781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I invest only in ICOs on: May 30, 2018, 06:58:36 PM
Very high risk invest at ico program..we must know about crypto program and specific project ..but we dont know what ico will get big profit or big lose...we must know detail info and roadmao project developer..dont wrong choose scam ico
Yeah, ICO investment is very good but at the same time, it is very risky and based on that risk, I believe every single investor should be ready to make a decision on their own rather than ask for opinions. Announcement thread is a way to ask the devs all you need to know and see how discussions are made generally on the project as well as people's view and opinion but do not even bank on that as some are paid to bump the ANN thread.

For the OP and those in his shoes, just dig up the team and do a thorough scrutiny as to their past experience and if they are worth giving your money to, otherwise, wait for it to hit an exchange first if you are unsure, then read as much as you can about the project to make your decision.
782  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think should invest in BITCOIN now? on: May 30, 2018, 05:45:47 PM
This is a good opportunity for people to invest in Bitcoin. If they do not, they might miss the train. As a matter of fact, the price has dropped. So why not try to buy some coins and hold? If you want to gain big profit in the end, then you have to be patient and hold. And if you are going to invest in bitcoin, then I am sure you will do that because you believe in its potentials. Otherwise, you will not. So, buy now, and enjoy later.
It must be a good opportunity and if anyone ends up missing such an opportunity will surely have them to blame for doing so in the long run. The market so far has really got so blown down that whoever is buying now when the market recovers eventually will surely be making a lot of huge profit at the end of the day without missing anything at all.

The best time to always invest is when everyone is so scared to buy and not when everyone is joining fomo. After watching the way bitcoin market was traded in last few days, I must say, the current situation is a perfect time to buy more as this could be the last time that we are seeing prices below $8000 levels.
783  Economy / Speculation / Re: Real Reason Behind Bitcoin’s Price Crash. on: May 30, 2018, 04:36:49 PM
Yes you must share your reference. I disagree that the only reason for bitcoins price crash is because of USA investors are selling bitcoins to pay capital gains tax . Last week , people claimed MT gox wallet been sold off is the cause and today USA investors . I think there is more to its than a single reason for bitcoin price crash.
Obviously US investors alone would not have caused such a huge downtrend, and it was inevitable to have the downtrend or huge correction as the case may be anyway. MtGox actually started more of it, with every other side stuffs like the capital gain whatever, but I am not sure the US investors taking out all their bitcoin into cash would have actually caused such a huge one, and for now, the only thing we actually can point a finger at is the MtGox or maybe not.

I agree with you partially. Not only this is the reason of btc price fall, I think MT gox is also a significant reason of price fall.
If that is the real reason, I will be worrying a lot as he is still holding lots of coins and he may drag down prices somewhat worst levels too or may make prices to range bound between $10k to $7k like this.
784  Economy / Speculation / Re: What makes the market change upon selling? on: May 30, 2018, 03:49:10 PM
So let's say I sell 1,000 bitcoins why would the market price drop if I did such a thing since the coins are still there in theory just moved to another person or a exchange site?
That depends on where you are selling, on an exchange or over the counter. On an exchange, everyone is bidding and if you get to sell your whole 1000btc to a single person who is bidding for it, then obviously the market will not change, but from series of people with different prices set for it, then you simply drive the price down way lower and it is as simple as that. If there is a huge demand for your 1000btc, the influence should not be much, otherwise, with a less demand, then, you know what happens.
785  Economy / Economics / Re: Speculation on BTC on: May 30, 2018, 12:20:15 PM
I believe there are plenty of powers fighting for the dominance over bitcoin some of which are trying to suppress the price and some drive it up. Moreover, bitcoin's rate is pretty dependent on news. With all that in mind, I would dare making any predictions as there always is a chance of a black swan.
The sentiment in the market right now is even negative, so to have such an article springing up can really reduce the level of long term pessimism in the market.

Recovering from where we are today can actually be a good one at the end of it all, even though we are not even sure how far down we are going yet, but the possibility that testing the previous ATH, may make us hover around it for a little while and then start hitting new ATHs and with that, $10000 may actually be the last thing we will ever get to see again. All speculations though, since none of us can actually see what the future holds.
786  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Disable person on: May 30, 2018, 10:51:47 AM
This is a common thing happens in different countries where the government mandatory give assistance to there citizens with disability, and the sad truth is that the assistance from government is not enough.

This is the perfect time to introduce bitcoin to persons with disability by doing this they don't need to rely only on government assistance, because they are now started to earn there own money to support their needs.

