Attempt No.2

What's after this message? mind sharing it?

Also, since you're not new here and probably knows that there's someone on their team's incharge here you can directly pm Stunna and ask the whats and whys regarding your issue, s/he's pretty active here.
482  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Discussion topic] Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: August 05, 2021, 05:04:46 PM
My 2 cents ... I bet that FatFork's answer was more appropriate than yours, since his message is "on the topic" with the only difference that he added a small comment, while your rebuke is already creating a flood. So if you're really worried about the cleanliness of the thread, PM or up the discussion thread.  Wink
One of the local rules
Discussion about campaigns are strictly forbidden (unless it's really relevant, which in 99% of the cases, it isn't).

And I'm talking on the quoted post not the total post of him though.

Welp, (I guess) its okay to post there, it will be deleted soon as well but could be better if it just bring the whole discussion on this thread same thing like you did to notify me here, didn't thought that.

483  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 28-July-21] on: August 05, 2021, 04:45:47 PM
777Coin campaign is changing payment rates from next week. I can honestly say that this campaign has become the worst paid campaign I have ever seen on the forum.
Taking into account the current Bitcoin value, a Legendary / Hero member's post earns you less than 25¢, meaning for 20 posts (which is kind of average in signature campaigns) you will earn a whopping $5 / week (even less for lower ranks).  Huh
I bet you can talk this concern on this thread instead here to avoid unnecessary discussions as per the local rules Re: [Discussion topic] Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What hatred do people have for Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2021, 03:08:21 PM
who's people are afraid to invest in btc because of the fear that it could suddenly fall sharply and there are no regulatory board from any country their logic is it's not legal currency from any country or any government. its just a reason many people hatred bitcoin.
Most people I knew that hates/contradict the user/invest in bitcoin is because it used mainly by criminals online, in the darknet, hackers, etc. which are mostly heard news. Also the thing that it could make you poor overnight when it dumps.

While those only used by criminals allegations were debunked so may times as I said, but still they insist to believe those things which is absurd.
485  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Loan Advice on: August 05, 2021, 02:00:55 PM
It will be considerable if you loan for a business, but for somewhat like bitcoin that has huge volatility it could be huge difference and too risky.

But if you think you could pay that debt from your outside sources excluding from your bitcoin investment then go for it. Bitcoin price in the next 8 years will be much different from today.

486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should you own at least one Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2021, 01:44:08 PM
There is no required numbers whole number or decimal on how much you should have/stored bitcoin.

Everyone cannot afford to get whole a whole BTC.

To have any amount and understanding how bitcoin works and why its important to have fractions of it is enough.
487  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin atms on: August 05, 2021, 11:13:10 AM
What are your opinions on them? Good for crypto? Unneeded? Beneficial? Unsafe? I see many pros of them but I worry about the safety of these machines, although I have to admit I don't fully understand how they operate. Could skimmers be a thing? Could bad actors put in nefarious code to retrieve your information when you use them?
Bitcoin ATMs are somewhat beneficial on the adoption part of bitcoin.

On the other side, it's expensive buying and using it, fees are high. Though its still the same on common ATM where it can be stolen, atm skimming and other frauds made bad actors.
488  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase New FUD on: August 04, 2021, 08:37:10 PM
This is more like negative news for coinbase, well, it's their own move to do that, and it doesn't and will not affect bitcoin price now and in the future.
Probably will have a huge effect to their stocks but not bitcoin.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Scam Airdrops that sweep your wallet, avoid them. on: August 04, 2021, 08:25:31 PM
Giveaways is the common ground for scamming, people should be aware for such offers, yes there are lots of legit giveaways/airdrops but make sure it came from a legit project not from a random new token/website.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What hatred do people have for Bitcoin? on: August 04, 2021, 06:24:03 PM
Some of these people are those oldies working in the banking sector and in the government, where fiat is everything.

