1161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: February 13, 2018, 06:02:42 PM
Because holdig will lessen or should I say no loose on your holding. When you know what coin you are trading and the price was gone low after you buy, you will just loose the capital when you sell lower. We suggest to hold in that kind of situation, because no one knows what would really happen the future, no have made it correctly to predict it.
Holding do have a corresponding risk or just like a gamble and if you do tend to risk to hodl since you do believe on recovery of the market then you can do such thing. People do always suggest this thing because our investments cant be still considered on losing side as long we didnt sell it and still idling on our own wallets. Holding is the thing we can do now specially on a crashing market.
As long as you even know that whatever you are holding is not a shit coin and a good project, and you are actually looking forward to the long term gains, then honestly, there is really no problem at all holding. For example, I remember when I started in the crypto space, I ended up selling some coins at losses and eventually discovered later on that these coins shot higher and their recent value at lows is what I would have loved to even sell them at highs in the past.
1162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would we know which cryptocurrency would be Scam? on: February 13, 2018, 02:42:07 PM
In particular, forms that ask for the same information as your wallet address and private key on your google form are strictly fraudulent.
You won’t even need a soothsayer to tell you that anyone asking you for your private key is fraudulent. Moreover, which sane ICO will even want to quickly give up their mission in such case when obviously people are not that gullible to fall for such crap ? That is even the last thing anyone should be looking for in terms of ICO level, as there are other major factors which are realistic like the team, the project and their plans for the future, but the team most especially.
1163  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Hacking is the Big Problem on: February 13, 2018, 02:10:43 PM
Ya nowadays hackers want to hack the users who r having bitcoin acccount ..they will have their wallet address and withdraw their coins...
Yes, we already know that. However, ask most of the people who are getting hacked their password, either they make use of 2FA; whether they utilize every option available to secure their funds and whether they check every link they click before clicking them. We are the ones sometimes who really end up making a huge mistake while blaming everyone and even blockchain technology for losing funds as I have seen people like that before. At this day and age, how can someone still be using abcd1234 as password?
1164  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Trading! on: February 13, 2018, 01:24:02 PM
Bitcoin trading is good ideas for get more profit. Bitcoin trading is not easy to start. First you invest the bitcoin then you start the trading proces. Trading process time to compete. So time is important for the trading proces. Most of the need to complete the trading process on time. If not complete you trading account feedback people will be update the negative. So you complete and communicate with the customer. Then you connect with customers for some trading process.

If Trading process is not complete. That process is automatically canceled the process in one hours. So you always connect the people and Trading process.
Really ? If this is all it is about trading, oh my!Oh my!! We are all done for. Come on bro! In fact, I had to read over and over to even get you. Bitcoin trading is not just the usual ‘buy and sell’ market bro.

It is not buying sneakers at a particular price and selling to customers at a higher price and even though that is the basic reality of market that also applies to bitcoin, there is just so much to bitcoin than just buying and selling. Also, all the scenarios you have played out in trading does not even have any meaning; neither does it have anything to do with what is being said.

One important thing I want to state which most people are getting wrong is that you build knowledge first before you start building experience when it comes to trading or any profession.
1165  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is recovering? on: February 13, 2018, 12:30:23 PM
Price is showing a positive spike!
That's absolitely true. The cryptomarket at this moment is showing green marks which means the market is now rexovering from the crash lately. Most of the coins' market price is starting to go up which is something to look forward with on the next days and months to come. Surely, goos thing are about to go for Bitcoin now that its value is starting to increase. Holding now and investing would be a huge contribution for its recovery.
Hopefully, this is the scenario that ends up playing out. It is just funny nonetheless; that we assume a lot and that is what ends up causing panic and FUD in the market. We all want a recovery, we should let it come, let's be sure we have it and let's see how the market reverses from that point. I am optimistic we may end up having a reversal as that would be good, but I am still very careful not to expect just too much. Just my own personal opinion.
1166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going to MOOON!! BUY OR HODL! on: February 13, 2018, 06:06:11 AM
Bitcoin is going to rise upto $28K, the whales are waiting. Remember when bitcoin dropped from $1K to $152? They're the ones with the lambos now.

