461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons to Invest in Bitcoin?? on: August 12, 2021, 07:22:01 PM
Bitcoin now can be used for long term investment
Actually and obviously people already invests bitcoin for all over the years since it got its first price value not only just now or few years ago.

Investing bitcoin is one of the best choices made of all of financially literate as there are so many advantages (almost all mentioned already above) against the disadvantages of it in terms of long-term investment.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Facebook-backed Diem Blockchain Move language education - Give us your feedback! on: August 12, 2021, 07:03:01 PM
The only limit of using of such low-code apps/software is the limit on your project will be built, it will always depends on the built in functions template of the used service, and especially the security which is the most important of every crypto project in technical terms. Having own devs is still an advantage in any aspects, but if the project is somewhat lacking funds then low-code apps still a good choice.
463  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I get the reliable guarantee from Bitcoin Talk on: August 12, 2021, 11:54:36 AM
I honestly don't know what you are referring to because that sentence makes no sense. But one thing I do know is that no one can guarantee you anything in crypto. Do your own research, double-check, work with only reliable sources, and don't throw all of your eggs in one basket.
Probably OP is finding someone like escrow, the thread's title is a bit confusing though you can understand  (a bit) of what he wants base on the op's post and his reply.

To op, if you will check the link posted above, you can see my info and details, you can try to pm me if you really want to deal an escrow.
464  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Merit] Hey Newbies! Can You Sign A Message? on: August 11, 2021, 09:15:21 PM
[...] but from what I'm seeing, it seem like it could be best carried out using PC and not mobile. I'm just being skeptical about this but if it's something I can complete using my mobile, then I'm going all in.

I'm sorry for asking this sort of question but please do realise that I'm just getting fit into the system.

Thanks
You can use either mycelium and blockchain.com mobile wallet app, they can both signed a message which is the task asked in the OP, though you can only use blockchain.com only works for imported private keys.
465  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Merit] Hey Newbies! Can You Sign A Message? on: August 11, 2021, 08:41:18 PM
...
Signature: (please I don't know how to import this from) Hoping someone could help?

Exactly what part of this don't you understand?
Probably the whole thing of signing message using a capable wallet.

To CryptoHeadlineNews, kindly read the whole thread linked on the OP for you to understand what OP want you to do. If other newbies did it, why not you? Smiley
466  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: August 11, 2021, 07:33:28 PM
Beginners and inexperience traders have been always like this, emotions always matter even you knew you shouldn't, not unless you are already have lots of experience.

In terms of doubt for the temporary trend of the market then let your guts decide, don't just sell if you think you're in loss, and don't hesitate to sell if you already profit, and don't hesitate to buy if the market is in loss.
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you combat market gloom? on: August 11, 2021, 06:37:06 PM
Anyone had experienced in such loss, been there, done that. And that's an unfortunate really, nothing to do but to accept those losses, well not nothing but to try again, wait and gain by buying little by little.
468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 11, 2021, 02:43:50 AM
Why does this happen only 10 days before the biggest boxing fight of the year? I cannot stop myself from being skeptical about this. This might be a rugpull hehehe. Pacman had more chance than what much of the people thought. Watch Spence vs. Porter. Pacman can win by using a similar tactic.
People guesses lot the same, he could do the checkup or confirm that he want to cancel at least a month before the fight. Either he's afraid/ in doubt he could win the fight or not prepared doing it. Many fans are upset  now. ╮(─▽─)╭
469  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Offline Transaction vs hardware wallet, which is safest? on: August 10, 2021, 08:24:08 PM
May be one day i will become ''tech guy" and read the code myself and how trezor actually works. And i will get the answer that why inserting trezor on internet cafe is same as safe as signing an offline transaction on a clean always offline pc in an airgaped room.
I bet you don't need to read source codes for them to call you a tech guy or in able to understand on why its still safe to use a HW on infected device/desktop. Enough knowledge on how it basically work is enough, and the idea that your HW's and the airgapped computer's private key never get in touch on computer's network is enough for your to say its much safer than using any mobile and desktop wallets or exchanges.
470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: casino chat moderator on: August 10, 2021, 06:57:44 PM
There are moderators that get paid and others that don't since i've seen some regular users become moderators at one point but they're not that active like the other moderators
These are the moderators who do the job voluntarily, though they still get tips and I guess that's okay.

