1301  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: LonoCoins 40 satoshis every 5 min FaucetHub payment on: October 10, 2017, 02:15:35 PM
20 satoshis reward + 20 satoshis from short-link view... Site loads slow for me, there are some pop-ups that alerted my anti-virus.

But I got the 20 satoshis reward in the end. Thank you.
1302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Bitcoin on: October 10, 2017, 02:11:25 PM
Nice! Investing into Bitcoin is a great idea anyway. Bitcoin has risen from a humble 10$USD to 5000$USD! That is amazing! And there are some people who invested in Bitcoin when it was worth 10$USD. As you can imagine, they made a massive amount of profit. Bitcoin has always been rising. Over a long term period, at least. Its price trend is always positive. Thus, you can be pretty much guaranteed a profit.

The thing about litecoin is that it is pretty much another altcoin. That means that its prices are highly volatile. Nothing compared to the stable price growth of bitcoin. Litecoin’s price has risen gradually, in the past, but it has fallen heavily too. So I would suggest your to be careful about Litecoin. Litecoin is more suited to trading than investing.

Bitcoin must always be the main investment on Crypto-Currency world, that is the safest virtual currency, but I think LTC is more special that other common AltCoins. Some people say it's the "silver" of Crypto world, while BTC is the "gold". It makes this AltCoin more important than others. The price shows some nice progress too. If I wouldn't invest in Bitcoins I would surely invest in Litecoin. Both are good alternatives, maybe 70%-80% investment in BTCs and 30%-20% in LTCs can be a good strategy.
1303  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: October 10, 2017, 03:58:51 AM
I know it's important to check BTC price everyday, but for negligence, I'm not doing this everyday. Sometimes I think BTC price is too stable, without considerable changes for several days, so I don't give it much importance, but it's not right as the changes in price happen anytime and when they happen, they can happen really fast in few hours and there is no way to know the day, the exactly hour. Because of it I lost the exactly moment BTC pumped to $4800.

At this moment, i think btc is not stable, yesterday i checked it was at least 4600. Currently this may be dump this had been the greatest recovery since it went to 2900. For me, the price moves in just hours. So every time i am online i always check the price. For traders maybe it is important because even a 100 dollar increase is high depends also on how high are u planning to trade.

Last time I checked it was $4300, then today I have seen $4800 hahaha! It was a big surprise.  Smiley

You mentioned another reason I don't check the price often: I'm not trading, only holding at this moment. But it's true, traders must check its price not only every day, but every few hours to see if there is a nice profit possibility. Especially for daily trading, some dollars income every day are very helpful for these traders.

1305  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your top 5 coins for investing long term and why did you choose them? on: October 10, 2017, 01:22:42 AM
For me there isn't 5 currencies that worth investing on long term. If the intention is to make profit on long term it's better to hold the original currency, that all others follow the price, Bitcoin. Long term holders keep holding their Bitcoins without worrying too much about AltCoins, and I think they are right, alternative currencies at this moment have as main goal to be used when BTC network is overloaded.
1306  Economy / Economics / Re: Catalonia Referendum Pushes Bitcoin Prices Above $4400 on: October 10, 2017, 12:27:49 AM
Maybe the corrupt catalonians politics are pushing BTC price up.  Grin

Part of this independence trial is just to save some corrupt politics from the punishment by spanish laws. Politics that were stealing from contracts of statal constructions. Unfortunatelly Bitcoin is an easy way to make this money disappear...

Maybe. People of Spain marked top 5 peoples in a country engaged in Bitcoin.

Wow, that's a lot!

I'll try to do a better job explaining how Catalonia and bitcoin could be related.

There are many threads in these forums discussing banks. Most would likely agree banks desire centralized one world governments. This is the reason why star trek has a centralized federation of planets. To give people the idea that a centralized socialist state will someday conquer war, poverty, racism & other evils.

Catalonia and the UK moving towards independence and decentralized government flies in the face of the goals bankers wish to accomplish. Brexit and Catalonia becoming independent would reduce the influence central banks have in the world. It reduces the degree to which governments of the world are centralized, increasing bitcoin's chances of success as bitcoin has better chances of surviving in a world of independent states than it does a centralized one world government run by central banks.

