301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: September 29, 2021, 06:59:21 AM
A bit offtopic on the thread but just want to say here that Pacquiao confirms of retiring in boxing world as he ready himself on the PH coming election.

His message from his facebook page.

Now who will be the next legend on PH boxers? Maybe we can expect from MP promotions same like casimero Smiley
302  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CoinTelegraph's International sites? on: September 28, 2021, 07:31:32 PM
as far as I can see, most of the texts are from the global level, (probably only translated into the local language)
This what I observed too, but the japanese and korean version were different even the layout of the website too (in mobile, currently using as of writing).
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto misinformation is turning into an issue for people new to the game. on: September 28, 2021, 05:34:35 PM
[...] but I think the easiest way the prevent scams and slow them down is to educate people that are new to this.
Isn't this the point if someone's want to learn something?

While the internet is easy to access and almost all questions related to finance and investment can be seen there, there are still people who will just barge after hearing something too good to be true and invest right away without getting enough knowledge on the hows and probably end up being frustrated and scammed. It's not just for crypto but also to all finance related stuff.
304  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: {Warning}: ERMAC - Cerberus 2.0 and more on: September 28, 2021, 05:17:00 PM
Their target victims are new users/installations huh, a good practice to avoid this is to click the download button or redirect button from the official website of the app instead of using the search function of every app distribution platforms such appstore and playstore. But the website can be hacked too and the download links can be changed as well but that's a different case.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Today Spent Almost $23.6 Million Fees For a Single Ethereum Transaction on: September 27, 2021, 06:10:44 PM
By the way, I can't see who mined the block. Can anyone please? In etherscan, I only saw an address; isn't it a pool? The guy must be a lucky one.
It was mined by anonymous miner https://etherscan.io/block/13307440

You can check the "mined by" with no name of the pool which it should have if a particular pool mined the block. Its a hell of a luck. If it was mined by pool or known company then they can reach to them for a refund like other incidents like this (spark pool mined  the block on previous incident and refunded 50% only). But that's not the case here.
306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is Bustabit scamming me on: September 27, 2021, 05:57:59 PM
OP is online recently but did not drop by here to comment , maybe he understood what people here wanted him to learn and he has no enough proof to give so he keeps His silence .
He might already get the answers he want from the support of bustabit since they already have a convo base on the screenshot. Leaving this thread open as he cant get any answer from here other than on bustabit support might the case of not responding here.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Today Spent Almost $23.6 Million Fees For a Single Ethereum Transaction on: September 27, 2021, 05:46:37 PM
What a waste. Speaking of bitfinex and USDT, they can just print another millions of USDT on their treasury  Roll Eyes

Now it will be a headline in any media contradicting of using crypto for lower transaction fee but instead paying millions for a fee.
308  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help me on: September 27, 2021, 05:30:02 PM
~
Copy-pasting code is not for all situations, yes, lots of useful info can be seen there but without having basic knowledge is still useless, especially OP has specific conditions he want.
Wouldn't it make OP's job much easier given that you're going to just fill in the blanks in the code so you can make what you specify on it.
I hope it just easy as that but it's not. Maybe it's possible if op knows how to program but the problem he isn't. So getting help from someone knows is the solution. Now that HCP responds it could be the best solution.
309  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CLOSED] ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 on: September 27, 2021, 07:27:31 AM
but my concern are those who ahs not been warned and until  now though that their funds is safe inside this casino and then when they come back will be shocked that they have nothing to turn back.
All users has been notified probably, either they read the email or not its the user's responsibility. Either way storing funds on their casino account as a wallet is a worst thing. Also as per said, no one is complaining even the withdrawal is closed so its to assume that all the users were settled not unless someone raise a concern.
310  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is Bustabit scamming me on: September 26, 2021, 07:42:09 PM
Actually, the image is unreadable, you might want to upload a new higher resolution image.

And bustabit running for how many years already scamming is not an option for them, try to share more info related to this and message (if not yet) their support to help you to solve your problem.
311  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn Merits? on: September 25, 2021, 02:00:18 AM
But I saw some posts we have to buy merits from senior members. Is that true?
Can you link the posts you're saying? Coz its not true, your account will be red tag for merit abuse if you get caught. Well, it's easy to check if the merit is voluntarily given or bought, lots of users here hunts for those users buying/selling merits.

