So long as gambling is mixed with patience, risk aversion and careful strategy, it is quite possible to turn a fair profit.
However, most players simple don't know when to call it quits, or resort to strategies that will not work in the long run, such as martingale.
If you're in profit now, take your money and be happy. Otherwise, be careful and don't bet more than you're willing to lose.

someone trick me i think he put the lowest fee that possible and the trans not aprove for over 40 hours in the blockchain and i understand that after 72 hours he going to get back to his wallet the basterd any miners that can help plese?
When the transaction is released from the mempool your money will be returned to the original account since it will never be confirmed. If you get someone sending a high value transaction with a 1 satoshi fee then this might happen That's why you never release the product until the transaction has at least 1 confirmation. Now you have learned your lesson.

Mr One Time almost got stopped in his last fight and won by MD against a low ranked opponent. Sure he has a punchers chance, but if if Pacquiao just keeps his guard up and doesn't go for any bang outs he should have no problem winning.

Also seen 1XBet offering their services on pirated videos, not really a good way to go about promoting what is supposed to be a legitimate service.
Not commenting on their trustworthiness however, but their marketing tactics are definitely not ideal.

There really is nothing more secure than simply printing your private key on paper, and then hiding it somewhere nobody will ever find.
encrypt it first, and then memorize the encryption key to make it extra secure.
Or if you can memorize it using the memory palace or Loci method, then even better.

On the contrary, we can say that it is already very successful for Libra. The US congress, the vice-president of the EU Central Bank and Trump, has already announced that the Libra could be dangerous.
Why is Libra being dangerous a good thing? Haven't you seen the regulatory uncertainty surrounding Libra? Some governments have already discussed the issues such a cryptocurrency could raise, they could lay down some harsh regulations on Facebook's new coin.

Every exchanges are trying to start IEO Launchpad services some successful like Binance, Kucoin and Huobi. I heard few IEO Launchpads are scams like P2pB2B, ExMarkets and IDAX what do you think guys which are good and scam IEO sites? Edited: Shortex and sistemkoin is also new in market what you people think about them?
I believe IEO is great compared to the ICO, but the new exchanges jumping into IEO is one thing I cannot buy into. Many of them have failed in its IEO and I heard Idolatry scammed projects Yup, the message is clear. IEOs at a strong exchange like Binance Launchpad or Bitfinex are almost certain to sell out and pump. However, stay the hell away from trash exchanges with their IEOs, unless you like throwing your money away.

Most of the time people rack up large wager amounts by simply betting smallish amounts with a very high win %.
e.g. betting $50 with a 99.9% win chance repeatedly. You could do that 50x in a row before you are statistically likely to lose, therefore racking it up to $2,500 alone.
Don't use this as a metric for how much you've really bet or lost unless you're betting with low win chances.

Almost every bounty i suffered from this change of rules. I read the rules carefully, did everything right but in the end i got %10 of what i earned. But there is no place to apply about this abuse so i let it go.
This is unacceptable. However, normally most bounties will have a rule that states they can change the rules whenever. So that usually covers the bounty managers and the company. That said, it's never fun to have your work go unappreciated with this kind of change.

Egretia has been doing crazy well lately, I would expect it to continue to do well if the market recovers.
Otherwise I think EOS is a good bet (for the long term).

Are you also going to front the legal costs associated with checking if there are any other claims against the property? e.g. primary or secondary charges?
Typically people who try to get BTC loans using property as collateral have already maxed out their opportunities at a bank since there are too many claims on the property.
TLDR: Is the property indebted to someone else already?

Remember, what you are looking for is how many units someone has won in the long run. If their tips were so good, they would use their own tips to get rich, instead of trying to market themselves to you.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Well, what you said isn't strictly true. Sure, they can use their tips to make money and do well. However, selling their tips after they have already placed their bets does not affect their odds of winning or their win amount. Therefore if they can sell their tips and make an additional income, why wouldn't they? Now I am not saying people should buy tips, just pointing out the flaw in your argument. Most if not all tipsters are trash.

Does anyone know exactly why they folded their operation?
As far as I know they were running promotions even up to the few days before they decided to abruptly just shut the doors down. I don't think an official reply was ever provided. Like many even I suspect the high tx fees back then could have been the culpritor perhaps some regulatory pressure.

This is disgusting! I will wholeheartedly support the flag. 15 btc is about $177000 in today's price and Freewallet thinks it is okay to hold user funds hostage like this? This is crony conmanship at its best!

Unfortunately poker is not like chess or other games which requires learning and experience. Although there is no hard skills to play poker but if you play it many times you might develop the habit of winning. One cannot say that by playing poker he has become a skilled player as poker is a simple game where there is hardly any skill.
Really? Is that so? Never heard of the term Poker face? Believe it or not Poker is a game of skill and like any other skill, it can be mastered. I'd love to see you try and say that playing poker requires no skill at a professional poker tourney where millions of dollars are at stake.

Thanks for the advice, I will try to duplicate it in the indicated sub-forum, if the moderators approve it. I like the team, they are not going to stop.
So you just ""like"" the team and have nothing to do with them? I mean to say you are not hired by them to create or manage a thread on Bitcointalk? Has the team even made an announcement thread here? This pretty much looks like an announcement thing to me so I agree with @stomachgrowls

The BIG BTC tickets are often won for less than par value. This is by design, a way for the site to give back to the players and help create a big monthly tournament. We don't want a small group of players to win the majority of the seats, we want to spread this promotion to a wider group of players so we made the rule that tickets cannot be transferred or cashed in. It is a promotion for each player to have a chance to cheaply qualify for the BIG BTC, and we will keep it like that for now.
MrHodl's Bitcoin Twitter Showdown is getting a lot of attention, and we got many emails to support for it. Please understand only @mrhodl on twitter can give you the password, and he is only giving passwords to bitcoin twitter personalities to make this a special event for that community. Only @mrhodl will determine who is in the bitcoin twitter community. SwC is hosting the event for him and providing a free seat for the satellite, which is open to all players.
Yeah I was a bit taken aback when I first learned about the mrhodl showdown thing. But since you are interested in giving back to the community and definitely seem like you're in it for the long run, what are you doing outside of the twitter-verse or bitcointalk-verse to get more new blood into the ecosystem? Is there any planned promotion coming up like that?

It really is isn't it, the interface looks so great and futuristic - I think the developing team has done a great job and they deserve the credit.
Futuristic? Have you seen their Plinko UI? It looks retro! as if it came straight out of the 60's pinball machine era. Either you know nothing about UI and designs or you're just shilling.

There is any way to track the bets expired after the end of one event?
Select Category -> Pending (for events that have yet to settle, AFAIK settlement is done manually so events might stick in there for a few hours when they complete) or Expired (for events that have settled). You can also specifically view your settled/pending bets with ""My Expired Bets"". Hey DS don't mind my stupid question, but are you represting freebitco.in in any way or are you just someone who plays there on a regular basis? Btw did anyone ever win a Lambo?
