elon only likes doge due to the transaction fee and ability to actually make transactions on chain in a minute without it costing a hours minimum wage of his chinese panasonic workers wage

i never touched or used dogecoin. but putting aside the memes. dogecoin has more utility than bitcoin these days
(this is coming from someone thats is devoted to bitcoin)

How many goats can a Bitcoin buy in two years? You can build a farm, and take care of thousands.

i guess you didnt get the joke.
typical

maybe if one of your friends said it. you would laugh

point is a btc will get you more meat than a goat will
8423  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Hint from Mark Zuckerberg "Max" & "Bitcoin". Have Facebook invsted on Bitcoin? on: May 11, 2021, 06:44:34 AM
maybe he hinting which goat he will take to slaughter first

maybe someone should ask him
in 2 years how many shwarma/gyro/kebabs can a bitcoin make

The more shots someone encounters the higher the chance of early death.

the more you dry hump strangers at a public gathering .declaring you want to catch their flu.. the even higher chance of an early death

..
yep there are idiots that lick retail store shopping cart handles.
there are stupid moms that pick up other kids tissues and rub then on their own kids faces trying to force their kid to get infected.

to all you antivax idiots forcing yourselves and your family to get sick
a infection in he lung from the virus is more dangerous than an infection in the arm

you dont suffocate from an arm infection(vaccine)

learn some common sense

Chauvin's lawyers are now basically throwing shit at the wall and hoping some of it sticks. Can't blame them, technically they're obligated to do what's legally possible to help their client. But it doesn't mean they'll get what they want.

If anything, there's a chance a second case could find him innocent of the one or two most serious charges, but him being found innocent on all charges is just some kind of weird, evil pipe dream.

chauvins lawyers are basically obligated to stretch out any and all legal avenues at their $XXX per hour costs. until there is nothing left to to stretch.

once the money dries up and all the paths they can follow dry up.. chauvin is still going to be drying his hands by rubbing them against his bright orange prison jumpsuit. for a long time.

..
most greedy lawyers dont care about their client. although chauvin is definitely guilty and deserves it, however even i seen a few watered down dumb questions with no effort made by the defense. its like they didnt even try or avoided trying*.
but the next step is while chauvin does his time, his legal team can take their time adding on more hours 'investigating'
they wont want to rush straight to an appeal and then an appeal of an appeal to waste all chauvins lifelines of legal options within a year. they will happily drag out those many appeal process options over the years and add in lots of legal costs in between.

no point just begging for an appeal without any new evidence days after a trial.
*(this might explain why they didnt push hard first time..
.. to then push a little harder next time. mentioning things they didnt mention in first trial)

but all in all while the lawyer make profit.. chauvin is going to prison.. and deserves to be in prison

why?
well they know in the future, they are going to be 200 countries they may distribute to. so a future possibility of needing to repeat that same small section 100x+ but in 100+ different languages.

but for now an american factory only supplying american hospitals. only needs to worry about american-english for now

in future they will.. when distributing abroad. start to have other sections which are translated into the local language of the country being distributed to.
but for now. the american made american supplied batches only need to contain american-english

conspiracy-concluded.. moving on

yep 100% a scam, either a straight up scam, HYIP, or money laundering scheme. do not touch under any circumstances.

straight up scam.. they want your coins.
pretending its to be used in a money laundering scam.. why. because they know advertising a money launder/tax evade system means victims wont go to the cops/courts because that involves admitting why they handed money to a stranger(wanting to launder/tax evade)

other scams include
investing into 'chopshop' car theft/resale industry. victims of investment theft wont call the cops.

$200k now for $2.73 mill in 3 years seems pretty sweet.  Of course, you could just buy the $200k worth of bitcoin now and wait; forego the mining, electricity cost and pain in the ass.

... you hope btc is $1m each in 3 years..
but lets say it was

as you say 3.448btc now($200k) = $3.448mill in 3 years

so which will you prefer
$200k now for an if.maybe.hope of 2.73btc
$200k now for guaranteed 3.448btc

i know what im choosing

remember..
if a company can make profit. why would they give it all away..
those outside their internal group of special investors(themselves) wont get as much out as those in the internal group

they dont give money away for nothing
8429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 11, 2021, 02:54:41 AM
..
=0.01btc a day for 14days=0.14btc
difficulty adjustment 5%=5% less per fortnight
...
total after 36month    2.73029601

so they want you to pay them 3.448btc now ($200k at~$57k/btc)
to receive 2.73btc in 3 years

anyone see the problem 3.448 in...2.73out

but 5% adjustment per period is questionable going forward.
In fact, there were similar calculations pooh-pooing buying of miners (s17, t17) before and immediately after the last halving.
They paid off spectacularly, even in btc.
Plus, it is aimed at those with euro, not btc. Mining smoothes out the return ( you are not buying a lump sum of btc at the current price).
They just have a price a bit too high, we both agree on this. About 20% less would have been prudent.

in the last 6 months. there have been a few difficutly adjustments exceeding 10%. so 5% was quite fair.

i also have looked into some asic studies of this month.
such as slush pool 'active workers' have a 25% using s19 and 75% using s9..so there is still alot of hardware upgrading to do yet

oh and the pitch is not about euros
Dr.Back"If you hold Bitcoin or your business relies on it, you have an incentive to directly participate in mining"

seems he is preaching to those that already have coin.. not euros

but if you only hold euros.
and you done some maths and worked out you can get 2.73btc but only if you hand in a lump sum now. and wait 3 years..
or
buy up 3.448 now. .. no delay. no risk of loss no risk of company liquidating no risk of 'we been hacked'
which would you choose