A person with disability has a certain allocation budget came from the government because they are not a normal people that can work just to have or to earn profit to use for their daily needs and expenses. However, if a disabled person thinks that they can involved to Bitcoin then why not, it is much better to have a connection to this system because for sure it can gives to them a much better benefits and opportunities.
Yes, let's even go the psychological way !
Most disabled person totally do not have so much to even take care of their needs, you think they will understand all the things you will be telling them by giving them a paper wallet filled with some digital currency and the importance it would be for them in the long run, when they can even hardly take care of their short run. Let's be realistic here, it does not make any sense giving a disabled person something he or she cannot handle. Instead of giving some money in the format of cryptos, it would be much helpful for them if we teach how to make money online or anything similar to that.
787  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin vs world economy on: May 30, 2018, 10:12:39 AM
Bitcoin is evolving, and as popular as it seems, we are still at the early adoption stages. It will certainly revolutionalize the world's economy by changing the  game for the government and people of the world.
Obviously it will. Look at the way things may be going with the fiat system and economy simply crushing somehow with inflation. To me, bitcoin may actually be perceived as the digital gold which is going to be saving the day in that case. I am sure just like you said, it is too early to start seeing it as a huge part of a huge economy in the global perspective, but I believe over time, it is definitely going to be and government would not have a choice than to let it be.

Bitcoin is the community and as long as there would keep being supporters who see the dire need of it in their daily lives as currency, I do not think it would be that easy for any government to just want to fall that apart and as long as we are not divided among ourselves as well.

The thing here is that if government could screw the whole thing up, they would have done that and the more they keep making attempt, the more it just keeps growing and exposing the fiat loophole which decentralization is causing to the whole world. I do not feel the world economy is centered around bitcoin anyway.
788  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: May 29, 2018, 04:00:02 PM
We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?
The business man mentality actually is the best.
Yeah, education is good and we surely cannot expect someone to thrive much in the business environment without at least some pretty good level of knowledge anyway and we cannot always get to have everyone becoming a business man, as there would always be those who prefer working for others and normal way the economy system should be like.

After all, they can be trained in both ways and at the end. This will enable them to choose the kind path they want to take in the long run, I guess that alone will be the essence of safeguarding their future rather than some country people are saving more money which might be enough for generations.
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Price Drops Below $ 550 on: May 29, 2018, 12:21:20 PM
We have yet to see the end of 2018. Of course that correction was inevitable, keep in mind how fast the prices went up in December. Correction was expected to occur. However I do believe that for the long run it doesn't matter as the market will catch the bull run again someday in the future.
Correction is always normal in every market. Ethereum has a low to about $300 recently and then bounced towards $700 with some correction afterwards and there we are with some noob declaring 2018 as a bad year for the whole market.

The OP sure do have some point on the volume, but we all know how the market can act at times, as all traders are simply looking forward to catch the best gains most of the time but only time will tell if this is just going to be a little retrace or we are up for some crazy moments ahead.
790  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Coinbase has just announced that they are going to support ERC-20 assets on: May 29, 2018, 09:16:03 AM
Very big exchange, this is a great news and will see etheruem to the moon very soon. It will also contribute to the growth of existing ERC enabled coin. The trading volume for coinbase will also increase.
Yeah. At least, this is going to give some ERC20 tokens to have a wider space to evolve in the current market with the way things are going.

With coinbase listing some of them, I believe it would sprout some growth for the ERC20 market and even for Ethereum as well. This gives room for some coinbase users and probably US based investors to have access into buying some of those tokens, and knowing that coinbase will actually be picky with the tokens they are going to be listing based on US regulations, we may actually see any token listed to get some good growth.
791  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: May 28, 2018, 03:48:36 PM
do not easily give up trading on bitcoin, because one of the best ways to get bitcoin is by way of trading. if we have experienced a loss in trading do not make it as an excuse to retreat but learn more deeply where the point of our mistakes in trading so that it can further minimize the risk of loss.
But trading will not suit for everyone,if he still continue to do the crypto reading then he might loss more money.I think it will be better to be a long term holder,we didn't lose anything untill we sell our bitcoin so hopefully the price may increase again at the time you can make profits.
It is not like it is better to be a long term holder, but it is just safer most especially if you do not have any knowledge about trading. Normally, you should always have something upstairs when you want to embark on any journey regarding investment or rendering of service so as to be able to play your card safely. In that way, it would always make things so easy when making a decision which is what I expect the Op will do and that will even help him find the best areas he can easily fit into.
792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: May 28, 2018, 02:14:12 PM
The best way to put that is simply because some people bet WAY MORE then they are willing to lose, if you just put a small percent back that doesn't hurt your finances, I do not see a problem!!!