Previous rise has nothing to do with whales, it has to do with mtgox being hacked. Because it was the biggest exchange and like the only one out there providing good volume when it went down bitcoin crashed. You have to educate yourself more on this matter.
Maybe you misunderstood the OP. I am sure he was not referring to Mt.Gox even that was what happened but he is referring to the fact that those who took the opportunity to see the crash as a way to buy in more which obviously is usually what the whales do, are the ones riding the Lambo now. The market always end up recovering and only the smart ones know exactly when it is time to get in.

It is the way it is with the market. One thing I am sure of right now is that bitcoin has gotten to a stage where even the whales know that a lot is coming for bitcoin and rather decided to shed off some weight by removing the weak hands while the real believers who are smart enough to stay in and buy in more end up reaping the benefit. Last year was nothing compared to what I expect this year and I hope I do not end up wrong.
1167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: February 12, 2018, 06:45:35 PM
Hello I don’t understand I bought for 4000 Eur one hour ago of Ethereum when it was going up, it stayed around the 10-20%, it started to decrease 5 minutes ago so I sold it and now cex.io just gave me 3500eur for it... wtf... Huh
The %came from me watching livecoinwatch.. Cex.io doesn’t have the accurate price ??
You lose because you don't have enough patience. Every trader should have patience for them to make more money.  If you want to overcome your losses in trading, you should improve your patience.
First, why on earth will he be making a trade on an exchange and looking at the value somewhere else to make a trade. If he wants to trade, why not just move the funds to a proper exchange and start trading there. Also, why would he even want to trade without any knowledge about trading ? Patience is not the problem here; he needs to know exactly what he wants to do. Is he holding for long term or does he want to trade. If he is holding for long term, he has no business shorting, and if he wants to trade, I believe by now, he knows he really has a lot to learn.
1168  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: More traders.... Good or not? on: February 12, 2018, 06:04:04 PM
I think more traders is good for the bitcoin market as it helps the value increase due to there will ne lot of people usong btc, meaning more demand. But if it's safe, well if you don't come across a client who would scam you then it would be safe. Easy? No. I don't think so, trading requires patinece and proper timing and you should dedicate more of your time so it really doesn't come easy.
Regular traders is much better than having too much traders, if only we can see the regular traders we can assume rise and fall of such coin but if it's too many its hard to do in such case we will just depend on reading graph.
By regular, I can assume that you are referring to professional traders. Well, in a way you are right. It is not like having aspiring traders, those who are ready to learn and those who see trading as gamble, is a bad thing. At the end, those who just gamble their way into trading will learn those lessons eventually or get thrown away.

Still, based on your point, the pro traders coming in will be able to trade without the crazy level of volatility which at times, is caused by panicking traders. In the long run of it, more traders mean more growth and that is what we have always wanted anyway.
1169  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ICO investment Risk on: February 11, 2018, 07:43:56 PM
ICO investment is risky it is true that if you are are investing in a new initial coin offering then it is good but for high return you must take some of the risk involved with the ICO bitcoin is good but the altcoin is also good and profitable. the ICO is good and i have tried two times that in the beginning the initial coin is good for future but for this you must have the patience because there are so many ICO is running in the market and we are hopeful that we will do good with the investment in the ICO.
Okay, what you have said now is that ICOs are good and we should always have patience, thereby forgetting the fact that if you are to invest in any ICO at all, you have to be wise about it. There is no way you won’t get burned if you just see any ICO, think it looks good and just hop in. You have to do some research, some serious diggings and scrutiny before you can even think of going ahead to invest.

Hi to everybody, I'm new and want to make a small investment, the question is what is the minimum normal amount to invest in cryptocurencies? Smiley
There is no minimum. Invest anything that you have and do a proper research before just investing into anything. If you are not sure of the coin to invest in, just choose bitcoin and hold. While holding bitcoin, try as much as possible to learn on this forum. You will get a lot of information; get to know about cryptocurrency at large and some other coins, which would help your further decisions.
1170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to buy LiteCoin - King of all Coins! on: February 11, 2018, 06:01:13 PM
It is really good to buy LiteCoin recently since the price was low. and litecoin also has the potential in the future and it is really good for you to invest that big because you'll earn more profit when the price of it recovers.
King of all coins for LTC wont happen. Because bitcoin will still be the king and if the bitcoin failed to do so there is always still Ethereum who's climbing its way up.
Litecoin has great potentials, but the OP really overdid it calling it the king. The Litepay is actually good news for it and I am sure that would give it a huge boost for real life usage. Also, this dip is actually just a perfect time to be buying this coin, as I am sure in the next few days when the rally starts, LTC should be joining quickly in the rally.