$200k now...3.448btc now no delay
$200k now... 2.73btc later. maybe with many if's
8430  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 11, 2021, 02:39:54 AM
One thing I will put in is that the size of a block is independent from the power put into hashing it. So if one wanted to be eco friendly, it would not be hard to increase the transactions per Watt. I leave how to your imagination Smiley

any household node.. even a raspberry Pi can process block transaction data. no issue
even the devs have said 4mb of data is not an issue for he network

asic miners do not process transactions.
block size is NOT dependant on miners
whether a block is empty or has 20 terrabytes of data per block.
the hash that is sent to an asic is the same length every time

an asic only touches a hash. not the block data
it does not cost miners more to process more transactions

hashrate has no correlation or impact on transaction count limit
transaction count has no correlation/impact on hashrate

Right! It would have been reasonable if there had been an emergency. But the fact that anybody believed there was one is really stupid... on a bunch of levels.

says the guy advertising atleast a half a dozen products..
says the guy crying about not being able to play golf or eat bacon

so how can you pretend thins are normal whilst simultaneously ranting about something
if it didnt exist.. what would you be ranting about.. cloud seeding. lizard aliens?

if it didnt exist. would this topic even have been created?

When you consider that the symptoms of beriberi are almost the same as Covid, and beriberi is a thiamine deficiency just like Covid looks to be, we wonder if Covid produces any bad effects at all! Maybe the only thing that Covid does is to cause the body to use more thiamine so that people get beriberi. And that's what Covid really is - beriberi.

covid causes lung inflammation that causes coughing.. and causes lung damage and suffocation

beriberi causes a loss of feeling and muscle use in your limbs(arms and legs)

beri beri=limbs
covid=lungs

not sure if you are dyslexic or just reading your scripts from an uninformed conspiracy site. but beriberi is nothing like covid.

hint: 26seconds to debunk your narrative.. try harder

guess the OP never heard of fathers day
ive celebrated fathers day since i was a kid.

there is no gender bias.

im just shocked a certain community is trying to invent
'non binary parent day'
or
'pronoun exempt parent day'
or
'we dont have kids but we want an equal celebration day'
or
'foster care contractor day... not our kids but we like the money and need a day off to celebrate it'

mRNA does not go into the nucleus. nor does it have then code to change dna
it has code to create protein on cell surface

mRNA does not have a replication factor
mRNA breaks down in days

meaning no long term residing timebomb
meaning no multiplication leading to mutation

try to learn some basic biology.. its highschool stuff now.
your still a kid so you should be learning this stuff

you have had over a year now
8436  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: May 10, 2021, 05:17:34 PM
The Covid-19 virus vaccines are meant to protect us from the virus. India is known for producing the larger vaccine, but India recorded the highest Covid-19 cases in one day. It is also rumored  how people who took the vaccines died. I don't trust the vaccines, because it don't seem to protect us from getting the virus. I very scared of taking the vaccines.

india has a population of over 1billion
but vaccines 'effectivenes' of first dose means that working back. only 50mill doses given
that is under 5% of population

maybe try to learn about how numbers work. and dont think a while population is protected because 5% had the vaccine

as for the rumours that all vaccinated people die..
well in america 150mill had the vaccine and the population number has not halved
wake up. and stop reading rumours. actually do some checks

if your not even interested in researching a topic. dont get involved
8437  Other / Off-topic / Re: No matter If you try to educate People they never listen on: May 10, 2021, 04:02:37 PM
many lies have a 5% grain of truth. and if a con man can get you to research the 5% and see that its true. they can then lead you down a path of lies because they gained ur trust in the first 5%

start with any truth
in the UK 128k covid deaths with ~30% happening in nursing homes
and then fill in any lie you like
42.6k died just because they were old
or
42.6k died just because the nurses were eugenic elitist reptiles that refused to take them to hospital
or
martians came down and done experiments on 42.6k. abducting them so they couldnt get treatment
or
42.6k were forced onto DNR certificates so they would not be helped when they are at their sickest

see.. the numbers add up. but you can then tell many stories.
so when people go check the numbers. they see that whatever story you told must be true

to add more dumb credability..
if the news headline is
"30% of covid deaths happened in nursing home". dont mention 30% just mention 42.6k
"42.6k of covid deaths happened in nursing home" dont mention 42.6k. just mention 30%
and then when idiots calculate the opposit. it comes to the total of the headline. and idiots think you done your research and math. so you must be right about the how/why

and thats how idiots fall for conspiracies
8438  Other / Off-topic / Re: I want a 3D Model of the Bitcoin logo with an exact volume. How to calculate? on: May 10, 2021, 03:16:47 PM
bitcoin logo is a circle.. so pretty simple to find a volume of a cylinder

volume in excel spreadsheet
=PI()*[radius cell]^2*[height cell]

so if you know the diameter of the circle you want.. half it and thats your radius
then to find out the needed corresponding height
=56.75309/(PI()*[radius cell]^2)

..
here is some examples if you only want to input 3decimal radius and height  to get your 5 decimal volume
radius       height
2.141   3.941
2.147   3.919
2.551   2.776
4.140   1.054
4.643   0.838

Starting to see more mainstream articles about bitcoin. Far more informative and far less fear mongering in this one ...
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/taxes/bitcoin-miners-turn-hash-into-bitcoins-and-fortunes/ar-BB1g9S7l?ocid=msedgntp

Cambridge University estimates that Bitcoin miners use about 130 terawatt hours of electricity a day, or about 0.6% of the world's consumption. A terawatt is equal to 1 trillion watts.
i got bored and done some math.
the current 175eh hashrate
using the latest gen 110th miners(=1.59m asics) at 3.25kwh each
=5,170,454kw/h
=5,170mw/h
=5.17gw/h
^*24=
=124gwh/day
^*365=
=45twh/y
so someone saying 130tw per day is wrong by a long shot.
i think they meant gigawatt hours per day
