281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your preparation for 2020? on: December 30, 2019, 08:22:29 PM
summer will pass and 2020 will come soon.
while the market is still below and cryptoqurrency prices are cheap, then how do you prepare for the coming year?

I personally have added some bitcoin and altcoin.
I believe if half of the bitcoin is reduced, there is still hope for the crypto market, especially for the price of altcoin.
How about you?
In my own personal opinion, my preparations this upcoming year of 2020 is I would hold all of my bitcoin and altcoin until all of it's prices increases, so I could get back all of my losses from the year of 2018, which we experience I huge losses from bitcoin after it increased it's price up to $20,000, that is why holding it is the best option for me to have a good profit.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: ASIAN CRYPTO FRIENDLY COUNTRIES on: December 30, 2019, 08:04:22 PM
I think Chinese will be the next in line to become Blockchain friendly country. As everyone said Japan will be the top most crypto friendly country. I have heard South Korea is also becoming one of the crypto friendly country.
Blockchain friendly and crypto friendly are completely different concepts altogether, China is planning to implement the blockchain and so does majority of the nations around the world but what are the countries that will accept bitcoin and other crypto is a different question altogether and i doubt China will be accepting crypto and that is the stand they are taking for the past few years and i do not expect any changes anytime soon.
China is starting to adopt blockchain technology and they are already planning to launch their own currency just like Facebook's Libra coin, but crypto mining is still banned in china due to the increase of scams. But countries like Japan, Singapore, and Hongkong are really crypto friendly because they truly believe to it's potential that it gives them benefits to them.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will YouTube launch it's own cryptocurrency. on: December 30, 2019, 07:37:48 PM

i'd be amuse to see google announcing they'd be releasing a coin though. of course this confirms how enticing blockchain is for them. spectator like China will just be watching the government trying to regulate everything and yet these big companies powerful enough to run a country are joining to dignify blockchain. it would be a centralize coin of course but then lets wait if google will do announce.
A lot of businesses and countries are starting to adopt blockchain technology, so I think there would be possibilities that google might be planning to create their own cryptocurrency sooner or later for them to have a competition with Facebook's Libra coin. But there are sudden issues about YouTube mistaken deleted some crypto related videos on their site, so it is unclear to us if google would really create it's own crypto.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sale my old bike and buy bitcoin, what do you think? on: December 30, 2019, 07:17:44 PM

I had an old bike and i was purchasing almost two years ago, but one week i have sold my bike and i purchased some bitcoin.
Especially I want holding long time with more patient because i want makes more profitable.
So what do you think ? My decision is worng or right? The upcoming year 2020 give me good profits ??

Notes: basically i am not more expert trading then i keep decision holding is my best way for making more profitable.
Welcome to share your mind.

Your decision might be right on selling your old bike because as of now the price of bitcoin is cheap, so it will be a good time to invest your money in bitcoin because you can do anything you want with the money, if bitcoin started to reach it's price to 20K USD again. Just be patience on your bitcoin holding because will definitely give you a good profit in the future.
285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price in January 2020 will touch 10k, What do you think? on: December 30, 2019, 06:58:28 PM
As per several news and analysts ,
Bitcoin will touch 10k in the month of January.

I think it would impossible for bitcoin to increase it's price at almost 10K USD in next year of 2020 because it is a very short time for bitcoin to increase that fast, so I think bitcoin would only increase it's price to only 8K USD this January 2020 because obviously the market is still down, it would be really hard to expect that bitcoin will increased its price that fast.
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube admits error over Bitcoin video purge on: December 29, 2019, 04:57:29 PM
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-50924494

Quote
YouTube has reinstated hundreds of crypto-currency related channels after admitting it had removed them "in error".

A wave of YouTubers received notifications that their videos were in breach of the platform's terms of service earlier this week.

The move appeared to target smaller channels and publishers that focused on Bitcoin and crypto-currency content.

The Google-owned video sharing platform has since apologised for the mistake.

YouTube said in a statement that it had "made the wrong call" and confirmed that any content mistakenly removed would be restored.

"With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call," it said.

"When it's brought to our attention that a video has been removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it."

It said there had been no changes to its polices, and insisted there would be "no penalty" to any channels that were affected by the incident.

