1061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: March 13, 2018, 05:36:58 PM
earn huge money, affect people. So the lottery is more interesting when the prize is higher, like in America up to hundreds of millions of dollars. Where this makes people tempted to fantasize the winner.
I can even still go low on lottery and depend on luck since I know I can afford to lose that anyway than go huge on playing games such as dice and so on, that I know one way or the other, it is going to end up as a loss at the end of the day, and the tendency for you to have a huge bank roll is somehow there considering that the higher the bank roll, the easier it is for you to keep rolling an automated strategy with online gambling and then hoping that long streaks will not be your portion.
1062  Economy / Economics / Re: What to do with our new found wealth??? on: March 13, 2018, 02:47:29 PM
Well if you made millions and wanna sneak it ... Without notice of any government official..then I would recommend i split it in parts... Send it to trustable people..and remember this the .. problem only arrises when you go forward to encash it !
Thus.. send it to trustable people and... Encash the amount that for government isn't taxable..

And do this over a period..of...time and I don't think there will be any problems with this..

Because encashing is the whole trouble nothing else...
This is a good idea to keep it away from the corrupt officials. My friend has doing this to convert his crypto into a fiat, he uses his circle of trusted friends as a dummy accounts and send to them his millions worth of profits and now he has build his own house and having a livelihood business. There's a way if you have money.
I hope one day he will not end up being nabbed for this. Although stuffs like this can easily be dome where there is no strict law and everything easily goes without much monitoring.

Try it in places where everything is highly monitored, then your friends may also have to explain how the strange amount hit their account as well as you. In such places, I would just implore payment of tax and then diversifying into several businesses offline while not forgetting where you started from, the crypto world in the long run.
1063  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: March 13, 2018, 12:03:30 PM
Its risky to consider bitcoin as your main income simply because its highly volatile and your profit is not guaranteed. Better to just make this thing as another source of profit, its good to have a lot of money resources. If you are just minimum wage earner like me, better not to depend on this.
Yes, anyone who is even doing that is really going to end up knowing eventually anyway. It is a volatile market and a huge one, so if you are not working to earn it just the same way we work and earn dollar, then investing and holding for anyone should not be a main income because you can wait for years before you can even realize anything unless you get so lucky to wait for weeks or months. Trading, freelancing and getting bitcoin from it, can be a main income, but holding, no way.
1064  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will crypto markets continue to spike higher? on: March 13, 2018, 11:28:18 AM
I believe this is the beginning of the next price hike, after the price spike in late 2017. maybe it could be even higher, given the growing bitcoin users. and we all expect everything.
We all know this fact quite well that the demand of the crypto currency will keep on increasing in the days to come as still there is 99% of the population who don’t know anything regarding it and at time when they will get to know about it, they will surely go for investing their money into it which will increase the demand of the crypto currencies and as a result of which the graph of the crypto market will go even higher.

exactly!  I'm located in the USA, and almost everyone I know has no clue about crypto.  There was also a time when the "Stock Market" was new and confusing and didn't have a lot of buy-in.  Fast forward to today, and it's hard to find someone who's not playing the stock market in some manner...either through actively trading or investing in a 401(k).

This industry is so new and has so much potential, that it's definitely going to rise.
Which means a day will come when everyone is trying to play on the cryptocurrency market too right ? I am not surprised that a lot of people does not really know much about cryptocurrency but it will change over time which is the reason I am not against regulation anyway as that would give investors the peace of mind in investing in cryptocurrency. I am optimistic that the future is great and I am looking forward to it.
1065  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 2018 forecast on: March 12, 2018, 12:13:31 PM
Like who the hell is this trying to fuel Cardano to pump here? Need to do better than that to try to convince us into believing that an altcoin will overtake Bitcoin in terms of market cap. It would take a miracle for anything other than Ethereum to take over Bitcoin's position as number one in market cap leader and this could only be the eventuality of a hard decline of Bitcoin.
Also, it is unlikely that Bitcoin will reach up to $43k by the end of the year as it is looking grim just to stabilize around the $10k mark for now. Going to have this prediction in my mind and will hope it does reach there!
lol. That is if he has power as much as McAfee to fuel the pump. Grin Even McAfee these days is no longer taken seriously. Nevertheless, pump or not, if any of these coins get to experience such a huge increase in value, who would not mind ?

