1484  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: April 21, 2017, 05:25:53 AM
its easy to pick a side depending on which side  of the trade  you on...if you are selling an item you would most likely prefer bitcoin as payment and if you are on the buyers side, paypal will be the best option to ensure seller doesnt give you a broken item provided provided you act honestly .

As of now, no funds have been confirmed. If the company decides to refill the address ill reopen a new campaign and everyone will need to reapply. My apologies to everyone but i must pause this
hey yahoo! should we remove the signature?
but if we remove the signature and this campaign restart again so what will we do?
then we will remove from this campaign or not?
Yahoo already gave a go ahead to remove signature as a new campaign will run if owners refill the payments address,so for now posting is at our own expense

I honestly do not know how long this will run. I had only secured payment for the 1st week. I spoke with the owner today and he is travelling and says keep campaign running. Hes supposed to refill the address with funds in a day or 2.

If for some reason he does not refill the address by wednesday ill stop this campaign. Currently youre all posting at your own risk

1488  Other / Off-topic / Re: Smartphones are vital to bitcoin growth on: April 19, 2017, 11:00:53 PM
We cant ignore tablets and smartphones industry that keeps growing all years, some people has a phone to work and other to personal things. Nowadays there are mobile wallets, several things you can do at them to earn money, and i believe you are able to manage some projects from it, building the projects only at the computer as i know, but well phones will replace a lot issues when you wanna to pay your bills, this is the future.
we certainly can not do without them as technology gets more advanced
cryptocurrencies need to follow suit and enforce better security features to avoid compromise from these smartphones that get smarter every year.
It also helps new users to get on board with the new age of money as the understand the technologies around us

It is really shameful that people are switching boat from an ongoing campaign to another signature campaign just within one week of wearing the tag simply because they might think the rate is higher. And the way they begged to be accepted, one would think it's bore out of a genuine interest. Too sad!

Well, all ya can move over to Quatum, I will stick around here until campaign ends. Loyalty counts for me.
The payment rate isn't really the question here rather the duration of the campaign. This campaign hasn't confirmed yet if it will run for another week since the escrow address hasn't been refilled which it should be. Just as yahoo6228 said, all of us participants are risking our posts that may have not be paid.
I'm loyal to a campaign as long as they run.

Really shameful and what happens when they do not get a spot where they have migrated to ?? Change back to this sig and act as if nothing happened Roll Eyes

Will also be waiting for official communication on the duration of campaign...otherwise SIG ON

1492  Economy / Economics / Re: What is some of the best crypto technology to invest in on: April 16, 2017, 08:22:01 PM
Whether it be new technology, miners or even an altcoin, what is the best thing to currently invest in?

I would stick with major altcoins like etheriun, dash, or litecoin and maybe a few others.
ethereum is proving popular and well established seeing the number of altcoins based on its script, it wont be long before it goes to the moon..so better invest now while the price is low.

The minor altcoins are probably riskier. Also, diversify with several coins and some bitcoin as well.

That is the beauty about investments its a gamble when you go for a minority altcoin and one day it will payback good money  Wink
1493  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: April 16, 2017, 05:03:37 PM
Hello every one.I have just bought 0.5 btc to do some investement but i am not able to find any good place to invest them.
Should i invest in cloud mining sites like genesis-mining,hashnest or hashflare.Or there are other options as well to invest my 0.5 btc where i can get some profit after some time.I have invested 0.05btc so far in hashflare out of those, now 0.45 btc left. Please tell me any trusted and good place to invest on.

if you are not in a hurry you can in invest in crypto-games.net casino or any other site that has this provision of investment

You can check their investment returns thread here------>https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1796062.0
1494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 16, 2017, 02:56:03 PM
Big match

Manchester United - Chelsea,  both teams to score is my pick
Big match it is but seeing the starting line up Jose has fielded without uniteds star player and top goal scorer ibrahimovic almost screams man utd will be playing out for a draw

unlike the league leaders chelsea who look like they are out to play a final....this will certainly be easy for the blues! my pick chelsea clean sheet.

1496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Avoid Casinos With Max Bet Rules on: April 16, 2017, 11:14:33 AM
Not only casino bonuses With Max Bet Rules should be avoided

just all bonuses should be avoid because these come with terms that players themselves do not understand and are only known to the casino itself which results in a player losing money to the so called  predatory terms. We are better off with free bets than a bonus.

1498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: YO-EX ---- FAST, RESPONSIVE AND FEATURE PACKED EXCHANGE. on: April 16, 2017, 07:21:52 AM
-snip-

Another interesting one is "Suggest Coin", we are all got practised to vote for a coin, but I believe this is first time, an exchange wants to listen community's opinion. I believe yo-ex will take our cryptocurrency exchange experience into another new level. Good work yo-ex, keep innovating !
[/quote]

Interesting feature to engage the community and give an easy way to add new altcoins to the exchange but how will they ensure activity on the exchange and avoid the site been a dump site for coins premined or bought from another exchange that listed a coin earlier.
1499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Planning to create a new cryptocurrency on: April 16, 2017, 06:47:50 AM
Guys im planning to create a new cryptocurrency but scared to failed. Do you think newbie like me have a chance?
It has nothing to do with you been a newbie! Yes creating one is the easy part but staying with the project for a long time isn't and ensuring you maintain it is the hard part... which is the cause of many failed alts .

You do have that chance if you can bring together a team of skilled developers to bring your project to life, good luck with it mate.
1500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you stop someone forcing you to hand over your private key and taking all on: April 15, 2017, 09:06:01 PM
Have a fake private key just in case, lol.
definitely a good idea but when something like this has not happened to you...there is no time for a contingency plan like fake private key or rather a dummy private key to hand over.

If something like this were to happen I would cooperate and give them whatever they wanted and not try be the hero