Control is the key!
in my opinion, any act or substance that harms humans beings in any way whether mentally, physical, emotionally or financially comes under the prohibited category. Gambling has ruined lives of thousands of players and yet many are destined to meet the same end. It is very obvious to portray this negatively so that people will stay away from it and this is best in their own interests. This game can turn life of a gambler into a living hell within a blink of an eye.
But whatever people say, this is wrong so it is wrong. No one can make this better by saying anything about it. We all know these gamblers are just earning money that is virtual. They even don’t know how is winning their money. They spend everything in gambling and at the end of day, they just become zero. They never win permanently. Their greed becomes so strong that never let them grow.
In my opinion, trading and gambling both are the travelers of same boat and the only difference they have is that how these two things are conducted. I think people like to go with trading instead of gambling due to its bad reputation outside the world. We can easily see that the people who play gambling are how treated in the society. No one even wants to talk to them.
No, they are not. They will only be travelers of the same boat, if the individual who is trading is doing so without any knowledge and any strategy. I am a trader and I have been a trader for over 3 years and making huge money from trading, and it pisses me off when some people who do not even have any idea about trading associating it with gambling.

Yes in a way, we could say you still gamble, but trading is more of an educated gambling which if done right, you will make a lot from, and that is one thing you can never get from real gambling. I have done both, and they are totally different.
793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Someone won freebitco.in lottery already? on: May 28, 2018, 01:12:20 PM
was just wondering if someone here has win some btc on the lottery
playing it since 6 months and never win any lotto, i'm starting to think that the adm manipulate the whole system  Roll Eyes
So many times I have wondered this and kept asking myself those who have been winning that lottery. Sometimes, I even see some ridiculous number of tickets winning the first position and then I get curious to know if real persons are actually winning this stuff.

Although, they as transparent with it as possible but still would want to see or know if there is anyone in the community as well who has since I have never won for the past 2 years I have been putting some few stuffs to get some ticket there but it is normal to know winning a lottery in the midst of millions of users can be pretty hard.
794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: May 28, 2018, 12:41:33 PM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.
In my own personal opinion, i think being positive has a affect on your outcome of your bet because many people says once you stay positive good lucks will come to you. But still don't take a lot of risk in playing because maybe you might get addicted if you won a lot of times in gambling.

Yes, I agree with you that if your positive all things will come is positive. I remember a situation that I saw a situation that there two set of people who are playing in a casino. One is a positive vibes just enjoying the game and other is the negative vibes who take the game seriously. As the game goes by the negative is really angry when he is losing and he reach the top that he bet his everything and lose it in an instant.

Lesson learned: dont let negative vibes to destroy your everything because it may leads you to a decision that you didn't think it two times.
In gambling, the only thing you need is to be as reasonable and wise as possible. However, a lot of people are stupid enough to think that the law of attraction by thinking positively may be applicable to gambling until they end up ruining their own life and the worst part is that they will never know until they are completely ruined since they did not apply normal mental reasoning into their gambling activity and decided to let their positive thinking take a full load of them.
That pretty much just sums it up! This is not about having negative vibe or some positive vibe, it is gambling and it is about working with your head most of the time so as to be able to get in control and the only way to do that is to control your mind.

However, for those who already have a fixed mindset that by them staying positive, they will win all the time, they only will end up doing things their mind tells them to do and since their mind is fixated towards positivity, they will keep pushing on and on until they lose everything.
795  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right now should I wait to buy ? on: May 27, 2018, 12:53:39 PM
Reading this source, I understand that prices are likely to go below 8k. Do you agree with those analysis?

 https://www.coindesk.com/bear-revival-bitcoin-risks-fall-below-8k-after-3-5-week-low/amp/

Although we all know that it is always difficult to make any forecasts about the cryptocurrency, I do not think that the prices of Bitcoin and altcoins will fall so very much. If I would not have crypto, I'd buy it now.
In fact most of the altcoins have even gotten to a stage where they are not even dropping lower and that is a good thing to start entering some of the alt markets now. However, it is indeed very important to still take caution most of the time, as you may actually end up getting screwed if you do not get to watch bitcoin movement in your decision making as that really is important.

