1361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how do you feel? on: September 29, 2017, 06:53:03 PM
I feel happy for the obvious reason that is seeing Bitcoin price rising and showing us, the investors, positive results, on the another hand I feel a bit sad because when BTC price increases the payment for online tasks decreases, so I earn less Bitcoins from the tasks at Services section.  Smiley
1362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is best to use for charting against alt's - BTC or USD ? on: September 29, 2017, 05:23:02 PM
What is your goal, profit in BTC or in fiat? If you want to convert your profit to BTC, charge it into BTC, if you want profit in fiat, charge it into USD or into those AltCoins that follow the Dollar price. I see traders trying to live from this income they have, then they need fiat, it's interesting for them to exchange their profit to Dollar and if necessary, converting the Dollars again to AltCoins to continue trading.

This way you can track your profit much easier, as Dollar is stable, while with BTC sometimes you can get lost while trying to find how much profit you are making, as its price changes all the time in great amounts.
1363  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Upgrade your mine and earn up to 15 000 satoshi a day. on: September 29, 2017, 05:11:39 PM
I am interested with this game structure, can you please tell me how much can one earn from here with max upgrade considering current bitcoin value?

read the title of this thread, you can earn up to 15 k satoshies per day.

good luck and happy earning...
Are you sure sir? The post is old that's why I am confused with that amount. But if your words are true, then that's really good Smiley

No, it's not possible anymore to earn up to 15K satoshis daily. The rates change all the time based on currently BTC price.

When this thread was created BTC price was cheaper than now. As I see it's possible to earn up to 3595 satoshis daily with DwarvenBitmine nowadays.

The advantage is that you can claim with high time intervals between claims.
1364  Economy / Economics / Re: Mental barrier stops from buying BTC on: September 29, 2017, 05:21:17 AM
Not so long ago we've all whitnessed bitcoin at price 2k usd per btc. Now it is 4k. Sometimes before buying BTC I have a strong feeling that the price will fall pretty soon and I hould wait a bit before buying. Usually it all ends bad. Anyone have the same problem? How are you dealing with it?

With the bitcoins current behavior right now, buying as long as you have funds is the best choice to do so. Your emotions and feelings could really left you hanged out because of sudden rise and dips. Rely on current price, not on the recent price and future one's that actually no one can predict. Hence the decision always depends to you so take the risk. If you are caught buying in a falling trend, there is no other choice but to wait and bitcoin as always never fails to recover again and again. Buy, Relax, HODL  Cheesy

There is nothing to fear, as you said, relax... If you did a wrong move, buying for a price that is more expensive than BTC price at this moment just wait, sooner or later BTC will rise again and you will see it very expensive, so you will have the chance to sell your coins for a price more expensive than you bought. On short term everything can happen, but on long term we know Bitcoin will keep rising.

There is some risk, it's true, but things are under control and while it's under control, just relax...  Cheesy
1365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Initial Investment Amount on: September 29, 2017, 04:56:26 AM
Personally, as a beginner I would invest a low amount of money like $100 or nothing! Yes, you can start from zero and some people did it or are doing this at this moment. Earning from online activities, like the faucets. But if you don't have time for it, $100 is a good amount to test the Crypto-Currency world and its features. You can choose between investing this amount or just holding the BTCs.

Once you gain more confidence start investing larger amounts of money or just make the initial investment grow on the internet, that is very possible, but a longer way until the fortune...

I think this picture speaks for itself.

ROI in less than 5 days? Wow, that is a hardcore HYIP scheme!

This type of picture is really attractive at the first glance if you are not aware of what are these HYIP's and cloud mining are really doing. I was a victim of these scams and I never thought that they aren't real because I'm not aware that they are scam.

It's true, I think almost everyone have already fallen on a trap like this when newbie on Crypto-Currency world. Even being too good to be true there is a sensation Bitcoin has a touch of magic, that things here work very different from the real life, that everything here is much more profitable and easier. And newbies think: If there are people making 1000% profit with Bitcoins yearly or in few months (thanks to BTC price, legit way), why wouldn't this "investment" (the HYIP) be possible to be true too?