And one thing to clarify from you ! If I keep replying to each and everyone's response to my topic, Do MODS consider it as spam ?
No, but instead of making a new post on every reply, you can make a one post and quote all the one you want to reply.
312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn Merits? on: September 23, 2021, 08:38:48 PM

313  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help me on: September 23, 2021, 08:27:37 PM
i know a little to write some basic scripts, i have tried to learn more but i can't write for this "if win 25 bets then nextbet=balance/13640
else nextbet=balance/213"
Is this still your problem? is there anyone who replied you in their forum for your help, or even on their discord, there are bunch who will probably help you, I just don't know if they will do it for free as you speak.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ransomware and Bitcoin on: September 23, 2021, 08:24:00 PM
Will the hackers stop ransonware attacks if there is no crypto ?
Hackers exist before crypto got introduced and mainstream. Instead of making way/solutions on how they can protect their data from ransomware/attacks they just go to one who is not responsible for the attack.

As if the attack will stop if they prohibits crypto.
315  Other / Meta / Re: Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action ! on: September 23, 2021, 04:09:14 PM
The account is locked so nobody can even login.
Was it locked by a Mod after the spam? It's not banned, so it doesn't show in modlog. The email address or password haven't been changed either, so as a user I can't see this lock anywhere.
This is the screenshot LM shared btw, so it's a ban and account was locked.

The email address or password haven't been changed either, so as a user I can't see this lock anywhere.
Yeah, seems the hacker knows the way of forum account's security that it will be locked soon (by the owner) if he somehow change the password/email.

316  Other / Meta / Re: Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action ! on: September 23, 2021, 12:28:33 PM
And they have already a new Github again for the Fake PhoenixMiner download links !
Fake Github Account : github.com/PhoeixMiner-TeamDev   <----- Please report that account on Github again that it gets deleted !

And looks like a Account got hacked  @Rizzrack
Account : LogitechMouse   <----- Please lock that Account and delete the post
[...]
I get in touch with the owner of this account in telegram, he said it wasn't him which is probably true. I didn't see this guy interact on that thread and then suddenly the account posted like he owns the thread or somewhat related to the team/devs of phoenix miner, and regarding the previous reports this is a desperate attacks of the scammer/hackers to phoenix miner.

Currently the account was banned and it should be lift somehow.
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin.org hacked. on: September 23, 2021, 08:08:29 AM
More people will fall for the scam thinking everything is legit, they believe the site is maintained by Satoshi Nakamoto which is false information.
Only greedy people/newbies will believe such offer, either it was posted in any reputed website. Coz people with enough knowledge can easily differentiate a legit and have a doubt even it was posted on popular twitter/facebook personality, or any popular websites.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallet from Satoshi Nakamoto era activates after 9 years on: September 22, 2021, 08:01:50 PM
Lol, no one knows if this is Satoshi's wallet or not. It could have been a early bag holders who just decided to touch his coins for the first time. Or someone who forget all about it, find his private key.

In any case, if this is just hundred of bitcoin, it wouldn't put a dent on the market right now. We are already huge, trillions worth and billions of transactions. But if you look at the price right now, we have rebounded again to $43k, so if there is an effect, it's a positive one.
It's not about if it's satoshi or not, or if it will affect the price after those activity or not (it just a personal wallet transfer imo, not to an exchange), it just that the owner of this address is somewhat good at holding, so patient which people could learn from.

Also, it's a transfer of $26 millions that only cost a fee of cents, imagine if it's from a bank, it would cost hundred of $ or thousands for the fees.
319  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there an easy and quick way to buy cryptocurrency with a credit card? on: September 22, 2021, 07:47:23 PM
I've been working with cryptocurrency on and off for months. The concept of cryptocurrency and wallets is too abstract for everyday internet user.
Well, crypto is not for everyday internet user, especially to those who don't want to educate themselves on something.
What you have mentioned is almost the same way to get bank account, or any digital e-wallet/bank.

Not to mention, buying bitcoin in paypal needs to verify your identity as well.
320  Economy / Gambling / Re: Yaybet.com - Slots Live Casino & more! |⚡️ Instant BTC/ETH/LTC Cashouts on: September 22, 2021, 05:12:18 PM
But what I read is for a lifetime deposit of 2000 EUR so I was asked to do KYC and other data, but will small deposit users not be subject to KYC later? Of course about KYC I would totally avoid it even though it's a new casino site.
Actually, the same thing on the withdrawal process. If I read it right, user will be required KYC if they withdraw in any amount on the site.

Can you just briefly provide the minimum withdrawals for each coins and its approx withdrawal fees so that just will give us a broad idea. Did not find anywhere on the site, might be missed by me if it exists.
I guess there's none, but it should be higher than the withdrawal fee if ever there is.