Despite the apologies, I still think bitcoin video enthusiasts should migrate to decentralised video hosting sites like D tube: https://d.tube/
Maybe it could be a mistake. I just thought that maybe the reason why YouTube started to delete some of those crypto related videos in their site because there are a lot of scam projects that was advertise in YouTube. Good thing that YouTube approves that all of those was just a mistake because other people assumes that every crypto content and advertise social media sites like twitter and facebook would be the next.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every tiny piece of Bitcoin is worth it! on: December 29, 2019, 04:30:07 PM
Obviously and that would be the case in the next few years for sure. Just think, even if it reaches $100000 in next few years, it means that 0.0001 btc is $10 or 1000 satoshis is $1 and simply 10 Satoshi is 1 cent! Just think, if you have even 0.1 btc saved, you can afford a life time of burger.
Indeed. Every tiny pieces of a bitcoin is really worth it because if you just imagine that even a penny or a cent it could have a good value in the future, if bitcoin would start to bump it's price today. The price of bitcoin is volatile that you can't predict when will it go up or down, just like in the year of 2017 when bitcoin reaches it's price to 20k USD no one actually expect that would happen, that is why automatically every small price of bitcoin also increase it's value.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much bitcoin to buy? on: December 29, 2019, 04:10:19 PM
It depends to you on how much would you like to invest your money on bitcoin because every cents or penny counts and it could have a good value in the future, even you only invest your money in a small price. Bitcoin is good for a long term investment, so no doubt that it will definitely make you rich and buying a bitcoin today wil be a great opportunity because it has a low price today.
289  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with USDT or BTC? on: December 29, 2019, 03:50:00 PM
I would say that it depends on your goal if which one do you want to grow in long term basis. If you are always after the fiat currency then there is nothing bad about trading with USDT because it makes sure that you will have a fixed currency to trade so you will not lose its value because of the volatility. Trading with bitcoin is only good for people who want to maximize the chance of making more money at the end because the value of bitcoin is believed to get up to 100k usd in the future.
I think it would be better if you will trade with bitcoin because it is much better for long-term, unlike going for USDT it doesn't make a huge movement on it's price becayse it is only a stable coin, so you should go for bitcoin even it's price is volatile because there is a chance to double your profit in the future.
290  Economy / Economics / Re: What if crypto vanishes? on: December 29, 2019, 03:29:17 PM
What will happen if crypto vanishes overnight or due to some or the other reason if crypto becomes inaccessible to public? I know this does not make sense as crypto will not vanish but still what if it happens? What about those huge chunk of investments made by whales and other investors?
I think most of us would really be mad and have regrets if crypto suddenly vanishes overnight, especially if most of our money our in cryptocurrency because we put a lot of time, effort, and energy just to gain all of those money. But in my opinion about it is it could be impossible for now even we are facing a bear market today because a lot of people are still holding crypto especially for bitcoin, so it would take long for bitcoin to be gone.
291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use betting tips? on: December 28, 2019, 06:07:01 PM
From my personal experience I used, I paid about $ 70 a month, and I got a ticket every 2 days with odds 3-4, I was not satisfied, I guessed poorly (more precisely that tipser), out of 15 tickets, the hits were 7. which is very bad for that odds. I lost a lot on that, so I'm interested in your experience?

Personally never thought of paying someone to provide me tips on how to win in gambling or betting. When it comes to card games, I play safe and for fun. While for sports betting, I follow the sports I bet into and also ask my sporty friends for help in prediction. Never really thought of using consultancy services when it comes to gambling.
Indeed. It can't be called as a tip if you will gonna pay them because asking and giving a betting tip or any other tip is like advices and gifts that you can't consider providing tips as a service. I always asked tips in betting only from a friend because it can give you a good luck, if their tip would be really helpful to me, but sometimes i don't follow betting tips from other people because sometimes they just tease you for you to lose.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer on: December 28, 2019, 05:26:11 PM
I always wonder how could an economy operate and run without taxes from cryptocurrencies. How could a government obtain taxes from people when people are completely utilizing a currency that is not supporting taxes. Would it be really good if we completely have our fiats converted to crypto? For me, there's always a way if our intention is good. We cannot really deny how government is providing regulation that is mainly for the betterment of us despite of some issues regarding corruption and frauds.

For me, the way we could still make it possible is to establish a local exchange wherein, if we convert our money to crypto, these local exchange could already have the portion intended for the tax of each transactions.
I think in my country, the government is already using and putting taxes whenever i am withdrawing my crypto in banks and legal remittances or converting my crypto into fiat by adding fees, so crypto do really support tax when i used legal remittances and even i convert all of my fiats into crypto i still need to use legal remittances just to convert them.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel more lucky than usual when it's New Year's. on: December 28, 2019, 04:18:53 PM
I lived in this misconception, once before the New Year I had a good profit, and it happened again 2 years in a row.
I thought I was more lucky when the New Year.
Of course this is not true, the casino never changes under the influence of the social factor.
The casino is the same as always no change.
Or maybe there is?
Every person has their own superstition beliefs when it comes to gambling, so if you believe in your superstition belief that you always win in new year because you already win 2 years in a row, there is no problem about that because it will be okay if you just take the chance for you to find out if your lucky or not, as long you have fun in playing gambling.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is libra coin going to dominate the Bitcoin market? on: December 28, 2019, 03:54:54 PM
In case libra coin will get approval from US Securities,
Will it dominate the cryptocurrency market?
Currently Bitcoin has dominance of 68% in the market.
Will Libra coin reduce the dominance of Bitcoin market?