If the market turns out to be bullish, we can actually get to experience moments like this for some of the altcoins, but we just have to wait and see. They are all good coins with great potentials so, I would not doubt anything, just that I am just a bit skeptical on bitcoin attaining that height this year, but who knows?
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT IS GOING ON? Come back form holidays and everything red????it is over? on: March 12, 2018, 10:15:41 AM
All my coins are badly red! I know...Hold and blabla...but jeez...i was away just few days ;/
Sorry I just had to laugh on that one even though we have been in red days and honestly, the only thing now is just to laugh and wait it out. It pretty much sucks anyway and it starts giving the feelings that maybe sometimes, just sometimes it is good to hold in fiat and wait for the perfect moment to buy after all. I would not blame those who wait for a bull rally to get in, since sometimes; you may even buy in dip and still end up seeing more dip. However, it will recover and that is the only thing that has always kept the long term holders going anyway.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why the cryptocurrency prices went down suddenly on: March 12, 2018, 08:43:59 AM
Binance incident was a hack,it isnt not just a rumor they have disabled the widrawals luckily that said their ass for their good reputation.Binance wont admit the it but they have already called those guys as hackers so it means binance was hacked, anyways phishing attacks are generally considered as a way of hacking stealing APIs from bots are bullshit,in the first place binance shoudlnt be allowing those bots in their system,it is their fault period.
I would not call that a hack. Get facts straight! Binance itself was not hacked, some accounts were and the hackers were only able to get into the account after a phishing incident that happened in the past which made the hackers generate APIs for these accounts and chose a good time to act. At the end, binance was able to get this and stop it without anyone losing anything, except that some accounts got their assets exchanged which they will have to exchange back themselves.
1068  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Time For Crypto Currency on: March 10, 2018, 12:31:57 PM
There is no best time when you are in trading. If every of your trades gives you a profit then its a good time to sell. Never aim for a big profit.

I guess if there is no best time but there is a best day in trading. Its just simple for me, you just have to wait for the market to turn red and if you think the dip is done, time to go shopping and wait after the dip.
Not aiming for a big profit is something that I have come to really learn, as I usually hold sometimes before looking for that huge profit, the complexity of the market just like the one we had recently affects a lot of things.

Since I learnt that a lot from the last year fork of bitcoin when all alts were dumped badly, I did not make that mistake again this time around, so for alts, I would rather just go on steady and low profit unless I just got lucky to have a huge profit on any of them, but generally, I do not see any perfect time for the market.
1069  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any book I should read? on: March 10, 2018, 12:04:33 PM
Google is your best bet bro and all the articles available online will help you get a solution to your problem. If you are looking for trading books, you can go to amazon and order for one, but that would be a waste anyway and unless you have so much to give out, it is unreasonable. There are so many articles that have been written and published freely online and you can just utilize them to start trading efficiently, all it takes is for you to take your time to learn.
1070  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Trading! on: March 10, 2018, 08:04:48 AM
Sometimes the high bounty is also a marketing strategy so that many people will join and help them to advertise as they have faith to the project. It doesn't mean just because they are offering higher bounty, they have a solid project. And btw, this topic is all about bitcoin trading and set aside the topic about bounties and go to the right section to talk about them. And for those profit sharers or takers, how much you have gained for today?
Now this is a mistake so many people make. Do not ever depend on luck as long as you are trading, depend totally on your own knowledge, how you want to play your card safely and that is all you will need. If you are banking on luck most of the time, emotions will always find a way to kick in. I tried it once and it never worked until I learned started trading like a pro and getting the best of the market. Once you can go about learning something that can help you make good decisions, then you should be fine.

Both experience and skills are very important. Experience is only applicable when you have been able to imbibe the skills first. Still, they both go hand in hand as time goes on in your profession and not just in trading, but in the general sense, you get the skills first, learn how to do it effectively and then you can start practicing. It is from the practicing that you will gain experience from the things you have been doing including your mistakes, which will then give you confidence in your trade as time goes on.
1071  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Hacking is the Big Problem on: March 09, 2018, 06:47:27 PM
I suggest you use Paxful.com instead cuz they have the best security
Lol. If you are really giving a lecture on security, then you should not be giving it based on the platform and paxful is even the last one I would have mentioned in this case.

