1961  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC- When it back to 20k on: December 30, 2019, 03:52:20 PM
I have nothing to move another idea without holding since really thinking point bitcoin price drops long time so take hold coming year 2020. This is really sad you was bought Bitcoin higher price and now price totally painful difference between. However take positive mind and hope you will recover your compensation amount.
Holding is really the best option we have now, as bitcoin price is just moving in a small circle, where could be the next opening? we still do not know. I am very positive on the halving that will occur in 2020 since the previous halvings did really well to the bitcoin price pumping its value for quite some time. Aside from bitcoin, we can still make efforts in analyzing the alternative coins market but I guess the possible profit is not that high.
1962  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we heading towards Recession? on: December 30, 2019, 03:13:08 PM
If you look at the global numbers you will see that the economic slowdown was cyclic in nature and in most of the countries it has started correcting itself. Gdp and growth numbers are getting back on track. Because of the US China trade war and brexit this cyclic economic slowdown got a bit intensified and it took a bit more time to correct. But things are getting better now.
So, no according to me we are not heading towards the recession.
The economic slow down is mainly affected by the US-China trade war due to international operations that has been stopped because of the current conflict which resulted to a massive decline in many countries.
Nope it's not getting better now, it becomes severe now. Having that said, signs of recession can be seen by now on which I think can be cured and prevented to happen in some ways.
1963  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trading Academy on: December 30, 2019, 01:49:29 PM
This is a nice video guide for newbies and even older traders who are finding it difficult to go along with trade. I think the beginners don't have anything to lose if they go through it.
It will look appealing to beginners and newbies because it offers a free service, but won't matter to the old ones in here. why? because experienced trader already knew how the market behaves and knowing it is free it might just be a gateway to market manipulation. Anyway, I would save the link and recommend this to anyone who is willing to learn.
1964  Economy / Economics / Re: What if crypto vanishes? on: December 29, 2019, 05:41:27 PM
Cryptocurrency is a dream. Bitcoin made people living in their homes rich. Now these people need to use the money they earn for the expansion of this ecosystem. This market will not disappear. It will be a natural transformation. Robust projects will survive.
It is still not impossible for bitcoin not to be replaced by any worth altcoin in the market however the bitcoin dominance now is still very huge incomparable with the certain dominance in the market right now. Bitcoin will be the biggest star of crypto that os absolute thing, I don't think any cryptocurrency will ever be ahead of bitcoin.
1965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Vending machines that use Bitcoin on: December 29, 2019, 05:05:40 PM
I’ve never thought of this before, but it’s not a bad idea. Of course the fees for small transactions would need to be much lower. I assume that is why you reference the lightning network. I don’t know much about it but are you implying that the fees would be small?
We have not been in lightning network though,  But i agree the transaction fees are more than what I am paying back then. But you guys would would consider if buying in vending machines is more benificial unlike buying in actual cashier the you are wrong, I have noticed in fastfood chains here im my country, people do still prefer buying on counter than on kiosk. So I would say having actual cashier is better than having electronic ones of kiosk.
1966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin never reaches a new ATH? on: December 29, 2019, 02:58:33 PM
i dont know if ATH is must for people to sustain their investment in bitcoin, there were lots of holders in the market are just only spectating in the market and there were no eagerness for the ATH because for me as long as the price are moving there is no reason for someone to panic.
For quite some time the bitcoin is just moving in a short price point that's why people are not that panicking. It does not matter if bitcoin does not move in a higher price point, as long as people sees an opportunity to have a decent profit that may be the time we will see a more volatile market. The price of bitcoin, though it is not above its ath, the time it will be at higher than it is now, that is the time we will see a more propagating market that is for sure.
1967  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 28, 2019, 08:41:29 PM
I always exchange bitcoin to altcoin like ETH, XRP or USDT to lower the withdrawal fee, usually 1-2$ each withdraw time. But i only do this when withdrawal fee is above 10$ because when i exchange to altcoin, i have to pay for exchange fee.
My technique too when I am going to withdraw I will convert it first to XRP or ETH before sending it to my wallet. Another is, I don't really withdraw that much, as much as possible I want a one time withdraw from all my holdings not only with bitcoin but also on other altcoins I hold. Transaction fees with bitcoin is very high right now, So I guess it will be good if you will not use that as escape in the market especially when you earned a lot.
1968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER EVER deal Bitcoins with PAYPAL (F&F too!) on: December 28, 2019, 08:00:29 PM
" Trust no one " A single quote that saved many lives of people in here. I would never, ever sell my bitcoin in a way like what you did because it is a big BS trusting anyone in here especially when trading It is best if you use some services of escrow or middle men in trading. Another thing is Paypal is obviously backing off from any cryptocurrencies, remember when it pulls out its support on libra? Paypal could have adopted the bitcoin for many years but they didn't. Actually that says a lot.
1969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube admits error over Bitcoin video purge on: December 28, 2019, 07:32:54 PM
I think about why YouTube removed some videos related to crypto then I find few answers about why YouTube has been removed videos. Maybe that videos promoting fake products like bitcoin private key finder through scam the people and stolen funds from them selling fake products with some kind of malware software will be damaged our computers. so my thought is YouTube removed that type of video and clean the youtube from the scammer.

