581  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin successfully defeated China on: October 04, 2017, 08:46:56 PM
Bitcoin has pumped back to $4000 and up, without no chinese markets involved, proving that we can survive government bans. I am very confident now in a strong recovery to an ATH. Once we reach ATH in a post-Chinese ban environment, we are going to prove to the world that bans on Bitcoin are useless, so they will either join us or keep getting exposed.

I predict chinese exchanges will eventually be back under regulated licenses, pumping the price even further. Get in now or cry later.
It is just a tough proof that bitcoin can still stand out despite of the action that have been done by the China which was the banning of bitcoin exchanges in their country. China's loss within the bitcoin community may have a direct negative effect on the bitcoin's price rate but it does not imply that without China bitcoin will die. Bitcoin just proven that with or without the presence of China around, still they can regain their loss and continuously operate for the sake of its users.
582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: October 03, 2017, 09:35:42 PM
I was just wondering that is it possible to earn steady income without going 8-5 hours regular office job.. I mean you got some bitcoin in your wallet .. are you the enough for living ?

another option is to regularly working on Bitcoin related trading/activites .. that earn you enough amt of monthly income ..

what's your opinion

Note: this is not for poor fellow who just discovered bitcoin or altcoins
Although bitcoin can provide a large income online, I think it is still not enough to depend all your life and daily expenses into it by quitting your first job and just focusing into earning of bitcoins for larger income. It will be still more beneficial if you will still have your physical job and working into earning of bitcoin as well. In this way, you can earn and gain larger income because upon combining those two sources of income, both can provide and give you large income which is really beneficial on your part.
583  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: October 03, 2017, 09:18:00 PM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?
Definitely, in that case of having 1 bitcoin as a gift from someone has been already such a blessing since giving bitcoin as a gift could just simply mean that the person giving you a bitcoin have such a plenty of bitcoin which simply means he was rich. Probably, I will surely save the bitcoin I have received for the better and just spend some for various investments to maximize my capability to earn a profit which can be added to my initial holdings.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: October 03, 2017, 03:11:11 PM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?
Actually, Bitcoin will not die just because of China's banning of bitcoin exchange in their country. Yes there is really an instance that the action that has been done by China do have a negative effect on the bitcoin's price rate, still it is not enough to state that because of China's loss bitcoin will die. Because China was just a part of the big bitcoin community so still there will be a large percentage of users that can support bitcoin to continuously operate so that there is no possibility for bitcoin to die just because of China's loss.
585  Economy / Economics / Re: How many can resist selling off their BTC for huge profits? on: September 27, 2017, 11:20:35 PM
What percent of people do you think are able to resist selling their BTC when confronted with huge profits they've obtained.  Say 500% or more even?
I think there is just a minimal or let us just say a small percentage of bitcoin users do resist of selling their bitcoins in exchange of gaining a large offering of profit in their account. They probably do sell their bitcoins so that they can have some funds to buy more bitcoins compared to the initial earning they have. Maybe in some reasons, people tend to sell their bitcoin because they are desperately in need of money and selling their bitcoin is the only way they can see to gather and gain enough money to sustain their needs. Since people tend to buy and buy and buy bitcoins to maximize their capacity and capability of earning.
586  Economy / Economics / Re: China banning bitcoin exchages, good or bad? on: September 27, 2017, 10:45:52 PM
Chinese govt has decided to ban the local bitcoin exchanges. [1] This is pretty big news considering one of large market and mining firms are located in China.
Do you think this would affect  bitcoin world and bitcoin price in negative way or positive way?  Some say china is doing so because people are bypassing the banking system and in turn the government regulation using bitcoin.

[1] http://www.marketwatch.com/story/bye-bitcoin-china-to-ban-trading-of-virtual-currencies-2017-09-11
Probably, the action that have been done by China which was banning the bitcoin exchanges within their country was really a bad thing that happens since it has a big impact on the price rate of bitcoin which makes people seems to panic and do really make bitcoin's price down fall to be alarming. It do really affect the price of bitcoin negatively but as usual, we still must see it on the positive outlook that these downfall is another opportunity for us to buy our bitcoins so that when the price goes back to normal we can still have our income with us.
587  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: September 27, 2017, 06:37:43 PM
Everyone would like the bitcoin is accepted in all online and real stores and, as as mentioned in the title, what would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency?
Together with the rise of the modern technology, it will be assured that bitcoin can surely become a legal currency which is widely use in world wide transactions. As soon as bitcoin will be accepted as a legal currency all over the world it will be assured that transactions done through online will be fast since there has already an established currency to be used online. It will be also good for all of us since the legalization of it will make us the beneficiaries of whatever benefits it will provide and it will put into upgrade out simple life into a much comfortable life wherein we can possibly do basic transactions as easy as it is.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: September 27, 2017, 06:03:14 PM
After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?
Yes of course. Why not? Bitcoin can do really survive after the partition that creates the existence of Bitcoin cash, bitcoin can still survive because there is no direct impact that happen within the price of bitcoin after the partition. In fact, the price rate of bitcoin goes into boom when it pumps reaching the $4,800 mark last August of the current year. This just imply that no matter what happen and any circumstances that come, still bitcoin can make its way to survive.
589  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: September 27, 2017, 05:30:48 PM
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?

