221  Economy / Economics / Re: Top Three Emotions to Check to Succeed! on: January 17, 2020, 03:17:45 PM
Greed is definitely the number one thing. They can invest sums that we can lose, but some of us invest amounts that are too big out of greed that they can't even afford to risk it. Greed is what continues to confuse other people, and eventually they still wonder why they have fallen for it. Imagine holding your money and then waiting until the price goes up, and all of a sudden the price begins to go up and you start buying lots of coins because you think the price is going to go up forever and you're going to become a millionaire overnight, haha, that's greed, you're taking those who've been holding a fool for a long time.

Indeed. Greed is the first thing that a crypto user should avoid because anyone could lose a lot of money if they can't control themselves from being greedy that they always aiming for big amounts but not the risk. Always aiming for huge profit is really a bad idea for an investor because you might get scam if you can be easily be trick by promises that are too good to be true.
222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 17, 2020, 11:17:15 AM
For people who does not have enough income to live a comfortable life, we try to find ways to end the struggle, we take big risk to gain big rewards so if we will be successful, we don't need to work anymore and just enjoy the rest of our life doing the things that we can't do due to lack of money.

are you one of the people who dream like this?
I think it is impossible for you to reach your goals in life through gambling because even you won a lot of times and win a jackpot prize in gambling, you will still end up losing all of your money in gambling because there are low chances for a player to get rich in gambling. Only dealers and owner of a certain casino can get rich in gambling because all of our losses will go to them.
223  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Investing on cryptocurrency is too hard for others on: January 16, 2020, 05:45:42 PM
224  Other / Off-topic / Re: your internet costs and income on: January 16, 2020, 05:24:41 PM
To be honest, i am always using my smartphones and computer 24/7 with an internet connection for my job and for crypto, but i can pay my bills to it because my income in my job and my investment in crypto is quite enough for me to provide my neccesities and pay all of my bills including my internet.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin over Bluetooth? on: January 16, 2020, 05:05:54 PM
I think sending bitcoin using a Bluetooth is the same as sending bitcoin using QR codes because you can only make transactions in a small distances, but sending bitcoin over bluetooth is very prone to hackers because they can easily connect with your transaction, so it is still better to make transactions in crypto by QR codes because no one can actually join to your transaction.
226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Full time trading is boring on: January 16, 2020, 04:43:11 PM
One of the biggest cons of full time trading is being alone , boring sitting in front of computer watching charts data all the time from past 6 moths i am almost doing this and now because of this i am not able to focus on trades. i feel like quieting full time trading and go to job so i make some new friends and Socialness

what you guys do to avoid this biggest cons on full time trading
I think full time trading is a little boring because you don't have time to other activities that instead you are with your friends or playing video games, you need to watch the charts and do tradings for you to have a good profit. But i also think you won't get bored if you always make a earned good profit in your trades.
227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHICH CRYPTO MOBILE APPS DO YOU USE? on: January 16, 2020, 04:22:10 PM
In my own opinion, it really depends on you if where you are comfortable with because to be honest i am very comfortable using both pc and smartohone that i don't face any troubles or error in using their application and website in both devices, as long you have a stable internet connection.
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you go to blockchain/crypto events? on: January 15, 2020, 04:12:57 PM
Full article: https://itbiometrics.com/2020-is-kicked-off-with-the-ces-blockchain-event/

The CES event is the biggest electronics showcase in the world and for the past few years, they have had a digital currency section. Some of the products that are being showcased seem pretty cool like crypto watches etc.

Is anyone going to this? The digital currency section of the event is only for a day or so. Larry King is speaking at one of the cryptocurrency talks lol.

If you are interested in learning more about it you can visit the above link which has information regarding some of the speakers and cool blockchain gadgets.
Since cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is not really popular in our country, i haven't attended any events about crypto and blockchain. I only have attended seminars about blockchain technology in our small group because it could actually help me in the future.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can we overcome our gambling addiction! on: January 15, 2020, 03:43:59 PM
There's a story that my mom told me, it's about my uncle who once became a gambling addict that there comes a time where he sold most of their things in their house just to find money to gamble. The worst thing that my uncle did is to pledge their house just to satisfy his gambling pleasures.

I know it's not easy to overcome this situation especially when you're already in your point that you want to get back everything that you have lost. You keep on gambling thinking you can earn everything back. Actually, we're already lucky enough if we continuously win the game but even our luck has its own limitations. Without noticing it, our wins are slowly turning into losses.

I also know that some of us here will just put their attention on different things to avoid too much gambling. But in reality, it's just easy to say but harder to do. There's no easy way if you really got attached to gambling. But in your opinion or personal experiences, how do you overcome your addiction to gambling?

Gambling addiction is really hard to overcome because i once experienced getting addicted in gambling and it takes me months to recover myself from my gambling addiction by putting all of my attention in different things like going to the gym, playing sports, computer games, and bonding with your family or friends. I kinda agree that it's easy to say but harder to do, but i got stay away from gambling with the help of my family that they always watch me, so i could really control myself in gambling.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining crypto by walking on: January 15, 2020, 03:10:12 PM
A couple of years ago, there was a crypto project named "MangoCoinz" which allowed anyone to earn crypto by simply walking. The app used the smartphone's pedometer to keep track of the steps taken by an specific person. This encouraged anyone to exercise their body while getting paid in return. While this was great back then, the project is no longer being developed. Something like this would've been great to have in the mainstream world today, but I guess there was lack of demand for it back then.

