381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: there are still many who invest in cryptocurrency? on: November 22, 2019, 02:25:05 PM
as we know that in 2017 many ICO were successful (at least reached softcap) and of course the market cap was also very high at the time, so it proves that many people are interested to investing in cryptocurrency, but now where do these investors go? because now the market cap is down and many ICO or IEO are failing (not reaching softcap), are investors no longer interested to investing in cryptocurrency? if yes, where are they investing now? or is there a more profitable investment than investing in cryptocurrency for now?
In my owm opinion, there are possibilities that some investors had already stop investing their money in cryptocurrency due to increased of scams, while other investors just holds some of their coins waiting for it's prices to increaed for them to get back all of their losses.
382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: November 21, 2019, 11:52:05 PM
The fact that altcoins like ETH, BCH and others are slowly gaining more use has made me thinking. If somebody were to HODL one currency, what could it be?
A 100% altcoin portfolio? Or a 100% bitcoin portfolio?
Or do you support holding multiple crypto coin holding?
In my own personal opinion, i would like to hold 100% of my money to bitcoin because there are more chances that i could get profit from bitcoin rather than altcoin, but i would like to buy the other half of my profit from altcoins that has a good value because splitting my investment would be a greater chance to increase my profit.
383  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do expert traders hide their loses? on: November 21, 2019, 11:27:04 PM
I think it is pretty normal for every traders to have losses even in a small amount of money because they don't need to pretend to every people around them that he doesn't experience any losses  because he is an expert trader. They don't to hide their losses for expert traders to have a good reputation because a lot of people already know that they are still an expert in trading no matter what. The only reason why they become an expert in the first place because they can minimize their losses and they can easily get back all of their losses, that is why they don't need to hide their loses.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest Way to Make Money with Crypto? on: November 21, 2019, 05:01:42 PM
I think earning in cryptocurrency nowadays is hard because everything you do here in cryptocurrency for you to earn profit is you need to work hard for it like doing trading, mining, investing and so on. In my own opinion, the easiest way for you to earn in crypto is by joining in siganture campaigns because you don't need to use any money for you to earn with it, you just need an account that has a high rank for you to be able to join.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever been stolen or lost your BTC? on: November 21, 2019, 04:40:05 PM
Recently I've heard someone's speech about keeping BTC on the exchange is not safe. But the same thing may be fair to other types of wallets — it's all about the pros and cons, isn't it?
There must be a comparison based on the number of incidents, statistics, etc.
I mean, ok, let's consider this article as a detailed guide for different types of wallets — there's an explanation, principles of working, advantages and disadvantages — but how do you actually know, which wallet will be safe? How did you choose your current wallet?

Where do you keep crypto? Have you ever been stolen?
Honestly, i have never experienced losing my funds or bitcoin because i keep all of my funds in a safe place, and i am using a ledger which is a hardware wallet that you can also used it through offline, that is why it will be difficult for hackers to access in this kind of wallet.
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: November 21, 2019, 04:21:40 PM
Ok you are gambling just for fun, your friends and neighbors knows that and a friend invited you to his party to be one of the candidates as a councilor and campaign will start in 6 months, now, of course, you need to have a good reputation, will you stop gambling just to have a good image this coming campaign and how will you defend yourself if accused as a gambler.
In my own personal opinion, if i am just playing gambling just for fun or just to hang out with my friends, i think i don't need to make any good reputation when i am one of the candidates as a councilor because every person has their own vices and people will not base on that kind character if i will just gamble for fun.
387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020? on: November 21, 2019, 03:20:05 PM
Hy all. How are you. Bitcoin will rise to the moon in early 2020, do you know the reason? One reason is that more and more people are familiar with crypto and the digital world. Thanks. Cool
I think bitcoin will have difficulties to increased it's price in the year of 2020 because bitcoin's price is down to 7,771.27 USD, that is why it will take a lot of time for bitcoin's price to increased it's price back to 20,000 USD. But if bitcoin halving will start to continue i think it will be easy for bitcoin to gain back it's price again.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that governments might one day ban Cryptos? on: November 21, 2019, 02:22:01 PM
Considering that the governments such as China have already tried to ban Cryptos. Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks or the governments may want more control over what people use as currency and to remove all alternatives? What do you guys think, I personally think it won’t happen, but you might think otherwise.