I don't think so that Facebook's Libra coinwill reduce the dominance of bitcoin market because a lot of people still don't trust their momey in facebook, that is why they have doubts about it. And libra coin was centralized and it was design to be a stable, so it doesn't have any difference with fiat currency and it doesn't stand any chance to defeat bitcoin to it's price.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: December 28, 2019, 02:48:21 PM
Honestly, i can't really say if IEO projects will be good in the future because investors still have trust issues in new projects nowadays due to KYC policies, and they are still low in exchange, so it will be difficult to assume that they will good as a long term investment like other coins in the future.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: December 27, 2019, 06:02:34 PM
Why do people still fall victims to obvious scams? Especially on twitter people are still sending bitcoin to traders, no one is a perfect trader, do not send bitcoin or other coins to people to trade for you, its stupid and foolish idea

Today a bitcoin trader on twitter exit scam and delete all traces off social media, i heard its about 53bitcoin, here is the link to the news

https://coinnewstelegraph.com/bitmex-bitcoin-fund-manager-exit-scams-before-christmas/

Pls stop, there is no such thing as easy money, its either you learn or you quit or else you will keep losing money
In my own personal opinion, the reason why there are still people who victimized by scam projects maybe because they are still expecting to receive good rewards from it, or maybe they are lack of knowledge or experience when it comes checking a project to determine whether it is legitimate or not. Honestly, it is really hard nowadays to determine if a project is scam or not because scammers are getting smarter that some peojects looks really legitimate, even you check their whitepaper and website, that is why you cannot blame people why they ended up getting scammed.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Bear Market is BAD? on: December 27, 2019, 05:40:51 PM
For users who had known well about the cryptocurrency market will never indicate the bear market as bad. These people will be mostly professionals who will be observing the market very closely. When there happens a bear market it will be used as an opportunity to invest while the people who aren't much knowledged about the market fluctuations will get into panic and help in manipulating the market.
Personally, I react very badly to the poor state of the cryptocurrency market only because at the moment in my life there is such a situation that the cryptocurrency market is almost the only way to replenish my family budget.  Based on this, the more my assets fall in price, the less my income.  But if I had a completely different financial situation, where I would not count every dollar in my pocket, then I would make a profitable investment in the cryptocurrency for a long time and would not monthly monitor the state of the cryptocurrency market, but would leave Bitcoin bought alone  wallet for several years.
I think bear market is bad actually, especially for people who have been into crypto for a year because most of their holdings will go down. Even we have an opportunity to buy coins in a cheap price it is still not worth it because it will be difficult for us to recover all of our losses when we are facing a bear market.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Bet Or Gamble Before New Year, Or On The New Year on: December 27, 2019, 05:21:22 PM
I want to know will you gamble before the year-end to try to get the most before the year-end or will you prefer to gamble after the new year to welcome the year, or will you prefer to do both, I'm having second thought betting before the year-end I might end up empty-handed, coming to the new year, and I'm also having second thought gambling in a new year I might end up starting the year with a lost.
It depends on you if you will gamble before or on the new year because other people like me would rather spend more time with our family in holidays like this because we don't usually have time to have a family bonding in non holidays. So it will be better if you just spend more time with your family first thus new year, then after it would be the best time to gamble again.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: December 27, 2019, 04:47:42 PM
I found this quality topic on twitter and it all caught my attention. I have seen that fiat is the currency of the Government and Bitcoin is the currency of the people, Can the Government Crash? if so the people cannot Crash neither, because so many people are not making good business from the fiat than in bitcoin, which have provided so much job opportunities for users who are online. Fiat will be replaced soon by bitcoin.

Share your thoughts

Fiat will not make you poor because it is just a paper money or physical money that qe used in exchange for goods. It is the main reason why we work hard on our jobs just to earn fiat. I also think that bitcoin could replace fiat currency in the future because it is better than fiat as currency.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is difficult to accept in countries on: December 27, 2019, 03:21:35 PM
There are really a lot of countries who does not yet accept bitcoin due to fake news that bitcoin is just a scheme to scam other people, which is not true because even bitcoin has a lot of issues of scam projects it doesn't mean it is all about scam and fraud. Bitcoin is a good for a long term investment, that is why a lot of people became rich with it. Bitcoin is also good as a currency because it has fast transaction and it is decentralized.