The important is to learn from this lesson and don't risk money anymore with so unstable "investment".

2, 4, 6 and 10 satoshis rewards (Only 3% chance to win 10 satoshis).

Faucet has not time between claims, but we need to wait 40 seconds until the claim button becomes available to be clicked.

I think the rewards are low and these 40 seconds should be removed if your intention is to create a faucet without time between claims.
1369  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin successfully defeated China on: September 29, 2017, 12:49:44 AM
Bitcoin has pumped back to $4000 and up, without no chinese markets involved, proving that we can survive government bans. I am very confident now in a strong recovery to an ATH. Once we reach ATH in a post-Chinese ban environment, we are going to prove to the world that bans on Bitcoin are useless, so they will either join us or keep getting exposed.

I predict chinese exchanges will eventually be back under regulated licenses, pumping the price even further. Get in now or cry later.
That's true, Chinese Government failed to kill bitcoin or at least try to take a large part of controlling it, what a control freak. If it is really true that they will release their own token or coin, i just hope that it will fail and will not get any support from bitcoin / cryptocurrency enthusiasts with that event Chinese Government will come back to bitcoin.
Chinese people are smart and they will not use the token or coin that their government will produce because as you can see that bitcoin has a lot of great features and if the token or coin of the government own crypto will not have a better features or at least the same feature of bitcoin then it will not receive or get long lasting supporters.

It's because there are something government manipulation if they will used the coins own by there government and its unprofitable for them since I think the price of the coin might became stable and only move slowly since we all know that government would not let it defeat there own physical currency. So that's why I think chinese people will still push to use bitcoins since the profit and flexibility of it is so wide.

If they launch their token people must use it. On that country government is very strong and if it's say something, their citizens must accomplish. If they want their people using their own token, people will use it. Those who continues using Bitcoin without permission can be severely punished. Anyway, good to know we don't need China to keep Bitcoin expensive and rising.
1370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of website or service is lacking in bitcoin world on: September 29, 2017, 12:14:55 AM
Shopping site with many different products being sold, large community of buyers and sellers, positive reputation on the market, international business disponible on many different countries, making the exportation and importation taxes cheaper and less bureaucracy when dealing with international sellers/buyers. It should work somehow like Uber at beginning, without regulation.
1371  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet Run Mining without User Consent on: September 28, 2017, 11:40:23 PM
Seems a new hype. I have seen a faucet today using this feature, running mining without permission and there wasn't any ads on the faucet, what means faucet owner thinks he can have income only from this mining to pay users, but it's in beta testing as he said. I agree with you all, it's not a good practice, it overloads faucet users systems especially because these people open several tabs at same time and try to claim faster as possible to don't lose time.

For who wants to check the respective faucet thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2214474.0
1372  Economy / Securities / Re: ★ BTC Renew ★ - Official Launch October 2017 - 100% INVESTMENT BONUS on: September 28, 2017, 03:05:32 PM
You say you take investor's money to invest, but invest on what? What do you do with investors money? Trading, investment in HYIPs, Ponzi schemes, do you gamble with investors money? You offer 0.71% daily profit on Standart plan, that is a high interest if we don't know from where this income is coming.

Your answers to others are extremely evasive.  Tongue
1373  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebtc88.com - BITCOIN FAUCET! on: September 28, 2017, 02:49:23 PM
This captcha takes ages to complete... Maybe only worthful for powerful machines, what doesn't include the common faucet user.

I see there is only CPU mining to generate income for you and pay users, seems it's not enough too, users can just stop mining or what they are mining couldn't be enough to cover all expenses you have.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: September 28, 2017, 03:52:56 AM
Math can help you to find you can't beat the house on long term, that is a great help, so yes, I agree that math helps gamblers in gambling.  Wink
1375  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happened to bitcoins after one died? on: September 28, 2017, 02:20:44 AM
If he dies and no one knows about its private key, then all he have done will be wasted because it will be forever gone. So to those who have a lot of bitcoins there, you should let someone know  who you really trust the mostn. about your private key and everything you are concerned about to  so that he will know what to do about if unexpected things happened to you

This ^

This is why it is of utmost importance, even if you have a relatively small amount of Bitcoin today (like 0.5 or lower) to write a will and inform your relatives about it. Not every one obviously, but whomever you plan to give the BTC should you die must know how to upload private keys to access the Bitcoin and you should also teach them how to exchange it for other cryptos and USD.

