 2020, 06:47:19 PM
30k i guess?we are almost in the hallways of 25k meanign at any moment this will be broken anytime soon.

Yes, 30k would be a great target, but I prefer not to lose 20k in the next 6 months
Well probably, it could be 25k. Target is a bit subjective for some people on how long they've been here already. The 20k breach could've been overkill for some people, we never know.
Only thing important to remember that there is no ceiling for the price.
3419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happiness in bitcoin on: December 24, 2020, 06:45:07 PM
We all have some advantages in bitcoin,So many people have profited in one way or the other in bitcoin world, You trade bitcoin, And make profits. We all should understand that bitcoin is that best currency in the world, the old come together through the help of bitcoin.

Important of bitcoin to human

1 We use bitcoin for easy transaction
2 We use bitcoin to send money across the country
3 Bitcoin is the fastest means of transactions
4 Not a physical currency, it can not be damage in a wallet.

Bitcoin is the only currency that increase in value, All bitcoin holder has advantages now.  Cheesy
Fastest is somethign that still depends for some people. For me back then, it took a lot of minute before my coins sent got sent to a specific address.
It isn't that easy transaction for now unless everyone around you uses it.
Though it is reliable since no one can actually know how much you hold unless people know your address.
3420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is going to be the next gem on: December 23, 2020, 06:54:50 PM
I call Bitcoin a gem. Because once paper money will have no value. The only reason behind not having the price of paper money. People's interest is changing day by day. Now people are leaning towards digital transactions. Now no one wants to do cash transactions. That is why the importance of cryptocurrency has increased a lot.
Bitcoin is a currency. Which you can use it for any purpose at any moment in any place. Just one transaction. In my opinion, the government of every country should give legitimacy to cryptocurrency. Has already given legitimacy from many countries.
Yeah many people claimed that already for many of years, even by its creation from 2009, some could've said the same already.
As what you mentioned about it getting legalized, many countries did it already. Some are still neutral to it though and some , on the other side, banned it for some safety reason of their citizen.
