241  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoiners on here have actually used bitcoin/crypto for commerce? on: January 11, 2020, 10:27:31 AM
To me bitcoin is just a long-term investment, there are very few services that use bitcoin to pay, so I often exchange them for fiat money, I think it's not like they don't want to use bitcoin to buy goods. but because there are very few payments using bitcoins, want many people use it, there are necessary to have many services that use bitcoin as payment methods.
I also oftenly exchange my bitcoin into fiats because i need to provide the the basic needs of family and pay the bills at home, and bitcoin is not yet accepted in our country, that is why i can't use my bitcoin as a payment method in real stores. I can only use my bitcoin in onlone shopping sites and buying prepaid loads because here in my country we use our wallets to make online transactions.

243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: January 11, 2020, 06:32:17 AM
In my own personal opinion, if a person is looking for a game, he should pick the games that he is good at while having fun that he is not only preferring on winning by chance that he should also prefer in making strategy like playing poker, baccarat, pusoy or also known as chinese poker. Playing a dice ia all about chances and prediction, so i think everybody can play it, but playing card games like poker, baccarat and pusoy not everybody can play it.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to protect your crypto against a natural disaster? on: January 10, 2020, 05:02:47 PM
I recently watch a video about crypto steel and it is truly one great wallet that i could use someday to store my funds. This crypto steel has a cassette and capsule versions of it, and it is really solid and durable for natural disasters, that is why it is good to keep all of your funds safe and secured.
245  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Isang sikat, willing tumanggap ng bitcoin! on: January 10, 2020, 04:41:26 PM

246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Iran again want to make some dirty things on: January 10, 2020, 04:20:56 PM
today I read the news that Iran has warned about "more serious revenge" against the United States. such statements are not some kind of joke and what exactly they can do?  Huh I believe that 2020 began very poorly if you look at it from a political point of view.
If the disagreements between the US and Iran will continue, this could end badly. How will this news affect the market? can they start to sharply raise bitcoin at the price? if bitcoin will grow fast, then altcoins will be even worse  Angry
This situation will have a good impact on bitcoin because people in iran will make bitcoin as their safe asset that they will store their fiats to it, but this issue between US and iran is really not a joke because they are really creating a big war that a lot of innocent people will die.
247  Economy / Economics / Re: Iran/US tension's effect on crypto and economy ? on: January 10, 2020, 03:53:00 PM
The recent Iran-US war like situation has already pumped up the oil prices and it has shown an postive effect for crypto and bitcoin as of now but how will this affect the national economy of other countries if a war breaks out?  Who will suffer most and where will this lead our economy as wars always leads to inflation.
The war in Iran and US will definitely help bitcoin to increased it's price because i heard a news that the government in Iran could use bitcoin as their safe asset, so it will really have a positive effect on crypto and bitcoin. But i think this war will not have a good effect on the economy because there is actually a war that will going on.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: January 10, 2020, 03:31:07 PM
I think everybody can't be contented from what the things that we they have today that even they have more than 10 or more bitcoins they still wanted more because everybody always wish to become rich and wealthy with their life, so they could do the things that they even wanted.
249  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Maharlika Money on: January 08, 2020, 12:53:28 PM
Maharlika Money

Ang grupong Maharlika Nation ay mayroon daw sariling gobyerno na naglalayon ng independent nation, and they also have their own tribal money which is backed up by gold.

Kami ay independent nation with one education, one religion, one language, one leadership at one currency. Sa aming International bank of maharlika, hindi kami nagpapa-deposit kundi kami ang nagbibigay. Our tribal money is backed up by gold!"

Anong masasabi nyo dito?
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the price of Altcoin be good in 2020? on: January 08, 2020, 10:46:27 AM
In 2019, the price of Altcoin has dropped significantly. It is now hoped that the price of Altcoin will improve in 2020. Is that possible?
I think altcoins will have a good price this year of 2020 because as of now bitcoin increase its price to $8K, so top altcoins like ETH, XRP, BNB, LTC, BCH, XMR and so on will increase it's price sooner and later this year of 2020.
251  Economy / Economics / Re: What is safe asset? And If USA dollar weakining what is Next Fiat? on: January 08, 2020, 10:17:43 AM
USA dollar weakining coz of war
So what is Next currency to use?
Its a euro?

And what is the safe asset?
I Think its not Gold and its not Property either
US dollar might be weakening because there are a lot of people who use cryptocurrency as their safe asset, but people still sell their crypto to fiat, so it is impossible for US dollar to be replaced by other currencies because it will still.be the currency that they will use to buy the things that they needed and wanted.
252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of crypto trading do you recommend with $50 investment? on: January 08, 2020, 09:35:41 AM
Hello dear members,
I have earned around $50 investment by posting in forums, claiming from faucets, viewing ads, etc.

