Everytime i want to login into my wallet and i enter my alias i get a "Authorize log-in attempt" message.
Email only states the attempt that i made few seconds ago...
It's annoying... can i turn this off?
If you login successfully once your browser should be remembered for up to 1 month, is this not happening? To avoid these messages you can use the direct link from the welcome email to login rather than using the alias but they cannot be disabled currently. I believe we are getting too paranoid here... After recent thefts from blockchain.info, you can't be too paranoid.

I am willing to bet against the successful creation of this town with good odds (for you) and a long timeframe. In other words, you can profit off its success with a several hundred percent return.
Anyone willing to bet please choose terms and an escrow.
So you're willing to bet against the project just because after less than 24 hours of discussion we haven't got 200 agreeing member yet? I'm willing to bet against it on general principle. You're not? How does 1:5 sound?

You can re-use addresses, but you'll need a client that supports it. - Blockchain.info has a "custom send" which allows sending change back to the original address - Bitcoin-qt has a "debug console" where you can use createrawtransaction

Just finished a session with medoix He's a nice guy and very responsive, so we managed to get through a lot of stuff in just an hour. Rated on #bitcoin-otc!

See the textbox where you can enter people you want to trust there? Put a username in each line. If you put anything there, you will no longer trust DefaultTrust.
Hrm, interesting. Is there a way to trust someone, but not trust one of the people they trust specifically? You're not trusting them, you're trusting their judgement. If you disagree with their judgement, remove them from your list. If you keep them on your list, you're doing a disservice to all those who trust your judgment.

Why can't you figure it out yourself?

BitCoinUser123 is a great guy and very pleasant to work with. I can't vouch (yet) for the quality of his writing, but you can trust him to be responsible.

A real work of art

I started looking at GPG and OTC and realized that I was over my head and would have to spend way more than an hour at it. I can spend an hour right now, but I can't spend the 10-15 it would probably take me to start figuring this stuff out on my own.
If this generous offer from MPEx is still available, I would very much like to schedule a tutoring session. PM'ed.
Thanks in advance!
This session is finished. Due to a hiccup in the password process we haven't rated each other yet on #bitcoin-otc, but everything else went well. I'd be happy to deal with BitCoinUser123 in the future

Been watching this for a few days, it looks as though it's more of a way to track groups than individuals. It really looks as if that person, all on their own, gained merit from the community, whereas it's just a circle... umm, circular reciprocation. Not even that though, it's the leader of the organization telling everyone to hit each others trust button. "By order of our esteemed leader?" However I did notice that though some groups that all gave each other feedback were at 200+ (untrusted) a few days ago have gone way down, so maybe that's the algorithm at work fixing this. Then again they could just hit the button every few days... hopefully people won't make apps to make it easier, at least this way they'll get tired of trusting their whole group every few days.
You shouldn't be trusting anyone who trusts someone who trusts people who game the system...
