161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: February 08, 2020, 01:57:45 PM
My friend say Coinomi is good and you can create multi wallet in 1 app. But in my opinion i choose Trust Wallet. I use Trust Wallet because have dapp. But Trust Wallet is bad in transaction, so i use MEW to send transaction from my wallet in TrustWallet.
I experienced using Coinomi as a mobile crypto wallet because a lot of people in these forums says that Coinomi is a great crypto wallet, but since i started to experience using coinbase i feel like all of my funds is more safer in this wallet. Coinbase also low fees when you are converting your funds into fiat and vice versa.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WINNING THE GAME AGAINST BAD PROJECTS on: February 07, 2020, 05:26:44 PM
To me its always a bad idea to buy new coins because they will surely face some disasters just like how bitcoin did in its early days, if you watch the old days chart you will see that bitcoin drops from 40$ to 2$, every new coins will pass the saw until they get stronger
It is not bad at all, some of them are good I think, but I admit its been a year since I did not invest in ICO , it breaks my trust in new projects ,  till now my coin is still in my wallet freezing with a low value, i am waiting for it to pump again, I wish it could be. But there was an IEO I invested  with, and likewise I am still waiting for it to pump.
I think it is impossible for our coins that are from ICO projects to have a good value because no one is interested to invest their money in projects anymore, that is why it is better if we all just convert all of our funds into bitcoin and top altcoins such aa ETH, BNB, LTC, and XRP for more better profit.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: February 07, 2020, 05:05:59 PM
With trading you can easily double your bitcoin within that 2months, mind you bitcoin trading is very risky so you have to learn about trading very jumping into the wagon, if you are ready to take the risk then you can proceed, the best trick is buy low and sell high

of course he is ready because if he isnt , why would he come here and ask for this kind of question  .

he knew to himself that money doubler like trading/investing have a risk  . btc value is volatile but there are times that the price is stuck  . if he is unlucky and experience it, i dont think that he can double his money within two months  . that is why its good to pick multi coins aside from btc so that the profit will still flow when some coins got stuck  .
I think it is possible for him to double his profit in just two months because all he need just to do that is to manage all of his portfolio properly and learn how learn how to trade properly by asking some tips to pro traders or watch some videos about trading tips. Even the market is volatile that it is hard to predict the price, it will be easy for him to trade as long he is dedicated and patient to learn and understand trading.
164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Site's Investing (Is it worth it?) on: February 07, 2020, 04:42:59 PM
In my own personal opinion, investing your money in gambling sites is more riskier than playing in a gambling site because if a gambling sites doesn't have a lot of players it will be impossible for them to gain money and there are a lot of existing gambling sites today, that is why a lot of gambling sites have their own strategy to gain players by just giving them bonuses and starting money when they signed up.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries with banks to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on: February 07, 2020, 04:19:49 PM
Banks in Germany started to allow people to buy and sell cryptocurrencies this January 2020. I think other countries will do the same soon, Japan might be another country with such services. In the beginning, someone has to start something so others can follow suit.

What are the other countries where anyone legally can buy/sell cryptos at commercial centralized banks?
I know that US and Japan can now legally buy and sell cryptos at their commercial centralized banks because i heard that they already have bitcoin atm machines in both countries. I am also hoping mot only in those countries will crypto became legal because i really wanted for my country to legalize cryptocurrency, so that i will not have problems in converting my cryptos into fiat and vice versa.
166  Economy / Economics / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON CHINA ECONOMY on: February 06, 2020, 05:19:30 PM
In my own personal opinion, corona virus will not only have an impact in China, but in every country who already have been affected by corona virus that it will cause an economic loss in feedlots through mortality of a human being, the cost of a treatment and the productivity of medicines.
167  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ano ang iyong nabili gamit ang iyong Crypto? on: February 06, 2020, 03:55:12 PM
Nakakagana naman mga nabili nyo mga LODS from your crypto earnings.
Mine is just simple:

Xiaomi Laptop- 2019 (for bounty and other projects)
Vivo v9- 2018- for myself
Vivo 7+- 2018- for my wife
1st Bday of my Baneneng (Jollibee)- pinakasulit na labas ng savings yan.

targeting to earn more- own House and 4 wheels since pamilyado na.

Praying that a year after halving eh mag bull run ulit just like the 2 previous runs. I know that this will highly come since sa nakikita ko s volume eh mas mataas na ngayon compared nung nag bull run.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Crypto at Gas Stations on: February 06, 2020, 03:26:55 PM
Debit and Credit Cards are being used even on a Third-World Country on a gasoline station.
Gasoline or gas? Cheesy
Using mobile frequencies near gas stations is hazardous as far as I know? Not sure if there has been some technological advances in this section to prevent accidents related to explosion but till then I would be cautious. Jammers are useful as far as I might be right.

Quote
They also use fleet cards and I think it is not difficult to implement digital currency to their system since they are already online. If there's a will, there is a way. And I think we can really do that.
Surely it is not merchant implementation of bitcoin. Now consider the preference of cards over cash. It has taken more than a decade to move that preference to cards. If someone is going to start bitcoin usage here it will also take a lot of time to take in for the public.
Using mobile phomes near gas stations is not allowed, but i don't think it will cause a fire and a huge explosion in the gas stations because scientists and other shows in the televisions already proved that it is not dangerous to use mobile phones near a gas stations.

