1481  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 07, 2017, 10:48:12 AM
Hello All,

What you think is the best investment to gain steady income in btc without actively doing anything?
So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

Thanks,
BR Oinas

Ah, so you want a passive income. First thing that came to my my mind was bitcoin mining. I guess this is safer and less risky. But earning bitcoin without actively doing anything is really not gonna earn you big profits. It's like your lying on a back waiting for the cherry to fall in your mouth.

Many people expect this. They do not understand that even in order to receive passive income, one must at once do a good job. For example, to earn seed money for investment.
Yep, that's what many don't even understand. You don't just lie on the bed and be expecting daily manna, while you do nothing.

By the way, to answer the op’s question, the best you can get steady income is by investing some of your money into bitcoin. And correct yourself, what do you mean by making steady income while you're doing nothing? please know that there is no food for a lazy man.

There are really people out there who are now living comfortably right at the comfort of their beautiful home doing nothing and yet earning money on a day to day basis hands off - these people are having some passive income. So, I humbly disagree that we cannot earn money by doing nothing because there are really people enjoying the lifestyle at the moment.
1482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: August 07, 2017, 10:45:10 AM
You do have a point about bitcoin cannot become currency.  Well like what you stated, bitcoin do not have a stable price and like what you said it is like dollars and other currency.  So therefore, bitcoin can become a currency.  I think it is not about the price stability but the user of that currency.  Or if the government will acquire or adopt bitcoin as currency then it can become a currency.  And if through votes then for sure bitcoin will win as there were many patronized bitcoin as of this date.

You have the point - I forgot who was the US President who declares dollars as a currency already he's main thought was that the dollar is no longer have a fixed value but will keep on changing and be affected by inflation. With bitcoin, we see the elements but it is not yet officially declared as currency but it is acting one at the moment already.
1483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 07, 2017, 10:41:47 AM
Quitting is never easy at the beginning because when we get addicted to it we will not stop or leaving it would be hard. If we want  to quit it or stop our addiction. We must start with our self, we set goals or objectives in order to have a good start on forgetting gambling.

You can just do it gradually, doing something to forget gambling.

If you will always think that leaving will be that hard, you will be ending up to have hard to quit.

But if you will make yourself busy and think that it's easy to quit, you can do it.

In short, it is just a matter of mind setting - the more you think that you can actually be able to quit gambling, you will and if you think that you will be having a hard time then you will.
1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 07, 2017, 10:34:25 AM
hi guys, i bought 1BTC today and i am wondering to gamble or to invest the 1btc?

if to gamble

best site to gamble with a really nice provably fair..

and if to invest.

best investment program wherein no scam.

thank you for your opinions guys

cheers
For better answer, I would say you should invest. But with people who want to gamble, even they know that investments can provide them with more profits, they will try other ways to gamble so that firstly, you should find some ways to stop gambling.
to me i will also choose trading bitcoin. but i think it is depending on the interest of the people.

Yes it does vary from people to people . But investing in btc and other coins would have given them sure shot profits which gambling cannot guarantee them. The loss could be minimized in cyto currency but in gambling you lose out completely. So I would prefer investing over gambling.

Gambling is very risky - although there is a potential huge gain if you are lucky but most of the time you will not going to be lucky - not to mention the house edge advantage. Investing also comes with risk if you are not careful in choosing which company to invest to. I guess trading is on the sweet spot provided that you have the needed trading knowledge and skills.
1485  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: August 07, 2017, 10:29:32 AM
you can work and bitcoin at the same time.  and if you are success full you can start mining bitcoin. or join many web site. then invest or start a business.  their  is  a large market of bitcoin reading cod help. . .  actually want am starting bitcoin i have no idea what am doing. . . i sign up many web site and their small earning then i try gambling its not worth

mining Bitcoin in today's market is not ideal unless you have a huge capital for the investment of necessary infrastructures, manpower, and technology involves in Bitcoin mining. The competition is so strong and you need high-end technology in order to compete in the market and high-end technologies come with high-end dollars for investment.
1486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: August 07, 2017, 10:03:14 AM
bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable.

currency should be more stable.

you may reply me. currency is not stable also but you should think

USD currency price is up and down 1-2% in 1 month.

bitcoin price is up and down 20% in 1 month.

what will people think if they just change USD to bitcoin then their money down 10% in 10 minutes?

bitcoin can become stock but cannot become currency

Yes, It is true for now bitcoin is not that stable compare to the dollar. Though at the present time now bitcoin is well known in different countries whether Asian country, US, Canada, and others. Bitcoin is already a currency even it is not a physical touch but can be converted into a real currency so how come that bitcoin is not a currency. Are you kidding me mate Wink
I agree with you, bitcoin is already a currency because we can use it in some websites to buy or use it as a money to buy things that we want and also to pay our bills and worry for the effort and hassle that we might experience when using fiat to pay bills. Bitcoin is like a lazy man's currency but it is great for the possible future system of our world in money.

and the very reason why bitcoin is already considered as a currency is due to the fact that its value keeps moving just like a current - it has no fixed value. However, due to its volatility, cryptocurrency traders are capitalizing on it and earning big profits out of their winning trades.
1487  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do YOU sell? on: August 07, 2017, 09:59:53 AM
I make a profit with little analysis and market movement, I also often use safe way by determining profit 1-5% of price increase, but for the big coins I wait for the moment of price drop and hold it until up high like bitcoin and eth.
This is the right time to sell bitcoin in the market, due to high demand of bitcoin in the market more users were hold their bitcoin. But I think this time selling is not an option it is depend on the will of owners.

