1801  Economy / Economics / Re: harmonization of fiat and crypto on: March 06, 2020, 04:58:54 PM
Fiat and cryptos can both work together without killing one system. Cryptos are made as an alternative for a fiat currency, it does not necessarily mean that it have to replace fiat. Also having many options/tools for transaction is better, that's why we don't really have to make competitions about these two for who will stand strong in the future.

As for cryptos to be used for a countries economy, I don't think the government will agree on that especially if it is bitcoin that will be used. Bitcoin is decentralized, government won't be able to know who make transactions from it and most importantly, they cannot control it. Cryptos are also volatile which may lead to economic recession if it will be used as a store of value then a sudden drop comes to the market.
Another thing is that, crypto and fiat are from different generations. One generation grew up from using and investing on fiat while the other is patronizing crypto which goes with the innovation of technology as time passes by. Instead of wishing that crypto would one day replace fiat, we should instead hope for a better harmony of the two so that everyone could have their freedom on what they think works best for their daily lives.

Fiat is indespensible , it cannot be ever killed even if people are using cryptocurrencies , one should understand that not everyone in this society does have access to Internet , cryptocurrencies , knowledge about cryptocurrencies and owns some cryptocurrencies.
The poor farmers and their families , how do you think you can actually ask them to accept payment in cryptocurrencies? How do you think you will ask a person to connect with internet open a wallet and you will send them money when they don't own any mobile.
The world is driven in poverty and people are dying of hunger everyday and not everyone is fortunate enough to own all these things that would make it possible and the government is too corrupt to do anything about it and people are too selfish to help.

We cannot really expect everyone to have an access to use crypto that's why fiat is still necessary cause older people and those in the poverty are more used to it than with crypto. If only the government would start being considerate with them, then crypto should dominate fiat in the future.
1802  Economy / Economics / Re: World economy would benefit if all crypto work together on: March 06, 2020, 04:25:22 PM
If the crypto projects were working in collaboration more often, then the whole crypto community would achieve bigger accomplishments all at once!
Synergy would be on the side of cryptos if that were the case, we see these days many projects working on their own each of them having as result longer periods of releasing updates and new features.

It is time to find ideas and bring teams together and work smart rather than hard. With collaboration among team projects like Lightning network, bitcoin smart contracts, ETH scalability, and many features could be ready for the masses sooner and the global economy would have a big positive impact!
Not sure collaboration is possible in cryptos between projects because coins using different blockchain so its not possible to merge them but we don't need that much amount of cryptos just eliminate all the shit projects and just keep 10 best projects of all time so from this capital amount won't get diversified, new projects scam will be eliminated then cryptos will gain trust more than from now and people will start using cryptos for everything.
Even though we want a collaboration of the top projects at the moment, I don't really think it could be possible. Each project varies on its vision in the crypto world and as long as it stays like that, any practice of unity would be so hard to make. Instead of pushing projects for collaboration, we should instead focus on spreading the news and if possible, using crypto as a mode of payment on whatever we are buying.

It would be easy for the adoption to happen if all the team will work together and partner up. I think this will soon be possible once teams realizes they need the community of the other coin to grow bigger.  All of the coins, though they have different technology behind their projects can be united for the adoption.
Maybe someday, this could be possible. If the teams behind different projects would agree to focus on one thing, then that would make a big impact to the betterment of the world's economy and the crypto community.
1803  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: March 06, 2020, 03:47:51 PM
Bitcoin is a virtual money and they cannot touch it, so some people thing is is not real.
Also people who have bitcoin likes to keeo it rather than spend it like fiat.
I don't think that's the reason why they don't want to use it. Bitcoin being a virtual currency is something that needs deeper understanding so that you can appreciate it. Not just because you can't see it, you wouldn't believe it already. Lots of people are fond of religion wherein most of the things are not visible yet they believe. Bitcoin is really way better to be kept than spent though most specially when its value is rising.

How can we get people to use bitcoin as a real currency and not just a quick way to get cash as a lot of people seem to do? When I say currency, I mean the literal definition of currency as something that is used as a medium of exchange.
Even online, there are only a few stores who are accepting it as payment.