Nevertheless, this does not mean that bitcoin protocol will not be upgraded and we will see developments like this easily, which will always give bitcoin that edge.
1171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BitConnect recover? on: February 11, 2018, 03:35:29 PM

When they loose consumer sentiment and trust, its nearly impossible for them to be back. They would really have to give some legal guarantees this time to get the ball rolling again!

Did you hold in Bitconnect?
They even tried pumping a little bit after the incident happened and their own community just dumped pretty hard on them. This is a dead project, it was obvious from the start, but some people just won't listen. Whoever is holding now should better not just bother if there would be a comeback for it or not, as it is going to be joining the list of the coins in the coinmarketcap lower chain with no one to buy it, so better to sell now for a good project with great community.
1172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: February 10, 2018, 05:03:13 PM
...
LN tackles all above annoyances that people 'suffer' from in today's market, and will stimulate people to transact with each other far more than we can imagine right now. In other words, LN is a major adotion booster, that's a fact. Regarding using it as payment to purchase goods and whatnot, I more or less agree that it won't change very much in that aspect. It has partly to do with the volatility, but the main point is that people don't want to spend something that can jump up significantly in value the next day. That's something we have been dealing with for years now.

Couldn´t it be a good thing if people are reluctant to spend Bitcoins, because they are worth
more in the future? Several economists argue that assets like Bitcoin actually change people´s time
preferences from a high-time preference to a short-time preference. With a short-time preference
people actually think more of the long-term and increase their savings.

One could argue that this would be beneficial for the individual, because having savings protects from
sudden loss of income and also beneficial for society, because it would decrease the ubiquitous overconsumption.
There cannot be over-consumption. First, you should understand one thing that bitcoin is limited in supply. Secondly, real life usage will issue in more demand for the currency as people only do not see it only as an asset or speculative one, but something that is always going to be needed and used without having to convert to fiat and transaction between anyone anywhere in the world is going to always happen with the speed of light.

Adoption would have been a little bit of years back, but for now we are a little bit past that but not very far from it. So far, we are already growing, so I will assume that is the stage we are. With the number of altcoins popping up every day and the number that is already on ground doing well, we have gotten past the adoption stage generally for cryptocurrency or just a little bit between the adoption and growth stage.
1173  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: February 10, 2018, 03:28:59 PM
it is better to buy from remitano with buy options
Remitano is a P2P escrow exchange and not in every country, so for different type of coins, why will he go through remitano ?
His best bet is to both go to coinmarketcap and do his proper findings from the first top 100 coins and start from there.

On coinmarketcap, the exchanges where those coins are available are also listed but he can limit his search to Poloniex, bittrex and binance, and then buy those coins there. However, it is not reasonable leaving them on an exchange, so he may want to find a good cold storage for them.
1174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If bitcoin is gone will the other coin survive? on: February 10, 2018, 02:28:53 PM
If bitcoin gone or die just incase only.  I think most of the altcoin will survive becausr not on them are base on the bitcoin price even if the coin is base to bitcoin for sure it will survive. If bitcoin die for sure the next bitcoin will be ethereum so no problem because crypto will not end if bitcoin die for sure you will make a lot of profit because possible the coin that you have will increase more.
Well, it is a big IF. What we should be asking ourselves anyway is that, what would make bitcoin go that would actually not affect the other coins in the market ? Okay, maybe someone may start saying ETH will take over and lead the trend.

Ordinarily, bitcoin is having a dip and the whole market getting dragged down is already a clear indication of what would happen to the market if anything happens to bitcoin. More like what will happen to a country if the head is killed. Most traders know what this would cause and would find ways to move into fiat immediately, hence cause a crypto disaster.
1175  Economy / Speculation / Re: IT'S TIME TO BUY BITCOIN ?? I SAY YESSSS on: February 09, 2018, 07:16:53 PM
its time to buy bitcoin. start scaling in, these are extremely cheap prices.
With that volume that I saw yesterday, I would not even miss it for the world. I have always had this notion of thinking like the whales.