But mostly are newbies who were scammed, hacked, loss in trading, anything that bad happens because of lacking knowledge on how to'sa fter they enter investing bitcoin.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about Bitcoin? on: August 04, 2021, 06:15:15 PM
Now I have a fair knowledge about Bitcoin and I have invested all my dollars in Bitcoin.
That's good if you lived where most needed stuffs can be bought with bitcoin which I don't think there is a place like that yet.

Good thing if you're using a service/wallet that can be used to convert your bitcoin into fiat when purchasing those stuffs.
492  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduce Bitcoin in one sentence on: August 04, 2021, 06:01:14 PM
Better to tell your friends/acquaintances the special about bitcoin and its blockchain, what its advantage than the current monetary system, than sounding like someone in the marketing team of an mlm, something a too good to be true.

I'll actually ignore you if you tell me those words/meaning, assuming if I never heard bitcoin before.
493  Economy / Services / Re: Help in password recovery for your wallet.dat on: August 03, 2021, 06:38:58 PM
Let me ask some questions first.

Where's your portfolio doing this service previously on other platform or so? And why people should trust a new comer with such a confidential task?

There are already trusted service/s with such kind, why people should choose you instead of those.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: lost my punks and a bunch of ETH on: August 03, 2021, 03:08:36 PM
If the user was using a hardware wallet, he would not have given the user access to his wallet.
This is the reason why I'm more confident having accounts on different websites/services that uses metamask and other similar wallets or wallet in browser extensions. Having thoughts that my coins will not disappear just after logging in on those things.

Even a person with much knowledge with security and crypto can still be victim because knowledge is not everything, sometimes you still need to rely on the devices/things you're using.
495  Economy / Services / Re: FREE [EYC_ONE] MANAGE Campaing Service on: August 02, 2021, 05:39:38 PM
Just a suggestion, it could better if you resolve what's on your negative feedback first before offering such service that needs experience and trust of the community even you're offering this for free.

Anyway, good luck though.
496  Other / Meta / Re: Animated Avatar on: August 01, 2021, 10:45:26 AM
People are somewhat irritated about the animated avatars that's why there's a solution made, yet theymos completely disabled it for good, though I don't know the primary reasons but you can check:

OK, APNGs are now detected. Old ones are grandfathered for now, in part because people have ongoing campaigns, but in the future I might (or might not) go through and remove them.

Thank you and happy Swiss National Day! Smiley
498  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin doesn't care about Tesla and Amazon on: July 29, 2021, 08:02:04 PM
Only weak hands, newbies and Elon musk fans was caused the price dump in the past, they only follow what the self pro claimed and their role model doing because they trust them.
But that doesn't change the fact that elon and his minions also the reason why bitcoin pumps after tweeting related to bitcoin, changing bio with a bitcoin hashtag, investing and tesla's accepting bitcoin payment, etc. And after a while it dumps, mainly because of him and tesla's revoking the acceptance of bitcoin payment as well.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining vs Holding on: July 29, 2021, 06:37:50 PM
Passive income or holding is much more profitable than buying of miners is a risk in the very first place, installations (cost), electricity (another regularly cost), maintenance (another cost), the increasing difficulty is also a risk and many more when it comes to mining.

Besides your comparison is not totally a fair comparison.
500  Other / Archival / Re: Helpful Guides For Newbie on the Electrum Wallet on: July 29, 2021, 06:16:45 PM
But while -Newbies- do that, they may ask for assistance so I would alert newbies not to go in social media like youtube or physically, and give someone their exchange details so the person can help them transfer their coins to a wallet, or tell any one to create a wallet for them, I have seen this questions on replies to you tube videos. Ask your questions, also examples, then do the sensitive aspect yourself.
Welp, not all newbies comes here so that's really happening, most people only knows facebook, youtube, insta, and others, most of them don't even know reddit how much more this forum. And that's concerning, newbies only come here asking questions after having an issue similar to losing access to their wallets, lost of funds on their wallet and they'll know it's already too late, web wallet board is the witness of it.