I think your suggestion was a good idea why we can use bitcoin as a real currency? Because crypto currency are the easiest way to pay for our daily needs, not like tge cash you need wallet, ATM or a bag not like tge crypto currency all you need to bring is your phone. But just like you said not all tge stores are accepting that kind of currency.
The convenience is one of the thing we long for that's why we chose bitcoin. It can really be a small step yet a huge help for the community if we are going to use bitcoin as a mode of payment. Let us hope that someday, almost every store on the internet would accept it so we can revolutionize the use of it more and attract worldwide governments to legalize it.
1804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: March 06, 2020, 03:12:14 PM
As you said, gambling is just for fun. Not addicted, or anything that can harm your reputation, but just for fun.
It is indeed that reputation is important when you're running as a counselor or in any position in politics, but I don't think that it will affect your reputation. As long as you can provide proof of where you get your money, there is no need to think anything about it.
Still, being a gambler can ruin one's reputation for sure cause if you are going to consider some other vices that sticks together with gambling, it can be a source of corruption or even crimes. You can choose not to stop gambling but make sure you can hide it from everyone else cause once it gets out in public, your reputation will definitely be harmed.

i always Hate seeing politicians in news that gets involved in Gambling because it looks like they are also gamble the future of their people.

as i believe that once a gambler will always be a gambler and having this attitude will also apply in their administrations.
so if i am to vote?i will never vote a Political person that involving in this kind of activities, this is my stand and will always be.

It is quite funny that many local politicians in my country are very much into gambling. As a matter of fact, I have heard several times how people appreciate a politician who is considered down to earth because he is found rubbing elbows with ordinary folks in cockpit arena and local gambling houses. Normally, the older people who are a bit conservative would frown at them but the younger generation wouldn't really mind them being gamblers.

That is the reality, there are people who see it cool for a politician but majority of people would not see it that way.
It differs from country to country but politicians will try to look clean all the time especially if they are running for a higher office, maybe OPs example is not an example of a politician running on a high office but the more you run high the more people you will have to impress.
In our country's history, a current president was caught in the act of gambling which eventually led for the people to push him out of his position. Indeed it varies from different countries but for a third world country like ours, it can be seen as a clear corruption if you were to be caught gambling as a politician. It's probably people's taxes you are using to feed your greed for money.
1805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Compulsive gambling. on: March 06, 2020, 02:37:04 PM
I suggest that if you feel that you are like that, you may visit some professionals to help you

And how's that supposed to work in practice?

As you say yourself, "compulsive gambling is the uncontrollable eagerness on gambling" (personally, I would say urge or obsession, but it doesn't really matter). If you don't listen to your family and your friends anymore, if you don't care about anyone, what on earth is going to make you listen to some advice here (or elsewhere in the Internet, for that matter)? Just curious
You cannot reverse the argument cause when he mentioned professionals, they are far too different from your relatives and friends. Professionals have their own ways on how they would assess the situation and condition things to make it change. It could actually be a great help if you would start consulting on a professional so that your gambling addiction would end and you can avoid any possible future casualties and losses.

I think most people here on forum like me who say we are compulsive gambler aren't actually so. I mean surely, many symptoms match and we do gamble away important funds but there's the trigger which is in our body which might be partially damaged but still works to help us stop the gambling and feel sad about our losses before it is too late.
Actually, we cannot make self assessment. It would be best if we see a professional and let them have the confirmation if you can be diagnosed as a compulsive gambler. Afterwards, if you really are, start listening to their advices or medications (if necessary) if you want it to stop already.
1806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Break away from gambling. on: March 06, 2020, 01:56:46 PM
People who want to stop gambling just stop. They don't find reasons why not to and excuses why they can't. It's like smoking. You either stop over night or you never stop. All those limitations like I will only smoke 5 a day don't really work. I don't know anyone who has stopped smoking that way.

I am going on holiday in a few days with a couple of friends. All of them are poker and slot machine fans. I am not. We do have sports betting in common though. I already know how much I will spend gambling on sports. We are going to try and win some money to have a better time elsewhere. If it doesn't work it doesn't work.

My point it, It's OK to gamble a little bit but if you get hooked to it, you don't have anyone else to blame but yourself. People recover from cancer, loosing arms and legs in accidents. Those are real problems. Understand what is important in your life. Your health and your family or that feeling you get when you gamble. If you can't differentiate between those two you are lost.
A certain gambling addict cannot stop gambling instantly, just like how you compared it to smoking addiction. If you are really eager to quit gambling, you need to completely stop it, you cannot end it by reducing the time or the money you spent on it. Always think about the consequences and find some alternatives so that you can focus on it instead of gambling.

