1401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ? on: November 28, 2017, 12:37:56 PM
I have used EtherDelta but have never trusted the exchange fully.  I have a separate Ethereum address which I use only for EtherDelta.  I will transfer the tokens that I will trade on ED on this ETH address.  I do not keep any extra tokens in this address, so I am limiting my risk to only the tokens I am trading on ED.
I feel that is a good way to stay secured in case one have some doubts. I have never really liked the idea of toying with private keys all the time, which is why I do not even make use of MEW every now and then.

Moreover, so far that I have been using EtherDelta, they do not store private keys and it is just in every one's best interest to be careful themselves in making sure they are actually on EtherDelta's official website or get it bookmarked. However, with your strategy, it is better to be safe than sorry.
1402  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to play fast on trading ? on: November 27, 2017, 07:20:55 PM
can you explain this description (how to play fast in trading).?
because I am still a beginner (newbie) and want to learn from your experience all.
thx  Smiley

If you want to play fast and a newbie in trading then you will lose fast as well. Trading needs patience and if you can't be one then better do something else because it would not be for you. The successful traders didn't become successful overnight. They spend years of experience before consistently being profitable. It's not about being able to earn profit or double your amount in your first few trades but it is about being consistent in your profits even if you have few losses as well. Trading needs skill, patience, time and capital and you should invest first your time in learning than invest immediately to trade that you might end up losing.
I suggest to avoid fast trading as this is not a good thinking for a new comer to the world of business. You can not be a good businessman in short time it requires experience and it will come with passage of time. To have profitable trading you  must be patient and strong mentally to wait for the success to come.

Successful traders never invest in a panic. So be patient and not fast. As  there is old saying that slow and steady wins the race.
It obviously requires a lot of experience and your level of skill in being able to do analysis to expect an outcome for a trade.

For example, in the recent trade of bitcoin, it is normal for any pro trader to know that two outcomes are expected, either from breaking of the resistance which would cause a surge upward or breaking support which could cause a surge downwards, how you want to play fast on this is now dependent on each individual.
1403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: long term invest in bitcoin on: November 27, 2017, 06:40:42 PM
With bitcoin at least certain time needs to be given to make it at profitable, or else the user needs to have good good trading skills to actively involve into regular buying and selling of bitcoin with different trade pairings available. This will provide better earning which is the best way to other than long term investment on legit platforms.
I always tell people that patience is always the best thing in this game. Some people have waited for seven years, some sold along the line out of fear and some bought back or just bought early this year and they have made a huge gain.
It totally depends on the amount you can afford to go in on bitcoin but if you have just little, the best thing is to wait and watch till when it grows. You may be surprise at what you would have in the next 7 years to this time.
1404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: November 27, 2017, 05:40:53 PM
I always decide selling bitcoin on my situations, sometime bitcoin price will increase on that case i am happy to sell it.some crucial times also i will set the bitcoins.
In short you are trying to say that selling your Bitcoins is due to a mere reason of falling short  of money supply required meet the daily needs of a person. but if you allow me to guide you in this regard then my  suggestion would obviously be a big no to selling the BTCs. this is because prices we rise to a higher level without you getting noticed about the situation and hence it would become impossible for you to buy whatever you have sold again.
If the investor is living in the country where bitcoin is used frequently then there is no issue about shortage of money because in those countries bitcoin can be used as payment and this coin has capability to overcome any type of financial crisis because this coin gives so much that one can easily survives in shortage time and sell bitcoin in the time of high price and more of it buy at the time of falling, so simple.
Just that simple! The reason why so many people are always on the verge of holding or thinking when to sell is because they consider it more of an asset than a means of payment.

As long as you need it and you are selling at the value at that moment in time, deal with it when the price goes up. A pro trader on the other hand already expect shits like this to happen and they already have strategies to stick with in case anything goes wrong with their predictions.
1405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Is Really A Good Investment or Not? on: November 27, 2017, 05:10:43 PM
Investing in ICO is very risky because no one know whats going to happen if some one want to invest then surely first do some research and then invest because just few projects can give you good profit currently as ICO's coming most of them are scam and many peoples already losing good amount so be careful about this just do some work and then invest in these ICO's
Definitely, the risk is there and so is every other investment. As long as one understands the risk and one also takes proper precaution in minimizing the risk, then it would be hard for one not to enjoy investing in ICOs.