As I have read the youtube's statement regarding it is quite obvious why they made an excuse as if it was a real error, I don't think there will be some errors on youtube about that one but it was a real decision that has been made and been regret after the surge. The thing with crypto related videos to be banned is very unreasonable, just think of the videos in youtbe that has no meaning at all but just all nonsensical stuffs. Instead of banning the crytp-related videos, why not make a solution for people not to get easily attached with some kind of scamming content by having ads about it?
1970  Economy / Economics / Re: Hong Kong protestors call for sanctions against HSBC bank on: December 28, 2019, 01:07:27 PM
HSBC is a British bank from headquarters if I am not wrong. So, that means they are not a Hong Kong bank like the name suggests nor they are a Chinese bank. When you look at it as a British bank that has nothing to do with the governmental approach of china or the protests of Hong Kong people you can realize why HSBC is favoring the powerhouse here and not the protesters. It is obvious that bank wants to be sided with China who would be making them more profits and not care about the small time protesters that may not help them at all in the future.
No. HSBC is originally from the Hong Kong, HSBC stands for Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporations but you are right the headquarters is located somewhere in U.K. Prior to that information, basically there is a big fraction of China that has the control to the bank, and HSBC itself don't want to withdraw their asset worth billions just to go with HK protesters.

I can understand the naming of the bank should give them some loyalty but this is a bank we are talking about and they will always favor the party that will make them more profits over humanity any time they are tasked such a decision.
Banks are being banks no matter how silly the situation from the outside world is, money will be more important to wealthy people.
1971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin never reaches a new ATH? on: December 28, 2019, 11:29:25 AM
hahaha, i doubt this strongly. The price of bitcoin will certainly reach an all time high again but i think it would only come when many governments start to approve of it. This would certainly increase its use within the world and its price in the long run. This would certainly not happen soon so holders should have patience and stay strong.
It does not need any government at all given its decentralization system. It already reached an ATH, a massive ATH way back in 2017 without any prior notice from any government so it would probably be at it again. If this happens then most probably it will beat its own ATH ($20000+) perhaps that will be another key to open great doors of reality not only with the government.
1972  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the weirdest thing you have seen for sale for Bitcoin? on: December 27, 2019, 04:59:47 PM
Men buy swimwear for their wives for bitcoins. Buy clothes for bitcoin women's clothing.
This is really awful is they bought swimwear for bitcoin because this piece of clothe has no worth in front of the coin which is the king of crypto currencies and is the most expensive one also. It is easy to buy swimwear again and again but it is never easy to get your hands on bitcoin because the prices keep on increasing. Even if they don’t increase, it is not easy to purchase it when prices are down.
So how would the progress move if we have this kind of thinking? Buying stuffs using bitcoin is not awful, what's awful is that you don't use your bitcoin and let it dry from your wallet. I'm not against on what you have said but isn't the main purpose of bitcoin? to be a currency universally? No doubt why the price of bitcoin is still at $7K because there are lots of holders, not against with holders too but that is not the prime use of bitcoin.
1973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has gone up the past week. on: December 27, 2019, 03:03:50 PM
It has gone up around $800, do you think they could run it up and then I would come down before January 1 before the new year. Or they will not come in to play?  I’m waiting for some money to clear to buy some. And I don’t know right now is the best time to buy

It gone drop around -2.19% in the last 3 days. So, expecting it up to keep on going might surprised you in the next following days. We are all hoping for market to keep prices goes up but we might as well need to think that it would sometimes go abruptly to the opposite one. Just reminding you, so do not buy right away when you just felt it would go up keep looking on the chart, and decide on so that you won't regret later on.
-2.19% is enough to go buy because there is only one way to go opposite but to gain some. What I think of the price these couple of months is a good to buy price since it is been on that price range, between $7K to $7.5K, my conclusion is that we already founded the least of our expectation wit the bitcoin's price, so it will be easy for us to know the market condition when 2020 comes.
1974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why YouTube Bans Bitcoin &Crypto Videos? on: December 27, 2019, 02:07:48 PM
I think Youtube bans bitcoin and crypto to avoid people to being scam. I dont mean bitcoin is scam, Youtube may think bitcoin is a tool that scammers use to scam people and they ban it right now. Other crypto project also get ban, maybe those projects are ponzi, scam... I think crypto still need more times to be accepted by the crowd before get unban. Dont too worry about this, when they start unban crypto, bull run will return.  Wink
That is very unreasonable if youtube claims that alibi, just think of clickbaits in youtube, you could see tons of people deceiving the user of the content then it turns out to be far from the title and they get views counted for earning money. Youtube already re-uploaded the deleted videos from various channels and guess what, it is not about avoiding the masses to be scammed.
1975  Economy / Economics / Re: Coming Changes Bitcoin will be backing USA dollars on: December 27, 2019, 01:35:41 PM
I think its better for the US to launch their own cryptocurrency, which is majority-owned and control by the state than peg it to bitcoin IMHO. Let us say you are correct, it is good for bitcoin holder since it will be a huge increased in value. Fix supply and back by US dollars, great opportunity if ever true.
This is what the US is going to do that's for sure. Reality check, even if bitcoin is popular and universal, still no country will officially make it as their currency because it will never attain the stability. US on the other hand is very known for their economy, I don't think they will risk it with bitcoin and hope the best it can do after being adopted. Perhaps they will make a move, a move that no one has ever think of.
1976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP repeat last 2017 bull run? on: December 26, 2019, 03:10:52 PM
As a investor anyone can expect the the growth in in one cryptocurrency but as a true lover of cryptos no one will expect this xrp coin to grow in the market.
This is the only coin which is in my knowledge which doesn't have real potential but people recognising it for too much of money.