I feel like there's a better way to break this topic down. I'm just not seeing it right now.

But if Catalonia becomes independent and the neo-communists/socialists take it (what has a great chance to happen), it won't be good for Bitcoin, for people who live/work there and for their individual choices. It will just be good for the command, the parasites who sell the false idea of equality, love, mutual respect and all other lies these people like to tell to conquer lands and slave nations.

Bitcoin wouldn't have any chance on a society like this.
1307  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 10, 2017, 12:16:00 AM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency
Going toward using bitcoin only will be a great step in the fight against corruption and bribing specially . There will be no more money to be given in cash secretly to a certain person that fills a high governmental place and such calamities will be traceable and could be used as an evidence in court to sue people for their crimes .
In a case where the government has one single account which is being used for holding and transferring into other sectors right ?

I am still trying to wrap my head around the possibilities of that, considering securities of the fund, who manages the account and how honest the body is, and even if they monitor the disbursement of fund from one party to the other using the transaction hash, until how many tree will they successfully do that ?

Probably someone with a better perspective can help out in this situation.
We can never use bitcoin as the sole currency of the world but yes it does make sense of using bitcoin as the international currency of the whole world along with paper money. Bitcoin is the only currency available at present that can give world the real meaning of global village and I am sure soon they will be used by everyone.
Bitcoin has potential to be declared as the global currency but it will take time to do so more work on its advertisement is needed and this thing will occur sooner as by seeing its popularity charts everyone is going to accept that it is kind of revolutionary thing that is influencing life of every single investor and if it becomes the global currency then world would be better place to live.

Global currency isn't good. Each country must have its own sovereignty, what means own currency, own culture, own laws, etc... Global currency smells globalism and that only standardizes the nations and the individuous. It's good to have lots of possibilities to use as currencies, if one goes wrong you can left it anytime to use another one.
1308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I lost 95 Bitcoin on: October 09, 2017, 11:44:36 PM
Yes, that is a very sad situation, but could you tell if you had enough security on your computer to prevent hackers? Did you download anything suspect or accessed any strange site that could contain a malicious file, threat? This kind of event makes many people to fear Bitcoin investment, specially in big amounts.  Sad
1309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What leverage do you use on bankroll investments? on: October 08, 2017, 04:44:26 AM
Sometimes I want to risk more so I put 6-7 leverage level, but for a safe investment I think you can set lvl 2-3 leverage. I have seen some people putting even lvl 10 leverage and it's going very well... But be attention, if the house loses 10% of its bankroll all your investment is over with leverage 10!

1311  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 35 satoshi every 0 second (one bonus link)(no pop up) on: October 08, 2017, 01:01:51 AM
If you are fast enough and have fast computer/internet, let's say it's 35 satoshis every 10-15 seconds.  Grin

I liked your faucet, different captcha, first time I'm seeing this one. I think this one is a faucet without time that worth after you claim all other faucets with time between claims. Refill it soon or it will become dryed (only more 5900 satoshis).  Smiley

(Users, just make sure to set on "SHORT LINK" icon or you will receive only 1 satoshi...)

EDITED: After few claims there isn't short link anymore and we can claim only 1 satoshi.
1312  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: October 08, 2017, 12:19:46 AM
Why would they start using btc if there's not so many people that are using btc in the first place, in the smaller towns I mean. In my town, there are maybe 10 people max and I know 3... There's not so big usage of btc to be used in smaller local businesses where you're buying for relatively small amounts of money.

It makes some sense for local business. If there isn't demand there is no reason to accept Bitcoin as payment method. But if the business owner is a Bitcoin enthusiast I think it would be a very good idea anyway. Being an enthusiast this person would be probably a holder and he wouldn't be worried about exchanging BTC to fiat often, so there wouldn't be any problem by receiving payments from only 3-10 people in BTCs and keeping the money in BTC for a long time.

