1261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It is not worth it, right? on: January 10, 2018, 05:23:35 PM
Many people here are asking "How gambling can benefits us by winning" on it using strategy like Martingale, or pure luck when we are playing DICE?

It has already been proved by more than 1000 times that the martingale is a fake, only a few persons can really make profit using that strategy.

And believe me, it is pretty hard to apply that strategy/trick in order to earn money, because you do not know when are you really going to fail.

Be careful, and if you are just going to simple gamble, just do it by the normal way.
I would not call it a fake rather. It is a strategy, but it is just a strategy that will never ever work and most especially for online casinos. The house edge always tries as much as possible to be the winners and make a lot of profit and there is just no way can anyone beat them to it. So for those who are looking to double up what they have, it is totally not worth it.
1262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people keep trying new casinos? on: January 10, 2018, 03:41:27 PM
A lot of threads in gambling section are basically dedicated to scam accusations. They can be seen every day on the first page. The casinos about which people complain are usually new or known to be scamming people (one can easily check out the trust of members leading the respective ann threads to be assured in that). I don't understand why people deposit money onto new casinos and then complain that they scammed these people. I mean, there are lots of very trusted casinos offering a wide range of games, so why not to keep playing at them rather than some unknown risky ones?
You know people are adventurous and do really love on seeking new things and trying out those newly launched gambling sites isnt an exception. They do decide to deposit and play on that site. Reasons would really vary on each person since we do have different views regarding on our actions been made. Some decide to play because they do seek for a new ambiance or community of players.
I guess the adventure of trying out a new platform really is what makes some people to want to give a new gambling platform a chance.

I remembered when some of the reputable ones that are on now started, it was really a pleasing moment to just check out the games, and find one that you can get comfortable with based on the lay out and all that. So far, some of them have a lot of ways to attract users and that is what makes it interesting.
1263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustrations: Losing Streak on: January 10, 2018, 12:47:20 PM
You need to realize first and foremost that every single bet you make in gambling comes down purely to mathematics.

There is no such thing as "blind luck" or whatever you want to call it. Every bet, no matter what comes down to math.

Now, when you lose many bets ina  row all that it means is your luck is either evening out because you wona  lot before, or your luck is going to get better because you were on a bad streak.

Every single bet is a random roll of some numbers - that the values are randomly obtained can be proven and this is the basis of the provably fair system. It is true that none of the bets are modified by the site and that all the rolls are "fair" and the casino cannot cheat the players.

Having along red streak is nothing new. People tend to get excited when they win some small amounts and decide to go autopilot on that method. In the end though it ends up as a red streak.
Anyone who is not even ready to get frustrated in gambling is not ready to gamble at all and they get frustrated because they expect too much from it which as far as I am concerned is like expecting something that can never happen which is winning more than losing because it will always be the other way round. Not to burst the bubbles of those who loves gambling, but this is simply the truth.
1264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who wants to be a Bitcoin Millionaire?! on: January 09, 2018, 05:06:22 PM
Everyone certainly would to want it, but I think it needs enough capital to reach it / get it and it's not easy. But for someone who does have a good lucky / good fate, more skills, more learning, seems it can be to be a Bitcoin's milionaire without capital. They definitely doing step by step from the bottom to the more high goal.
Everyone wants to be a bitcoin millionaire even to those who start using bitcoin there are hoping to have a lot bitcoin. Also a all of us want to be millionaire, so there no reason to stop using bitcoin because everyone has a purpose to earn a lot.
Even I do think the same but it is not that easy to achieve that goal. Being a millionaire would need a lot of investment or else you need to work hard to earn a good amount of bitcoins and than store than amount for your future. It really takes a huge hard work but if you proceed in that, no one can stop you from achieving success. Bitcoins will surely make us rich some or the other day. Hoping a good and bright future from bitcoins.
1265  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of 2018, bitcoin $ 40,000 or more? on: January 09, 2018, 04:33:51 PM
A little lower, I read the topic of what people think about bitcoin for $ 20,000, after which time it will reach these heights again. But it became interesting, is there anyone here who believes that bitcoin by the end of 2018 will be $ 40000 or more?
According to report by CNBC and many marketing experts it is clear that popularity of btc is rising day by day and many investments are being made daily with motive of earning profits in short span which is giving boost to prices but now the prices are low below $14000 but its going to over and price will skyrocket and cross $40000 by year end as everyone hodling hopes the same.Although we can make predictions but not tell exactly when its going to happen so wait for it and have faith.
Once bitcoins get legalized, they will get a heavy pump and the price will be much more above beyond our expectations. Bitcoins are much popular now but the factor which affects the price for bitcoins is that it is not yet completely legalized. Legalizing bitcoins will surely increase the demand and it will gradually also increase the price for bitcoins. Bitcoins have a good price even now which gave good profits to many early investors and bitcoins will continue to do so in the coming future.
1266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Too Many Gloom & Doomers! on: January 09, 2018, 03:22:14 PM
Fees have killed it and unless the developers deal the the mining monopoly then
the "Gloom & Doomers" are well founded and now could well be a good time
to place a stop-loss unless you like walking home instead of taking a taxi