When people are getting greed, it is high time to sell while when people are getting scared is high time to buy more coins. I alway see this thing happening in front of my eye and it is really a proven strategy - though it is not that easy to implement if you are just a new trader because your emotions tends to over power your plans.
1488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 07, 2017, 01:55:53 AM
How does one Put down Gambling for good?

You can start by putting your funds to something that you can't easily pull off like the same concept as time deposit or you let someone trustworthy to hold your funds for you so that you will not be tempted to deposit again to gamble. You can go back to your hobby which you stop doing when you started gambling or find another activity which interest you and let you pass time. You can also join some group which are into gambling before and then quit and ask them for advise on how they did it.

I agree in order to prevent yourself from playing in gambling and quit gambling for good, you need a diversion.  Diversifying is taking your attention away from something that you wanted to forget.  In this case, gambling, you need to look for something that will entertain you instead of playing gambling game in a casino.

that is true! In order for us to get away from the certain thing that we get used to doing, there is really a need for alternative things that we will do like a new hobby or some more productive activities.
1489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: August 07, 2017, 01:52:50 AM
I think yes Because the experience will be your capital in the condition and the existing situation in gambling. Like your emotional control I think The experience is indeed in need
The experience will help you to control your emotion as that would only be the difference that cannot be learn by studying alone on what you read.
With experience you are more compose as you getting matured in gambling, you know how to handle things both in winning and losing situation, so always learn from your experience if you want to last and enjoy gambling.

Wise experienced will tell us to only gamble for fun and entertainment and with the money that we can afford to lose. However, if we play with games that require skills like in poker, our experience will really count along the way.
1490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 05, 2017, 05:05:56 AM
Gambling become addicting specially if you always win in a bet. And the more you win and take the money the more you want to gamble. You become greedy and Once you lost you will be  eager to win and take your money back.

Everyone wants to win and if someone keeps on winning then it might be a reason for that person to keep coming back. However some people gets triggered once they lose that is another reason for people to keep coming back . Some people just dont even know when to stop when they have already lose alot of money
i agree gambler become addicting first play in gambler its only fun or relaxation but the gambler he/she earn easy money that's the starting to become addicting its the same in addicting in smoking first corousity why people smoke and then taste it until become addicting.

Everyone come and play to get some money not to have fun. There are difference between having fun and wanting to win . Most people come to win and get some money , when you play some game and have a chance to win some money then that become fun but when there are no money involved then it wont be as fun as they think

with gambling, the money involved can really add to the thrill and excitement. However, when we get too emotional about it, we may hastily bet big amount of money that we can't afford to lose because we are driven by that exact emotion - hence, better to just play for fun, of course with your money as bet but with money that you can afford to lose.
1491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: August 05, 2017, 05:00:41 AM
Hey Bitcoiners? I'm desperate to start earning BTC
I'll do any kind of online activity as long as there's a Bitcoin payment. Where do I start?
If you don't want to invest even a small amount of money then you have two options .
First option to get knowledge about the bitcoin and make useful discussion and then after jr.member rank join the campaign and making earnings .
And second option here for you is to create accounts at all possible faucet sites( freebitco.in , freebutcoinwin.com , btcmoon , adsbtc and also more you can found them at btc articles site which are paying really ) where you can easily make collection of Satoshi per hours and per day by clear the captcha . And also with this start a big network of the social media platforms like groups and  broadcast to get a referral joining bonus .

This is exactly what I have done before, I started with posting regularly on this forum and when I get to Junior Member, I then applied to a signature campaign - I actually working on 1 signature campaign until now and ever loyal Smiley I stopped getting some free satoshis before and go to gambling route which cost me more than 4 bitcoins lost Smiley

For beginners, I suggest that you do signature campaign and learn trading cryptocurrencies as you go along in order to accumulate more bitcoins, hopefully.
1492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do YOU sell? on: August 04, 2017, 09:30:14 AM
Selling should be as higher as you can but you have to make it sure during pumping,
so you will know the movement and you know when to exit.
It is better not too greedy, exit at some point at least 10%-20% and cooling down.