The potential in this coin can only be seen by those who want to easily earn from ignorance of others. XRP is a centralized coin whose total supply can be increased at any time, just like printing fiat money. Real cryptocurrencies are decentralized and total supply cannot be controlled by anyone. If the banks decide on the pump, it will probably be so, but for sure, finally, investors will lose on it.
Investor of this coin should wake up! You guys never see any development on this project the last time it went wild way back 2017 up to early 2018. XRP is not going to repeat its pump like it did on the last years, why? because it is getting manipulated and handled by some organizations that is taking their investors money.
1977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sharing My Personal Trades on: December 26, 2019, 02:07:48 PM
Looking forward to updates in this thread. 4000 customers is quite a bit and I guess they are not just individuals, right? How long have you been doing this and are you gonna offer fund management?
As long as I am not seeing any update on this I'll be doubtful about this. I've read about these signals group in telegram which uses their huge community users as an advantage behind the what they so called
" Legit Signals " they are taking advantage after they release a word on their telegram with a chart (plain chart , self-explanatory). Now I got to see the update on this thread coz 4000+ user is a lot.
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Best performing cryptos of 2019,what have you played? on: December 26, 2019, 01:03:00 PM
Bitcoin was like 3k at the start of this year and atm it's ~7k, don't understand why they didn't add it in best 'performing' crypto list.
I never saw bitcoin's price touched at $3K or did I missed something big here? The last time I see bitcoin at $3K was in October 2017 and as far as I know it never dive again at $3K. But let us say that bitcoin hit $3K this year and reaches $7K today it will not going to be the best performing crypto of the year since it is best crypto of the decade. If you are looking for a best performing coin might as well you look with Chainlink.
1979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good advice for every traders. on: December 26, 2019, 11:41:00 AM

believe in yourself and believe that everything you have done is a very appropriate decision. that is what must be embedded in sellers so that they are not always in fear. There is a saying, don't be afraid of failure, because failure is a step towards success. I strongly agree with the advice you say to record the reasons when opening a trade, maybe this will be a very valuable lesson for me, and can motivate me to be more careful in trading so that I can get the results as expected at the beginning of opening a trade.
Try and try until you suceed, there is no room for fear, you need to try all those things that might be helpful in your trading, loses in trading is normal, but a very huge one is bad. We need  a lot of patience so that we could wait till our sell order hits, long term holding is very crucial and we can be emotional when waiting for our coin to pump.
try and try until you succeed? Trading cryptocurrency makes a difference on that quote, you cannot just try and try after try... it will be more right if it's try and try if you afford to lose because the market will test you until you lose your patience and money since volatility is at the very high rate especially top 10 coins in the market. A good advice for now is just to hold until the next halving, that might be a good strategy for the moment.
1980  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: December 26, 2019, 10:20:41 AM
With the pleasure of making Bitcoin profit, I get what I want in real life. In everyday life, we need to use means to make our lives easier.

Hope one day all the countries will start using and making the legal the crypto currencies which will ease the people to start using the bitcoin or other crypto in their daily life’s. Also the merchants would start accepting it easily and people would prefer to using crypto across the world rather than carrying the fiat currencies or cards.

so far I also want to be like that, but it seems that regulations on the country are very difficult to accept. especially if it makes fiat difficult, so it seems very difficult for the government to accept it. honestly, I have tried enough to use crypto for daily use, but after all, fiat is better than crypto in that matter. so changing crypto to fiat is good enough.
Cryptocurrencies cannot be just a normal currency to step on the fiat currency especially that every nation has its financial and monetary system wherein cryptocurrencies cannot intervene. It is good to see some people who wants a complete cashless system but let us face the reality that the ideal society we want is just too good to come true at least not within the next 30 years.