There is a lot to do before investing in any ICO and it should be more like wanting to invest in a company or project and all the research one needs to do before that should not be skipped. This does not guarantee anything as not all of them will succeed but at least you will minimize the issue of running into a scam project.
1406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple: A long term investment or short term? on: November 27, 2017, 04:13:22 PM
It's a long term investment. I have been holding it for quiet a while now and its been stable but it has not provided any huge gains for the short run.
I am really surprised at a whole lot of people saying this. What else do you expect from a controlled coin? You guys keep saying long term investment for a coin that can get you burnt. XRP is mainly for short term trades for me as far as I am concerned.

Set your sell order for a huge pump, if you like buy back when it is low and keep repeating the same thing with your stop loss on. I would not want to even put so much in trading this coin. Read about XRP and you will know why.
1407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC price 100 USD? on: November 26, 2017, 07:04:08 PM
If litecoin rises, it may be as a result of hype and all. Litecoin is going to forever in the shadow of bitcoin. Litecoin has remain the same all these years and honestly, I am not expecting any price increase on it. If all you hold is litecoin, it will be nice for you to buy some bitcoin.
As much as it may have potential for growth in the long run, I so much agree with you on just dumping for bitcoin. Although, this year, we have had some increase too for litecoin but obviously nothing too spectacular. However, I would not just say one should push it aside but looking at your point as being forever in the shadow of bitcoin, that is a point that should not be discarded and I would rather just hold bitcoin instead.
1408  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cheap electricity for mining Bitcoin on: November 26, 2017, 03:00:54 PM
Everyone needs cheap electricity especially  in mining bitcoin so we have to find the solution for this  maybe we try solar panel  .
Everyone absolutely do and in a case where electricity is not cheap at all, it is best to consider something else than mining as you may not get your return on investment as quick as possible which does not make sense to me. Even if you want to try solar, you will still need to spend some huge amount of money and I really do not know how feasible it is yet, but i guess those who have tried it can tell us that.
1409  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Taxes Mining Bitcoins on: November 26, 2017, 01:23:30 PM
Somebody can help me about the taxes mining Bitcoins in Canada and USA. Taxes to import the hardware, income tax,  etc.

I Think taxes can only be computed once you converted your income to your
local currency less the expenses you had for your operation.
Yeah, so far, that is the only way and which is absolutely normal. As long as you keep making use of fiat and you are making profit on whatever you are doing even if it is by keeping your funds in your wallet, then tax is compulsory. Although, this differs in so many places but with the governments regulating the exchanges now, this is something that cannot be discarded. Anything asides conversion to fiat is not even possible.
1410  Economy / Economics / Re: will next decade be the bitcoin era ?? on: November 25, 2017, 06:50:50 PM
BitCoin is doing well right now. as well as the stability on the issue of appreciation and more people. my opinion will reach many users in 3 years.
I can not imagine how long it will last for so long. because there is a factor that will affect too much. big states and big states are important policies.
A lot of policies will come up in each country but it would just be a policy that would regulate the usage of bitcoin in the long run as they would not have any choice than to accept its usage. A lot will happen with bitcoin development itself over the years and that would really make us know exactly where we are headed. The next few years will really be a big one for bitcoin.
1411  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin actually just a Investment coin? on: November 25, 2017, 04:52:44 PM
There is no denying that buying and holding bitcoin is wiser decision than spending it.because of the increasing bitcoin today. Investors are eyeing bitcoin as a good investment tool.Bitcoin is a popular and valuable crypto currency in this situation.
Yes, it is a wise decision, but if we do not have spenders, then it would have been so boring to hold and then the value will not even be as it is today. Everyone have their functions in the ecosystem.

