1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins kept in exchange, are they safe? on: July 08, 2018, 03:10:54 PM
Im always keeping some amount of crypto at Binance, im more then sure it is safe, but even if its hacked im not affraid to lose this little amount. Okex,Huobi,Bittrex and Bitfinex are too very trustworthy
Did you remember how many people are getting hacked and their amounts have been stolen by the scammer? There is a lot of hacked case. It's safe for only short-term.
it's much better if you can send your amount back to the wallet.
1962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you think NEX (Neon exchange) will stand in 1 year from now? on: July 07, 2018, 07:42:19 AM
Just heard about this project recently, and in my opinion, NEX might be the best-decentralized exchange later on. The ICO price is a bit high, luckily the total supply is not much as well (50,000,000 NEX). Still, I think people right now rather exchanges like Binance, KuCoin, and another not so-decentralized  exchanges. Let's see where NEX will be in the next months. I'm hyped actually!
There was a competitor to the NEX exchange and it has already created a fully working DEX in the NEO ecosystem. It will be so difficult to compete with switcheo and i can say that the only interesting thing from NEX because it was offering a dividend to the token holders and it will be distributed regularly.
1963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How Bitmain Plans to Rule Mining and Influence Coin Prices on: July 07, 2018, 05:55:43 AM
As a miner I think Bitmain is something to be feared. No one really like miner centralization. However, after much thought and analysis, I believe Bitmain is a necessary evil.

Bitmain is required to help boost prices of Bitcoin up. They sell hardware and prevent other competitors from entering because they will actively re invest back into cryptocurrencies. I can't say the same for other mining companies and it seems better than giving money to Nvidia and AMD in the long term.

I've written a full article on my thoughts here: https://bitrpc.com/2018/07/06/how-bitmain-plans-to-rule-mining-and-influence-coin-prices

Please share your thoughts if you have varying opinions or insights regarding Bitmain.
I guess this article will give a lot of answers regarding it
https://ethereumworldnews.com/bitcoin-gold-new-algorithm-asic-centralization/

We are anti asic and we need new algorithm to prevent asic centralization. Asic has created by a greedy person. It can't be trusted.  I hope anything will move to the POS system.

1964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you guys pay Taxes for profit? on: July 05, 2018, 11:20:05 PM
Over the next few years, I do not plan to pay taxes on crypto currency, because in my country there are no laws regulating taxation from the crypto-currency market. And most likely these laws will appear only after a few years. Then it will be possible to return to this conversation. I will say even more, in the near future I do not plan to go to Fiat from crypto currency. Why lose profits?
It should be handled by any exchange who caters your crypto to fiat business, they are the one who's subjected to pay the taxes as they are businesses that governed by the government rules, right now there's no exact rules also from where am I, we don't have direct taxation so who ever owns crypto will remain taxes free as long as they will not convert it to fiat using another third party exchange.
As far as I know, everything that adds up to your wealth will be subject of taxes, it what usually happen in many country although it seems that you don't know but Im pretty sure that your country is going to tax you at some point when they found out that you have an earning, the exchanges only have the responsibility to pay taxes from their generated profit not for their clients.
1965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best exchange with less risk. on: July 05, 2018, 11:17:29 PM
Just use decentralized exchange like idex, no shitty fee, no the obligation to upload your important data and no chance of getting scammed when the exchanges turns out to be hacked or bankrupt.
All those centralized exchange are usually shit although some of them are great but just learning from the past to what happened to previous exchanges.
1966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most cryptocurrencies will crash to zero on: July 03, 2018, 11:51:04 PM
This is dumb news and nobody should believe it. Yes there are shit projects out there but just like in the business world, there are shit businesses too!
Definitely, even stock market that's highly regulated by the government sometimes have a shit company too that open up an initial public offering but as it turns out the stock
turn to zero slowly, just another attempt to give crypto bad image i guess lol.
1967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will reach $ 15000 in this year. on: July 03, 2018, 10:54:58 PM
I think Ethereum will be worth $15000 or more in this year.
What you guys think ?