Also, a business owner like this could start a campaign on his city to increase adoption.
1313  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin loss? on: October 07, 2017, 05:53:39 AM
That is a subject well known here. I have seen some people talking about it and I think lost Bitcoins aren't a problem. The supply will surely be lower, but it makes the coin more valuable and "rare". So BTC price can be bumped even more on long term as we know there are many coins that will be lost for several reasons. But I think before (in the past) people have lost more Bitcoins than now because Bitcoin wasn't so popular, so people didn't give much importance to it.

1315  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Upgradable faucet question on: October 07, 2017, 12:39:56 AM
To collect every few days I think there is only SatoshiWars. Other sites have upgrade feature, but it will influence only the satoshis amount you can collect, but you will still need to login every day or every few minutes, hours to enjoy this feature.

I know PokeBits has similar feature, but it's not cumulative like SatoshiWars, you can upgrade your "Poke Shop", but you will need to login at least once a day to collect few satoshis profit. Also, it's very expensive to upgrade it to maximum lvl (25) to earn 1300 satoshis daily.

What about this SatoshiWars? Possible to earn there for example 5-10$ in day? Or just few cents like on any faucet?

$5-$10 daily only with an army of referrals working for you... It's a faucet.

The rates change all the time (you earn reward in gold and exchange it to satoshis based on BTC/Dollar price). When BTC is cheap you can make more profit and when it's expensive you make less profit...

But much better than default faucets anyway.
1316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What cryptocurriencies do we really need? on: October 06, 2017, 05:14:52 PM
Crypto-Currency gives the right to anyone create their own currency if they want. People are free to create their currencies and to use any currency they want. Some developers are newbies and want to practice their skills, others want to create a currency they can use among a friend's network... Everyone has their own reasons to create their own currencies. But for most people almost all of these currencies aren't necessary.

It will depend what is your reason to be on Crypto-Currency world. For an example, BTC holders only need BTC, traders need more currencies to make their operations, buyers/sellers may need some main AltCoins to transact while BTC network is overloaded...
1317  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Upgrade your mine and earn up to 15 000 satoshi a day. on: October 06, 2017, 04:42:06 PM
Hey everyone, so I have not been active here for a bit, because I had been busy with planing on how the new site should look and what we would like to accomplish. Besides that there had been also a few other things to do.

I don't know if all of you have followed the news lately, but a few websites have been using a script so that the visitors mine XMR. I had a look into this and I had been thinking about giving it a try as soon we have the new website.

What does the script do? It uses about 20 to 30% of your CPU in order to mine XMR.
What is the benefit? If it is fully working, we can reduce the amount of ads or remove them completely. You can play on the site without getting being annoyed with ads Smiley

I think it would be pretty cool, because if the next images for the website will look the same way as the login, it would be a shame to cover them with ads.
Would like to hear from you what you think about that.

But why to remove the ads if using ads + mining generates more income for you?

Or is ads income so worthless that you don't want it?  Cheesy

1319  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin the way to fight corruption? Or is it the good way to launder money? on: October 06, 2017, 04:12:35 AM
The only solution for corruption is spirituality. Bitcoin is money and money isn't solution for this kind of issue. There are laws that could help decreasing corruption, but they aren't enough to make it disappear completely.

Many people worry about Bitcoin because money laundry and that is a fact. What I think could be done to prevent this kind of illegal action would be several punishment for who practices this. The question is: How to find money laundry enthusiasts?

That is surely very hard and to find them it would be necessary to finish the pseudo-anonymity of Bitcoin... There should be always some way to track the money and all its steps. I think those mixer services would be forbidden for this reason.

This kind of regulamentation would be acceptable, but it doesn't justify Bitcoin users paying extra fees to their governments, lowering their personal profit. And as I know this basic regulamention wouldn't happen because government would never be satisfied I prefer everything continues as it's now!
1320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots Strategies? on: October 06, 2017, 02:57:03 AM
Slot-Machine is one of the most basic gambling games and one of the most profitable games for the house. You can't do much in game, it's just a funny game to try your luck, watch some nice animation themes and hope for the best. Don't believe people who say you can win if you do this or that, these people just want referrals to produce comission for them. Slot-Machine is a game for bored people kill the time.  Smiley