I even prefer gain of just 1% ten times in a single day or two than one time 10% gain because the latter is quite hard and sometimes long to achieve versus the former. The former is good for short term or day trade style of trading.
1493  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: August 04, 2017, 09:01:42 AM
There are many people who lost their money on trading, because trading is unpredictable job, in my opinion i need:
Method ( i must have system trading)
Money ( i must have management of money and risk)
Mind ( i must can control my emotion)
Tell me your opinions?

Trading is a risky thing, you can get a good profit on it or you will loose in a snap, but to try not becoming a loser, willwe can evaluate, analyze study the coin plus a little luck surely we can have a good profit on it! Smiley

luck will come to those traders who made their assignment diligently. What these diligent traders actually do is carefully researching the altcoins, trend, chart, news, and anything that needs to have good trading decisions. After they have done their research, they will then do some pre-trading plan and execute the trade without any emotions attached.
1494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: August 04, 2017, 08:58:17 AM
at first, basically, gambling was invented for creating an entertainment purpose. but after that, gambling has been a popular segment of both making money and fun. but I usually prefer to gambling for making myself refreshed and confident. I want to get benefitted mentally that is why I used to take this step.

I bet that when you say you are looking to make yourself refreshed and confident, it implies that you are just playing for fun and entertainment, right? Because if we are looking for profit, we seldom achieved that kind of experience because it will be more on stress and anxiousness Smiley
1495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: August 04, 2017, 08:54:11 AM
this is very clear that gambling is dependent on the luck, so there is little space of getting help from experience. in this case, Experience may lead the way of taking some strategic decision but it isn't able to make the win you in a set of gambling.

At some point, yes.. but there is really some gambling that requires skills and experience in order to win most of the time than losing. But what we should really do is to just gamble for fun and entertainment and only spend money that we can afford to lose.
1496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 04, 2017, 08:51:25 AM
This is a rather difficult task, but I think that if you find some interesting hobby, you can replace them with gambling. Personally, I'm not going to quit, because I have no addiction.

Hmm, you mean you can replace a good hobby with gambling? I don't know about you but I think a good hobby is not wise to be replaced with gambling. Gambling is just supposed to be for fun and entertainment and try not to get hooked by it.
1497  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 04, 2017, 08:48:25 AM
For 10 years,i think gold better then bitcoin, coz gold low risk
If you're going to invest in gold in 10 years you will receive the same amount. If all these 10 years you will earn with bitcoin you can in these 10 years to buy 10 times more gold than buy now. Gold is convenient to store only during the war. You ready for war?
Of course, bitcoins are the most efficient and profitable investment currently. Gold has nothing to do with bitcoins. Gold is just better for ornaments and wedding gifts. Bitcoins are much better than gold. Bitcoins can make you rich in short time as compared to gold. Bitcoins can double you money even increase it manifolds within short time.

Bitcoin is best for short term investment at the moment because it increases in price quickly. Well, if for long term investment, bitcoin is still good the same with gold investment. Hence, bitcoin is good for both short and long term investment while gold is good for long term investment.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: August 04, 2017, 08:34:46 AM
yeah, a little bit.
but experience doesn't bring to you a better result regarding gambling. because Gambling totally depends on your luck, if your luck does support then you can make a profit. experience can be helpful to justify in order to take decision before gambling. that's it, it can do nothing anymore.

With regards to gambling that require skills, experience really matters. Some example of this kind of gambling that needs skill is poker games. The more experienced and skillful you are with the ins and out of the game, you will most likely be the winner - of course, there is also luck involved in the game but the game is not based on pure luck.
1499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 04, 2017, 08:31:28 AM
Doing more work than we have done, socializing with people of different professions or hobbies with us, seems to be enough to help us quit from gambling.

One of the best ways to quit gambling is to be with friends who are not in gambling. Spend time with them, go outing and have a relax vacation. Start playing the sport which you like on daily basis. This would engage you in productive work and will yield you good health and also your mind will get diverted from gambling.

I don't think so, if you are with them but they don't care about your gambling problem or habit then you can't really avoid it. The best thing to do to stop gambling is to first accept your gambling problem then get the support of your close friends and love ones that care about you. If you just surround yourself with useless people that don't care, there is really no point and you'll be back to gambling in no time.

it is like the analogy of a glass full of water, we can't put additional water into it as it will spill over. So, in order for us to add a new water into the glass, we need to empty it or make it half full. The same thing with gambling addiction, we need to accept that we are addicted to it and is willing enough to let go it and embrace a new hobby or thing that you can pour your time on.
1500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 04, 2017, 08:28:28 AM
Both ways are risky. Those two can't assure 100% profit. But i rather invest my bitcoin than to gamble. Even though investing has risks, gambling has much   more. It is more of losing rather than earning

Even in investing, there is also some kind of risk but not as high as in gambling and trading. The latter 2 have more potential gains than long term investment. At the end of the day, it really boils down to each ones risk appetite.
