I also always feel like those official Majors of Dota 2 have a pretty low prize pool. Dreamleague season 19 that ended last week for example had significantly more than the Major now. I still don't think, that we see 322 matches and planned throws here, because the teams can not only win money in the Majors but also quite a lot DPC points. I don't really know the current standings but i would guess that if you have a first or second place in a Major, then you are probably already have enough points to be qualified for The International and there the big money can be won. So i think the teams take the Major tournaments very seriously. It has been a while now that DOTA 2 Majors are getting a small prize pool compared to other major e-sports. Their saving grace is that TI has the biggest prize pool. Like all DOTA teams are playing just to get into TI and win it. Luckily, DOTA have Riyadh Masters now which is getting a bigger prize pool. Suns are not looking good in that first half. They’re shooting efficient but their turnovers and rebounding has been pathetic. They’ve let the Nuggets get 15 more shots in the first half. Hard to win the game when the other team gets to take that many more shots. Durant has 8 rebounds but Ayton only has 3… The rest of the Suns need to start boarding if they’re gonna have a chance.
They are also allowing Jokic to have quality rest. When he is out, Nuggets role players are doing well against the Phoenix Suns. Finally, I bumped into this thread again after I started to random my posts in different threads in the last weeks. I feel bad for SEA nowadays. They turned worse. Maybe the 3 slots should be given to other regions like SA or CIS.
SA is the same in SEA. I think WEU is worthy to have more slots because they have most of the team that is dominating the Dota2 scene. The competition on that region is very tough that is why they developed a very strong gameplay which other region can’t beat during majors tournament. SEA is indeed a thrash since the quality of Dota is already decreased because we can’t use the meta properly. Well, they have to move and get SEA players if they want to move to SEA. Just like what EG did, they moved to SA so their players are now all from SA. WEU players will not probably want to move to SEA.

It's not throwing, It's due to the latest patch makes all the team on an experimental stage. I think GG already adapted on the new patch since they are still consistent with their play. The Internet was so fast to judge. I remember one bad play from Shopify Rebellion and Twitch viewers are already typing 322 on the chat. It is like these players are robots that cannot make mistakes. I agree that the new map is still confusing and even pros make mistakes in this map since it is totally different from the previous map. It is not just once that I saw some pro trying to juke enemies and ending up in on a dead-end side of the map. Especially the river on the top that is now a dead end or the bridge that can only be crossed one unit at a time. I think we will see better matches as the tournament progress. The players should be more familiar and we should see new techniques or meta by then. Currently just watch between the match of Team Liquid vs LGD, this game is really intense with the both teams in the last Ti but of course with different players right now they are still having an adjustment with the maps and the drafts of the meta, in this game 1 LGD still making a risk of choosing medusa against morpling well this is really good pick but again the medusa in this draft is really squishy as CM right now because of having a 720 hp only without items can easily burst with morpling and MK diffusal blade but still they manage to win the game 1, this game 2 they are now desperate with their draft because of the Void and the TB picks but this time team Liquid manage to get the 1-1 on this ESL.
I think most teams are trying out heroes in the tournament. We see once a team has already won a map, they will have a bad draft the next. Maybe it is 322 or they are just trying out heroes early on in the tournament that they could use later. They have very few hours practicing the new map or trying out new meta since the map released just a few days before the tournament. So, maybe, they are trying to discover a new meta while in the tournament. And they are using the early rounds to test it against pro players. |

I'm not sure if anyone else in here have noticed, AD was actually proving something in this series. I mean, JJJ is the NBA 2023 DPOY, but look at how AD dominated him all throughout this series. AD just had a total of 26 blocks in this series in comparison with JJJ's 12.
AD is built different, all he need to do is to protect the paint (like what he said in the post game interview) and be healthy.
While on the hilarious side, DLo stepped up in game 6 and the fans were saying it's because Kyrie was in attendance, if you know what I mean lol.
AD has always been a good player on the court when he is playing. I even think he should be the MVP when they won the bubble championship since he carried that team. We should expect more from Davis since he is the real star of the Lakers now. Lebron is old and though he is still performing very well for his age, AD should be the real carry of this team. Good thing they got good help from their role players now. Hopefully, AD will be able to stay healthy throughout the playoffs since that is the only variable that could really dampen the good playoff start that they have. Against a very competitive team (GS/KINGS), they need AD to be in full throttle to win the next-round series. Looks like it will be Kings and Lakers? I'm thinking it will be them that will make it to the WCF but Lakers could likely dominate them I guess if it's them that cross paths.
The next game will be Kings home court and GS are weak on the road but they were able to pull one from the Kings in Game 5 so maybe they will be able to pull another one on Game 7. I am not counting out the Warriors from the series yet. We cannot underestimate the heart of a champion. Anyway, whether it is the Warriors or the Kings moving up to the second round, the Lakers will have a hard competition ahead of them. Both these teams are agile and very physical on the court. Let's see if the Lakers are tough enough to against the Warriors or the Kings. |

In the Suns vs Nuggets series, the sportsbook odds heavily favor the Phoenix Suns, but I'm not going to fall for that because I believe that the Nuggets are built to be successful in these playoffs, and they can at least reach the WCF.
The Phoenix Suns beat the Clippers in 5, but that was when PG and Leonard were out. They beat an undermanned team, but this Nuggets team is healthy, and they have the home court advantage. So, I think being an underdog presents a huge opportunity for the bettors.
The Suns have gotten better because of KD, but honestly, I believe their starters will be worn out in this series and since Durant is already an injury prone player, so I don't trust them.