The thing is that most platforms have been able to inculcate two factor authentications on their website for every user to have an added level of security and if anyone is not using those security levels, then they expose themselves to more danger. As long as you do not just click on any phishing link and you keep yourself safe, you will not have any problem.
1072  Economy / Speculation / Re: DID YOU THINk BITCOIN CAN REACH 55K IN THE END OF THIS YEAR on: March 09, 2018, 06:19:04 PM
$55,000 per bitcoin?

Not this year imo, no. It’d take some seriously bullish news to rise that much. I think we’ll see something like $55,000 per bitcoin as a result of natural growth in a couple of years. It’ll most likely happen 6 - 12 months after the next halving.
Unless specific news caused a rally in the market, there is nothing yet that can push the value of bitcoin up that way.
What we saw last year with the Fomo rush can only happen once in a while and unless we get to see some pretty solid development that can bring about real adoption globally or on the mainstream level before we can see such a value this year, but at this point, somethings cannot even be imagined. Moreover, McAfee is fund of just playing with his follower's mental state with his unnecessary and baseless bullish predictions.
1073  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to Crash further till 1000$? on: March 09, 2018, 05:46:15 PM
Yes, but I sure the price will rise again in a few days. For me it's normal bitcoin drop, because bitcoin not stable yet.
We need consider invest in bitcoin is for long term is better and will get more profit. So every years bitcoin increase high, you can see the data every years. Now bitcoin is leader in cryptocurrency market.
No one knows what will happen at any point in time, the market is volatile and if people like the Op cannot live with that, he can pack himself out of the scene. Weak hands will always deserve what they want. I do not blame the OP anyway; I blame those who make their decisions based on what screwed up people like the OP says. No offense to anyone but the fact that there is absolutely no sense in what he says made me say that. Anyone who likes should listen, panic and sell.
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: No more facebook campaigns? on: March 08, 2018, 12:30:14 PM
I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.

So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?

If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.
People could still post links about cryptocurrency on Facebook. It's not like Facebook is trying to hunt everyone down.
Yeah, a lot of people are still doing that and I am still doing that as well. So many ICOs still have their Facebook pages running and maybe the one that has been banned could not get his page verified based on some requested documents by Facebook. One way to recognize legitimate ICOs now may actually be their Facebook pages as some have said.

Anyway, I have seen some pages closed anyway and I wonder why theirs may be different from others, and may be that calls for question on the legitimacy of the project.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am so stressful with trading coins, I lost 13000$ on: March 08, 2018, 07:38:11 AM
I'm so stupid when attending crypto currency, who can help me to get money back? I also ask many traders who has experiences in this one, but I still lost money
Well it happen that you have learn a hard lesson from trading crypto currency. And I strongly believe that you have realise each of the mistake you have made while trading. Equally, am sure you did not have enough trading experience before you venture your capital and remember that trading is not meant for everyone.
There is always a lesson to learn from everything that happens to one in life and I am sure he must have learned his own. While some learn from others, some will just have to learn from their own silly mistakes. Not learning and trading is a very silly mistake which a lot of people like the Op have ended up learning the hard way. However, he is not in loss yet and if he can be patient enough and he is sure he is holding good coins, then he should not have a problem.

