Even the price of bitcoin will pump up the price of different altcoins will also pump simply because some of them are paired with bitcoin. However, there is an instance that bitcoin will rise up while the other altcoin will fall down and vice versa. For me it is definitely yes, as you can some altcoin are paired with bitcoin so once the price of bitcoin become high, the price of altcoin will also become high.
