1941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Predicting a real rise in 2nd half of 2018 on: July 17, 2018, 12:35:23 AM
I've seen many threads asking whether there won't be any bull run in 2018, when the right time to buy, predictions for two years...

I really think that we're heading to a trend reversal in the next weeks and months. I agree that the market was totally overbought on January, but I think too that it's oversold right now. So many dumpers have been selling low their coins to whales and they're so concentrated right now, that in any moment they will trigger the market with a big green dildo or some really bullish news and everyone will go on a frenzy like last year's FOMO.

Just take a look at the distribution of the coins: https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html

For example, for Bitcoin, the 90% of all the addresses hold nowadays just the 3% of all the coins. Another fact is that almost 90% of the Bitcoins are in addresses of 10 or more BTCs, and these real sharks/whales with 100+ BTCs are accumulating more and more.

Is everybody selling out on fear of cryptos going to zero and not realising that now is the moment to buy and not to sell?

What do you think? Do you agree with the predictions?
there is always someone who cannot wait to sell altcoin when market is bleeding. But this is how market works. They don’t get it.

I'm feeling non-sense thing after seeing what have you been talking about.
You don't get the OP's point about that, in fact the majority of bitcoin address that hold more than 90% of bitcoin supply never try to do any activity about that. I remember about someone who lost more than 30k bitcoin caused by his HDD was broken.
1942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monaco vs Tenx vs Minexpay on: July 17, 2018, 12:29:56 AM
It is very difficult to get a full-scale support from the Visa or MasterCard. The reason is their non-hedging to use coins as a means of calculation or conversion. I would, if I were in your place, pay attention to projects like Pundi X, where a terminal will be created that will be used together with Visa and MasterCard, but also use crypto currency.
Pundi was creating a payment system to be used by the merchants to adopt the cryptocurrency and it looks a bit different than all of card projects.

OP, i have ordered a tenx pay card but this almost a half of year and i still not yet get my card to be delivered. It looks like none of them have released the card
1943  Economy / Speculation / Re: are we on our way to 65000 btc on: July 17, 2018, 12:24:11 AM
Hi Couple of days I've been searching , looking for any good news for btc
some say that if we reach 6500usd next is 7000usd, and so on if it keeps going
then it should stop at 20000 usd, but that a long way to go for a moment
do we expect that price by the end of the year or midyear but things
are going on the right direction today,
what do you think guys i need your expert opinion
We are going on the right direction, the market has reacted the latest news from US related company. Remember there was a bunch of good news and none of them was giving impact to the crypto. I hope this will be so long. Crypto is fully with manipulators from a few months ago.
1944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO VS ETH on: July 16, 2018, 10:56:11 PM
Unfortunately NEO not popular for the reason, that on platform NEO spend very little ICO. Therefore, its price is not growing.
Lack of the development, lack of the demand and the majority of neo ico didn't even try to consider raise the fund through use the NEO platfrom. That'a really bad coin at this time look at how bad NEO is and it was getting another big drop again. That's a crappy token in my opinion
1945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Gas Prices Return to Normal, After Intentional Network Overload on: July 16, 2018, 11:48:21 AM
Ethereum (ETH) Gas Prices Return to Normal, After Suspected Intentional Network Overload

The Ethereum (ETH) network faced heavy congestion over the weekend, leading some to suspect a concerted effort at launching spam transactions. Over the weekend, gas prices reached above 200 GWei for higher speeds

Read more at: https://cryptovest.com/news/ethereum-eth-gas-prices-return-to-normal-after-suspected-intentional-network-overload/

From my experience last week ETH network was horribly overloaded, transactions with 41 GWEI took really long to proceed and some of them were simply dropped.

There was a news that accused EOS was behind all of the scenario to make the ethereum network becomes overloaded. A lot of new contract has been created and it has been used to spamming the network with so many transactions that put hundreds gwei for every transaction.
1946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Easy way to get listed in an exchange? on: July 15, 2018, 11:24:37 PM
The fastest. then you have to pay for the exchange of a huge listing fee. average of at least 1btc. more then 100btc. Depending on the exchange, the other is vote. If you have a strong community at ICO. But ICO, I think there will be no big community

some exchange sites are even charging the new coin more than 5 million dollars. I can give you an example about which is the project that has paid more than 5 million dollars to be listed on binance and it's called quarkchain. But this has become a problem because they are all wasting a lot of money for listing on binance.
You don't need to win the vote if you wanna paid a lot of money for them, but you need to win the vote if you are don't wanna pay them with your money.
1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS: just not backing down? on: July 15, 2018, 11:19:40 PM
EOS is going to be next first runner next to the Bitcoin and Ethereum. During the past three months it has boomed more than 100x times and the investors are getting very confident of their holding and the daily volume is increasing.

