981  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: December 16, 2016, 12:10:38 PM
I won't go for mining as it won't be profitable enough for me to invest in it, so if I see price going lower in coming days then will prefer to buy some and save them for the future.
Bitcoin mining is excellent for those people whom getting huge income that will seek for great potential of mining profit. Mining is profitable if you have many cpu that will work for you. Also, investing in mining is worth it as time goes by.
982  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Duterte admits personally killing suspects on: December 16, 2016, 11:11:45 AM
This is no secret. Before Duterte was elected as President most people know about this. In his campaign he vowed to kill 100,000 criminals and dumped it on Manila Bay to fatten the fishes.
There is nothing to ashamed in killing criminals.
What we should ashamed is letting this criminal to abuse innocent victims.
And I think, doing a sin is just and accident or having ni choice. There is always choice in making decisions.
And there is no other responsible ingoing to your decision buy yourself. Hence, criminals doesn't desserve forgiveness without punishment.
983  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What’s your hidden reason for becoming a trader? on: December 15, 2016, 01:36:49 PM
I don't think hidden is not the right word, probably it must be what is our main reason for becoming a trader. If so, I find it really interesting to read testimonies of traders whether it is with forex or alt coins. I just simply aim to have a good profit for becoming a trader and so far, I can say that my achievement is little by little being achieved.
Hidden is not right word.
In trading, there is a very simple reason why you trade, it is to make a profit. And I think that reason isn't hidden at all since it is the main idea why people do trading.
984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 15, 2016, 12:56:54 PM
The best source is to buy it if you need, signature campaign is risk free but the reward is low. If you are not a disciplined person don't go the route of  trading you can loss most of your investment. Hypes, Cloud mining don't go there at all
In my opinion, the best source of bitcoin is trading.
I used to do gambling, signature campaign and cloud mining. Yet, I earned most of my money from trading specially buying and selling altcoin.
I used to sell my stuffs for an altcoin then I'll sell it peer to peer. I found it profitable yet risky.
985  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: December 15, 2016, 03:01:24 AM
He is in the procedure to make the country whole by trying to have an agreement with the pro-communist and Muslims to end these pointless bloody fights and also plans of development for the country if he was a bad leader why would China, Japan, and Korea help in funding & aiding in the development of the Philppines after Duterte talked to them.

Terrorism and drug campaign are two different things. Who said that he is a bad leader tho? He is actually too good and that is the reason why those corrupt politicians are too afraid of him and wanted him out of his position.

I don't know whether he will be able to resolve the Muslim insurgency in Mindanao, as there are a lot of external factors in play there (such as terrorist funding from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait). But if he is able to convince the CPP–NPA–NDF in to a ceasefire, then it will be a great start. Look at Colombia. The peace agreement with the FARC has done wonders there.

We can see that is very willing to resolve those issue but if we are going to ask the other parties then that would be a far different story.
I do believe that he just wants to fix the mess caused by previous politicians.
I like his visions, but his way of making things right isn't right.
He is regardless on his word but attentive on the plan he wants to do.
I do believe in his strength and vision looking forward for better change.
986  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What places do you do your shopping online? on: December 08, 2016, 01:54:58 AM

Yes, there are many options in shopping online.
Yet, I only prefer 3 online shopping sites.

987  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: December 08, 2016, 01:01:06 AM
I dont really use a strategy i just wait for bitcoin became lower then i will buy it then sell it if the price will go up maybe two weeks after i buy bitcoin i will sell it simple strategy but profitable.
i know that there is many people still waiting for the lowest price of bitcoin then they want to buy bitcoin but i think bitcoin no more decreases its price because bitcoin is very stronger in present so i advise you that its time is good to buy bitcoin because price is good and i hope bitcoin will more increase its price to above 1200$ at the next year so its buy time.
Yeah i think bitcoins will be more pricey in the next year. I'll try to buy bitcoins this year then try to invest them ao in the next year its more profitable dude
Good idea that you are buying bitcoin because bitcoin going to higher and profitable more day by day and there is many people missing this right time and they are still waiting for decrease price of bitcoin but keep it mind that bitcoin no more decreases its price .

