"Imagine" if only someone would write a song about this.
1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FRC exchange! on: January 03, 2013, 04:13:03 AM
I'll buy 4000 FRC at 4000 PPC.

1223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTB Computer Hardware with FRC on: January 02, 2013, 06:05:35 AM
I have 1x Radeon 5770 (single-slot), which I'm selling for 12,500frc.
I have 2x Radeon 5850 (dual-slot), which I'm selling for 17,500frc (each).

Buyer pays actual shipping from USA (in freicoins, 185frc / $1.00).

I'll update post with actual photos soon.

I'd probably be interested in the 5850s just don't have any open PCI slots left.  Need a motherboard and a PSU.  Someone post one of those and your asking price Smiley

1225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WTB Computer Hardware with FRC on: January 01, 2013, 07:25:54 PM
Posting in the alt currency forum instead of the main "Goods" forum, since I want to use FRC to purchase.

Shoot me a price quote (shipped in the US) for good functioning motherboards with multiple PCI-e slots, PSUs, GPUs, and other mining equipment.

Maybe you should contact your Lawyer first, the legal boundaries you seem to deprecate, are among the largest known feces infested BS you could muster....

Can someone translate this?  Where did this rant come from?

Maybe he hates Jew lawyers?

"Well, I think I could be a really good lawyer.  I'm like better than Sam Watterston I can tell you that much.
"Oh you want to be a lawyer?  Don't you think you should know how to read or write?"
"Objection! Hearsay!"

1229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FreiCoin (FRC) discussion (was FreiCoin (FRC) for TRC, PPC, LTC or BTC) on: December 31, 2012, 06:40:46 AM
I just don't understand the need for the 80%.  Why not just focus on the demurrage aspect?   Seems the 80% is what is scaring off more adopters.

If any number were to be used, I believe 10% is more reasonable.  The solution to reduce the excess amount that has already been taken is easy (atleast in my mind).  Simply "lose" the remaining outstanding coins.

What do you think about this?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Reserve_Act
on 23rd December 2012 was the 99th anniversary of the Federal Reserve, and 99 years is the longest period of time for a business deal - it has to be renewed after that.

see...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/99-year_lease

This is completely wrong.  (Except for maybe the 99th anniversary of the Fed Reserve.  I didnt' look that up.)

There is no time limitation for a business deal/contract in general, unless the contract says there is.  (Now the Statute of Frauds requires contracts that cannot be performed within 1 year to be in writing, but that's something completely different.)
The 99 year lease you cited to only applies to real property, and I'm not aware of anywhere in the U.S. that it applies.  I believe it's used in Mexico, however.

Well... you mean that a gov can have a contract with a private corporation allowing virtually control the country and this contract would never expire?

Aside from the constitutional argument against the fed (which is a complicated subject in and of itself), the answer is yes.  Contracts just don't expire, unless the contract says it does.  They may however, terminate upon completion of the contract.  But theoretically I could enter into a 200 year long contract and it be perfectly valid.  (Although ownership rights in land can get really complicated due to the Rule Against Perpetuities, so ignore that for now, I'm only speaking in general contract terms.)

1235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FreiCoin (FRC) discussion (was FreiCoin (FRC) for TRC, PPC, LTC or BTC) on: December 30, 2012, 11:21:54 PM

You already earned over 7.5 millions FRC! What have you done by now, except a lot of talking? Nothing. The only FRC faucet
in existence is not done by you. Beside it, is there any other way someone not mining or buying FRC could get some coins? No.

"distribute it to many people fast"  Huh

Holly $hit! 7.5 Million?!?!?!?!

Makes the amount I've been mining look rather small  in comparison... Sad
1236  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow list on: December 30, 2012, 11:17:30 PM
I'll throw my name on the list, if someone needs an escrow agent.

My rep includes so many trades in the hardware section and alt currency section I've lost count.  Plenty of references available.  jduck1987, bigal, juggalodarkclow, AnonX, lightlord, liquid, Dalkore, BCB, starlightbreaker, nethead....on and on and on...

I won't charge anything, just a thanks, and maybe a tip.

I can also hold altcoins in escrow.  Even if it doesn't say I'm online, shoot me a pm.  I get that directly on my cell phone, and can see that you need me.

1237  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [SCAM] NEW UK BUSINESS SELLING MINING HARDWARE SYSTEMS on: December 30, 2012, 11:09:16 PM
I sent them an email offering to review their products for the community, but alas, no response....  Roll Eyes
1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to buy 1000 TRC with cash (escrow). What is 1000 Terracoins worth to you? on: December 30, 2012, 12:05:28 AM

Agreed! I've got some cool TRC projects coming up. A major upgrade to www.terrawallet.com.  Low difficulty means more coins! And unlike FRC, your TRC you mine now will still all be there two years from now. :-)

OK, just jumped on the FRC bandwagon, and trying to figure it out.  I'm struggling to understand this whole concept.  Say I have 10,000 FRC today.  They will eventually disappear? At what rate?

1239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [Pool] Coinotron - NEW FreiCoin (FRC) pool !!!!! on: December 28, 2012, 05:46:20 AM
Maybe cointron should open its own exchange due to the amount of cryptic coins can mine on it. Would be a great idea to implement and have cointron exchange

As well as the coinotron pool has been run, I'd love to see them open an exchange.  Big +1 to this idea.

1240  Economy / Services / Re: Offering .1 to anybody that downloads a mobile app AND USES IT! (ios and android on: December 22, 2012, 05:59:17 AM
I'll give it a shot.  Shoot me a pm.