They sell high, buy low and most times, it is always good for you when you are buying exactly when they are buying. However, that aside, the market is looking good for now, we have a lot of resistance ahead of us to go test though, so let's see how that will play out, but for now and with the value that I have gotten in, I am just good to go.
1176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading by follow signals. Is it good? on: February 09, 2018, 05:52:41 PM
Trading only on signals, not understanding what is happening to the market - is not exactly a good idea. Personally, I use signals in order to pay attention to the coin and analyze it. And only then I make a decision: to buy or not to buy a coin.
In fact, signals only will only mess up a trader before they even know it. Yes, there are sometimes that signals can be of help and lucky if they work. But being an emotionally driven market, one have to include some of those analyses into one's decision before making them. Better to analyze that particular market, know what is presently going on with it, combine that with indicators for signals and then make decisions.
1177  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where are you trading? on: February 09, 2018, 05:09:29 PM
I use local exchnge in trading.
In addition to providing price comparison clear instead of dollars. Also gave the easy cash flow of withdraw and deposit
and communication with customer service too . I believe every country definitely have at least 1 legit exchange in their country.
You are so lucky if you are provided with one such exchange in your country. People understand trading in a better way when things are in their own currencies because it is much easier to understand as compared to deal with things available in dollars. You are enjoying the services of this exchange just because bitcoin is legal in your country. The real problem is for those where it is not legal at all.
I trade as well on Luno exchange among the regular ones such as bittrex and co. The good thing about Luno is that I trade against my own real fiat which has been awesome anyway. For analysis purpose, it does not have a good platform for that, so I use trade view or the other exchanges for my BTC analysis and then make trade decisions based on that.
1178  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Come Back? on: February 08, 2018, 08:19:23 AM
It seems the only thing you can do is stop, wait and hope things will be better. If you move now, you are very likely to lose more so stop don't move  Smiley
Yeah, some times when you make a mistake in life, you need to sit back, and have a pretty level of thinking about your life and how you have messed it all up and what you can do to make some corrections.

Everything can mess up, even bitcoin just did with the FOMO rush and corrected itself (just using that as an analogy), so no one is beyond correction in real life, but the decision falls in each individual's hand. Plan, see how you can make things right, do not get too greedy and be smart. By the way, buying bitcoin now when it is in correction is a good way to start but please do not go all in as that is part of greed.
1179  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do I have to learn in trading? on: February 08, 2018, 06:23:12 AM
I'm a complete newbie but I am eager to learn how to trade and make some good profits can anyone help me so that I won't make many mistakes in trading? Any Tips?

First, read about stock market books. You need to study everything market wise, including ideas and concepts. Learn to analyze the basic and look the price charts. For additional learning you need to attend some seminars conducted by a profesional traders it can provide valuable insight into a overall market and specific investment strategies. Can also help you if get a mentor a hands coach to guide you, critique your techniques and be your advisor.
Do you know the funniest part ? Even pro traders keep learning all the time. Sometimes, they learn from experience, most times, they try to make some studies to see what they can get to know from others to do it better next time.

You can never finish learning trading in just one single day, so it is always good to take your time to learn first and I like the fact that you told him it is a lot to learn, but for someone who is ready to do some research online for articles, can quickly grasp things, they can start doing well in no time.
1180  Economy / Marketplace / Re: China calling for a wider ban on Crypto currency trading ? on: February 07, 2018, 05:11:13 PM
Too much FUD on decentralized currencies nowadays. Banks and governments feel threatened. But can they really put this down? The technology crypto brings are futuristic so I believe these solid projects will survive and become big.
Nowadays ? It has always been and it will always be.
Check out the same scenario that happened last year with the China ban on cryptocurrency that went round, before some people got to know after panicking and dumping that it was a suspension on ICOs until further notice.

Yes, these are just ways to play with the market and the emotion of traders. Some usually fall for it, panic and dump, while some who already know their pranks take it as nothing, which exactly means nothing.