I have not seen anyone who has not one way or the other view some losses in their holdings before but as long as you have not converted them to fiat and get out of the cryptocurrency world complaining about losses, then you have lost nothing because when the market recovers, you will get all you have lost back and get even much more in profit in the long run.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5000$ for one Coin on: March 08, 2018, 06:47:15 AM
The best coin should be the one that can beside going up in the price also get you profit from somewhere else and thats the coins which have masternodes or pos coins but for me the best coin would be VEN because of the partnerships and because of the Thor
POS coins are good but you still have to be very sure they are not just some bunch of shit coins. There are so many shit coins out there and it is good to be very careful. I would also not buy coins that are being pumped already now, but rather buy coins that have been oversold in the market, and that would guarantee a good profit. Most coins that may be overbought now, may get dumped when bitcoin recovers fully, but for now, since most of the coins have bottomed out, he should be fine in the long run.
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: possibilities for crypto on: March 07, 2018, 05:08:48 PM
What do.think will happen to crypto currency year form now? Will it be legalized? Will be banned by some? Will it be controlled by the government?
Moving on one year ahead, I think there will be regulations in the market. Looking  at the positive comments from US (SEC) and (CFTC) of not having "NO harm approach", I feel US will bring in the regulations. Also as soon as Reg are live, there will be an ICO winter. It will cause the market to drop. However, there will be a new wave of securities token which is a good thing. Ultimately everything is going to move to blockchain.
Regulation is becoming something to look forward to and I really want to assume it is going to bring more goodies than the disadvantages. At least for awareness creation and more confidence in cryptocurrency usage, it would be a start. There is a great possibility for cryptocurrency in the long run and I am very optimistic that this space is here to stay for the long run and the future is possible.

But I think it is still illegal in  most of the countries and it will not be controlled by the gov.
It is only illegal in few countries, legal in few and most other countries are just silent on it and looking from the other side of the fence before jumping in. I am sure a lot of things will change over time and the fact that we have even gotten to this stage early makes it even perfect. We cannot expect a huge growth over night and consistent growth is always good for the development of anything and that includes cryptocurrency.
1078  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $15k in March, $8.5k by June, then $30+k by Q1/2019? on: March 07, 2018, 04:33:56 PM
i can't believe there are actual people still reading this guys all-over-the-place thoughts!
if you think bitcoin is volatile and swings up and down you have to check this dude's posts, they swing more than bitcoin does. HE is volatile Cheesy

i remember in 2017 when he was spamming on bitcointalk, one day he said buy bitcoin it will go to the moon and the next day price dropped 5% so he deleted his previous posts and started posting about how you should sell your bitcoin because it is on a "downward spiral" and will drop a lot. then a couple days later when that obviously didn't happen and price went up instead he started his "clean up" again Cheesy
I second to what you just said because you are not the only one who have noticed that about this guy. Yes, no one can be perfect, but a trader should know that assuming things like this and spreading what the future brings is bullshit. Anything can change fundamentally that can rule out all the things he has mentioned, but of course, he is after the few upvotes for the SBD he is getting on steemit. If it happens, I really do not care anyway as I even want the trend not to be too fast so I can have chance to roll up more for the future.
1079  Economy / Speculation / Re: can bitcoin reach 25k$ on: March 07, 2018, 02:35:26 PM
Bitcoin could reach this price at any time , we all k ow that that's possible, we all seen Bitcoins power . All I want to say is that bitcoin will surely reach $25k in a couple of months or maybe snooner, its already start raicing up and if that's gonna remain like that then Bitcoin will definitely reach 25k a lot more sooner , it could reach that value in a couple of weeks, but Bitcoin could also fall down in a few years to 7k again but there are small chances for that to happen.
I think about if such fluctuations in the price of Bitcoin will really occur from $ 10,000 to $ 25,000, and then back $ 7,000, then many users of crypto and invest in Bitcoin will have a heart attack.
We are going to be having resistances for a long time and some up and down movement in the market for a much longer period than we can imagine. I may be wrong, knowing that the market will do as it pleases, but with the futures in the market, the feelings of just having a bull market like that does not make any sense for now.

If it ends up happening, we may just have to see where it all ends but I am not too bullish this year on bitcoin, but let's hope we can at least get back to the previous ATH or close to.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH Price Discussion on: March 07, 2018, 01:56:13 PM
BCH will only increase in value if there is major updates and news to report about it.
Last thing to help its price was some of the Bitcoin.com founders moving to BCH. Since then its been pretty quiet.
There is nothing to report about BCH and there will be nothing and I am sure even the fans who have been spewing how bitcoin cash is going to take over bitcoin must have been in hiding by now or possibly trying to see how they can just hop back into bitcoin. Nothing makes BCH tick, except for the pump and dump and if not because it was a fork of bitcoin and Roger Ver held a huge amount in bitcoin back in the days to pump bch, then there is really nothing that would have made BCH to have gotten to this point.
