564  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe governments can stop bitcoin after all on: November 19, 2017, 10:12:33 PM
This is a serious discussion. I mean, after I've seen how bitcoin (and other cryptos as well) got dumped badly after an irrelevant law that makes ICOs illegal. I can only imagine now what would happen If more countries do the same thing and It could get worst by make itself bitcoin illegal. Whether we like to admit it or not, most of people would sell everything they have once its made illegal, some may continue to fight the central banking but the sad reality is that as soon as people start making profits, they will dump it and move on.
If that  thing would happen, I bet there will be a big rebellion that will happen and a big partition among government and its people will be done due to that disciplinary action brought by the government to evenly stop people on using bitcoin in their everyday life basis. But, if there will be a tough reasoning and proof that bitcoin has been proven to have bad effects on the state of mankind,  I think that will be an enough reason why the government will stop the usage of bitcoin in their state or country.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 19, 2017, 02:19:56 PM
October 29, 2017 Bitcoin price ranges from $6,000 - $6,100 and today, bitcoin price is now $7,000. Are you surprise?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

Well, it is already expected that the bitcoin price can be brought into that high that as we can imagine is more beneficial than the previous prices it have since the day it has been established. Although I have already expected that the price can grow up that high, I still got surprised on the very fast phasing bitcoin has undergone because it just take a couple of days or weeks and it just pump up to such a great deficit from the previous price of it. It will be assured that with this phenomenon, many people are now going to engage and start investing into bitcoin because of the price increase.
566  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: LOCAL [ANN][ICO] Karma - World's First Decentralized Smart Community Network on: November 12, 2017, 02:43:38 AM

570  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 25, 2017, 09:07:27 PM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency
The usage of only one currency type all over the world might bring chaos to every nation especially if that currency will be based from one participating country because it literally mean that they have over powered all the nations in the world since the main basis of the world's currency came from them. Not all the countries would allow that to happens that only one country will be recognize to be the strongest country and it would take wars to eliminate and see which country is the toughest among all so it is still better if we will stick on our different currencies and can also use and designated currency but do no claim that it must be the basis of all the currencies in the world.
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 24, 2017, 10:54:28 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
Yes of course. Putting all your money into bitcoin and turning into a virtual money it literally risky because we do not evenly sure of how stable bitcoin is to stand and hold our money for a long time span so it is still good if we will have a stock of money in the real world in which will serve as a back up source whenever our money experience a great loss in bitcoin because it is still unpredictable on when the price will fall or rise.
572  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: October 24, 2017, 10:14:12 PM
After the recent news re. BTC China and regulators crackdown on cryptocurrency trading, we all know which direction bitcoin and alt coins are currently heading. I wish to buy Bitcoin and Altcoin when they hit the floor, but i am unsure of when the right time is to enter?

If you will observe the impact brought by the banning of bitcoin exchanges within the vicinity of China, it makes the cryptocurrencies dump in price and this literally a sign for each and everyone to have an opportunity to buy crypto coins since the price is quite affordable to be bought it dump prices. So the best time to buy bitcoin is when you have already seen that the price is on dump to be capable of having as much as you can.
573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: October 24, 2017, 09:56:47 PM
Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!
If I was an owner of a bank, I will surely be alarmed by the rise of the cryptocurrencies because many people will surely prefer the usage of it rather than banks because they can see the possibilty that bitcoin will make their money grow than banks. Since bitcoin has the feature of being a decentralized block chain, many people will see it as a transparency for them to be able to monitor their money in any time they want compared to banks. So I will gradually fear it. But if I will offer them bitcoin services in banks, I will not have to fear bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: October 11, 2017, 09:30:33 PM
What are the features that a good investor should have? What are the characteristics of people who have enough capital and earn money from money?

What are the factors that make these people successful in their investments?
People who are good investors are obviously wise, specially on decision making wherein they are wise thinkers of where to invest or spend their money for the benefit of gaining or obtaining large profit which will be beneficial on his part. He must be always updated and observant in a way that he knows every situation together with the changes on his money. He must be patient that he can wait even for a long time to see the success of his investment. Knowledgeable on all aspects to be able not to get fooled by scammers to gain his absolute success.
575  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: October 11, 2017, 08:30:41 PM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley
In my case, I do personally have some sort of meet ups for discussion within a certain place like a house of my classmate to do some talks about what bitcoin really is. Since they are my classmates that have been asking me about bitcoin, it is easy for me to explain to them very well what bitcoin is and how do I obtain income on it. With regards to my family or relatives that also asks me about bitcoin, we just have a simple meet up in our own house to discuss what bitcoin is. I also do entertain personal messages from chats to answer their questions over phone.
576  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: October 09, 2017, 10:49:59 PM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!
It just simply implies that despite of many circumstances like issues and speculations about bitcoin, still it can manage and make itself to be possible of pumping and regaining its loss from the recent dumps proving that no matter what happen, still with just a short period of time bitcoin can regain whatever it has dumped and even dumping of price happens, still bitcoin is a blessing it a term of disguise because we can be able to purchase bitcoins that is essential on our part. We must just continue to trust and invest on it and blessing will come in terms of bitcoin.
577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people left their full-time employment to go into Bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 10:32:24 PM
I was talking to a friend the other day and he told me that two of his friends has left their full-time employment to concentrate on their Bitcoin ventures. < One in Crypto currency trading and the other into imports & exports, linked to ecommerce >

In light of the fact that Bitcoin is still experimental and very volatile, would you say that this was a good or a bad decision and would you do the same?

How many people have done this already?
Probably, I won't. You know why? Because I know and we all know that bitcoin can give us or provide us an income through online usage BUT we must not be just dependent on it since bitcoin earning really takes time depending on the way you have to earn your own bitcoin. It just that you still need a physical and real job to sustain your needs especially on financial. In addition to that, it will be more beneficial if you will just manage working on both since it will give you more money for better rather best earning strategy of having two works at the same time.
578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: October 04, 2017, 11:33:44 PM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.
Well, that was really an awful situation and really a missed out part of your life because if you have already pursue doing bitcoin when the time it was first established, probably, you are really rich right now. But that was a past scenario right now and you can still be capable of being rich right now since bitcoin's price rate is really pretty that with a single earning from the ways you have done to earn, you can already be approaching to be a rich man depending on how you use your bitcoin. Maybe that time of regret was just a realization that not all things can be done in a single moment. It do really have time for things to happen.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: October 04, 2017, 11:22:56 PM
Summer 2012. Diablo 3. I bought in game gold with bitcoin @ $3/btc - Spent 90 coins for 500 million in game gold.

IGG = 35 cents / million now.

I lose.

/wrist
Well in my case, the worst decision that I have done related to bitcoin cryptocurrency which I regret was when the first time I have got into a situation wherein I gained my first income which was really big at that time and here comes the first price drop that I have encountered so because panic approaches my body, I got into the decision of transferring my money into my other wallet which was our national currency and it turns out that it lessen more than the initial and when the time bitcoin pumps again, my money do not looks like the initial one again.
580  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: October 04, 2017, 09:08:51 PM
Which one suits you the most?
The wallets the I use varies within the usage or the requirements needed by the campaigns I join to be able to gain and store coins also known as alternate cryptocurrency which I obtain from the campaigns I have participated which I use to exchange it into bitcoin. But my storage for all my bitcoin was just one wallet which was proposed and operated by our own country that has different features in it which is really beneficial on my part and suitable and really comfortable to use. I have with me myetherwallet.com, waveswallet.io and our national wallet which we use for bitcoin storage