Too many gambling addicts here if you ask me

Haha, welcome to the party.

A stop loss would have been appropriate two weeks ago. We've fallen 40% or so off the high...the loss has already passed you!

This isn't new for Bitcoin, we've seen 80% crashes before. Everyone in the media has been expecting "the bubble to pop" and it has now that the price has gone from nearly $20k to $12-13k. So, what's the surprise? Bitcoin will sit at this level while we all wait to see how the Lightning Network implementation pans out.
Of course and those who know this really do not bother about situations like this. It is just more like a situation that arrives once in a while to buy more and if you miss out on such a chance you may never even see it again. Nothing could have warranted the huge increase in value except a bubble with a lot of investors wanting to get rich quick soon, but really I am really looking forward to the effect LN is going to have on the market.
1267  Economy / Speculation / Re: China to restrain mining on: January 09, 2018, 02:37:45 PM
Quote
China’s central bank told a top-level government internet finance group that the monetary authority can tell local governments to regulate the power usage of bitcoin miners to gradually reduce the scale of their production, a source said.

Rather good news. "Gradually" is the key word, they don't intend to force miners to shut down immediately, just to cap their power usage over time.

That would be a shift in mining power, China will be gradually losing its % of hashpower, which is probably a good thing.

I completely don't understand the decision of Chinese government, by having majority of BTC hashpower on their territory - they have some sort of control over BTC (they could take over and attack BTC if it ever become a threat to them). Are they really that concerned that power consumption can get out of hand and cause shortage?
It is really a good thing like you said and with them losing a huge percentage of their hash power, which should really spread mining power.

You think they are concerned about the hash power, they are concerned about crypto at large and the threat it means to their socialist form of system and the level it can really affect them and shift wealth and power to some individuals, but that is none of my business anyway, as long as they end up being forced by their own government to dish out the hash powers.
1268  Economy / Speculation / Re: A stable Bitcoin on: January 09, 2018, 02:04:16 PM
that is not going to happen for years since the adoption is not stopping. it will continue to grow and with it price will grow and remain volatile. the volatility is reducing though.

and if it becomes stable, it becomes more like a currency but the fees are still high which will be harming that. so unless fees come down, stability of price is not going to do anything for bitcoin in my opinion.
It is apparently not going to be something we would expect.
The huge increase is normal to happen as the adoption keeps increasing which fuels in more demand than supply and having a value at just a specific range should not be expected. Nevertheless, even if this happens, I would still always buy bitcoin since it still solves a lot of problem when it comes to payment both locally and internationally.
1269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin domination era is over? on: January 08, 2018, 06:18:38 PM
Just on the contrary. Bitcoin domination era has just started.
I don't see any so prosperous potential altcoin to take the leadership among cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin will remain at the first place. Don't take statistics so seriously, it doesn't always show the true situation on the market, sometimes it's just the play of numbers.
Yeah, it has really just started and we are about to hit an even new era for bitcoin where we see it taking over the market once again. I would not consider ripple exploding right now and good for those who held for a while and reaping the benefits of an increase in value right now, but I would not want to be too much comfortable holding it for long without stop loss. The market cap really shot up within just few days and that really was a crazy one.
1270  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Neutral Coins to Hold Currency on: January 08, 2018, 05:05:26 PM
what would you say would be a good coin to use for a neutral hold that doesn't gain or loose much at all?
some where that I can save my gains from something like LTC and take my gains while market goes red and put them into a certain coin that doesn't move,
suggestions thanks