Yes, everyone should have at least someone on their life that they could left the Bitcoin in case of death or in case of an accident that this person can't access his wallet, so he needs someone to do it for him. I think there isn't problem to share the private keys/passwords with someone very trustful, principally if this one is a relative or your parent. That is the only solution possible for this, otherwise the Bitcoins will be lost forever and no one will have the chance to enjoy it.
1376  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The importance of keeping passphrases, seeds, passwords, etc... on: September 28, 2017, 01:19:47 AM
Quote
Always keep your passphrases stored somewhere (mobile phone note, file/screenshot on your computer, secured documents app or folder, ...)

That's not a good idea at all. Imagine what would happen if you lost your phone or notebook. The best thing to do would be to encrypt sensitive data and then put it in multiple places. The password has to be strong, of course. And remember that backups are very important as you can see. I wouldn't trust Google password saving for important things. Even if the data is encrypted before synchronisation, they still might be able to read it in plaintext.

I wouldn't store my passwords virtually... First because a hacker can have access to it if he invades the system and then it's over, second because these systems can stop working for several reasons.

I prefer to keep passwords stored on a notebook, written by hand, much safer, you just need to store it somewhere no one will touch.
1377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The hapiness of a green profit on: September 28, 2017, 12:30:23 AM
That is a satisfactory feeling, especially if you are trying to grow your bankroll from a tip or from a faucet claim (what is really hard). I try to be always on the green, even if it's just few thousands of satoshis positive... But I know if I try it too much sooner or later I will have an irrecoverable negative status that will only become worse and worse if I keep playing.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I start gambling site? on: September 28, 2017, 12:18:46 AM
Yeah you wanna start a gambling site with just only five hundreed dollars, that is insane and you will never be able to create it.
Also, you need a developer, you need a designer to make good looking the casino, you need the scripts and the licenses, You need at least $30k to run it, and at least other $20k to afford losses if a guy empties your casino because of his luck.

Wow, that's a lot of money. Also, we must protect the site from hacker, ddos attack, and other problems. But, I always confuse.. why people want to invest their money into gambling ? For me personally, don't want gamble at all because in my opinion gambling is depend on luck. I'm not gonna spend my money for some "luck", that is why I never gamble.

Instead of building a gambling site, why don't you just build another business site. Something like PTC site, site that is similar to popads but pays in bitcoin. I think that is more usefull and people will more look into that. IMHO.

Gambling sites move much more money than PTC and faucet sites. It's more profitable for the owners, and it makes many people want to have their own casino to make profit just by managing an online casino, what you can do anywhere, being necessary only a computer and internet access...

I think the industry is saturated of casinos for now. There are many casinos for not so many people. You can look the main Crypto casinos and you can see some of them are empty and if they are empty it would be much harder for a new casino to have success, especially starting with low bankroll.
1379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hands up.. robbery. on: September 27, 2017, 08:27:07 PM
It's not a problem bigger than real robbery we have today on the streets. People who have too many Bitcoins on an address won't tell others: "Hey, this is my address, I have 1000 Bitcoins!", these people will be discreet. Other people have too many addresses and split their money among these address for several reasons, like to have some money on different sites, especially gamblers... If you discreet there isn't much to worry about it.
1380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what country the most loyal attitude to Bicoin? on: September 27, 2017, 06:17:07 PM
Most loyal attitude, means more friendly to Bitcoin? I think Japan is very friendly to technology, and with Bitcoin it isn't different. But most of the countries are neutral about Bitcoins while a minority is going against it. It's early to answer this question yet, we need to keep watching the attitude of more countries first, that will only happen when Bitcoin gain more and more strenght.
