1401  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: September 25, 2017, 02:47:15 AM
.00000449 Btc in Two days. Grin I think that pretty good for a foxconn integrated junk lol. plus i see no slow down on my low end pc so Ill keep it running. Kiss

What about your electrical charges for the two days? For me, it is not worth to earn so small amount by running two days.

As you said in some countries where electrical charges are very low and don't know other methods to earn money then it is good option to try for some time otherwise it is not worth.

Wow, that is really a very low amount of satoshis for two days income! I think even the electricity is "free" or cheap it doesn't pay the loss on durability of the machine being used.  Cheesy

Anyway, the computer isn't mine, so you do anything you want with it...  Smiley
I will keep watching if other people have more profit by using the mining feature.
1402  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Projects you should start, we need! on: September 25, 2017, 01:49:42 AM
These are good ideas. We surely need these businesses accepting Bitcoins and AltCoins. I would add that we need a site like Aliexpress accepting Bitcoins, not small online shop sites, like there are already some, but a real big one that have all the kinds of stuff to buy and negotiate with reputation and positive feedbacks from everyone. A decentralized service of post office would be interesting too...
1403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your trading style? on: September 25, 2017, 12:57:59 AM
My trading style is to use mostly of the Crypto invested money in Bitcoins, when I think I have hit a nice profit percentage I sell all my investment in Bitcoins to fiat or I sell a part of it and keep holding another part for future purposes. This way I can control very well my money, I know I will always sell my Bitcoins more expensive than I bought and I don't need to worry about fluctuations in price all the time.
1404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: September 25, 2017, 12:16:11 AM
I will use the winnings i get today to play again for a later time. So as not to reduce bitcoin that i hold. Because basically, i'm gambling just to get rid from boredom.
That's great because if you aim more you will never realized to keep your winning and budget it for the upcoming session.
Winning is what we are aiming but we know it's not gonna happen every time we want to have it, there are times we lose and it's even more than the time we will win, so keeping or budgeting your money is very important in order for you to stay and enjoy longer.

Sooner or later he will lose all his money if he keeps gambling with his earnings. It's a good strategy to play and have fun without losing the initial money you had to risk to start playing, but it's not sustainable anyway... And when he loses all these winnings he will have to start again from zero, risking his initial money again until be able to play again with the gambling profit.

Not working SCAM

Why do you say it's scam? Have you tried to cashout and didn't received the payment?
1406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: September 24, 2017, 01:18:31 AM
You can't just insert bitcoin in any course or degree, to actually study cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies you'll need to have very smart teachers ( we only have a few worldwide) in addition to that i think some people actually study it if they do research on the cryptography and financial domain.

These college's teachers probably don't know what Bitcoin is. Crypto-Currency is a new technology and a new idea, so the educational content won't be updated with these new informations so fast. I believe Bitcoin is somehow marginalized by academics, it will take a long time until it start being introduced on the college's methodology, they need to choose how they will teach about Bitcoin, in a positive or negative aspect.
1407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 24, 2017, 12:03:42 AM
I remember back then when a friend told me about bitcoin, he first brought me to bitcoin gambling and taught me how to play dice and sport betting
i knew the risk and consequence of gambling but i dont set limit on myself while playing, this kind of attitude lead me to lossing.
back then i've lost almost 1.3 btc(2015 price) in span of 2 weeks and that experience taught me a hard lesson to control myself or set a certain amount while playing.

Many people when started gambling played without limits, it's normal. But the chance to lose much money this way is very high, it can happen once to each one, the important is to learn from this lesson and don't repeat the same game style again to prevent future losses. The problem is when people play without limits once, lose everything, then come back again and lose everything and it continues in looping... Good that you learned the lesson and are able to control yourself now.
1408  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: September 23, 2017, 06:09:36 PM
Bitcoin is a type of currency, and any type of currency can lead to corruption, so yeah bitcoin also may lead to corruption Sad
Bitcoin is not using for corruption because bitcoin is decentralized everybody can use bitcoin so it is not new that bitcoin or we can mention that bitcoin is using for money corruption.
That is not true, I think. There are hundreds and thousands of complaints about money corruption and if you are not agreeing then just visit deep web where there are so many drug deals, crimes, human trafficking and much more. Corruption comes with money, it is just a matter of choice how you choose.