In my opinion, this is not a reasonable prediction. My expectation from ethereum approaching $ 1000 - $ 1500 by the end of the year, but I can not expect the x10 of this prediction.
I think that is obvious from the start OP only stating the price he speculated which is $15000 without any valid reason behind it, just a random guess it is. The $1000 you mentioned is kinda reasonable
just when bitcoin hits $10K i think ETH will back to $600 and when bitcoin back to its recent ATH rest assured ETH will definitely surpassed the price you mentioned.
1968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you think about Bobsrepair (BOB token) ? on: June 29, 2018, 06:19:09 AM
Bobs repair successed with ICO, and its endorsed by John McAfee, how do you think about this token in the future?
Lol look at the result of bob token after it has already listed on the exchange site and the price are getting a lot of decrease and i will try to expect this token to become another worst token as soon as possible.
The majority of investors in the bob have already lost a lot of their initial investment.
1969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash on: June 29, 2018, 06:15:39 AM
I admire and respect your opinion, but i recommend that you do an "out of the box" analysis to understand the real reason for Bitcoin cash, maybe Roger is not wrong. there are dubious technical aspects in Bitcoin Cash and this can soon be solved, to add the market is changing and Bitcoin cash is one of the keys.
This is a bitcoin forum and not a bitcoin cash forum so expect that most of the people here are against bitcoin cash.
Bitcoin cash is a very speculative coin. Therefore, you should not expect much from it! However, you can make good money on it
You're pretty much describing every single cryptocurrency in the market.
Yes every coin in the market are speculative.
Every crypto can be considered as a speculative coin (bitcoin too)
After segwith has already implemented and there was a significant drop to the bitcoin transaction fees. We don't need bitcoin and we need more BIP. And that's the real key. Some people are not understand about that.
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Ethereum on: June 28, 2018, 03:01:00 PM
Future of ethereum is very good in my opinion. But it should start to be more independent and not affected from bitcoin price. If it can manage it can start to be the major coin in the crypto market.
It can't until ethereum has its own value. Bitcoin still to be used as the main pairing to the various crypto currency (included ethereum)
To be independent and ethereum must create such a very useful platform or at least the hardcap supply mush have determined in the future. This can become the main thing.
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first earth-friendly and healthy way in mining cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2018, 11:34:56 PM
Although projects like these sound cool in paper, they eventually die down and fade away from the scene after their initial "collecting" period is over.
All the hype that is built up before that is gone.

Not sounding mean, but there were several cool projects like these before and none of them stayed longer than expected.
Yep these kind of project always hype when first released and fading as the time goes by, and seeing the reward compared to the cheapest toba product I can say that it requires atleast 84750 miles just to get the reward I don't sure who want to bike that far for the sake of $2k I mean before we reached it maybe the project already die down.
1972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ELECTRONEUM SPECULATION THREAD on: June 25, 2018, 03:51:08 AM
I believe it's difficult for electroneum to get move down again as it used to be, even now the value has a tendency to be just at the rate of 0.03 dollars.

at the point when costs will return up
In fact the price is moving down again. It less than 0.01 and it's below the ico price. This is really sad but it will go down again as fast as possible consider there is a lot of miners will dump their ETN to the market instantly. I was expecting this token worth less than 0.001 if the price of bitcoin goes down more and more.
1973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This dip is great! on: June 25, 2018, 03:49:35 AM
Aren't those that only benefit are the ones that have money to buy now?
Yes, they are. Because this dip give the more discount for those are having money to buy more coin at the dip. This just like a massive discount for any crypto shares lol
For those are not having money to buy and they can't do anything with it. They are hoping to recover their amount.
1974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: June 25, 2018, 02:46:12 AM
I am bullish on Ethereum because it has become the stepping stone for other platforms that require a blockchain-hedged currency
I've stocked up a lot on Ethereum , I also hold a lot of Lisk, which solves some of Ethereums problems buy incorporating side chains not sure if that will ever take off though =)

Instead of lisk why don't you hold the EOS because many people are suggesting EOS will become another coin that will gain popularity in the industry. Even with their block chain there is no compete for EOS yet.
Ummmmm, They said that EOS has been gained a huge popularity becomes a centralized buggy blockchain. You are speaking a crap about EOS.

So many vulnerabilities of EOS just the matter of time until next vulnerabilities will be discovered. No one interested to hold the buggy blockchain token with centralized system that can be used to block anyone's account.
1975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRIVATE-SALE] 🔷 TRUEPLAY 💙Platform for 🎰gambling🎲🔞 on: June 25, 2018, 02:38:12 AM
there are so much projects that have gambling platform, so, what is the different and the superiority of this project?? how about the benefit of this platform?
Bitdice, Vslice, Idice and more. But all of them don't have users. I can take a speculation if the idea to build a gambling platform through ico a very bad choice. In my experience, i don't see any significant progress from the majority of gambling project. They are all only offering promise.
1976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1000 decentralized ETH applications in 1 year on: June 21, 2018, 11:05:59 PM
The "Altehio" analysis company has just released a particularly interesting study in which we learn that since the beginning of the year 2017, just over    1000 decentralized applications, called the DApps, have been deployed on the Ethereum network.