Don't waste anytime because it is surely going to increase as the 2017 is going to enter. And holding of bitcoin is surely the best investment and just like what cactushrt said, even he is not using strategy with his investment. He is getting profit from simply buying and selling of bitcoins, it is also good for buying alt coins.
I also agree on that. I stopped trading as bitcoin starts going up. Also, investing through bitcoin has a high risk specially those HYIP investment. As I stopped trading and investment, I also put my bitcoin in my savings and buying and selling altcoins.
988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: November 30, 2016, 09:34:01 AM
So, what do people around you (relatives, co-workers, co-ed, friends...) think about Bitcoin ? Please, indicate your country, so this way I'll be able to make a synthesis about what people think about Bitcoin.

For me : I come from France. My relatives think that it's criminals' tool and that since they can't touch money they don't trust it (note that those same persons are pro-banks, where you can't touch money). My friends think that it is useless and that it has no future. Both of them agree that scare them the most is the Bictoin's price volatibility.

So not so positive Undecided. I hope that you aren't in the same situation.
We looks so same. Most of my friends and family think that bitcoin is illegal because it was once said mode of payment in dark market.

Actually, my perspective in bitcoin is same as my relatives know. But because of my friend that uses bitcoin a year ago, I was encouraged by him.

989  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 100% water-powered car on: November 30, 2016, 01:40:38 AM

Iranian scientist Alaeddin Qassemi unveiled his new invention, a car that he says is powered by water, in Karaj, Sunday.
The car can reportedly run on 60 litres (15 gallons) of water and is able to travel up to 900 kilometres (559 miles) in 10 hours.
The power is generated after H2O is split into hydrogen and oxygen which react chemically to produce energy.
Going back about a decade ago, the car that powered by H20 was introudced by a filipino inventor.

I remember, it was put in the news and many people was amazed. However, I don't know thy it was launched. Maybe some oil companies blocked him as for them prevent to sink their business at stake. However, I do believed that it would be used in the future.
990  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: November 30, 2016, 12:53:38 AM
In my experience, if your going to go one by one and try to introduce them to BTCitcoin and explain how it works in order for them to accept payments of BTC , it would be really a lengthy process and you'll stop doing it before you start so the best suggestion I could make is either by making a mini seminar wherein you invite them altogether and talk about it and even show some of the YouTube videos that well known speakers of community are in and they cover almost everything... And in cases of online local businesses, you could try to send them a support ticket regarding the matter and I've had luck that they answered, "were already reviewing BTCitcoin payments and will consider it for the future" .
Yeah. Pretty sure they would used it as they see bitcoin's platform.

Also the advantages that may lead them to build more for their business.

Hence, the business economy would be become better and easy as they do a deal to their clients.

991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bank??? on: November 29, 2016, 11:53:12 PM
IS there any Bitcoin Bank that really works like bank that provide interest for customer that available in this world?
I do not think there is a bitcoin bank since it was decentralized and digital currency.

Since it was online, its wallet is your bank.

It was a little bit close to the bank but secured.

I can say wallet is the bank because in that, you can do deposit, withdraw, and paying.
992  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many times have you've been scammed? on: November 29, 2016, 11:04:40 PM
What are your bad experiences in bitcoin? Not just scammed by other users it could also include HYIP, Cloud mining scams, investment scams, etc. I know it's a bad thing that happened, I think it's better to share them here so you could vent out on what you are feeling.

Feel free to post anything.
I was scammed frequent times.
Specially when it comes to selling goods like TBC

Yet, I was never scammed by cloud mining and investment because I never do that.
Too many HYIP are in that industry.

Also, my worst experience is my first time I did trading in crypto currency.
I was so dumb that time.
I didn't manifested what does buy orders and sell orders mean.

Now, I put more doubt in eveything.
Should consult others befire initiating a decision.
993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make a successful Trade? on: November 29, 2016, 01:00:59 PM
I once demonstrated a trade procedure for a friend who was new in trading bitcoins.  All i did to make the trade successful was to introduce him with localbitcoins traders in our region.  And he said that was cool after successfully trading.
Trading concept is too simple. Buy cryptocoin through buy order. Wait for some newbie traders to do rush trading because they would afraid that rate won't go up.
Then once you bought some, sell it quick with a higher price than price you bought it.
994  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the minimum amount to start as a trader? on: November 26, 2016, 12:07:38 PM
What is the minimum amount to start as a trader?
In my trading site, the minimum is 10k sats.
Yet, it depends on you how much you want to deposit.
Bigger deposit bigger chance of profit but bigger chance of risk.
995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: November 26, 2016, 11:35:48 AM
Okay so, bitcoin is outright banned in some countries, so the banning of bitcoin is already a reality. The major government including Russia, China, and the USA (just to name a few) could also ban bitcoin and cryptocoins in general. My questions to you guys are: What do you think will happen to bitcoin? If any, what is your plan of action and what would you like to see from the community in terms of continuation and development? Bitcoin probably will never die but the banning of bitcoin could change the whole dynamics (let alone a temporary major price dip).