Tether Wink . Just kidding. There are few coins in top 20 with less volatility. You can watch them. But what is the use of it?
Why would you say you are kidding ?
You are very right and the other coins in the top 20 are as volatile as bitcoin since they are decentralized currencies as well, so you can have a chance of holding a coin that can drop in value. Tether on the other hand is an equivalent of USD on most exchanges and you are making your trades at the rate of 1 USD which does not change since it is controlled.
1271  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: January 08, 2018, 03:59:06 PM
In order for you to improve your trading skills, you should take time to read about trading tools that are used in trading. You should know what is for and how they are use. And try to search for sites that will teach you from the basic up to complex. Knowledge comes from reading and practice. It takes time. Do not lose hope.
Reading, learning, practicing are the things that would gradually get anyone to improve in trading. You cannot learn it all in one day and you need to take it step by step to be able to do well in trading.

Most people who have skipped stuffs like this have always ended up losing a lot of money thinking they can just keep doing the buy low sell high until they end up panicking, selling on losses, buying at wrong points and then gradually diminishing the little they have.
1272  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can you get banned from exchanges for too much activity? on: January 06, 2018, 06:57:03 PM
If there's anything an exchange will do with such, that is they'll thank you for being active since you've given them too much from the fees of your trades and whatnot. Never heard nor read about such. Closing or disabling of accounts are often done on accounts that have incorrect/fraud verification and suspicious activities/scams. As long as you're verified with your true identity and complied with the exchange's ToS, your account would be fine (unless it's Bittrex, lol).
Lol, it seems bittrex is becoming the most messed up exchange right now.
I read some news some days back on how they are trying to clamp down on pump and dump groups and they even included it on their TOS. That sucks though, but that is their terms and anyone who does not want that should use another exchange.

However, like you said, there is really no need for anyone to get banned for too much activity as that is how the exchanges are making money anyway with the fees.
1273  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: January 06, 2018, 06:22:29 PM
What would happen if you invested $1000 in bitcoin on 01 January 2017 (exact 1 year ago)

$1000 = 1.1 BTC (today 1 year ago)

Total value of 1.1 BTC today on 01 January 2018 is $15000,15x  reward for simply holding Bitcoin worth $1000 for a year. just invest your $1000 to make it happen.
Just an investment and holding without even doing anything is enough to earn a lot in the long of it all. We are even talking only about bitcoin, how about LTC, ETH, and the likes of other altcoins? They have increased hugely looking back from the beginning of 2017 till date and for someone to say he could not afford to earn anything and thought luck would bring it to him, then he really do need some laying of hands.
1274  Economy / Marketplace / Re: bitcoin transaction fees has put me out of business on: January 06, 2018, 05:14:23 PM
We are aware of bitcoins situation now a days. And we do hope for solutions. Lightning network is the only way provided and I think it is still on the move.
While such high fees and slow transactions, as a business man, you should now impractical using bitcoin today. And you should also know that depending on bitcoin alone or cryptos is very risky. You should have at least another way of mode of payments for your business and not taking chances with fees.
Bitcoins is proven and I think everything will be fine soon. Hang in there and think out of the box this time.
Apparently, all of us are and there is just nothing we can do about it for now unless to just accept what we have, believe in it and just have faith that once the lightening network becomes functional and merchants start integrating it, then we will start our usual business back without issues.

