I would advise any would be investors to be EXTREMELY cautious of this coin. If the dev cannot provide a full explanation of what this technology does and how, assume it is vaporware intended to create a pump.

Link please - If it's one of those PoS coins then that's currently very unlikely. Proof-of-Stake with true anonymous transactions would be something special. The top newest alt. coins for myself are Darkcoin and Mintcoin. Anonymous transactions with Darkcoin and an interest bearing / savings account with Mintcoin (hopefully with increasing value as more folks realize its full potential). |

It's a trading thing actually... if you believe a falling wave is strong you sell so you can buy back cheaper after 2 minutes. It's self-reinforced in a way. But if you don't read the market correctly on when it'll rebound = you lose your coins for cheap and never get them back. Yeah, I don't bother with trading. I got some for dirt cheap, so I'm just sitting back and waiting until the full release before taking any actions. |

This level of greed and hysteria is always a sign you're in a bubble. Reminds me of some of Bitcoin's bubbles.

Anyone looking to invest in Monero, I suggest looking at Boolberry first. I know the name is kind of silly, but the developer actually implements real changes to the coin, unlike Monero. Monero's biggest achievement (optimized miner) is laughable. Also, Monero has an extremely fast reward curve, 86% in 4 years. Boolberry corrects this.

I think Darkcoin is great for anonymity stuff, but wider acceptance by public and businesses will never happen unfortunately.
We already have a wine shop accepting it. With proper marketing and brand positioning, mass adoption ala Bitcoin is not an insurmountable obstacle. |

What is the average Mhash/BTC/Day with darkcoin?
The reward and difficulty keep changing so its hard to get an accurate amount.
I think these people selling Darks have rocks in their heads. He asked Mhash/BTC/Day, so he wants to buy Mhps with BTC (eg rent a rig)  It's almost certainly more economical to just buy DRK with BTC than to rent a rig. |
