I predict that bitcoin pricing is irrelevant.

I suggest putting price on the right and volume on the left of the fancy new graph. I thought USDBTC went up to thousands of dollars...
I also think it is weird that it displays negative volume...is that possible?

Can you explain the discrepancy between "Total Earned", "Earnings" and the amount that has been sent to my address?
Total Earned = All the btc paid to you in the lifetime of your account Earnings = Same as above (maybe we should make the term the same) Minimum payout is 0.01 btc... so if you tweet 1btc of ads, and then another one for .005, the amount sent to your address would only be 1btc, with the rest held until you pass the .01 threshold again. Keep the questions coming if you have them =) Then why is Total Earned significantly different than Earnings, which is also significantly different than what has been paid to my address? Total Earned: 0.0909315 Earnings: 0.2389563 [EDIT]Sent to Address: 0.2179593

Well if anything, maybe more actors will look into bitcoin in order to get into their roles...

tl;dr - what's the point? To fundamentally change the monetary system of the planet.
After that, hopefully we'll realize the pointlessness of a monetary system.

I recently updated my nVidia drivers to 285.62. Starting cgminer 2.0.8 and 2.0.6 causes the driver to fail, stop drawing the desktop and restart the gpu/rendering. Had no problems in previous driver releases. Command line and flags remained the same between drivers. Any ideas?
Running Win 7 x64 on AMD Phenom 9750 with nVidia GeForce 9600 GT gpu.
No idea. Nothing has changed in a very long time at that level. This is really disappointing. I'm resorting to ufasoft, which is not ideal for mining while maintaining gui usability. Hopefully I can figure out what's going on. Just as a heads up, your Readme file does not have all the options/flags listed in the OP. Thanks again for all of your great effort and support of this miner. Hoping to use it again soon.

Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending (Sorry, TED)
wow, spot on man, i'm sure TED wouldn't mind If there was a TED talk about Bitcoin, that should be the title of it. Bitcoin was mentioned in a TEDx talk recently.

A serious bug was been found in the "encrypt wallet" function of bitcoin versions 0.4 and 0.5: private keys may be left unencrypted in the wallet.dat file after encryption. If your encrypted 0.4 wallet file is stolen, an attacker may be able to recover some or all of your private keys and steal some or all of your bitcoins. The development team has been working on fixes for bitcoin versions 0.4 and 0.5, but it will take at least a few days to test them thoroughly. Until they are available, you should assume that your 'encrypted' wallets are as vulnerable as an unencrypted wallet, and follow all the best practices for keeping them safe (see here for a list). It is embarrassing and astonishing that this critical a bug was not caught before the 0.4 release; constructive suggestions on how to improve the testing and release processes that do not assume access to hundreds of thousands of dollars of funds to hire security consultants or QA teams are welcome. Getting sufficient testing of code BEFORE it is released has been a chronic problem for this project. Would it be possible to leverage the ability of major community stake holders (Mt. Gox, Pool Operators) to incentivize or encourage activity on the testnet for new builds?

Really an interesting development. I think Mojang/MineCraft should look into this payment processor also.

All currencies inherently favor an arbitrary group of people, and so corrupts that group. Any system that requires one person to submit to another in any fashion is going to develop into a corrupt and tyrannical one given enough time. Learning to use our technological capabilities for the benefit of all people would obviate the need for any currency, and therefor any need for submission or slavery.

Thanks! Please have a competent designer improve upon it if you can though.