For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.
I totally agree with you. It is really need for those two of being strategic and smart to come into balance to become more essential and beneficial especially when it comes to handling money. Missing one of those two and just focusing on one part will make you like an impaired individual that loss its worth since those two seems to be the partners for better results. Having both of those characteristics will totally make you a whole wise individual because it just so happen that being wise can be characterized by being strategic and a smart person.
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 27, 2017, 05:09:48 PM
Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

Probably, I still prefer accepting a real money or fiat in terms of my salary in my real job since there are limitations for anything in this world and it is just enough that bitcoin can be earned online and must be separated from the real world. We must still maintain the balance of earning real money for real job and earning virtual money for virtual job so I suppose there is no need for bitcoin to be turned out as a salary for a real job. I am working into a real job to gather real money because still many establishments do prefer cash rather than accepting bitcoin in exchange of their services.
591  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: September 27, 2017, 04:43:11 PM
A cashless society is giving complete control over to the bankers.

When implemented (which will happen sooner rather than later) you can expect the following -

1) Negative interest rates - spend your money or watch the balance shrink daily

2) Bail in's - Laws already in place, you are classed as an investor in the bank.  When the bank folds you loose your cash.

3) No more bank runs due to point 2 as there is no longer any physical money to withdraw.

4) Every transaction you make is logged and audited.

5) Not classed as a "good" citizen, they will freeze your account leaving you destitute instantly.

Indeed. Those what you have stated are really can be the reason why we people must fear the approach of having a cashless society. Even though the currency of bitcoin is put into virtual which can be access online that really gives us benefits that we enjoy such as having an income online, we must not still do not forget to see the presence of the real money which was the one we usually use traditionally because it do have benefits also to us humans. Having those consequences of having a cashless society must be really a fearing reality to come so we must maintain the balance on the usage of crypto and natural currency which separates virtual from the reality.
592  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I stop Buying BTC? on: September 27, 2017, 03:48:06 PM
Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?
No. You should still continue buying your bitcoin because despite of the continuous price drop of bitcoin which is literally alarming, it still gives us an implication that it must be the perfect time to buy more bitcoins for our own benefits because as price drops from where it is located, we can still have a great opportunity and capability of buying more so we can have much larger profit when its price rate booms into large quantity which can enable us to have large amount of income in our hand. We must not doubt bitcoin's capability to grow and do not be easily get down of its price drop. We must just see it on the positive side as it is the best time for great opportunities to come.
593  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: September 27, 2017, 03:35:38 PM
Quote
Some tech-savvy wedding-goers are gifting the digital currency to new couples. Honeyfund, a honeymoon registry that allows guests to give cash rather than gifts, has seen more than a dozen customers donate in bitcoin, said chief executive officer and co-founder Sara Margulis. In recent years, more than a dozen customers have chosen to route donations to the site from bitcoin wallets. Zola, a wedding registry website, has had just two cash funds created for bitcoins since 2013, a spokeswoman said. "I would expect it to pop more as millennials come into the wedding age,” Honeyfund’s Margulis said. “It’s something you will do if your friends and family are already into bitcoin.

Bitcoin as an retirement plan, bitcoin to secure the future of your kids, and now bitcoin as a wedding gift. Whether or not bitcoin replaces cash in future, it looks like the trend of gifting bitcoin instead of cash at weddings is definitely going to catch up and more wedding registeries would be adding bitcoin as a gifting option.

Quote
Avoid using a wedding gift "as an opportunity to proselytize a technology you personally believe in, but the recipient could not care less about."

People who are not into bitcoin might not appreciate getting a volatile currency as a gift, and might never use it, thus adding it to the list of lost coins, but I think people who are already using bitcoin or would most probably use it in future then bitcoin instead of cash is the apt wedding gift for them.

