1183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know when to sell? on: November 24, 2017, 06:23:40 PM
Can i anybody put me through the basics of knowing when to sell and when to hold?...
I actually don't know much about market rise in demand and supply and it's affecting me in daily trade of cryptocurrency.
Always listen to the market and the news to get latest updates which will helps you to research and decide yourself about improvements or fluctuation on BTC. Even traders are predicting the approximate selling time only by watching the trends and news.
Don't take this in wrong way.
No one will provide you the scheduled date to sell your BTC. It's all about your expectation and satisfactions on profits. Because people who bought BTC for 500$ may sold when it reach to 5000 dollars because their patience and risk taken may reward those. So if you think to sell 50% extra from your present then it will be fine. If you need more take risks and analyze yourself.
1184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: November 24, 2017, 01:20:38 PM
Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p
It's really a right way since you are using your savings for investing purpose. Its not a good idea to invest the whole money and specifically not for 5 to 10 years. Whatever may happen like bad or good.
My suggestions to you is rotating your funds like buy whenever the dip and draw when its high. Save those profits and try to take back your capital. Use your profits for holding or whatever not depends how much. you should always take your initial money like a business.
Now a days the bitcoin growth is very fast and it will not make you wait for years to earn. Anyway it depends on your satisfaction
1185  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I only have 200$ per month ! on: November 22, 2017, 08:40:55 PM
After a month of hard work I have to pay quite a lot of things. I just got one about 200$ to invest in bitcoin. Should or should not. Please help me !  Lips sealed
That is not a big money into bitcoin. Looking from your perspective its a big and hard to earn. Don't do it just for the sake of people saying here. Your own research and believe in this technology should give you the right decision to invest.

Think this before investing . When you ready to invest whole money or 50% you should always ready to afford the loss at the same time.
Nobody will give you guarantee for growth. Everybody is giving suggestions only by history not for future. Start from Small and go big. Don't hope for luck.
1186  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin=easy money on: November 22, 2017, 11:06:25 AM
If you are moving around in the network marketing industry you will have heard of Bitcoin the online currency. Bitcoin is a digital currency, this means you will not receive actual coins or notes like you do with a traditional currency. You can start today itself to make easy money.
Not like its an easy money. May be easy for moving your funds around the globe with cheap fee.
Your thoughts may suitable for olden days. Now its ~8000$. But there are easy ways to grow your funds.
This depends on the how much your are investing fiat money in to bitcoin. Just holding your bitcoin as long as you can will grow you up. That requires patience and active participation in market to know the updated status about bitcoin. That's all about easy way to increase your funds.
I suggested for just holding but there are still many options to earn bitcoin like participating in signature campaign. Don't think like a job. It's about active participation in forum.
1187  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: November 21, 2017, 06:52:46 AM
Hi,

Hope I posted in the right board and totally new to this investing bitcoins.

I got under 0.1 bitcoin lending on poloniex but rates are too low for a good return.

Where is the best place to Invest bitcoins with the best returns and lowest risk?

Thanks,
Its too low for investment at the time you posted in this board.
Right now its a big for investment. You are holding a bitcoin is a investment because the value is not stable and it will increase its value at any time. I never heard losing money from BTC. Dont look for investing bitcoin in other sources. You already invested in bitcoin as a holding.
1188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Somebody can tell me on: November 21, 2017, 06:44:46 AM
Somebody can tell me, how can I take Bitcoin from Etherium tokens?  Huh
Thanks all.

If you meant to convert ETH to BTC ? Follow as below.
Please make sure to claim your tokens to ETH.
You need to deposit your ETH in Exchanges. Choose your trader and you will get an offer then its up to you to choose the better one.
I recommend Bittrex or Binance  for exchanging.
1189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: November 21, 2017, 06:30:29 AM
Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.
It's basically depends up on their project and you have to think like its gonna success or not. You are just investing for their project
Make yourself on studying the whitepaper and decide about investing on ICO.
I would say there are many real ICO that will make you profits from your investment. At the same time there are many SCAMS that will wipe your investment to lose
1190  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic effects of bitcoins on: November 18, 2017, 07:23:44 AM
I was just thinking that since Bitcoins is 100% on the internet, what would happen if the whole world adopts it and 20M bitcoins gets stolen by a genius similar to what happened to Bitfinex?
It impossible to stole 20M bitcoins. If so he will not be a genius may be a man to destroy its value.
The effects on the economy is totally depends on the specific government that legalize bitcoin which will leads to new adoptions across the new peoples to bitcoin.
I dont think so the government will ecourage this anymore as long as the Banks gets impacted.