Anyways, using crypto or digital currency as a payment method in gas stations would really be convenient for us because we don't need to wait for our change when making a payment. Long lines at the gas stations might decrease with the help of fast transaction of cryptocurrency.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crime is getting Worse, what do we do? on: February 06, 2020, 03:07:47 PM
https://news.yahoo.com/cryptocurrency-thefts-fraud-hit-1-211446327.html

In Q1 alone of 2019 there was $356m in theft of digital currencies from exchanges and scams while losses from fraud hit 851m. This number includes the QuadrigaX scam which accounts to about $134m in total losses.

What can we do to help stop these from happening and getting worse?

I think crypto crime continues to exist because scammers know that they have lots of victims that they can deceive. Educating ourselves about the crypto industry and how it works I think is the best way to help ourselves avoid these scams. Always stay alert and don't get persuaded in joining investments that promises you super big returns. Researching the project is very important.
I think crypto crime will continue exist, as long cryptocurrency exist because since there are still a lot of people who don't know anything about bitcoin or cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, it will be easier for scammers to trick them and to steal their money by forcing them to invest their money in their dirty schemes.
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TIPS FOR NEWBIE GAMBLERS ! on: February 05, 2020, 03:39:48 PM
I used to gamble a lot starting from 2005. I will share some useful tips for a newbie gamblers.
1. Do not deposit anything, before your account is not fully verified. Because any bookie will accept your bet without verifying your account, but if you win and request a withdrawal, they will refuse and ask you for verification. You might not pass it for a lot of reasons, like bettors from your country are not allowed to use that bookie, or the documents provided by you are not acceptable e.t.c...
I experienced this already ! and guys I think you should follow this one, you need to verify your account first, pass all the requirements especially that ID Card that is needed to verify youself, I forgot to do this one then guess what happen, I lose my fund ,it is good that that is only a small amount because I did not pass that verification process, they did not acknowledge my ID, I need to get passport which I do not have so that I could withdraw my winnings, it is a lesson to me. I have a passport now by the way.

7. Always play only for fun. Bet only what you can afford to lose.
this is the perfect advice ,and also control our emotions

thanks for this tips Mate it helps a lot
Yes ! just enjoy playing it , it will be fun, you will start to learn many strategies, starting to have friends online and you will start to think that gambling is not bad, it is not only for having a lot of money , but it is also for making fun.

Today there are a lot of people want to play gambling games some of the reason of the people they are just seeking fun and excitement gambling can bring to them. Still, there are a lot of things before we consider. According to the statement above always make sure that you are fully verified before making any transactions because today they are now supporting only those accounts that has a verified information to make sure there is no problem about the kyc or the legit information of the users or players also they want to have only legit players to avoid tricking their platforms and find some bugs and errors and abuse this to earn a lot of income. Next is always know what is the best game suitable for you because it helps a lot to a player to obtain more because they are comfortable to play without any pressure because they know the mechanics. Lastly is always enjoy the game remember we play gambling even this is risky that can cause only to lose or to earn profit but the most important is you satisfied your self.
Indeed. Just always avoid promotions that are too good to be true and always ask opinions and suggestions to other people who have been playing in online gambling for a long time, before trying to gamble in a certain online gambling site for you to know if it is legit. KYC is always the main problem in verifying an account in a online gambling site, so to make sure if it is safe is just to check it. Lastly, play for entertainment or for fun because gambling is not a way to earn good profit.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video Game Company Supports Cryptocurrency on: February 05, 2020, 03:19:46 PM
Ubisoft (A Video Game Company) is going to support cryptocurrency planning to supports cryptocurrency looking for new blockchain startups it can support.

Ubisoft company is popular because of its market and revenue, develop popular games like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Watch Dogs, etc.

I think they should also launch their own token in the market that could be used in all of their games, Also could be used in buying skills or items in the game this could be a great token targetting gamers.

Do you think they should launch their own token?
Honestly, here in the Philippines, we have our own crypto wallet that we could buy game credits in our steam accounts, garena and other gaming platforms which it is really convenient for us crypto users and at the same time gamers. I also think it could be effective if there will be a cryptocurrency that was owned by a gaming company and i assumed that it will be successful.
172  Other / Archival / Re: Ever played at any of these casinos? on: February 05, 2020, 02:59:47 PM
Has anyone ever played on these casinos and if so which was your favourite one?

Actually I only know a few on this but I recently played on Fortune Jack and bitcasino and my experience to this two online casino are good in which It is very comfortable to play with and the transactions doesn't have any delay so many people are getting in touch to this online casino. This fortune jack was my favorite among all of them because in this Fortune Jack I have earned a lot on this online casino and that's why it becomes my favorite online casino.
The online casino that i mostly played is bitcasino because it is very popular and it is really trusted that it has fast withdrawals and i don't encounter any system errors in this gambling site, that is why a lot of gamblers also trust and play in this online casino. I like the most in this casino is that it has a lot of variety of games that i won't really get bored.
173  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Malaysia crypto friendly on: February 05, 2020, 01:49:09 PM
Hi there,

I would like to ask if someone here knows  or not Malaysia is open to cryptocurrencies related business?