Furthermore, the value of bitcoin can truly be seen in so many places like Zimbabwe where hyperinflation has occurred for a very long time now which is why bitcoin is so much in demand as that is the only means of transaction for people and business men who need to pay merchants abroad after the government banned international transactions.

That makes it more than an investment as there would be some people who will always need it.
1412  Economy / Economics / Re: impacts off cryptocurrency on: November 25, 2017, 03:44:46 PM
As far as being a currency is involved, I can say that crypto currency has a huge impact when it comes to financial, it can help us to have more income, depending on how we do it, whether trading, working or investing on cryptocurrency. There is also an impact to technology, since block chain technology is innovative, we can see a lot of people using block chain technology as well. There will be pros and cons of cryptocurrencies, but it is much better to try it than ignore it and have FOMO in the future.
When it comes to the income aspect, this is one way cryptocurrency have helped a lot. Back then before the evolution of currency, there is just a huge limitation on how people work online and get to receive what they work for. However, with cryptocurrency, this has been able to change a lot and now; people can gladly work online, get paid in bitcoin and get to do whatever they like with it.
1413  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which is the best way to promote products or links? on: November 24, 2017, 06:51:05 PM
Which is the best way to promote products or refferal links? Social media and forums is total shit,no one interested in this.

Social media and forums is total shit? As a normal people, we are all already access to many social media sites including facebook, twitter etc. And one way of promoting or endorsing a product is renting some famous pages in facebook that is having a lot of followers and likers. This is one of the best way of promoting. Another way of promoting is buying a domain in free hosting sites and do a site for your product. These are only some of the things that will help you to promote your products. And i assure you that Social media is so very helpful in endorsing and promotion.
Actually you are right, social media these days has the biggest number of people and it is the best for me to promote the  products. Social media are the bests to attract investors, consumers on your products. These way would become popular also and notice of your product in the industry.
Everyone these days is on social media. I have tried my hands on several means of advert apart from TV adverts anyway, which I feel they are even over rated and too costly. Social media on the other hand has really given my business a huge boom than expected when you do a paid advert with a very reasonable amount.

There are huge numbers of people to target and the more you are ready to spend, the more you get but far better than what a TV/Radio advert would have given.
1414  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin versus other offline currencies on: November 24, 2017, 06:16:17 PM
As a NEWBIE, how would you explain bitcoin as against other offline currencies?
Which one has more market value and why do you think so ?
Obviously now,the value of bitcoins is greater than any other offline currency because of the demand of its users and because of its future potential. It is also easier to use during technology development
Bitcoin really do have a lot of potential which is why we cannot even be comparing it to centralized fiats. Fiats or offline currencies like the OP stated it will always remain controlled and that is what makes digital currencies different as you are in full control as long as you are not holding XRP, USDT or the likes, if you know what I mean.

maybe right now offline currencies is better than digital currencies specially bitcoin, because right now bitocin is not popular than we know, not all of people in a country know about bitcoin and use it, so if we want to make transaction with bitcoin it will be harder than offline curencies
Not all offline currencies are also widely used as some are normally used to do some underground runs like gold. However, bitcoin can still be used as long as the peers involved are both willing to accept it as a form of transaction which for now, is not something we have really seen much of it as it is not widely used yet, but time will definitely tell us at the end. For now, fiats or basically paper currencies are still very much needed.
1415  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to become a TRADER on: November 24, 2017, 11:04:55 AM
I want to learn to trade and become acquainted with the field of crypto currency trading. what should I do? I am currently reading trading technical analysis but I do not understand technical analysis and a pattern. I tried to live trading I earned a .001 btc. I prefer more profit than trading.

First things first! You need to study the trading schemes and the trading market before you plunge in it. Many people who really want to try trading with little knowledge end up getting all their hard earned coins wiped out due to bad trades. To avoid that or to at least lessen the risks, it would be a good thing to know the venture you are entering.