Actually for someone who is trading, a trader would want to wait for confirmation first before even considering to enter the market as there could be possibilities of fake break outs and until sometimes you confirm trend changing, that would be more like the best time to trade or buy in.

The market right now is in a very complex state and even though some alts are really holding up and there is some form of bullish divergence on them, one may actually want to still be careful with them. Nevertheless for long term, it is just a good time which may end up a better time even in the short term.
796  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade? on: May 27, 2018, 09:06:09 AM
Hello I am newbie here I want to start in trading where can i start? can $100 survive in trading? Please help me give me idea where to start
If you are a newbie in this forum do not invest in cryptocurrency so try to gain some knowledge in block chain technology and crypto platform.so automatically you are understand the price prediction then only you will earn some profit. My best suggestion is Ethereum and Bitcoin is the long term investment.
Knowledge is very necessary and a lot of people always discard that first until they realize they are doing themselves more harm than good by losing a lot thinking they can just easily start trading without it. $100 though is a good start for someone who have been able to even learn some certain things over time and want to start putting those knowledge to good use and practice they say brings about perfection and you do not want to achieve that perfection by starting with a huge amount of money you cannot afford to lose as that may sometimes set in emotion.
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: May 26, 2018, 07:20:03 PM
Today's market has rebounded and the prices of coin have risen sharply. Although the market turns green and prices have changed, the price of the altcoin is still low. I advise you not to sell at this time. The market will grow and you have the opportunity to make a big profit in the future.
Yeah, it is usually like that most of the time, as majority of the alt market are tied to bitcoin. However, we still have a lot of time ahead of us to see how things will be turning out, so I guess we will just have to wait and see. For now, nothing is sure with the market.

Based on the OP's question, knowing when to sell in a market is as important as to knowing when to buy which is why you have to form your own strategy and stick with it. So many ways to know when to sell, it could be making use of the indicator; it could be utilizing price action on support and resistance and so many more.
798  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price do you think bitcoin will reach by 2020? on: May 26, 2018, 05:57:38 PM
What price do you think bitcoin will reach by 2020?
I personally think that bitcoin can reach $100.000 by 2020 but i think it's never going to go to $1.000.000!
I don't think that bitcoin will reach $100k by 2020 because there are just so many manipulators who want to cash out whenever they had the chance. As you can see bitcoin now is having a hard time reaching $10K value and i tend to believe that this is because whales are manipulating the price.
2020 is still about 2 years from here and that is a huge number of days ahead of us to know what could be a possibility or what could not. I am sure by then, there could have been a possibility where the market is probably have gotten huge than what it is today and recovered from the current downtrend, and we all know how recovery can be like in a matter of time. However, it is 2020 and I believe only time can prove us in any way we think, but realistically, I do not think it is possible as well, but we all know sometimes, being realistic has not come through in most situations in this market.
799  Economy / Speculation / Re: how long bitcoin survive under 10K on: May 26, 2018, 05:14:59 PM
every time I see market developments and bitcoin never passes 10K.

i just want to know your opinion about bitcoin price today, is this normal? and how long bitcoin will survive under 10k? until june? till July?

I am bored with the rigid bitcoin price

Share your analysis here!
Every time? Have you been in this market before? The last time I checked, the only time, apart from last year before we made $10k an ATH anyway, the only time this year we have tested the $10k resistance and could not jump past it was on the 6th of May.

At least after hitting the last bottom at around $5800, we made a mark till $11,200 and that was still this year, so I am not sure where you are getting your info from. However, you should remember that in a way, we are still in a downtrend since we are still forming a lower high anyway if you look at maybe the daily time frame, so I guess we just have to wait to see how that turns out.
800  Economy / Economics / Re: Some advices and references for a newbie? on: May 26, 2018, 01:28:14 PM
It's never too late or to early to develop good study habits. The sooner you get into a study groove, the easier everything will be and the more your chances on getting goodmarks will improve, one thing I've learn the most giving enough time to study, if you study even one page a day you'll be continually reviewing thing in your mind. Don't take it faster just take it slowly to be deep rooted in your mind.
Yes, that is the reason why OP is asking for help on articles and resources to make use of to be vast and what you have stated apparently does not help him in anyway.

I would advise the OP to ignore the forum and just hit the web straight on unless you just want to be gallivanting around and you will end up not getting anything tangible to help you at all. Type how to use trading indicators on Google, money management in trading and some little other stuff that can guide you. You can also check https://tradingstrategyguides.com as there is lots of information on their blog that can help as well.