If someone is actually doing something or if there are some projects or incentives to star up something there...

Thanks for your attention
I recently have researched about it, and malaysia is not open to cryptocurrencies related business because bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is not recognized as money in Malaysia, but there are still people who buys bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in malaysia which they also have their own way how to buy bitcoin.
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 04, 2020, 02:57:31 PM
I've seen a guy asking for advice about lotteries and it got me thinking. I don't understand why people even like lotteries. You don't do much, most likely lose and have to wait for the outcome for a long time. Perhaps, people are interested in the possibility of winning, but that would mean they are not really into gambling as the process. So what is it for you, do you play only for the sake of winning or do you care about the process of playing/researching/anticipating the outcome? I think that the process is that is attractive in gambling, and while the outcome surely matters, I would not like to wait for a long while to learn it.
In my own opinion, the reason why people like lotteries even they only have a low chance of winning to it because playing a lottery wil give them huge winnings, that is why a lot of people try their luck just to win in a lottery. Honestly, i gamble for the sake of winning for a good profit because it is the main reason why people have become interested in gambling.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit 15K in 2020? on: February 04, 2020, 02:34:44 PM
It should be possible, Bitcoin's price in the present is already at $9,000. Even if it would dump, I think it would only be a little. The price of Bitcoin has improved so much than last year, this year, as the halving is coming, we could expect a large pump in the value of Bitcoin more than a $15000 value.
Indeed. There is a possibility that bitcoin's price would increase up to $15,000 this year of 2020, and the current price of bitcoin is $9000+, which it also has a chance to increase it's price up to $10,000 maybe in the end of the month of February because more people are buying bitcoin every month.

177  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona Virus and The Effect on The Markets on: February 02, 2020, 01:02:40 PM
Currently, the price of bitcoin is green which means it is starting to improve it's price, but i don't think that the corona virus outbreak is the reason why bitcoin is started to have a good price. There might be other reasons why bitcoin have increased it's price because viruses like corona will only affect the mortality of a human being not the market.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind the fall of altcoins??? on: February 01, 2020, 04:09:23 PM
A lot of altcoins have fallen and it's been tough years for alts, Ethereum and other alts have hit harder these coins perform only if Bitcoin rises. So what's actually happening???

Why is it that altcoins are suffering more significantly, Is there any hope for a massive pump this year? Guys kindly share your thoughts.

Most altcoins really didn't perform well since the start of the year of 2018 until 2019 because scam projects have increased and the price of bitcoin had decreased that also affects every altcoins. But i think this year of 2020, altcoins such as ETH, XRP and other top altcoins will gonna improve it's value.
179  Economy / Speculation / Re: Monday Is the Best Day to Buy Bitcoin? on: February 01, 2020, 03:31:06 PM
I think you got this wrong. If the highest return is on a Monday then you'll buy at the highest price on a Monday. You need to buy on a Wednesday, when the price tends to fall...then you'll lock in the best price and stand a better chance of realizing positive investment gains.

Maybe it's because Sunday is a holiday in most of the country, so people cash out crypto money on Sunday and that impact on Bitcoin price on Monday, so, when the price is low, that's the buying time without any doubt.

Why would people cash out their bitcoin on a Sunday? Why would it matter that Sunday is a day of rest for most people? I'm not following your logic.
With bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies the trend will change in no time. We can't experience the same pattern of market movements every week. Most of the time we can experience the price to increase at the weekends than during the start of the weeks. This can be understood if we go through and collect data regarding the growth that has happened over the period of time.
Indeed. We can't really experience the same pattern of the market movements every week perhaps because of the law of supply and demand that there are no specific day when will crypto users sell and buy bitcoin. I think it is just a coincidence that every monday the price of bitcoin is low.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Blind Person Access Bitcoin? on: February 01, 2020, 02:56:48 PM
Sounds a little weird there are blind people accessing Bitcoin.
How not, technically Bitcoin is just a number that appears on the screen.

How could a blind person be able to access, just looking at it was already impossible.  if for example there is a blind person who can get bitcoin from donations, I'm sure he will still need the closest people to access it.
So fully I do not believe that bitcoin can be accessed by blind people.  IMO

I think it is quite disturbing because there are a lot of thoughts and questions on my mind how do they make earnings and use bitcoin to earn and base on my research is they make a hardware wallet to the blind so they can store their bitcoins inside of it and also they made s whitepaper so they can read about what is included into the transactions and also there are a lot of people make some investment on those projects because they are capable to earn and make some investment too still they need the help of other people of they want to make some transactions or transferring funds but still they beed the assist of other people because they still have the passcode.
It is really curious how would people with disabilities like blind people would earn and use bitcoin if they can't really see the movement of the market price. But no doubt that there will be new technologies that will really help blind people for them to be convenient in using and earning in bitcoin and cryptocurrency because there are already bitcoin wallet for blind people, so perhaps in thebnear future more technologies will help blind people to use bitcoin.
