I feel for you guys, that sucks.
After my Avalon batch 2 order was like 4 months late due to all the pre-mining Avalon did with it, I gave up on pre-orders. But at least I got my units eventually with Avalon. Hopefully Alpha is trying to ship a product and not just another scamming thief of the many, like Jon Montroll of Bitfunder.
Being in BTC can be tough. More than half the companies are scams (well mining wise anyways); can make you really bitter.

Probably not selling more L1s for practical reasons. All the chips of the batch have been accounted for and pre-ordered, there just aren't any left. There will be other batches of course, I would guess around the time the first L1s ship.
Also, they won't know how exactly the unit will perform until its finally made. Simulations aren't 100%. If anything big comes up in the way of problems with the design or inefficiencies, they can make a revision without being over-committed to too many units at once that (in the extreme bad luck) something was wrong with them or there performance was way off. That being said wish I bought a L1, missed the boat.

I read the High PoS Investment Journal every couple days, have gotten lots of great info here! I have small-ish stakes in HBN and CAP. Although I mine each here and there, I plan to buy a bit more of each. Have not found an exchange I like for either. Would you suggest an exchange, one that does not exchange USD, since those require your name, address, and more? Also, very happy to have recently assembled a six-figure amount of HYP, very much enjoying the staking coin amounts Letting it compound for now. Cryptsy is the largest market if you are looking to buy HBN, maybe give it a look-see.

Looks like HBN is on the upswing I think the floor of hbn was .00005, but will rise steadily until a new floor of .00009 or o.0001. That's another great thing I like about pos coins...there is big incentive to buy at the floor because its a fairly save investment, wheresas pow clins , if they hit a floor and you can't stake, there is much less chance they will have a resurgence. (I.e greater incentive to buy cheap pos coins than cheap pow coins, because the pos ability encourages more purchases just for the pos ability alone, which means less likely to ever fall to a new floor.) To the hbn crowd: if you have big holdings I recommend putting a few k on cryptsy at around these levels, as just stimulates the market overall. It can be discouraging for potential buyers that want to get hbn but seeing nothing much available at around market price. (0.0000+/-2)

More general docs on the criminal Ukyo, and his partner in crime Graet: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bza0Sx1iSRWqYVRiMkRaLVlrcFE&usp=sharingIf anyone has any updated info, whereabouts, facebook page, or anything, please post. It's disgusting that these two have stole more than 6000 btc from their users, and they've had nothing happen, not even so much as an inconvenience. Can't stand thieves myself, I'm surprised how calm most of you have been just watching your money get stolen from your pockets.

Ya all the talking has pretty much been done to death. If you don't realize you have been robbed yet, then you are an idiot. But the only person who doesn't know they have been robbed this far in is SebastianJu. I don't think anyone can be that stupid, so I'm guessing he's either been paid off, or is a shrill account purchased by JM. The only other logical conclusion is he's completely moronic. But anyways, didn't want to post just to state the obvious. Wanted to say if you have any information about IRL Jon Montrol, please post it, lets share information. I intend to get some sort of satisfaction for the money he stole from me. It really enrages me how much he stole, with his name out there, and he just got away with it with barely any sweat. I'm not going to state what I plan or intend, or whether it'll be a month or 2 years from now, because that'd be dumb. Anyways this is all I have, his name and addresses he registered his shame company under: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bza0Sx1iSRWqYVRiMkRaLVlrcFE&usp=sharingThis was posted about 40 pages back or so by another user. Does anyone else have a more up-to-date whereabouts of this scam artist criminal fuck? Please share any info you may have. Thank you.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: HoboNickels - HBN - High Fast Stake - Version 1.5 Beta Release 2 - Full S4C

Hey Tranz, looking forward to trying out HBN 1.5 beta, will give it a go next week.
I was wondering, and vaguely recall reading some mention of a hard fork coming when 1.5 is finished. Is this still planned/ accurate?
I haven't gone through a hard fork yet with any coins I use. Is there anything to concerned about it (i.e any chance of losing coins?) or is it pretty safe except for those people that are using really older clients ?
Thanks for your continued work on this great coin.

Seems like a lot of rose-colored glasses in here IMHO. Last year AM was poised to be a giant, but they have fell pretty far. They just weren't quick enough and didn't have as many resources as the other giants who entered the field.
There huge first mover advantage was not fully taken advantage of. When the price was 0.25 for a long stretch I thought AM was overvalued, as I said about 20 pages back or so. But 0.16 does seem much more reasonable. But I do not see how anyone can expect any grandiose movements some people are going on about here.
I get the sense that the profitable elements of the company have been removed, or planned to be removed, from AM's stock and into other entities.
I still think Friedcat and his team have tons of talent and know-how but it just seems like AM share holders are really secondary, the leadership is pursuing sustainable profits off the books.
All heresay and speculation, just my 2 cents, seeing this company go from +4 BTC share down to 0.15. The bitcoin space changed massively in a year.

You are pretty dumb. Seriousely why are youon bitcointalk OP? If you think some revoltionary that went from being worth nothing to 500 dollars in a few short years is a failure then you are dumb, its pretty simple, could you please just leave this forum? And maybe go to school instead, because you sure are dumb.

Ukyo? The guy who stole or 'lost' over 6000 btc and 'can't talk about' why he can't pay back his massive loan he took out ? Don't you think its a bit off along shot to get the guy who stole money to help you by supplying records regarding this other guy who stole your money?
You'll never get your money back through legal means. You'd only have a slim chance if you many tens of thousands dollars to get the ball rolling. But its better than nothing. If he didnt feel any pressure at all then youll surely never get repaid.
