1281  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you invest in Russian business? on: October 12, 2017, 01:24:20 AM
What kind of russian crypto business? I think everyone would invest if it's a good and legit project with guarantees and professionalism. Seems people are a bit afraid about russian projects.  Cheesy

I know there are many Ponzies, HYIPs, ICOs and general scam investments managed by russians, but it doesn't mean all their projects are scam, at least I don't think so... And if we are investing in BTCs there isn't much to worry about regulamentations (at least not now).
1282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should we use Bitcoin in daily purchases? on: October 12, 2017, 12:44:58 AM
We should use Bitcoin in our daily purchases to move the currency among different people, without much circulation of money we have less chances to make fast progress with BTC price. It's good to use Bitcoins, because you can skip fees that you pay using Paypal and services like that, so why not use Bitcoin daily? It increases the adoption and encourage more sellers to start accepting it, good for the ecosystem.
1283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying for citizenship using Bitcoins! on: October 11, 2017, 10:28:54 PM
Very expensive citizenship for a small pacific island... If the only advantage is to travel to 113 countries without visa I think it doesn't worth. With this amount of money it's possible to do many things. I have seen another little nation another day selling citizenship, but for fiat, now I don't remember if it was this one, Vanuatu, or another one...
1284  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: has anyone tried freebitco.in investment? on: October 11, 2017, 09:30:42 PM
Positive feedback from me. I use their investment feature since they introduced it to the site. The rates are low, it's true, and similar to saving accounts interest at the banks, but here we receive income in BTCs, what is very good, and using a trusted and legit Bitcoin's site active since 2013, always bringing new features to its users with friendly support. I always let some money resting there, just humble amounts.

Many people say about other investments that seem better. I think the best to do is to use all the good investment opportunities we have and split our money among them. If one goes wrong, you have another ones to recover your losses.

Support: message Myfe or wetsuit on forum or post on their official thread at Micro Earnings section or Gambling section.
1285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: with bitcoin can I get an island? on: October 11, 2017, 09:22:41 PM
You can buy anything with Bitcoins, you just need to find someone accepting it as payment... An island isn't the limit, you can buy enough lands to build your own kingdom if you have enough money and a open minded seller. I would just negotiate it very well, as Bitcoin worth a lot on long term I wouldn't offer a big amount of Bitcoins for the island, I would try buying cheaper as possible with the promise the currency will price a lot in some years.  Grin
1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your maximum win streak? (Dice) on: October 11, 2017, 09:10:00 PM
On the default configuration (double payout) I could reach 7 or 8 wins consecutively I think... It's not too much. I'm not being a very lucky gambler or I'm not playing sufficiently to have a long win streak.  Cheesy

Anyway I try to don't play too much with this configuration, I like to increase winning chance or decrease it. But even with high winning chance I'm not making good results on winning streaks.
1287  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal: “thanks” button. on: October 11, 2017, 03:26:48 PM
This is a good idea, I have seen a similar suggestion sometime ago. It's a good tool when you are quoted and you have nothing to reply again, but you want to show the person you have seen his message to you. So, just a thanks button, to show some respect and attention back. Or of course, when you like someone's post.
Man,why would you want to do that to the strangers ? lol You sound like a real attention seeker.

Really that you are asking me why should I have some consideration for those who spend sometime reading my posts and performing a reply over it?
It's just intuitive for me...

I just don't think when a post receives a "thanks" it must become highlighted or something like this. The "thanks" feature shouldn't affect this way. That was one of the reasons why many people didn't like the idea before...
According to forum rules, posts like 'Thanks' are spam.So on stackoverflow. Moreover, you can simply thank all the posters in one post instead of making a new post for each of them.

I'm not saying about thanks for help that I received from someone or for a doubt answered.

If there is really a new forum concept being developed, would be nice to have it added there.

You would have to wait a year,or two or forever.

Ok.