I know that it may be impossible to trade with $50 capital because it is a very low amount but I thought that maybe there are some ways to trade with low amounts too. I don't care if the profit is low because I just want to increase it little by little to trade in larger scales in the future.
I prefer working with bitcoin.

What is your idea about this?
In my own opinion, a $50 capital might be enough if you invest it in bitcoin because investing in bitcoin is risky, but it is profitable. As long you can manage your portfolio and make a successful trade you could earn good profit.
253  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency, KYC and Terrorism on: January 07, 2020, 05:37:44 PM
Some have speculated that terrorists have discovered a way to use the platform crypto currency to gather identities from different people from all over the world. use their identities for terrorist activities. From threads that i have seen, there are people thinking that some ICOs are used to fund terrorist acts by luring investors into investing into their companies, getting KYC in exchange of money, gather a large sum of it and then run away with big bags of bucks.
IMO, these scenarios have big possibilities since there is the anonymity factor feature of crypto currency, we really do not have the knowledge as to whom and where the money will go for when it was transacted in cyberspace.

what are your thoughts on this?
KYC policies can really lead to illegal activities like identity theft, that is why a lot of crypto users are not in favor in signing themselves in projects that has KYC because they are scared that their identities might be use to trick other people. We should be really be careful to entrusting our identities to strangers because it can lead us to harm.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: World Economy and war situation and crypto on: January 07, 2020, 04:59:38 PM
Whats Ur take on that?

War situation USA Trump Economy and crypto Currrency?

Do u Think that current situation have any impact on crypto?
I think this war situation really has an impact to bitcoin because the oil and gold already move up, so there is a chance that bitcoin will suddenly improves its6 price if the war happens. But i hope the war will not happen, even bitcoin increase it's price because a lot of people will suffer from it and a lot of countries will be affected.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: January 07, 2020, 04:29:04 PM
There are a lot of people who got hacked in their exchange wallet and they started to send a report about it, but the exchange will not take any responsibilities about it because it is not their loss and they will only say sorry to you, that is why you should be careful with your wallets because no one will take any responsibilities to it if it was hacked.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: January 07, 2020, 04:01:47 PM
You should not invest in many different types, but should only invest in a few good top altcoins like
Ethereum, Ripple, Binance Coin,Litecoin. Here you will be safer and more stable

One of the biggest issues remain storage. While dealing with multiple altcoins, how to store all these coins can become a big headache. There are multi-coin wallets available, however my experience with them was not very pleasant. Another option is to store these coins in exchange wallets, which once again is not a safe option. If the exchange closes down, then you will lose all these coins.
Investing in a multiple altcoins will really give you a headache, especially if the altcoin that you have invested don't have any gold value, that is why if you are interested to invest in mupltiple altcojns you should only consider to buy top altcoins in the market like ETH, BNB, XRP, LTC and so on.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: January 07, 2020, 03:30:05 PM
It's now the second week of January in the year of 2020, and bitcoin has reach it's price to $8,000, so i think bitcoin will now start to make to it's price this year that it will reach it's price to $10,000 next month. Maybe this is the good sign for bitcoin to reach it's price to 20k USD again.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: January 05, 2020, 05:01:31 PM
People are get scammed so easily because they are desperate to earn money badly due to financial issues or greed. Some people get scammed because they are very easy to believe to their promises that are too good to be true. But the main reason why people get scammed because of lack of experience about things that they don't really know about, that is why they wanted to try it.
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: if you have $50k fiat ,will you invest in btc or put it in bank? on: January 05, 2020, 10:30:04 AM
Just what the title says if you have $50k fiat ,will you put on btc or in bank ,which of them will give you bigger profit after 10 years? Your money will gain interest when you put in a bank, your already sure the amount will increase, or put it on btc and leave it for 10 years. Which is better?
In my own opinion, if i receive a $50k fiat, i would rather put it on bitcoin than a bank because bitcoin is more profitable that i could double or triple my money if i will only just wait for 10 years. I will not really earn good money in banks because banks only gives 3% annual interest which is not enough for me to earn huge profit.
260  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC to GOLD on: January 05, 2020, 09:49:49 AM
The same investment way between bitcoin and gold but have different way to get much profit, with bitcoin we can earn profit with short time and by investing with gold need one year to see gold change to higher price, but for safety investment is only with gold where your money keep satble and never have inflation value,

Well you are right that investment in gold is safe because of its stable value but i think people do investment for the sake of profit and in gold there is no potential increase in price which means that you have just hold your money and nothing else, while in case of bitcoin everybody is sure of profit even it is smallest but yet there is profit.
It's true that investing in gold is much safer than bitcoin because of it's stable price, but in my own opinion investing in bitcoin is much better, even it is a risk because you could earn more profit to it when the price of bitcoin will increase it's price. It is the reason why more people are buying bitcoin today.