Also, having a work such a casino chat moderator should not be considered as a stable and regular job, coz ofc, it's not that high enough for some countries minimum wage and should not be compared of. Still better to have another set of sideline jobs than only having only one.
471  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Calculator check how much my Bitcoin would be worth on: August 10, 2021, 06:36:12 PM
Thanks I was hoping that a service already existed but I can do it manually with a spreadsheet. I have been doing it manually without a spreadsheet which is hard work.

I could only think is to bookmark your address information on a particular block explorer as most of them have usd to bitcoin conversion of your balance. Welp, it could be easy as that only if your bitcoin store in one address only and if you think that accessing a browser's tab is not quite hard for you.
472  Economy / Services / Re: Mixers/ and or tumbler service... on: August 10, 2021, 02:07:13 PM
Talking huge and BS towards these existing/trusted mixers while offering your service with higher fees and talking like you're better than them, sounds too suspicious in the very first place.

PSA: If you didn't already know Mixing Coins are 95% of the time done by a single entity/person
At least show your souces' statistics.

also anyone who understands mixing understands that real mixers charge anywhere from 20%-65%.
Sounds like a scammer and bs service to me though.
473  Economy / Services / Re: need bank details on: August 09, 2021, 06:12:50 PM
Sounds like you need something, but actually you offer it for a service by this statement "you can visit us anytime" :/

Maybe and just maybe you can tell us more if you're offering a service or needing something. Show your portfolio if you're offering and ask post more info if you're needing something logo design.

474  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do's and Don'ts on the forum... on: August 09, 2021, 04:10:49 PM
I believe this is enough information for those new comers who wants to be active on this forum as there are lots of newbies who only comes here after they have bad experienced from the wallet/exchanges they are using, got scammed or other technical related stuff, then become afk. Not unless they know they can earn while getting active here.
475  Other / Meta / Re: Banned Displaying signature. on: August 08, 2021, 04:30:45 PM
Actually there is a special reason for the ban?
IIRC this is because the user commit plagiarism or something against to the forum rules, instead of permanent ban, signature banned is imposed due to some reasons for a particular range of dates, sometimes a month banned to a year or more.

This can prevent forum users from accessing the site so that the incidence of scam can be reduced.
Signature bans cannot prevent user accessing the forum, they even can still post.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump on: August 07, 2021, 04:55:33 PM
I think it's because of the London Hard Fork that happened recently? It's really nice to see coins like Ethereum and Bitcoin pumping, I hope most of us recovered from previous losses. I see that the price may go up to $4k this time, I don't really know what's with London Hard Fork but does it improve the transaction fee of the Ethereum?
This is one of the reasons I thought why it pumps like this, though I don't know why most of the altcoins, well, also bitcoin pumps this time. It could be just a normal effect of trading. But welp, it's much better.
477  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin atms on: August 05, 2021, 07:39:04 PM
but if you are much concerned about your privacy then you should avoid using them as kyc may be needed
Some atms do, but for a certain amount only. Mostly ask for phone numbers for verification purposes though still its part of user's privacy. So if you're a private person, bitcoin atm is a no-no.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google starts accepting Bitcoin ads on: August 05, 2021, 07:26:59 PM
IIRC this was lifted year/months ago, but needs a more restricted regulation before they accept crypto advertisers.

Can't say that this is a good news but, make sure that they will be more strict accepting crypto related ads coz there are still newbies who can easily be fooled by just seeing an too good to be true ads ln google.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PolkaDot - Next Ethereum on: August 05, 2021, 06:42:28 PM
Polkadot seems promising but it cannot replace ethereum this early, Binance BSC is one of the candidates for the ethereum's place but not just yet.

It will take time, more contribution from open-source and non-open-source developers and full support from crypto community is necessary for that to happen.
480  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: August 05, 2021, 05:29:12 PM
I agree with you we don't need to pay those signal groups since this just a waste of money, doing a research is somehow the answer towards our needs on tradings since if we just rely on those self proclaim trading coach then there's no good future for us in future in the long run.
Oh, I never thought that there are signals that needed payment, eh, for what? They obviously gain profit already because of the actions of their followers while leaving them behind after their leader reach their target price.