1289  Economy / Securities / Re: Looking for investors on: October 11, 2017, 02:40:25 PM
Your site is pure fake. First, BTC isn't pricing $4200, second, it's not "the world's first bitcoin saving site which credits the interest on your available total balance on daily basis".

Many icons on your site are just pictures and don't lead us to anywhere (FB, G+, Our Location, Interest calculator...). Your location isn't linked to Google Maps or any other similar service.

You are offering 0.1% profit daily over our balance. But even if it was 0.001% daily I would think it's too risky because your site doesn't inspire any confidence.
1290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC effect on altcoins on: October 11, 2017, 02:32:03 PM
AltCoins fully depend Bitcoin to survive. Actually, without Bitcoin all AltCoins would die on the currently scenario. What inspires confidence to make people invest on Crypto-Currency world is Bitcoin, if this currency fail, investors will have much fear to continue on this speculation market. Panic selling can be intentional or can be a consequence of fear from the investors side.
1291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi & US government on: October 11, 2017, 04:32:18 AM
How can we be sure that person is Satoshi, we dont even know Satoshi is a person or a group, but that doesn't bother me at all and I dont believe it at all, if they know why they don't announced it or maybe recruit him to create another futuristic transaction system

Yes, there is no way to know if this information is correct. We don't know who Satoshi is, we don't know what happens inside the governments around the world, it's like to ask if USA has contact with Aliens. Pure speculation, nothing concrete. I think Satoshi's job is done and he have already contributed a lot for the world. The interest on him would be more focused on BlockChain technology than about creating new futuristic transaction systems.
1292  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i convince my client to pay me in bitcoins? on: October 11, 2017, 03:24:47 AM
Did you already tried to convince him before? If you tried and he didn't want it's because his mind is closed for new ideas (payment methods)... Be practical, just tell him: Via Paypal it's X+1, via Bitcoin it's X-1. It's not necessary to explain all the points of Bitcoin initially. Show the practice, explain the theory later.

Anyway, you won't have more profit by using Bitcoins as the price will decrease this way. It's advantage only for the buyer. But this way you can have many other customers attracted by your lower price... So this way you increase your personal profit.  Smiley
1293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: October 11, 2017, 02:43:15 AM
There aren't only virtual crimes related to Bitcoin, but physical too. I have seen stories of people selling "Physical Bitcoins", like those BTC coins we see on many online pictures. Thieves say these coins have physical price and that are real Bitcoins...

And that is just the beginning, Bitcoin will be used even more as tool by thieves to steal others.
1294  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the bitcoin goes up so high? on: October 11, 2017, 02:06:41 AM
Or because catalonian's politics are laundering too much money these days.  Cheesy

There are several reasons that could lead the BTC demand increase, I believe all we say here are just speculation and may not be the real reason behind this increasement in price. It can be or it can be not... Sometimes BTC price increases for shady reasons also and people behind it don't show themselves. Sometimes good things happen by bad reasons... Both kinds of people are affected positively, the good and evil ones.
1295  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Don't doubt the power of Faucets! on: October 11, 2017, 01:59:28 AM
The interest is 0.01% daily. You will need $10.000 in BTCs (2 BTCs) to earn $1 daily passively... It's not very different from a saving bank account.

And not spending too much time, only using the main faucets, you will need to be very lucky to earn decent amount of satoshis to make this interest worth.
Like the $200 prize at FreeBitco.in or even $20 or $2 are good too... So I think if people don't work hard on faucets all day long in front of a desk they won't be able to buy even a beer every week with their earnings from this activity.

If you have a network of friends, relatives working together it can work better on long term. Also, the appreciation in BTC price on long term can help a lot!

For me I can already do that per week Smiley it's partially because I have active referrals.

Yes, that is another good point. Who has many referrals can maximize their earnings on maximum. And a good strategy is like what I said: If you have a network of trusted people you, each one at his own house, using his own computer/mobile. So you can refer them and they will produce comission. You can take the money of everyone and put to generate interest in one place, but you need to share it later with everybody...