Just awesome seeing the Miami Heat taking out the Milwaukee Brewers, I mean who expected that. I didn't expect the Knicks to win their game either and had put a small bet down on that game , but of course walked away with a slightly lighter wallet. I love this pick. I also tailed the Memphis Grizzlies to win this game with just -2.5 in the handicap. Like I said in the other thread, I doubt the Grizzlies will just give this easily versus the Lakers. They just need that confidence back from their home crowd and gain momentum again. They are in a big lead now in the 4th quarter so we are now winning.  Memphis Grizzlies win the game which means the Grizzlies still have a chance the combined point of Desmond Bane and Ja Morant was 64 points for the Grizzlies to win and if you look at the injury report of the Lakers right now Lebron James, Anthony Davis, and Dennis Schroder is out in the questionable, so maybe the Grizzlies might still get the chance, I am going the other way on this one. I feel like the Golden State Warriors will bring their winning momentum to Sacramento and prevent them to light the beam. The Warriors had their confidence back after winning both games in San Francisco. They just have to keep on defending Fox and I am sure they can prevent their offensive runs.

If he didn't lose that last fight he wouldn't think to get to the upper weight class because he was feeling comfortable there with his speed but when he fought Davis, he realized that his past opponents were just a joke. now that he realized he needed to get up there, he should also train as much as he can to get back his honor and gain some momentum to bounce back again. Hard to believe that the Bucs got eliminated, but Miami wasn’t the best team for them to match up against. I thought Bam had the best shot at containing Giannis. The East is up for grabs now. Currently, I'm into Execration and Team Aster today and they're just about to start the first map. Team Aster got 2-2 yesterday while Execration got 0-4 yesterday. Just an FYI for those that haven't known yet, Sumail is playing for Team Aster as a mid-stand-in. There's a handicap between him and his temporary teammates as he's in the English language while the entire Team Aster roster is Chinese. Sure there is a language barrier but the first day seemed to be good and no problem at all. It was just lucky guesses, but I am glad to share it with you guys if I surely can with the game Execration VS Team Aster, it was a win for Team Aster total domination and Aster was doing badly in their previous games but with the addition of just 1 player Team Aster is now a different team Sumail Dominated the game he has made multiple kills in game 1 and 2 it was a total domination for Team Aster,

Yes, I believe so too. The only remaining thing that needed by Ryan Garcia is to have defeat in-order to wake up from the harsh reality (which he got now) that he needs to wise up and man up because that left hook that he got that helped him to become what he is now will be nothing if he cannot hit the opponent with it. I mean, how could he hit them with it if he cannot even guard himself. At least he learned it on a much earlier stage and not when he's already hard enough to teach.
I think Gervonta Davis also humble Ryan Garcia in their fight after the fight they saw them talking and maybe they are now friends who know, but that is what I have seen while looking it up it is a beautiful this in sports you will surely lose some and you will win some but definitely boxer or fighters will surely learn from that and sometimes learn from their mistakes, this goes to show how hard this kid if he keeps on getting that win he thinks is hard enough and not getting by to the one that will teach him that he is still in a level where he still needs to learn, I really wish that Ryan Garcia will still evolve into some kind of a monster someday because that ghost punch is now iconic,

And that's what exactly happen here, when Garcia was hit and went down in the second round, it seems that all strategy went out of the window for him. He chooses to fight the style of Tank Davis and it's just a matter of time before Tank can read Garcia, and that's what happen in the next knockdown and Garcia stay on his knees as he can't take the pain of that body shot. His trainer, Goosen said befor the fight that they have devise a strategy but it seems it was not followed by Ryan in my opinion because of his knock down in the 2nd round.
Right now I think in the replay he knows what his mistakes are, and that is why he was so friendly with Gervonta Davis he accepts that he was defeated by Tank Davis now, than just putting salt to the situation he is in, I think Ryan Garcia still has a lot to do and I have always seen that it will go down like this if he doesn't accept his mistakes boxer tend to not accepting their fault because of their ego but Ryan Garcia is very different and for me, that goes to show that this kid can go a long way and his chapter is still starting, he is still 24 and there is still room to grow, Davis has only put him in his place and teach him how an older brother to his younger siblings, |

It opened at -8.5, but now it has moved to -9.5.
I think this will be a blowout win by the Nuggets. They can't miss the opportunity to close the series, and obviously, they were the better team here. The Nuggets have covered the spread in Game 1 and Game 2, which means they played better at home. It will be hard for the Timberwolves to come back since the pressure on them is very high. Even if the line moves to -10, I still find it attractive.