Well,  for me i will not leave gambling because this is my stress reliever especially in my work schedule.  But i dont gamble in Dice and in other gambling that based on luck i only gamble in Sport Betting like in Basketball especially in  Boxing because I'm very happy to watch boxing and this give me good relaxation while im in home..
It's good for you because you gamble only for stress reliever and I think you enjoying gamble. Some gamblers they gamble because they want to win big money they want an instant money but they don't know they are getting addicted on gambling. So it's so nice for you sir because you gonna gamble for only to enjoy and have fun.
Consider it a good thing that you are not considering gambling as something that would feed your greed for money, you are instead using it for entertainment. Keep on doing what you're doing to suffice satisfaction over your stress reliever but still be mindful so that it wouldn't end up in addiction leading to an unhealthy financial state.
1807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can writing how hard you worked for earning money restrict you from gambling? on: March 06, 2020, 01:13:37 PM
It is about the realizatiion of how hard you earn your money,

I think it is helpful enough to restrict someone if he do this. But for me, since I am also working in real life, I have experience how really hard it is to earn money, even without writing how hard I worked to earn that money I already have the realization and easily restrict myself from gambling.
We all have different stories on how we were able to earn lots of many and make it on where we are right now. If we are to gamble with the money we worked hard for, we should think about thoroughly cause it is our freedom yet we don't want all our hardworks go to waste as we end up losing in a gamble.

What just happened to you will definitely varies with other persons put into your shoe. Some are gamblers that wouldn't like to remembered what they gone through before they earned what they about to throw down to the gambling platform. Those especially with gambling problems, like addiction to gambling. These sets will go ahead to give the platform what they have suffered to get. Personally, these sets of individuals are disappointment to their own self and that of their family.

In my gambling life, whatsoever I get from gambling is what I invest back to gambling and not the other way round. OP did well and such decision should be applauded because they are very rare to exhibit. Haven gone through two hours of getten a job that fetched you such money, should be use properly.
There are different types of gamblers, some are those who are wise while some are those who are already too addicted that they make careless decisions. As long as you gamble with your mind being active and not your emotions are taking over, you should atleast know where are the right places to put your winnings from gambling at.
1808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 06, 2020, 12:28:22 PM
This is the first time I have heard that Malawi allow kids at the age of 5 to gamble.
I just can't imagine that a five year old kid can start playing, I don't think that they can actually understand what they are doing, it can also lead them to early addiction.
I've searched about Malawi's age restriction and 5 is indeed the age restriction for this gamble. Imagine someone at 5 making money or losing large amount of money without any guidance of his parents, that could get more worse as he grows up. I think we should start regulating and considerating the right age where a person could make a wiser and more strategic decisions.

Good job.
This could be used as guide by the under age on this forum who are not qualified.
I guess online casinos should include it during signup so that alot of those who aren't qualify don't bother to try when they see the requirements. It should be clearly visible on the screen, and people should probably be made to tick yes/no when question on age is asked.

I wonder how accurate the Wikipedia age restriction is currently.
That's the problem with the signups, it doesn't require us much information. Even with just an email, you can already sign up anonymously. Anyone can fake the age verification as long as they know how to use some of their relatives identification cards. We cannot really stop so we better start informing everyone for the better to lessen the dilemma.

1811  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [GUIDE] A good post/reply and formatting on: February 14, 2020, 08:20:02 AM
Maybe we just lived on different perspective having different stand on what gives us more attention to a certain formatting.

But with thorough searching I've found an article that might help the OP and other users here in forum that contains the good formatting between the bold, capitalized, underlined, and italicized on a good reading for web content.

Bold, Italics and Underlines: How to Use Them Effectively?

And as stated in that article, underlines are only better for Links and SEO optimizations.

I don't think words in italic are more visible than underlined ones. So I'm not sure you're right to assume that's for this reason. Moreover underlined sentences are often used in titles, even in academic articles.
You'd be surprised, italics are for emphasis. For instance:
Quote
Valentine's Day is serious business for couples.
Even without the bolding, it shifts attention to that word just by going through the sentence.

Thank you for the effort making my points clear and enhanced. I do also had researched for it recently yet forgot to edit the thread but then again thank you for both reminding and supporting the thread. Will update the thread now for new readers and re-readers.

I guess the OP didn't include both underlining and literally highlighted texts as it is somehow the same size and seems to not calls off attention as much as his tips did, because even I myself don't see underlining being worth to have enough attention especially if the post/replies were too long and the subject or idea to be embossed is in the middle of the context.