I personally expect some coin to pull down the ripple since it is shit centralized crypto currency. Whether it is EOS or some other altcoins I would support for it. Then when check the complete price history of the EOS shows predominant growth than any altcoins mate.
Then you can get the profit even investing on this coin today.
Better profit you can stay with all the top 10 alts. No need to worry at all.
I think the steps of the EOS show certainty. They have built a few successful Dapp. EOS Brendan CEO is also offering app developers on Ethereum to EOS. Brendan said that EOS will soon surpass ETH. The fact that FinLab AG has given up such a large sum of money for EOS further underscores its successful future. EOS is really a potential coin in the future.
You are such a dumb person
read this news and EOS is totally crap project.
https://ethereumworldnews.com/eos-accused-attacking-ethereum/

Built dapp for what? they can't even managing their own blockchain to built it with a proper governance. No one interested to invest in the EOS project. Those losers have speculating EOS has been loosing a lot of money lol
Soon the more vulnerabilities will be discovered by hackers lol
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: any information about the SYS problem at Binance? on: July 15, 2018, 11:14:26 PM
They reset all API keys so someone's API keys was hacked (maybe fished) and hackers bought own SYS overpriced for all hacked account amounts.  After hackers sold own SYS for much BTC they withdrawed BTCs from Exchange.
That's so weird in my opinion if the hacker will try to withdraw more than one thousand of bitcoin and why they can't be traced and remember binance is only allowed for those have filled all of the KYC verification to get 100 daily withdraw of bitcoin and it's only 100. if that more than 100 bitcoins and they must do it manually.
1949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing dominance of Bitcoin on: July 15, 2018, 11:12:04 PM
With every new token circulating in the market, they should add up some value and have their own share of total dominance by price.
But for some years, we are having an increasing number of new coins and tokens being traded but still bitcoin is increasing it's dominance.
According to coinmarketcap, bitcoin now holds a 42% dominance. i.e. the 42% of total capitalization of cryptocurrencies is that of bitcoin.
How is it possible? Are altcoins failing?
Price wise, yes Bitcoin is really up there! And market cap is crazy. But these are just huge figures that we can initially see which gives us the impression (especially the new comers), "Hey, I think it would be pretty nice to invest in that currency!" Craze usually draws in a lot of people. But many of us fail to realize the profitability side of these coins. Bitcoin offers profit but it will take time and patience for that to happen because of its high price. Unlike with alts wherein most prices are flexible and offers a wider range of profit. So for me, alts are pretty much alive.
I think this is still a nascent market, speculation in the market is dominating trading activity. I think this is only a matter of time, until people get to know the other applications, things will be different. There will be some changes on the way to the next, where those who do not fit will be eliminated and give way to more suitable projects.
The trading is about speculating and it's 100% speculation activities. The community will welcome for those projects are creating a proper development phase. as you can see that more than 80% of icos have died and that means if those can't even compete with the existing ico (proper development)
1950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 15, 2018, 11:10:03 PM
Over the past two months, I've come across two bounty campaigns that turned out to be a scam. Even though I carefully chose campaigns and managers, I still fell into the trap of scammers. It is very sad, but no one is immune.
To choose the ico based on thje campaign manager can't be considered as the best thing to do. The manager has no responsibility if the project will turn to the scam project. in fact to avoid that and the only way to  DYOR. The hyped icos will always give you a huge profit at the time of listing.
1951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing On ICO on: July 15, 2018, 11:07:59 PM
If you know ICO (Initial Coin Offerings), then my advice is not to invest in ICOs but invest in BTC and altcoins. ICO is a form of venture capital and if you do not have much knowledge and experience then entirely should not invest to avoid losses. Investing in BTC and ETH then hold is an effective way to make a profit in the long term.
But it can give you a huge profit that you can't get it when you are investing in the major platform or coin called bitcoin and ethereum because the majority of them have already growth a lot.
ICO investment will be involved very high risk and at the same time it will give you a very hhuge profit when you can try to choose the right one
1952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is GREEN - Do you trust it on: July 14, 2018, 03:39:24 AM
The market is on a good position at the moment, but i do not think that it will be like this for a long time, let's hope for that, but it is more than weird to see it on green

good position for what? can you explain that? the market is so volatile and remember it needs some hours to the price to get down a lot from the last week pump. The market is so sensitive right now. It looks we will be gonna stable again at this time consider there was no anything to pump the market.
1953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming 3-4x Coins on: July 14, 2018, 03:35:24 AM
Tezos? It has not been moving too much during the last few weeks, i think that it wont make a x3 on a short term. I think that EOS and ADA are easily going to make a x3 as soon as possible

It's even losing a lot of value since last week which has been traded around $9 and this time it has been dropping a lot to the $7 and that can't be considered as the best investment in this day. you can see that about how the tezos hype disappear as soon as possible. It should not be considered as the best one
1954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No Bull Run in 2018? on: July 14, 2018, 01:48:07 AM
Its hard to believe but its true. There is no bull run that will happen this year. As we see the market is struggling and continue dropping. But i am still hoping that it will start growing in the end of this year.