I'll give my thoughts first. I think bitcoin will grow and develop into what we want it to be regardless of the legal status. Fundamentally what bitcoin represents is anti-authoritarian and governments banning of it should not much of an impact fundamentally. Sure the price will suffer for at least a while although still climb "to the moon" probably, but as far as technical development and social spreading goes, I think that will continue. Unfortunately that could mean that it operates in the black market only for a while which would slow things down but I do think that would be a temporary affect. I am curious though if the governments could have a strong enough desire to destroy bitcoin or prevent it from growing past a certain point, that they could actually do that. So I wonder what you guys' thoughts are.
There is actually nothing the government to stop bitcoin since it was not illegal it it was suppoerted by many countries. It helps a country like China to improve and develop their country's economy. So banning bitcoin in a country doesen't stop or affect that much its users.
996  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: November 26, 2016, 10:36:16 AM
Who in the world controls the bitcoin? I don't understand where it appeared and how it began to be one of the official currencies?
Who controls the course of Bitcoin?
Bitcoin was controlled by its users. Basically, no one manage it. If you want to join in official bitcoin currency, trade it with dollars in crypto currency trading sites.
997  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to sell bitcoins on an exchange on: November 26, 2016, 09:11:54 AM
I wonder how I am supposed to sell bitcoins on an exchange. I have been considering several and have gone through the KYC/AML process for three exchanges. The problem is once I sell my coins they might ask me to prove where I got them from. Keep in mind I am not intending to withdraw the FIAT, I just want to sell high and rebuy lower, and withdraw the coins.

The problem with proving the source of my coins is, how the hell do I do it? I bought them on MtGox and they can't ask MtGox for verification. Even if they did, the coins have gone through several addresses over the years. I can't even trace it back to the MtGox purchase since they went through other exchanges (and got mixed).

So what is one supposed to do here?
I think you should be patience to try every address you made. Also, if you beed help just communicate in their site and tell what is you problem. They would solve it immediately.
998  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: November 25, 2016, 12:33:36 PM
Hi, I am looking for a way to earn some money without invest(because I am broke), I can dedicate 2 hours a day in that. what can I do to make a bitcoin per month without any investment?
I suggest gambling. Ofcourse it is impossible to earn that huge amount without investment. Yet in a gambling site like bitsler, you can roll the dice and make a bet through free faucet. If you are patient and long tempered enough, you can earn tbc each a week with the value of time you can give for that.

Quote
Something strange is happening to Bitcoin. Once viewed as a way to do business in the darkest corners of the web, the digital currency has rather suddenly become a favorite talking point among humanitarians and international development enthusiasts.

Bitcoin isn’t just for illicit transactions or Internet hobbyists anymore, but for helping the poor, the downtrodden, and the unbanked.

Perhaps Bitcoin can save them! Perhaps Bitcoin can save the world!

Regardless of whether this attitude is realistic—and more on that in a minute—the people focused on demonstrating the social benefits of Bitcoin are challenging existing narratives about the cryptocurrency. While early commentary focused on how Bitcoin might be used to buy drugs online, or for sending money without a paper trail; the social-good argument suggests that these uses were simply the first use-cases in which Bitcoin’s utility became apparent. But there are billions of other potential use. There are, for example, people who face significant obstacles in operating within the formal banking system—and these folks look very different from the shadowy hackers that tend to be seen as the prototypical Bitcoin user. They could be low-wage migrant workers sending money back home to their families, for example, or activists receiving money from abroad during tumultuous times.
Yes it's purpose is for good. As you can see on the platform of btc, what their goal is to use btc in digital currency, easiest and secured mode of payment. However, bitcoin can be used for bad things. It is depend on the people who use it.