I also see that the OP's tips is mostly used in formats in the world of Academe/Universities, as it offers not to be so simple and not to be exaggerated at the same time.
I don't think words in italic are more visible than underlined ones. So I'm not sure you're right to assume that's for this reason. Moreover underlined sentences are often used in titles, even in academic articles.

The main difference between academic papers and web content is the media itself. Any contents and it's proper formatting bind with ergonomic correctness differs depending upon what platform and media you use. Therefore, underlines may be a better way to highlight on printed media such as on field on academe and even newspapers, but it isn't as good as bolding texts and italics in online platforms.

....
Meron ding training nainoofer sa bandang Makati from https://unichrone.com/
...

Feel more interested in your posts than OP  Cheesy OP is just sharing boring stuff with no practical experience, what you offer seems better.
I don't know why you hate this thread so much as I intend to help not to fight. No wonder why your posts are too low in quality as all of it are trash and pure negative criticisms making a noise not a voice here in this forum. You can't even construct long criticisms with valid evidences and references. LOL your posts history is the epitome of boring-ness.

Nice tips and i think you can add more tip in good format and post.
This is Alignment. I see your post i think you add the alignment.
I don't know alignment is important or not in here, but alignment is very good in the writing.
Indeed. Alignment is good in physical documents and papers but not too much of help in the forum. Alignment is mostly used on news-like thread to highlight title on the center and have the supporting evidences below in normal alignment.
1815  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows 7: new bug on: February 12, 2020, 06:40:39 PM
Lastly, if you're still using this OS maybe it's better to upgrade now before you experience those bugs and it's also for our security because it might prone to malware and viruses. The most advisable way to avoid those bugs is to install their Windows 10.

Windows 7 with a microsoft edge? I think that was too updated. Some windows 7 are still better than anything such as Windows 7 Ultimate with a 2017 version. Though it may have an outdated Windows Defender (its built-in antivirus), it doesn't really be easily infected with any malware or viruses UNLESS you:
  • Install unnecessary and untrusted applications (mostly cracked apps)
  • Click/visit untrusted links and websites online.
  • Insert flashdrives that contains viruses.
  • Doesn't install genuine antiviruses.

Windows 10 is also vulnerable to a lot of viruses, and even modern hackers/penetration testers often intend to find a way or a bug on updated windows 10. TBH, all of the Microsoft Windows operating system is trash. I do prefer having dual boot, Windows-based OS for office works and un-personal use, and Linux-based OS for personal use. Windows are good for its UI and UX especially the features of Windows10. But then it is too much of an open system and still has a lot of bugs/loopholes. Linux especially Kali, Ubuntu, and Penguin OS are good for both safety and security.

1816  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [GUIDE] A good post/reply and formatting on: February 10, 2020, 02:28:45 AM
First thanks for this guide, I really appreciate your efforts!

But.. In my opinion since you are talking about "aesthetic appeals" your thread isn't one of them. Why so many capital letters?

This is how a nice, clean and "aesthetic appealing" thread should look like in my opinion: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0

Note: I hope my criticism is constructive.  Wink

I didn't know how you found my thread being not one of the "aesthetic appeals". I've just mentioned, capital letters are for highlighting necessary subjects and information. Would you mind reading if it is as the same font size and writing as the others? And would you even posts the same thread as what the thread you've linked? It seems you didn't finished reading the whole thread but instead criticize how it looks.

One thing that makes me quite interesting is that people who don't seem to earn any merit are constantly creating articles to guide others. This article is about quality, then what will be more? How to earn merit? How to work well on this forum? LOL If you haven't done it well, don't guide others  Smiley

I didn't even bothered having any merit at all. Also, didn't even care how to earn merit nor whatsoever. Creating this guide, as what I've mentioned, is for the community to have a simple formatting. Yes this format may be unique than the others, but it is somehow a good format for someone's replies with highlights and important ideas. What makes you "quite interesting" tho? Haven't also found that I haven't done it well, even had a merit, but not shown any exaggerated gratitude to it.

One good tip is to avoid structures like the OP. Busy information hunters won't bother to read it, as it slows down the reading process.

Yep, as this is only tips and suggestions on how to have a clean and consistent post formatting. Have you even been bothered with the new and even old users whom still had excessive fonts and un-highlightened ideas? Having long unnecessary supporting explanation is way worse than having the explanation focused on a single idea as what I've done, in which even some users had time reading this and completes it.

