1121  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is dieing? on: August 28, 2017, 05:06:37 PM
Like the price from 4000+ goes to 3800?
Such differences actually show that bitcoin is alive and not a dying currency... you do not need to get alarmed as these are normal in the world of cryptocurrency

Will it rise up again or that wont happen for now.
We are already above the $3800 just need to hang in there as prices are guaranteed to rise as long as we have demand and we might see a new all time high as soon as we start to see the benefits of segwit which will attract more people to use bitcoins.
1122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: August 28, 2017, 04:33:42 PM
One of the advantages I have enjoyed from using bitcoin is most services do not need personal data to access them which saves me lots of time and the freedom of using my bitcoins at which ever time of the day is an achievement thanks to the interrupted network and it has no hidden fees as compared to fiat.

The people who work in bitcoin develops the ability to reason out, enhanced the English proficiency, that's the some advantage of bitcoin.
To be honest this sounds like the benefits of using bitcointalk forum and not bitcoin itself!
1123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: August 26, 2017, 08:58:34 AM
If money would not be a problem I really do not know how differently things would have been, but i think i would take the humanitarian way of helping people other than gambling or maybe grow an interest to invest in other projects to have even more money...you know what they say -you cant get enough and you will never have enough of it.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the best and safest multi crypto wallet? on: August 25, 2017, 12:59:27 PM
I use https://www.myetherwallet.com/ for most of the ethereum based tokens because wallet is conveniently easy to use and blockchain.info still among the most popular btc web wallets now can be used for ethereum transactions

hi
please send your review on your experience here. may this topic helps others in the future.

what is the most safest multi crypto wallet where we can buy multi crypto and leave it for years and the crypto will be safe in the wallet?
some people says coinami is the best since it have so many crypto supported but there are also some claims saying that it is centralized so its not that secure.

what do you guys thinks?
I would say none of multi crypto currency wallets are safe to be honest. Just use the core software that is developed buy the developers of the coins. That's the safest wallet you can have. I know too much hassle to handle too many wallets, but better be safe than sorry.
wouldn't agree more! To be safe its best to use wallets recommended by the devs for each respective project.
1125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: August 25, 2017, 11:19:25 AM
Embarrassed I'm fan of barca but u known when see this barca formation 2017... ah... vote for real
Barca will pay the price if a replacement for Neymar isnt found and right now Real Madrid has got on a good off a good start

Tonight's fixture between Real Sociedad and Villarreal i expect a low scoring game because Real Sociedad concedes less goals when playing at home and from the last 6 games between the two teams as seen 3 draws, 2 wins for Real Sociedad and a win for Villarreal. I believe an under 2.5 goals will be a decent bet here
1126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: August 25, 2017, 10:39:04 AM
We are already a thousand dollars above $3500 even if we have a few corrections or dips along the way, I do not think it will get this low... it probably will go a thousand higher...say $5500 +

I'm always hoping Bitcoin will not falling down again to the price of $2000 like as long ago, hopefully will stay above.
Do not expect the value of bitcoin to drop while demand is always growing,if that happens it defies the laws economics!
1127  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-22] Is Blockchain the Future of the Payments Industry? on: August 25, 2017, 07:12:41 AM
The blockchain technology is the future of tomorrow, we have seen it disrupt not only the traditional banking industry but its spread to other industries like health, insurance and will literally be everywhere  because its secure, transparent, not prone to manipulation and is cost effective to use.
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: August 24, 2017, 09:15:04 PM
My two picks for this fight are:
Over 9.5 rounds 2.65 / +165

https://degenbet.com/mayweather-vs-mc-gregor-betting-picks/
As tempting as the wager is, boxing is one hell of a demanding sport and worse off McGregor has not been in a fight with so many rounds to fight in as compared to 5 rounds of mixed martial arts...unless he fights with his ego on the line to go all the way🥊🥊

"A fighter has a point deducted" 3.10 / +210
lol price is so high aren't the bookies being generous with this offer because we all know this is likely to happen.
good luck lads.

Video campaign
imo these are usually a gift to bounty hunters unless a channel used for this purpose has a much larger audience/following it has its own rewards!
1130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is not regulated in some countries? on: August 24, 2017, 05:43:38 PM
counties like USA & RU afraid to accept bitcoin officially because bitcoin system can not adapt\follow any system to put sanction on persons \countries .
You are very correct they do not want to jeopardise a system that allows them to impose sanctions on others, they will keep the fiat system running.

Other countries like Egypt have chosen not to to deal with it as its simply a virtual currency which isnt regarded as official money. Am sure if most superpower countries welcome bitcoin it will spread like a wild fire

1131  Economy / Economics / Re: Three reasons to invest in Bitcoin on: August 24, 2017, 01:50:02 PM
Quote
1. It’s gaining mainstream credibility as industry players consider it as the new gold – Bitcoin has many of the same qualities of gold, whose value is not controlled by governments.
Only major problem our governments have with bitcoin is there is less revenue been collected as it continues to become popular.

Quote
2. Many investors and finance industry experts are serious about the promise of Bitcoin – A large number of mainstream investors and entrepreneurs already consider Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a legitimate asset class.
We need more mainstream investors to endorse bitcoin if we want to see it go to the moon

Quote

3. There is only a limited amount of Bitcoin – There are only 21 million Bitcoin tokens to be mined and no new tokens will appear until after 2140. This makes Bitcoin a deflationary currency whose value increases naturally with time.