A lot of countries such as China already have banned crypto due to increased of scams like ICO projects, that is why there are chances that government in other countries could continue to ban crypto if illegal activities like scams will increased.
389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to learn bitcoin trading? on: November 19, 2019, 05:54:11 PM
I have invested in bitcoin, and i would like to learn about trading bitcoin to hopefully maximize both my current and future investments.

Since i am completely new to the world of crypto i would appreciate it if more knowledgable people have any good resources or tips to share. Both for (hopefully) profiting from trading, and for practical tips on how to reduce fees, maximize security in a practical manner and anything else that is necessary and/or helpful in my quest to accumulate bitcoin.
A lot of people would suggest watch video tutorials in youtube, but i think the best way to learn trading is by asking questions because I learned bitcoin trading by just sending personal messages to professional traders by asking some tips and strategies in how to trade with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because i could learn a lot of things from their past experiences in trading, that is why you could already know the things that you should do and don't.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: November 19, 2019, 05:34:23 PM
I am freelancer and earned a few bucks through ICO campaigns back in 2016-2017.
This is the money I invested in BItcoin and started trading back in 2017. In that year if you look at the market, prices went parabolic and I guess everyone was able to make fortune out of their investment be it bitcoin or altcoins. I was fortunate enough to make trading profit during that time and invested that back in the market. I lost some in 2018. But that experience did teach me trading and now I am earning decently enough through trading cryptos.
2016 and 17 were good days for sure. When the market was not full of scams and people had ways to earn bucks by joining signature campaigns or participating into ICOs. Good to see that you were one of the earlier bounty hunters, somehow. Moreover, you made a very good use of your earned money. No act can be more beneficial than investing in bitcoin. You did it in very sensitive market time. Losses give us important lessons so smile.
Indeed. I think most users here in this forum really earned a huge amount of profit by just joining signature and bounty campaigns, that is why you don't need any investment that time for you to earn cryptocurrency, but due to scam projects everything have fall off and we all ended up losing all of our investments. It is the reason why a lot of investors and bounty hunters stop investing their money in crypto and new projects.
391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: November 19, 2019, 05:24:30 PM
I was reading the news this morning and one of the headlines was about a terrible stealing incident involving an alleged gambling addict. The man is an employee of R&L Investments, one of the Philippines' oldest stock brokerage firms. He was able to orchestrate a way to suck at least ₱700-million worth of stocks from the company to support his gambling addiction. This is around 14 million USD, huge enough for the company to decide its closure after 5 decades of operation.[1]

This case made me remember another news that shocked the country and beyond more than a couple of years ago. This incident involved another gambling addict who tried to burn down the casino inside Resorts World Manila. The man entered the casino fully armed and attempted to steal chips. It went awry and much worse from there, and ended up burning himself alive. The gambling addiction of the perpetrator had reached its worst end after initially causing separation from his family, selling of properties including his home and car, incurring huge debts, and so on. The incident claimed dozens of lives.[2]

I want to ask my fellow gamblers here, what is the worst thing you have done for your gambling hobby or habit? Have you come to the point of getting addicted to it and how did you counter it?