I'd hope that someday a new dev team takes charge of the "MangoCoinz" project or simply create a fork of their own, to allow people to "mine" crypto by walking. It's completely revolutionary way of doing exercise while getting paid in return. Maybe launching an ERC-20 token with its own app will do the trick? Whichever way it is, I look forward towards the revival of an app that would work just like "MangoCoinz" did in its early days.

Do you think something like this will be viable in the future? Huh
In my own opinion, it is really a great innovation that you can actually mine and earn crypto by just walking because it is a great way to encouraged people to exercise everyday. Maybe the reason why this mangocoinz is dead today because it has no volume that no one is trading with it.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: Do Not Blame Bitcoin, No Government Want To Make Its Citizen Millionaire on: January 15, 2020, 02:05:32 PM
No offense but I do not agree on the title, No government want its own citizens to be millionaire or let's say at least a decent rich? Nah, that's not true. Of course every country want their economy as best as possible. In my opinion it's not that our government doesn't want all of us to get rich, it just so happened that it was ideal and almost impossible to attain. As long as mankind has no strong unity and  greed/pride are existing then inequalities will be a constant thing in this world. The idea of "rich and poor" will remains Sad.
the reality is like that, in developed countries there are still citizens in poverty, and it can actually help each other. the poor need the work of the rich and the rich need the services of the poor. but of course the government wants to raise the economy of its people in a prosperous state, and tax revenues are increasing
Every government always wanted to have a balance economy. It is really impossible for every citizen in a country to become a millionaire because the economy of a country will crash and no one is actually rich if that happens everyone will sees each other an average person. The poor needs the rich, and the rich needs the poor and that makes the economy balance.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: January 14, 2020, 10:49:29 AM
You can't actually have big results if you haven't taking a bigger risk in trading and investing in cryptocurrency. The reason why people became rich because they work hard and risking their time and money, so they could just reach their goals and dreams in their life.
233  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May tax ba ang Cryptocurrency? on: January 14, 2020, 10:24:53 AM

I mean tax evasion.
Share your thoughts and experiences, hirap kasi na parang ilegal tong ginagawa natin dahil wala naman talagang batas ukol dito
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: January 14, 2020, 10:02:44 AM
Using your bitcoins to support your daily needs and to pay all of your bills is really difficult, especially if you don't have another source of income to have an enough income because the votality of bitcoin really makes it hard to sell out your bitcoins, so you could purchased goods. It is really important for you to have a job while doing bitcoin, so it will not be difficult to support your daily needs.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are giving too much attention on the halving on: January 14, 2020, 09:39:25 AM
Since we experienced a long year of bear market in 2018. Most of us have put a lot of attention and waiting for bitcoin halving, so we could get back all of our losses. We are also expecting that halving will occur this year of 2020, that is why we are excited on what will be the improvement of bitcoin to it's price.
236  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose? on: January 13, 2020, 06:37:55 PM
We both need fiat and cryptocurrency because they both have different purposes because in fiat we use it to make transactions for us to buy goods and pay all of our bills, while cryptocurrency we can also use it to buy goods but only in online shopping, so we mostly use our cryptocurrency to store our funds and making it as our investment.
237  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless Economy: Is Society ready for transformation? on: January 13, 2020, 05:51:58 PM
In my own opinion, the society is still not yet ready for us to become a fully cashless society, even there are already online wallets and credit cards because not every store in a country can accept digital currency as a payment method. There are still people who are not okay in using smartphones and other new devices, so it is impossible for everyone to become cashless.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why will you invest in something you know nothing about? on: January 13, 2020, 04:53:07 PM
Sometimes in your life, it is okay to try things that you know nothing about because sooner or later that something you know nothing about could make your life better. So it is fine if you are pushing your friend to invest in cryptocurrency and learn about blockchain technology because it could actually help them in the future, if they just take the risk.
239  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: January 12, 2020, 04:31:44 PM
In my own personal opinion, if the government will support bitcoin instead of fiat currency there is a chance that everybody in this world will be now using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as a payment method in exchange for goods and services. But i think it would not happen because bitcoin will remain decentralized that it can't be controlled and be supported by the government.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much should i trust crypto Youtuber? on: January 11, 2020, 06:16:58 PM
I sometimes listen to famous crypto youtubers.

But for the most of time, they were not accurate.

Really... How much should i trust them? If there is a good one, please recommend one.

Btw, how many of you guys participating in airdrop event?

Most of airdrop cryptos that i earned kinda become worthless.

I am trying to earn BPX token at Digifinex.  I heard that BPX token is issued by an exchange

Then, I guess it is better to earn exchange token, which at least can be used. Right?

You should be really not expecting that every crypto youtuber to make all of their analysis to be precisely correct about the market price because all of it was just a prediction. I also watch videos from crypto youtuber, so i could have idea and tips about trading, and for me to make my own analysis.