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/would-you-give-bitcoin-as-a-wedding-gift-2017-06-27
Probably giving bitcoin as a term of gift implies to me that the person that was going to give that literally and absolutely have a plenty of bitcoin in his account. Although giving bitcoin as a term of gift for the newly weds will be beneficial, I cannot afford giving them as a term of gift because me myself cannot afford of having such a great count for my own. Possibly if I am that person having such a great count of bitcoin, why not give those newly weds a blessing to start up their future. So I guess I will give bitcoin as a gift for wedding. If and only if I do have plenty of bitcoin to give.
594  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: September 19, 2017, 10:55:01 PM
Just imagine. If ALL OF US would be rich, that means we would live our lives out from dividends, or any passive income of at least $1k a month. Then it would be jawesome, right ? Well, but then I do have a question.
WHO on this Earth would bake the bread for ALL OF US ?
Robots, you might say?
OK, nice idea.
But then, WHO on Earth would maintenance these robots ?
Another robots ?
I don't think so.
Even if so, even if there would be a Skynet of robots, who would not just bake the bread, but also harvest the grains, transport it, deliver to our doors. What then ?
We could eat for free, as much as you want?
Cool, but what about overweight then.
Doctor? But hey wait, NO ONE on this Earth work, so we have no doctors.
OK, we have Doctor Robots.
Who would teach our kids? Robots! Who would change the diapres? Robot!
Even if humans would master all this, we would need to have all the knowledge to teach our robots to work for us. To be slaves for us. (no minds, just pure robotic hands/arms and so on, Tesla's and autopilots)
But even then, there is one huge problem.
I do not want to touch any country, or race, or group of people, but imagine, if you put infinite amount of resources to any kind of animal (including humans), they would reproduce themselves to infinite. Because they simply can. Because parents do not need to parent their kids anymore, because we have robots! So we would need a limit of reproducing, no right to reproduce as much as you can handle (infinite resources), because we would simple have like 50-100billion people on this planet, and there would be no robots who could grow so much grains to bake bread. (perhaps hyper dense pills could be the away).
So, back to the original question, why do people believe, they all can be rich ?
It was, is, and will be, ALWAYS about that who is going to earn more, not enough, but more than the others.
Why?
If there is only one mansion on the Bahamas, which is large enough, sunny enough, sexy enough, there is no freaking way, ALL OF US could buy it. Just one. 1. One. And if only 10 buyers come with their million, to who would seller sell this mansion to? First ? But second also have million and ALL OF US want to be rich (own that one mansion). So second would have to offer 2 million, right?
Wrong.
No one would want to sell such mansion in the first place, as he is already rich. We all are.
Yes of course all of us really want and have been dreaming to have a comfortable life which is getting rich. In your argument, it seems like you are giving the negative to those poor individuals to pursue their dreams of being rich though you have the point that who will be making the dirty works on field or the hard works on the factory if all of us get rich. It is always possible to get rich no matter what especially now with bitcoin.
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: September 19, 2017, 07:47:04 PM
My parent , especially my mom , she always tell me to stop doing bitcoin otherwise i will go to jail or doing bad things to social ! I don't get it ! Old generation seem very lack of experience in Bitcoin ! Why they keep telling us to stop when they even don't know how to check a simple email on ebay ! How to explain them guys ?
Maybe the reason of your parents behind that came from news articles that she have gathered online or in television wherein other states or countries have banned bitcoin for some reasons. Also the thinking of your parents that there are lot of risks on taking into online getting of income because crimes were also committed online. It is just in need for further explanations about it and your parents will surely understand what you are doing can be helpful in your part. Just explain that she do not need to worry about using bitcoin.
596  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: September 19, 2017, 07:27:00 PM
Honestly I believe bitcoin is better since one you don't use your credit card so you don't loose you needed cash but instead your cash that you could easily earn back from mining. Plus, it's open to all ages unlike credit cards.
It is based on your perception and own thinking that cryptocurrency is better than regular currency. Yes in some instances that was really true. But still despite of being better than regular currency in the way we can easily earn and gain money and income with bitcoin, there are still some instances wherein regular currency is better than cryptocurrencies. It is just that those two have different usage depending on the situation where it must be used upon the preference of the people who have been using it for a purpose.

598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2017, 10:21:53 PM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?
In future, my plan for my bitcoin is to still hold into it because I believe that its price rate will surely continue to raise enabling its users and potential investors to gain more. Yes I will be glad to still continue investing on it since I have already seen and experienced its potential on growing and I will surely be a part of bitcoin related business and at the same time build my own company using fiat so that I can both have two currencies which most of the people preferably use.
599  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: September 04, 2017, 09:39:07 PM
[Edited to make it more understandable question]
What if all nation use only a one currency or one global currency?, What will happen to our world?, What is the effect of every nation's or every country economy?, It can make people's unite each other?Any opinion. Cheesy
I think it will be impossible to make a certain currency that will be set to become the official currency to be use worldwide. Yes maybe it will unite the people at first but as time pass by. the people will see the main problem about it in which those countries will not accept to be equal with each other that will result to a large chaos fighting for which nation is dominant. It is possible to use a certain currency to be use worldwide but impossible to just use one currency only.
600  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: September 03, 2017, 04:50:37 AM
In my personal experience, I first heard of it 1 year ago in a online forum game, people sold gold for Bitcoins, around March, gave it no importance at first. Now im kinda utterly commited to it. Really an interest subject of study.
I first heard about bitcoin cryptocurrency just last year when I overheard it from my peer group when it was our breaktime and they are talking about bitcoin cryptocurrency. I first get curious into bitcoin so I started asking them and also do some researches about bitcoin and learned about it and fully understand it until I can manage it and work on it. It also caught my attention and interest at the very first time I have heard it.