Bitcoin is just another format of money hence it can be misused by wrong people obviously. When black money is possible with fiats then it will be possible with any format of currency also so with bitcoins too.

Even if there weren't money the corruption would still exist. Corruption doesn't exist because of money, corruption exist because the weak human nature of some people. In a physical world there will be always something people want, desire. If it's not money it can be a piece of land, a beautiful house/building, to have other people, like a wife, this kind of thing... And if they are corrupt they will do anything to achieve what they want.

It's not money or Bitcoin fault.
1409  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: TickTock.network - Idle & Earn Bitcoins on: September 23, 2017, 06:02:41 PM
How do you make profit from it? Using our CPU power?

Seems nice, I will test it to see how profitable it is.
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? on: September 23, 2017, 03:42:40 AM
Once upon a time, i was late for working after joining in gambling with friends until morning. Which has a physical impact I am not fit, so i cann't work optimally.
You just had such case once, while I am working in a company and I was too addicted last month when I won something significant and decided that I don't even need a job and I stopped working. Trust me, that happens and such thoughts come when you win something big.

But what followed opened up my eyes and I was lucky enough to realize in a few days and started working again, giving an excuse of some personal problem.

It's common to happen when someone thinks to find a weakness on the gambling game which allows himself to keep winning on long term. The strategy works for a long time and the person start thinking he can make a living from this. But at some point this illusion finishes and the losses start coming... Some people left their jobs or tried to have an expensive life because they have thought they were expert gamblers, but they were just being too lucky...
1411  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A new MMORPG with cryptointegration, collecting ideas on: September 23, 2017, 02:45:27 AM
I always imagined to see a MMORPG with nice graphics, sober colors/textures/characters/items... I mean more like real life and not crazy huge flaming swords with japanese cartoon characters with their heads bigger than their body, this kind of unreal thing.

Also many skills to train like RuneScape, where one skill is necessary to evolve the next one. With many skills there are many items and stuff to be created by the members, they could sell it, move a solid economy in game, what makes much sense with the Cryptointegration system you want to do. If the game is good there will be people paying to play and other people making profit from the game (if they are really skilled on it).

Good luck with your project, I hope you find the ideas you are looking for.
1412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does BTC control a lot of the other altcoins on: September 23, 2017, 12:02:23 AM
Interesting question. I know Bitcoin price affects all other AltCoins price as everyone here said.

But why?
1413  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto-gaming is the next big thing! on: September 22, 2017, 11:44:53 PM
This idea could work on Steam platform, they just need to continue updating their services to bring more confort and accessibility to their users. They already did it once by start accepting Bitcoin as payment method, who knows what comes next... I like Steam because they hear the community and are open to new technologies and ideas.
1414  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice - Play Instant Bitcoin Dice & Be Part of the Bankroll on: September 22, 2017, 06:12:19 PM
This thread is locked and is being cleaned up. The service previously found on satoshidice.com has moved to megadice.com, and the new thread is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1828431.0

Actually we are very very very very sorry for the way in which Megadice let the SatoshiDice community down.

SatoshiDice is now under new, and completely trustworthy ownership with instant deposits and withdrawals, on our new provably fair system.

Wow, that is strange... What happened here? SatoshiDice ownership changed and have became MegaDice, now SatoshiDice is back, but with new ownership? Real new ownership or is it the same original owner from the old days?

Or is it just a fake attempt from someone trying to look like SatoshiDice?  Shocked
1415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: September 22, 2017, 06:06:25 PM
For my point of view it is only better if you have trading skills,
But if you can't control your emotion I suggest don't try some alt-coin trading.