And one more: Stop quoting the whole post,if your reply is going to be targetted on some part of it which can reduce the reading pain for the people who is looking for suggestions.

Don't post a big paragraph of reply, just cut down into two or three paragraphs, most likely 3 or four lines exceeding should start with new paragraph after given a line space below it.

Indeed. Thanks man!
1817  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Fake Airdrops on Facebook on: February 08, 2020, 07:17:49 PM

....

Ang hirap din kasi kung hindi ka ganun ka knowledgeable sa mga fake websites eh lalo na't gumamit pa ng URL shortener yung nasa post mo. I mean to be honest onti lang maloloko niyan dito sa forum kasi almost karamiihan na satin is alam na yung ibang scam and hacking techniques sa sobrang daming threads na ginawa dito for awareness and prevention. Kaya di ako masyadong nagpapa-follow din ng mga crypto groups and pages eh kasi puro lang useless links yung andun kahit airdrops pinepeke pa.

And also, hindi lang yan yung way. Minsan may mga greedy talaga na ippm ka pa tas need mo maginvest before you get your "premyo". Nakakaawa in the end yung mga hindi maalam sa ganitong scams.
1818  Other / Beginners & Help / [GUIDE] A good post/reply and formatting [UPDATED] on: February 08, 2020, 02:54:22 PM
GOOD DAY!

For months and years of posting. I've seen a lot of replies in various formats. Some had aesthetic appeals while most are made just simple texts. Now, I would like to suggest some users in here, especially those Beginners, to what a good posts must look like. This would contain not only the aesthetics, but also tips on how to construct a quality post. Let's get started!

HERE ARE TIPS FOR A QUALITY POST
TIP #1 KEEP IT SHORT AND SIMPLE - Many posts have a long explanations with repetitive arguments and some are just circling around on a single idea. Remember to always keep your ideas and words focused. Many would find this ironic due to the fact that Quality Posts contains a long and descriptive posts. This is just to remind that some posts/replies are just repetitive and contains less sense than those fruitful-short posts.

TIP #2 RESEARCH. RE-COMPREHEND. REPLY. - Research first on a topic that you think you could help such as threads like How to make blockchain... and etc. to at least build a forum of not only ideas and opinions, but rather with pure facts and referenced studies. Recomprehend what you have just researched, then instead of just copying it, PARAPHRASE it together with you own thoughts and ideas. Then finally, do your Reply.

TIP #3 USE QUOTE AND/OR MULTI-QUOTE - Quality posts doesn't necessarily to be original and be your own opinion. Yes, this forum isn't a perfect forum that has professional users and some could only give ideas. But still, Read first before replying. I have found some users whom just click reply on a thread without reading first the existing replies. Quote existing replies, and if you ever can manage replying on a lot of users, Multi-quote them. Remember, separating your posts is just spamming and a waste of time. As long as you could manage replying multiple users on a single posts, go for it.

TIP #4 DON'T REPLY ON OLD THREADS DATING MONTHS FROM NOW - Never ever pump unnecessary posts. There's a lot of wasted efforts as many people posts on an already answered thread. And as I stated above, many are just replying without further reading. Making their posts less good and less meaningful.

HERE ARE TIPS FOR A GOOD FORMAT OF POST
TIP #1 USE BOLD CHARACTERS - Use bold characters for important ideas and mostly main subjects such as what you have seen in this posts.

TIP #2 USE ITALICIZED CHARACTERS - Use italicized words/phrases/sentences for supporting ideas. It is commonly good for ideas that is most likely required a highlight, but not of too much highlight.

TIP #3 USE BIGGER FONTS OR CAPITALIZED CHARACTERS - Use bigger fonts if and only if it is either a title, a greeting, or a necessary message that requires bigger amount of attention than the other content of your posts. Capitalized characters are best used for ideas that can be the same font as the explanation but is much important than them.

TIP #4 USE ONLY 3 FONT COLOR/SIZES AND LESS - Using of exaggerated font colors is irritating to the eye. Even exaggeration of bold characters are already unpleasing. Use basic colors such as gray, red, and blue (disregard the black as it is the default and standard font color). Also have 3 font sizes to use, one for the title/header, one for the subject title, and one is for the explanation and supporting ideas.

TIP #5 BE CONSISTENT - Have some consistency with your posting format. Many users are still using a lot of various formats and it would only destroy the simplicity of one's profile. Be consistent and have only one format in making your posts and even replies.