Who knows That genius may be in this thread to get a better idea. LOL Grin

1193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: November 05, 2017, 03:43:03 PM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
Of course to earn something big by holding bitcoin along with some patience. When you look the current trend that will give you the answer why we were holding. Its not ended any way i feel. Its more to earn for current holders of bitcoin. Minimum investment is also earn you something you cannot warn from other sources
I hope it will not make you lose if you choose right time to buy or sell.
1194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: November 05, 2017, 03:28:51 PM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?
Make sure if you are afford to lose. This is not like bitcoin may go down. Trading strategy should be like that in order to manage your loses as well
You should never do that. If your funds are not depends on any personal expenses then you can invest. According to present market trend you can invest something minimal.
1195  Economy / Speculation / Re: I do not have the guts to buy bitcoins now. on: November 05, 2017, 02:43:05 PM
You didn't have the guts to buy when it was 400.

You don't have the guts to buy now.

You won't have the guts to buy when it is $50k/btc.

You won't have any guts to buy when it becomes the next major thing, just like the Internet and Social Media.

Sorry that you don't have any guts.  Undecided
Cheesy Well said, Most of the people are not ready to buy (including me) at any time especially an year back it was low compared with current market. We should take risk by investing in bitcoin. The are many practical proofs from people around here that bitcoin never make people lose.
1196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin future on: November 05, 2017, 01:21:30 PM
6 month holding life running with altcoin. I don't get any profit from altcoin. my question is really have any future for altcoin? I just tired with altcoin.please drop your suggestion.
thankss😭
The loss from your alts cannot mean like altcoins are not profitable. It's totally based on which coin you choose and what time. If you didn't get any idea of choosing which one then take your option from top 5 coins in market. 6Months is very high duration that gives you nothing.
I suggest you to choose anyone from following may useful - ETH, Nem, Monero...
Anyway do your own research as well
1197  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: November 04, 2017, 06:32:41 PM
I am looking to help move BTC forward into our economy more and would like to get some suggestions on how we can get more retailers to accept BTC as a payment.  The best part about accepting BTC is that they do not have any threat of charge-back from the customer.  I am just looking for some more input before I start approaching some of these local retailers.
Yes we can do that. Its based on their mindset about bitcoin. At anyway they should not understand its like a share market.
We can personally talk to them and mostly those who doing immediate transactions.
I was explained about this to my friends those are doing small scale business. They are now trying to invest their money and even accept them. But its very rare in my region since there was no proper knowledge in bitcoin or a crypto
1198  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for the BTC price rise on: November 04, 2017, 06:19:14 PM
Hello,

So the BTC today is >USD 7,000 and keeps rising and I searched in the web for possible reasons why this happens and forecasts. I found this news (https://www.forbes.com/sites/insideasia/2017/11/01/bitcoins-6400-price-tag-explained-by-initial-coin-offering-craze/#1e12e4a137d6), for which I think this explanation is quite interesting and compelling.

What do you think of this? Any arguments?

Thanks,
Luiz
Am not sure why did they mean ICOs since its usually happens and Even the bitcoin doesn't implement any ICO to increase the funds or value. Those kind of predictions are meaningless for us.
There many practical examples that ICO will not raise its value but the funds on their hands.
It may strongly based on the increased usage of bitcoin where investors attention.
Probably many alts investors are turns their money to bitcoin. Just my thought.
Forbes or anything will not think like forum people and we are real time participants in crypto for possible ideas
1199  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it possible bitcoin's price going to 10000$ at the end of 2017? on: November 04, 2017, 05:48:25 PM
bitcoin's price are rising rocket at present and do you guys think the price will be 10000$ ?

i am very confident with this . but i want to know other people's view

Possibly it may reach as you said $10k. It depends on the market condition.
According to the current fluctuation there are many chances to reach or even more. When i was looking at the market from last night its gradually maintaining at the same level. Who knows. It may pump like a rocket
I  am sure this thread or expectation will increase some investors at least with minimum amount in bitcoin.
Just control our emotions lets watch the trend
1200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: November 04, 2017, 04:16:30 PM
Hello, as we all know that Bitcoin is heading straight to the moon. Me, as an employee, do also invest with this cryptocurrency, and I kinda need to divide all of my salary for my needs, and on how much should I invest in? Let's talk about percentage. Anyone?
You should give priority to your needs first.
Rent, Foods, other expenses may impact if your investment cannot afford the loses and it will spoil you investment plans for future.
Maximum 1/3 rd of your salary can be invested if you doesn't have loans etc. If you have any bank commitments already then invest 10% from your salary can be good. Please make sure never take loans for investments