Gambling is unlike trading because if we want to trade then we need to have atleast some knowledge for it. If we dont really have any knowledge or skill then it will be gambling pure on luck. I dont think that every trader have the skill to trade, some just make it looks like gambling and try their luck. Atleast thats what I know but still it is better than gambling
You are right, In the worst case gambling it will be equal than trading, if a trader didn't know anything about trading with 0 experience, and no skills, But for peoples who know how to trade, and have good base of knowledge, They will prefer trading than gambling, because with this knowledge, peoples can increase their chances to win.

I believe if the trader has zero skills on it, his chances to make profit with gambling are much higher. If it's about pure luck let's play a luck game that is gambling and not trading that requires some skills, at least to know what currency to buy and hold. Without skills luck isn't enough in trading, you will probably buy a worthless AltCoin and hold it until the price is dumped to 1 satoshi...
1416  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: September 22, 2017, 05:08:20 PM
I think gambling site is more profitable, this is because almost everyone likes to make a fortune, dating site is only suitable for the youth and will not make the parents interested, but gambling everyone likes because they hope to get the luck.
Technically gambling is profitable sites, but it will depends to the players. If the gamers is so greedy the possibility to lose in game was so high. However if the players of the game have control to their bitcoin, instead of loss there's a probability to earn that you can earn profit.
Yeah, i agree with you in this case. Gambling is much better than dating site but it totally depends on gambler. If anyone want to more and more by wining, he can't go for long run and can't make good profit. I think better experience is needed in this respect.

Surely gambling industry moves much more money than dating sites. There are much more money involved and probably many rich people spending their money to have fun on the gambling games. But you must watch the saturation of the market. Gambling is much profitable for house owner, but there are already many online casinos working well and satisfying their customers.

On the another hand I don't see any dating site accepting Crypto-Currency as payment, there could be a nice shoot for an expert marketing guy.
Also, not only the youth people join these sites, there are all kinds of ages trying to have a date.
1417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: September 22, 2017, 04:54:17 PM
One of our family member is in debt right now because of gambling and as much as I want to help out of it I want him to learn from his mistakes and hoping the one day he will not let his gambling addiction in control of his life. He lost every property he have now and I really feel bad about it.

Sometimes people really need to learn from their own mistakes to change their mind. When there are many people trying to help an addicted person the situation is more confortable and the addicted one becomes more rebel and out of control. But if he can really see how sad is his situation by himself maybe he is able to start acting different and listen to the people that tried to help him before.
1418  Economy / Economics / Re: China closes exchanges on: September 22, 2017, 04:30:24 PM
What to expect from a communist whole? Capitalism is good there only when the government wants to make their deals with the world, but when it gives freedom to their people as individuals it's very bad and must be stopped, regulated soon as possible.
1419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Businessman be the Owner of Bitcoin Market ? on: September 22, 2017, 04:17:38 PM
I guess not, if they will do that today considering the today's pricing its like putting their money at a high risk situation, business people tend to think wisely and will not engaged on a high risk situations, what they could do is to play with it, create FUDS and mouthful ways against bitcoin for their own interests.

I totally agree, there are a lot of billionaire businessmen out there who can buy the entire market with their billions but it wouldn't be a wise investment to them and so I doubt if they will go for it except manipulating the value to their advantage.

I think if these very rich people buy all the Bitcoins they would rise the price to the stars for sometime, but when people start seeing it's all controlled by a group of people they would lose interest on the currency and would migrate to another Crypto-Currency. So Bitcoin would be worthless... Probably the price would fall hard right after and these rich people would have done a bad deal.
1420  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Legit Mining site? on: September 22, 2017, 04:05:35 PM
Give a look at FreeBitco.in site. There is an experiment related to mining using your CPU power. It's not full developed yet, but soon it will be and it can be a nice alternative for people looking for profit from mining activity. The positive point here is that you don't need to invest any satoshi, you will just use your computer power, what means the ROI starts right after you get your first satoshi income...