Link : https://www.ccn.com/more-than-1000-ethereum-dapps-have-launched-since-2017/
But i think that they should do a deep research about that because it looks like dapps with zero demand should be considered as a died dapps platform too. But i like that and thanks for sharing this one. There is a platform that has already used to monitoring the dapps platform too right now.
1977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS or ETH, which one is preferable?? on: June 21, 2018, 10:30:54 PM
EOS is just now as of June 1st going live from a testnet. Your question is very broad but in terms of better investment, ETH is very well established and there are tons of smart contracts using it actively. Hope that helps. Do your due diligence and read up on both platforms extensively and truly know what you are buying before putting a penny in either platform.
It's obviously true if you don't even watch the latest news or update from the EOS. 1st june is expected by the shitty team of EOS to launch its main net but there so many vulnerabilities that makes EOS getting frezee. All of the thing of launch EOS main net is fail. It's the worst blockchain ever i seen in my history.
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where track my ERC-20 tokens on: June 21, 2018, 10:26:34 PM
Hello, I have a lot of ERC-20 tokens which are not listed on coinmarketcap but many of them are listed on IDEX, DDEX, EtherDelta or any other small exchange..
Do you know about some portfolio app where I only put my ethereum address and the app shows me each token value?
Thank you!
If a lot of your coin don't even listed on the coinmarketcap and if you are using portfolio apps and there will be some tokens will be appearing. This is due to a lot of your coin can't be identified by the app.
It may better to put your ethereum address through the ethereum explorer and then all of your coins will be appearing at the same time and you can see how many value for your wallet.
1979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: June 20, 2018, 11:10:27 PM
I’ve noticed recently that more and more ICOs are coming on NEO platform and I’m sure their number will increase even more. NEO is definitely good for long-term investment.

I share your opinion. The more projects are using NEO platform, the more popular NEO will be. NEOs price is very low at the moment and I believe that it is good for long term investing.
This is even better than EOS. Remember NEO has been working very well while a new shitty platform just like EOS has so many problems and the blockchain can't even running smoothly. this one is good for long term investment. But it looks like the demand for NEO has been going for EOS.
1980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: June 20, 2018, 11:01:42 PM
Ethereum is an obvious, undisputed leader in the world of DApps. The "State of the DApps" website lists a huge number of decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain, now their current number is 1,601. EOS mainnet pump, hey, where are you? (32 DApps on EOS - extremely new and weak)

Things in crypto change instantly. One wrong step for Eth and one good one for EOS and
situation can change very quickly.
That is the nature in crypto, people invest on good and better technology but I don't see any chance that EOS
will takeover ETH in the near future, so I am still with ETH and ETH tokens and personally, I have invested heavily on some good coins.

EOS became one of the threats to many tokens, because the volume of EOS is increasing every day and certainly many people will HOLD.

EOS just have a good marketing, But in fact they are not a competitor to Ethereum. Thousands of projects on Ethereum network. And EOS very new. And EOS developers very greedy. They raised few billions usd. Why? For what? Its look like a good hype, but not a good long term project.
I agree with you EOS is still new platform even the blockchain of EOS just been launched by community of EOS, the money has been raised by blockone during ICO stage will be used for the software of projects be built on EOS platform, due to the blockone is just software development on EOS platform, it can be seen on the website of block.one. the projects on EOS platform can be seen on here too https://eosindex.io/posts

I can't even think of all those projects that could be built with the money they raised. I think it's completely unreal what they raised, but it seems the market agreed and people poured their money into EOS like crazy.
Yes you are right, the market agreed with actually it was like ethereum on the early many people who invested large of their money in it and many people doesn't believe in ethereum,  but the time had been answered that ethereum is sucessfull right now, the valid answer for EOS right now we must wait and see what will happen on EOS platform in the future.

It's quite simple, if you want to develop a decentralized app on a secure and immutable (well, let's not count in the DAO hack)blockchain, your choice is Ethereum, otherwise you can choose EOS which is just a controlled database
EOS is not a decentralized. It's only an experimental blockchain with million codes contain so many vulnerabilities. The volume of EOS has been decreasing a lot. Remember this Ethereum only needs 16 millions to create such a useful manufacturer while EOS needs 4 billions for shitty blockchain.