Source here.

This is a very solid reason to give investors and holders hope of the value going up with time as bitcoin as proved to continued to gain in support from people all over the world and the small total number of coins will contribute to the value of the btccoins
1132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: August 24, 2017, 08:37:35 AM
When we look at this from the companies selling point I think for all blockchain related projects ICO's are arguably the best platforms to raise funds as the token sale is exposed to a wider pool of investors unlike ordinary crowdsales for the investor it is not always a guarantee they will realize a profit as it can be a win- win or win-lose situation, just need to accept the risk.
1133  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: August 24, 2017, 06:19:21 AM
Paper money will exist, because that people with organic opportunities themselves can not use electronic currencies and this will be a problem for a sufficient number of people.
Paper money surely exists, because paper money usage among users were common and for bitcoin usage certain knowledge is a must. So people always tend to invest onto bitcoin for a better earning rather than using it more as a currency. This keeps paper money being used forever even when majority of the things happen digitally.
Paper money still has a big role to play in the future of money because it still has a big community using it as compared to a fraction of what bitcoin has unless we decide to change all this by having more blockchain based services disrupting the fiat way of life to encourage people using virtual currencies for their everyday necessities.

In couple of tens years paper money will go in past. Who are paying by cash in big cities today? Only tourists maybe. Everybody moved on cards and payment apps already. So the idea of the cashless world is going to be our nearly future. I believe in that.

Money will become obsolete if the people in the whole word will use bitcoin but we don't really know when because not all countries are in advance technology specially the 3rd world countries. Most of the people living in these countries don't know how to use computers because of poor education. Engage in bitcoin must know how digital system works.
We are a long way from a world that embraces virtual currencies unless the central banks and governments are in support of digital money.
1134  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: August 23, 2017, 10:18:29 PM
Would banks and governments actively work and implement countermeasures to undermine this process?
A single government working alone can never stop bitcoin from been used regardless of which ever counter measures are used their efforts will all be in vein as people will find alternative waysto use their bitcoins.

Are the underestimating the potential of cryptocurrencies by investing in some of them?
If the government choose to invest in cryptocurrencies then the have recognized that change is near, if you cant beat them join them!

Do you think there is a possibility of cryptocurrencies being banned in the future for the reason of being a threat to "normal" currencies?
This will remain a speculation but i do not think bitcoin has any bad intentions...
1135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: August 23, 2017, 06:18:39 PM
Yes gambling can be profitable in the long term if you do have a good capital with it. Those bigger gamblers has more chance to make themselves stable.
And the lower gamblers can have the lesser chance to make gambling profitable in the long term.
This is a bitter pill to swallow but its the sad truth about gambling, the bigger your pockets are the easier it is to win! But one problem of being a high roller is some casinos is that they will limit how much you can stake per wager making it difficult to try out some betting strategies. And betting long term will never be profitable because you will not always be winning...stick to gambling for fun.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you dumped your BCC yet? on: August 23, 2017, 04:09:13 PM
Not yet dumped my coins as am not in a hurry whatsoever but will consider this in the future and right now am still skeptical to see how bitcoin cash will hold up after a couple of months with the whole miner excitement going on.

The war between BTC and BCC is interesting. At this point no one can guarantee who will win. BTC is the clear favourite. But even if BCC as a 10% chance of winning. It would be crazy not to hold some.
I see no war bitcoin is comfortably in the drivers seat and on the investment side of things its worth holding some BCH...you never know what lies ahead.

1137  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: August 23, 2017, 08:46:20 AM
Bitcoin wont be dying because someone had to wait for a transaction to confirm, besides had you paid premium tx fees you should have no such problems. Another reason for btc not dying is its too valuable at the time of writing....if shitcoins can live on why should BTC pass on Tongue

I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
Such draw backs are needed so that the developers can be pushed to write better code that will improve efficiency of the bitcoin network and mod it into the perfect cryptocurrency.

1138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 23, 2017, 06:58:38 AM
We all no the blockchain technology is locked in to be the  future of tomorrow and bitcoin being the number one digital currency has not yet reached its full potential because its not yet on everybodies map, until then the value is expected to rise up and make all early adopters happy bitcoiners with a fat pay cheque
1139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: August 22, 2017, 08:58:43 PM
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.

I think analysis only works with cards and sports betting.
Not limited to those games...I would say all games, casino and sport betting games inclusive can all be analysed to give the player an advantage but only pro gamblers have really mastered this art.

Some games depends only pure luck such as dice games, roulette and many others. Card games such as poker requires some card reading skills and also analysis. There's a lot of things that are needed to be considered when playing this game.
luck is one thing but some analysis does go into making the winning decision which is  the fun part.
1140  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL NOW, big bitcoin dump! No fud. on: August 22, 2017, 07:07:23 PM
We need to think positively to preserve the value of bitcoin, fud might be a good strategy if you happen to be a whale trying to get some cheap coins but whatever speculations are spreed bitcoin has a strong community and we shall not allow the price to crash. I believe there is strength in numbers so as a community lets remain calm and wait for a solution to keep bitcoin as the best digital currency.