The tips mentioned above can be supported by this article (if you ever had any doubts why I didn't include highlights and underlining):
Bold, Italics and Underlines: How to Use Them Effectively? (Thanks to @Shimmiry)
I hope bringing this up would make a simple change not to the community, but to those who builds it.
Some might find this unnecessary. But what are your ideas and suggestions?

PLEASE READ EXISTING REPLIES FIRST BEFORE REPLYING TO LESSEN UNNECESSARY IDEAS.

GOOD TIPS FROM OTHER USERS

For formatting, I would have preferred bullets using the "Insert List"
Code:
[list]
[li][/li]
[li][/li]
[/list]
  • Tip 1
  • Tip 2

Or use a numbered list
Code:
[list type=decimal]
[li][/li]
[li][/li]
[/list]
  • USE BOLD CHARACTERS
  • USE ITALICIZED CHARACTERS

  • If you want to make the post as good as possible and use the format then first read some of the guidelines that were previously shared in the forum. Its certainly very useful and helps you make good and interesting posts.
  • A quick way to style of this writing is see how other people do it, and you can try it and practice it. But when there are too many unnecessary writing styles, people will feel bored to read to the end and finally you have to consider it before you post a reply or thread.
  • Ignore the style of writing if the post you made does not contain any meaning and information that is useful for others, because no matter how good the writing style, the post will also be categorized as spam.

The most important thing to make a quality post or thread is not the writing style or formatting, but how we make it informative, useful, and easily understood by other members.

I have my two threads which can help OP and the others to make good posts as well as threads.
A reminder for all:
  • Formats and language usages are important but they are not decisive factors for your post quality, in case your English writing skill is noto too bad, and you organize your posts/ threads at acceptable levels.
  • Titles of your threads help to catch more attention at first glance but after that, your contents will decide readers will keep reading your posts/ threads or not.
  • Keep your posts/ threads as short as possible because no one want to read long posts/ threads (if they can read in shorter versions)

For bullets, you can also use Alt+0149
Using this method you can place the bullet wherever you want, even at the beginning of the row.
Example:
• Text

List example:

1819  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What's your best exchanger? on: February 07, 2020, 12:58:28 PM
Hello. Can anybody introduce me easy and best exchanger in crypto? Huh

There is no BEST exchanger that satisfies everyone's necessities such as low transactions fees and have a good market trades and volume. But still, there are better exchanges and trading platform such as Binance and Bitforex which has both good volume and trades. You can find what suits your satisfaction by going in Coinmarketcap.com and sort the exchanges with based on either Liquidity, Adjusted Volume, or Reported Volume.

For me the best exchanger that fits my necessities is Coins.PH - an exclusive wallet that offers both exchanging through Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Ripple, and ofcourse the main Philippine Peso fiat. For me it was an exchange as you can trade in it yet not the same as most trading platform offers.
1820  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Poll - How did you find out about Bitcointalk? on: February 06, 2020, 04:27:18 AM
What was the reference driver (source, not motive) that drove you to Bitcointalk?

I am here because my friend introduced me this. He first then asked me to interact with the forum members. TBH, I don't know how this forum works back then. I was just like hanging my profile up as I though the longer you stay, the bigger you earn. But then I asked him how do people earn in here? Then he said just post with high quality construction and with a pure sense. Then that was the start I've had motivation to further learn, not the Bitcointalk and its system alone, but also how the Cryptocurrency works in every aspects of its capabilities and features.

I only know Bitcointalk is from Facebook. Some people share a airdrop but in that form, i must fill a Bitcointalk account. Then i search in youtube about what is Bitcointalk. Now, i know Bitcointalk is the place of crypto community.

Haven't known that Bitcointalk was endorsed on Facebook back then (or I'm just really that introverted person LOL). BTW, Bitcointalk isn't just a place of crypto community, by time to time it evolved onto somehow a social media that connects crypto enthusiasts and business-minded person to interact. By staying here, I've seen users whom had been friends around the world and some had arguments of numerous ideas by different users' perspectives. Therefore, this forum ends up being a superhighway of online interaction, and the boards was the cities, and us being the cars whom drives along the superhighway and somehow contributes onto it.

Unlike many people in this thread, I knew about Bitcointalk pretty late. Early 2019, I accidentally read an article about bitcoin scam...

But still, being late is better than not knowing this at all. Soon you'll also realize (like me) that this forum is far better than any social media sites at all, whom had a lot of bombarded fake news and ideas. Keep contributing with quality man!