I am so optimistic though and by then, we would just be talking about better and smoother ways forward.
1275  Economy / Marketplace / Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!" on: January 06, 2018, 02:08:59 PM
Ive met some group of financial adviser, they told me that the best way to aquire bitcoin is through cloud mining, they gave me names of trusted cloud mining providers and as of my research, they are well known and trusted.
Then ive met some people, whos already earning big bucks on bitcoin, they dont recommend cloud mining. They told me that its expensive and risky, but as for my understanding its good way of gaining passive income.
What are the possible reason on thier contradiction?
Whos recommendation should i try and why?
cloud mining are completely shit most of the cloud sites are now turns cheating their investors like closing their account or blocks their account from the cloud mining site too.
If you want to start the mining process you have to buy a hardware and then goes for it make the more money in that way. If you choose higher end miner like antminer s9 means you will get the more profit as well as electricity consumption will be higher.
I really do wonder why people go for cloud mining when they can just easily buy a miner and start mining themselves.

Cloud mining can never give you something tangible even in the long run and an investor is even better off keeping their assets in their wallet than trying to get into cloud mining. The reputable ones today, even after being tried and tested will still not give you what you need as the difficulty even keeps increasing.
1276  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: January 06, 2018, 11:38:25 AM
In my opinion, if you are planning to have a business, you need to make that it is something that defines you as a person. Having a business that is not in your interest might be a bad idea. You should enjoy what you were doing and money should come secondary. Know the pros and cons of you business and plan ahead. Research the things that cab improve your business, know the trend and make surr to have a good location to attract customers.
There is something about passion when it comes to the things you are doing as you can really see what you are doing not just as a business but as a hobby that gets you money and nothing can be as sweet as that.

However, for someone like me, making money is really even a hobby and that is the reason I really usually do not care what I am venturing into, and as long as I understand the business, I push hard to get it working and when I am bored, I have people to recruit to get the work going, while I start thinking of something else.
1277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: January 05, 2018, 07:00:56 PM
I will stop trading for a while to refresh my emotion and earning some for invest again and then try again.
Sometimes, we need to lose some to get more
Yes, at least that would calm down some nerves and then when you are done calming down, you may be lucky enough to see some pretty good trade doing the thing for you. The same way one would always make good profit from a trade is the same way one can end up having a huge loss, but they are just some part of trading that makes it normal.
1278  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Internet Marketing on: January 04, 2018, 11:00:40 AM
To be honest, you don't need to buy any book right now. Use google first. Then, if you need book, then buy one. Cheers!
I use internet marketing to advertise my products on Twitter and Facebook. If you know how to select this is a very effective advertising.
social media is the best promotion and marketing right now. because almost everyone in the world uses social media. and you know every news or advertisement is spreading fast in social media. especially when you have a lot of followers or a lot of fans on facebook fanpage. of course it will be easier for you to do marketing. easy, cheap. and a great target, that's the greatness of marketing in social media
Yes, there can be no other thing which can be better than that of internet marketing for the sake of promoting the products and stuff like that. It is not only helpful for making the promotion of your products but it is very much beneficial from making a good amount of money perspective as well. This really helps you to have a very good amount of money which you can later use for meeting up your needs.

There are lot of success story across this forum from the people who got their regular income from internet marketing. But, the need of the product decides everything at bottom line.
1279  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Trading! on: January 04, 2018, 10:01:13 AM
Just asking, if you want to start in trading community what is the minimum capital you needed? I want to get enough information about every little part of the trading this 2018.  Thanks in advance.
The initial capital which you need to invest as your startup in the field of trading does matter but the thing which is even more important than that is the experience and the skill-set which you have in the field of trading. If you are not much skilled person, then it is really very much difficult for you to make out anything fruitful in trading. The amount of capital entirely depends on the crypto coin in which you are planning to trade.
1280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Likely to become a millionaire from altcoins? on: January 03, 2018, 05:56:54 PM
There always a chance, take a look at this blog https://buyandhold100crypto.com its really interesting, he buy a hundred crypto from top list cmc, he gain 240% profit at first ten day, but he didnt sell his coin cause he plant to hold it for five years and today he only have 30% profit xD
I bumped into this site some few days back and then I was really impressed with the project or would I call it an experiment. It seems buying and holding as many coins as you can, would really give you a huge profit in the long run.

Even the top ones alone have really made it worthwhile for this guy and it seems like something that one would not really regret doing. ICOs are not bad too anyway if you know what you are doing and how to eliminate the good ones from the bad ones.