There are many people came with the same question here in the trading discussion section and getting same replies from the various users with the same answers. You have to suggest these kind of person to find the Youtube videos or article instead of explaining it completely. Really feeling bad to see the same answers all the time. Let them surf about it learn more.
Even asides YouTube videos which can be very helpful, there are so many articles online or platforms that people can go to learn how to trade. Some are willing to teach for a price while some are willing to give you some little ways to trade safely. However, looking at the level of profit one would start making once one can start making quality decisions when it comes to trading, I would say it is worth it.
1416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why you should buy Bitcoin now. on: November 24, 2017, 07:43:17 AM
of course i buy bitcoin now because the price is still increasing and i believe that in 2018 he hit the price of 8k so buy now before its to late..
2018 will definitely have a lot of increase in store for bitcoin and we may experience even a larger boom than we did this year. A lot of things and development would happen that would make new investors to want to take part in the evolution and with that we won't just be looking at bitcoin as just an asset, but a valuable asset that can be used for day to day activities. That would then give it more chances of increasing even the more in value.
1417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin can go to $100 next year? on: November 22, 2017, 06:17:17 PM
The one that actually has a working product, but also a product that people will want to use.
That is just one plain fact! It is easy for us all to keep pointing fingers on which project will hit that value, but one thing we should realize is that with the development coming for bitcoin and the way alts are bearing as a result of that, it would take a project that has a working product to survive as there would be usage for such a product in the market and not just some random shitcoin that would find it hard to thrive.

blocknet at 20$ right now. only 100ml cap.... 100$ a coin is very likely in 2018 i would say
I guess we just have to wait and see if that was just not another pump and if it would thrive enough to maintain that value in the long run. Looking at the trend since April though, the coin seems pretty interesting as it has been doing well for itself, and it sure sounds like an interesting project. I would not really be too optimistic anyway.
1418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin future on: November 22, 2017, 03:55:23 PM
I think the future of altcoin will be stable. indeed, for now, altcoin all down but it is caused because of Bitcoin experience price increases, maybe if the price of Bitcoin starts stable then altcoin will crawl up.
The same way we are having some altcoins not experience huge dips now is the same way we will have some other more later on. Not all altcoins will survive, but most of them with good project backing will surely do since they will end up having real life usage and with that, they may end up being stable with the little up and lows as time goes on.
1419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A newbie just killed Ethereum on: November 22, 2017, 01:20:47 PM
I was wondering why Ethereum was trending on Twitter.

This article explains the bad news for some Ethereum holders  https://www.cryptpool.net/ethereum-wallet-vulnerability/
And then I wondered why Ethereum was dropping so bad few days ago, so this is it. This is pretty bad and looking at all the holders that would be hit by this development, then it would even be crazier than this. Well, Parity really has fumbled this time and that bug freezing so many funds will not go good for them, considering the fact that this would be the second one.

the headline of the topic has nothing to do with the news itself... its bad only for parity wallet holders and i believe it will be fixed soon
We obviously just have to see where the whole thing is headed, but I have a feeling this would be fixed otherwise it would tell bad on the Ethereum Ecosystem and it would start getting hard for people to trust a system that cannot even take into consideration shits like this and people ending up losing a lot of funds at the end. Whichever way, we will be watching...
1420  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is it possible to use bitcoin like offline currency? on: November 22, 2017, 11:30:57 AM
Few days ago a friend asked me this questions. But i cannot understanding that how to i give him answer. At last i said him that, bitcoin is an online currency. Only this currency used in online marketplaces. It is not possible to use it in offline marketplace like offline currency.

But what is your best answer of this question?
[ b]Bitcoin is a digital currency in which you can't use without internet connection..Hoping there'll be a reloadable Bitcoin card someday which can be use even without internet connection..[/b] Wink
Lots of projects are already working on that. There has been some in the past, probably still existing but I do not know.
I know of Xapo and I do not know how that really faired for its users but they said they are stopping it soon. All the above, the likes of crypterium, centra and the rest are already coming up with cards that would be connected to your wallet and not just only make you spend bitcoins offline but other altcoins.