The truth is most of people here in crypto are expecting the market will increased before the end of the year and besides they want to see the cryptos rising always. For sure if the bull run will not happen many people would be sad and cause of selling their coins.
The last year was in a strong uptrend that through until it hit 19k. The current market situation is big difference so far, it's obvious not the same now. But, some of like this positive thoughts make me truly believe that there is a possibility the market will rise again.
I guess the futures contract has disturbing the crypto currency because after the future contract has been alive and then there was so many manipulation to the market. You can see that dozens of good news still not enpough to prevent the crypto from the massive down trend.
1955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: lowest price period ? on: July 14, 2018, 01:41:33 AM
Hi i want to ask , usually what period of the year are the lowest price ?  When the market drop a lot in red ??  i think summer ?
but what month months are the best times to buy ?
usually it is on Jan- February, what i see is like that and it happen every year until now, i don't know what happen in past, but when i join in cryptocurrency world i see in february price go down so fast

Because the whales are dumping their amount instantly and they are making the wall to be broken cuased by their instant big dump to the market. But bthe best time to buy crypto in the last month conside bitcoin has reached its low value. But that time has been passed and we must try to waiting for another moment agian.
1956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do not invest now , wait on: July 14, 2018, 01:39:53 AM
What are you waiting for? we should be able to start now. we should be able to see a potential that is in front because we also must be able to see the future whether the potential is good or not. and start it

I advise you not to hurry and wait until August-September. When the SEC will respond to an application for ETF. Only after this answer it will be possible to make a decision whether to invest in this market or not
Hey man are you sure about that? The correction should always be considered as the best time to invest. What will be happening if SEC will approve it and then boom. Are you joking to give anyone advice to invest when the price will be going to the moon? That's really wrong advice.
1957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are investors got tired of ICOs? on: July 12, 2018, 10:58:24 PM
Investors are not tired of ICOs ,it is just that people are tired of joining take ICO or those without good potentials. We still have some good ICO with potentials that investors still rush to invest in
That's right and the majority of them are still aiming to get quick bucks as much as possible. Remember they will always try to rush any promising ico to get the fast money like what they have done it through gonetwork, metronome and many more. They will always be doing it anytime.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency successive hacking incidents, what can we do? on: July 12, 2018, 10:51:19 PM
Just wanted to ask the opinion of many about these incidents happened this past few days, what can we do as common individuals to help prevent these tragedies? We have good opportunity on this field so I supposed everyone should take time to think about it.

Your opinion could help especially for us newbies, feel free to post a message thanks.
The majority of hackers were aiming to hack the centralized thing such as your wallet, exchange site and another centralized system. Just thinking to avoid by use the centralized thing. I use decentralized exchange and i have never got any problem with it. That's why i would like to aree about vitalik's opinion to the centralized exchange site must burn in hell.
1959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your cause of chose to trade Crypto? on: July 12, 2018, 10:49:03 PM
There are many chosing for trader, example : Forex, Stock, Crypto...
Recently, When Crypto grow, Crypto Trader also grow moreover you have too many chosing with Crypto: Bitcoin, Altcoin, Lendingcoin....
I like Crypto because I like adventurous

What is your cause of chose to trade Crypto?
The natural market, it's using supply and demand to determine the real price and the volatility looks so good for me personally. But there is a lot of reasons can't be explained becaue it needs a few days to explain it. you can see that about how the crypto is being a bigger thing right now. It has various answers.
1960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum the closest coin that can be compared to Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2018, 10:47:02 PM
By looking at the market cap of all coins, seems like Ethereum is next to Bitcoin. But in an OVER-ALL ASPECT among all Altcoins, is Ethereum the closest thing that can be compared to Bitcoin? What do you think?
Yes it is, although it's developing the different platform from bitcoin but it can be considered as the big candidate to compete with bitcoin on the coinmarketcap. But it looks so far right now consider the bitcoin dominance has been increasing a lot after the big duymp has already happened so far.