I also get addicted to gambling since my friends introduced me about it, and i started losing a lot of money that i also ended up getiing bankrupt. I rid of my addiction in gambling by changing my habit, which i change it by playing sports and going to the gym for me to lose my focus about gambling kr gking at the casino.
392  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: November 19, 2019, 05:00:40 PM
In my own point of view, the crypto world is already perfect to me, the only thing that i only hate is scammers, that is why i think the things that we lack in cryptocurrency is a group of people who finds and arrest those scammers to avoid huge risk in investing in new projects here in the crypto world.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on Facebook's GlobalCoin on: November 19, 2019, 04:34:57 PM
In my own opinion, facebook coin will not be that good because it will be centralized and it will be a stable coin, so it will be only just like a fiat currency but in digital currency. It is the reasson why a lot of people has doubts in launching this coin because it might not be successful like bitcoin.
394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you become a better or a worse person after you started gambling on: November 18, 2019, 05:28:48 PM
Are you a much better person now that you are gambling or you turn up worse after you started gambling, we are talking about the character here, there's people who became worse after starting gambling, while some people become a good decision-maker and had more control because of gambling so which version are you.
In my owm opinion, i became a worse person since i started playing gambling because there are times that i could not handle my money properly that there are times i have not been able to pay some of my bills and provide all of my basic needs due addiction and losing a huge amount of money, that is why i started to set a limit to myself when playing gambling for me to avoid being greedy and losing a huge amount of money.
395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: November 18, 2019, 05:04:53 PM
What's best for gambling online? Crypto or Fiat? As for me, I'd rather go full crypto than Fiat for many obvious reasons. Crypto may be extremely volatile, but it's anonymous (depending on the coin) and censorship-resistant. Fiat may bring convenience to people that are not tech-savvy enough to understand crypto, but it can easily be traced by worldwide governments.

Crypto enables online casinos to perform their operations in a somewhat anonymous fashion. Both the gambler and the owner benefits from this. But I understand that crypto is still not accepted at physical casinos. In this regard, Fiat is the winner.

Nonetheless, what are your thoughts? Huh
I mostly play in a crypto gambling site rather than at the casino, that is why it is much better to play with your cryptocurrency like bitcoin because it is very convenient for me to used digital currency rather than real money, and there is a chance to increased your profit if the coin that you gamble have increased it's value.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How BIG will the crypto market be if China legit cryptos? on: November 18, 2019, 01:31:44 AM
I think even China legalizes bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, it doesn't mean everybody in China would buy or invest their money in crypto because not everybody has a knowledge about crypto. But i think if cryptocurrency is legal in China, i think the market will definitely increased more than in the year of 2017.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Informed is Your Country's Police About Crypto? on: November 18, 2019, 01:04:43 AM
In my country, I see many sites that are Bitcoin ponzi and scams. These thrive because the police put in little effort in tacking them. I like the awareness being created by the Indian police. What is the awareness level of law enforcement about crypto in your country? If All Police Officers are Trained in Crypto... https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/indian-police-train-officers-on-cryptocurrency/
Not all police in our country our aware about bitcoin, but there are only few police aware if someone just reported to the police if they were a victim of a scam in a bitcoin investment. But i think a lot of people in my country already know about bitcoin because there are times that bitcoin was mentioned in the television due to scams. Sad to know that bitcoin was only known about scam ang not it's value, that is why in the near future not all police should be aware of it, but every people all over the world.
398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: November 17, 2019, 05:04:18 PM
I think it is ridiculous to know that there are someone who consider gambling as a profession because there's no way for a gambler to get rich by just playing gambling, even you win a couple of times in gambling you will still end up losing all of your money in gambling if you still keep it up, that is why the only people who get rich in gambling are the owners of a casino and the dealers because all of our losses will go straight to their pocket.
399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2019, 04:44:58 PM
In my own personal opinion, i think it is much better to buy bitcoin today because as of now the price of bitcoin is cheap and there is a huge chance tbat it could recover it's price up to 20k USD again. It is the reason why a lot of crypto users are holding and buying bitcoin again because they are waiting for bitcoin's price to increased again.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USD vs USDTD on: November 17, 2019, 04:08:08 PM
Do USD and USDT have more or less or the same thing in terms of the price difference? please suggest because I am planning to buy some USDT.
USDT and USD are commonly the same because they are only good for making transactions and they don't make a huge movement in their price, that is why it will be better if you buy other altcoin rather USDT such as ETH, BNB, and LTC because they are more profitable and they have a more greater value, while USDT is only good for storing your funds when the market is down.