This way you can grow your fortune faster. And this strategy can be used on several faucets at same time... (FreeBitco.in and FreeDoge.co.in are strategic faucets to put this idea in practice).

1297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin cash on: October 10, 2017, 09:55:13 PM
Personally, I share the opinion you should stay away from this currency... At least if you are a Crypto holder. Some traders are finding ways to trade with Bitcoin Cash, what I think too risky.

The best advice is to keep your funds in BTC and just wait. ICOs are dangerous too and hard to know if a project is legit or not, if you want to try this kind of investment start with low amounts of money and check how many % you are able to make this way. People usually invest in ICOs that have big potential, that spend enough money with advertisement, giveaways, these things that give wealthy hopes for investors... But it's an unstable investment, what is profitable today, may be not tomorrow, changes too fast... Hard to tell you buy this one or buy another one.

If you have success you can try again later with a larger amount of money.
1298  Economy / Speculation / Re: Things we'll see in this discussion list in 2022 on: October 10, 2017, 09:11:10 PM
What if the future gets us
"I wish I had sold all my bitcoins when it was at $6000"

"Do you think bitcoin will ever come back to the 2017 price?"

"Still hodling and waiting for miracle"

"Do you know any exchange that is still accepting bitcoins?"

"[GREAT OFFER] I can buy your worthless coins for $0.0001 each"

I mean, I personally believe in cryptocurrencies and expect them to grow, but there is always the other side worth thinking about.

This is a very pessimist idea about Bitcoin hahaha.

We aren't so far from 2022... Only more 5 years ahead, only a big unpreditable event could result in a catastrophic scenario for Bitcoin, otherwise it will continue growing its price and increasing its adoption. The chance always exist, but I'm 99.9% sure that it won't happen, at least not in 5 years.

I believe in 2022 people will be complaining and regretting a lot about not buying BTC before.
1299  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How difficult is it to sell your position? on: October 10, 2017, 04:12:31 PM
HI guys,

I see a lot of us buying/investing in a lot of crypto currencies but my question is how to cash out of them? Is it as easy as buying them? Or are they limits?

Thanks

Cash out to BTC or to fiat?
Either way, both are very easy. Most coins/tokens are listed on at least one (usuallly more) exchange(s). When you want to 'cash out' all you have to do is make sure you've got your funds on the exchange and then execute a trade for the current value in BTC.
If you want to cash out to fiat then all you need to do is transfer those coins to an exchange that lets you trade BTC/USD and then withdraw those funds to your account.

There can be limits for cashout in fiat at some exchanges (deposits and cashout in fiat). The one I use is limited, cashout up to X amount of my local currency daily. Also, if you transact big amounts of fiat from BTC deals the government will track your transactions and they may block your account at the bank if there is any suspect about you... I don't know if it happens on all countries, but it's becoming more real each new day.
1300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever gambled to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose on: October 10, 2017, 02:44:42 PM
I gamble when I have mood for that and some coins in the wallet. Nothing disturbs me then, so oftenly I scroll slot games when we are sitting with friends at my place. It can be really fun, especially to solve different missions of the game.
You will not relieve stress if you are only playing with small amounts. If really want have fun mostly we spend a amount with thrill to feel the game. Experiencing some risk is the most interesting and fun part of playing gambling. Just remember that don't spend amounts that we alot for other activities.
Let's just take a deep look into this matter. People think that they can escape worry, trouble, grief etc by playing gambling like some people take drugs for this but the truth is when the game is over, all those worries are back.

Basically nothing has changed and running away from the situation won't change it. If a person will face the tough times, only then he will grow up.

And to gamble for these reasons is the most dangerous kind of game. You will have an unstable mind and will go on with all your money trying to forget your problems, but as you said, it's not possible. The person won't be playing for fun, as hobby, he will be playing just to focus his mind on another thing that isn't their daily life's problems, so he will try to play maximum as possible, consequently losing all disponible money on his hands.
