.
i dont also believed that governments are gonna get poor if they continue lockdowns but i think they have a good wealth reserve for this kind of situation  . this is better than they spend money on others

I think that is obvious that they will be having a hard time supporting the country with long lockdowns.
Actually there is no country that can contain this virus in a year unless there will be a vaccine available. Definitely, we are talking about years in a pandemic and there is no country that can stand with themselves economically facing the pandemic with strict lockdown protocols.

As people are restricted to go to their jobs, just imagine lower taxes going in the government, that means they will be having a limited money to use. They will be having a hard time making projects because they will be focussed on supporting these people that are stucked in their houses. That would really empty the taxes bag..
I see now that each country are making some amendments from normal to the "new normal" stuff, but things like taxes won't be change in fact they are looking for its extra sources to replace the productiveness of unemployed workers temporarily. Our country will be opening flights again starting next month, our tourism will be open too partially, guidelines will be implemented strictly and social distancing will be practiced.

1424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever wiped off a casino through Blackjack? on: August 24, 2020, 10:54:36 PM
in reality it would be too hard to wiped off a casino you might be needing a huge amount of money and or maybe a needing a long time.
I didn't think that there are people who thinks that they can really wipe off casinos fund, though you got a 100% fortune you just can't make the casino go empty even the small ones, they have reserves. Even you got tons of money, play all day long there's no way you could do it.

you can try it now since you've mastered the game but you know it's gambling it's not always a win it's there's 50% chance that you will lose.
It's not gambling anymore if there is no chances of losing.

And I think casino will just let you run wild taking their money off their hands, once they see you winning a lot of money they will start approaching you and escort you getting out of their house lol.

1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do scams harm Bitcoin's reputation in the mainstream world? on: August 23, 2020, 08:24:23 PM
People have negative intention on scam.
That's why it's called SCAM  Lips sealed
still many people are not familiar with crypto market.
Yes because the market is still young, 10 years, a decade, we just see it as a huge market because it grows rapidly because of bitcoin. I think crypto users are less than a million in the whole world, but once the crypto explodes in the mainstream expect tons of inquiries about crypto.

If they know scam on bitcoin, they won't join with it.
I'm getting the point. It really depends on the person who sees it, if he is cognitive enough then he will search through it and find why people are using bitcoin for scam, and that's because of its futuristic feature. A 5 minute read about bitcoin will give them idea why they should jump on it.

I hope I can join another week of campaign if it continues, will still wear the signature  Grin
Clearing your signature space from paused campaign is a great way to get owners starting all over again. If the owner has lots of user like you who are willing to use the signature and distribute it for free, then  i am sure they will suspend the campaign longer. Dont hesitate about the place if you have the required quality and qualification the manager will reconsider you in the campaign.

I remember that Hhampuz once told all the participant, and now you can decide for yourself about this.
hmmm that could be but what if they are pausing the campaign coz they are having difficulty in paying the participants? I mean what if their platform is not getting that much attention? I think by this way it would help them thus they will resume the campaign.

Don't get me wrong, I see your point, but I'm choosing this way I don't wanna waste my signature space unless being approved in other campaign.  Cheesy

1431  Economy / Economics / Re: Our country was called Province of China. on: August 20, 2020, 09:39:05 PM
The President of the Philippines is with friends with China, he's trying to make some deals coz he sees something that we can help us in the future but this? this is just absurd. Okay let's look at the very point, Manila was labeled as province of China, you guys ever wonder why a congress happen to discover it before the customs? Customs could have been thrown this product away when they sees it and I'm sure they have a procedure where they need to open imports for scanning. What my point is it could have been corrected, by them before it gets to a bigger stage like this and this reflects the negligence of them on their jobs. Glad that the Manila Mayor responded quickly and properly on this matter, he's very insulted by this as the city mayor most specially.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Importance of Bitcoin during the Pandemic on: August 20, 2020, 08:38:54 PM
<...>

     >Millions of people have lost their job because of this pandemic. Why not use this bitcoin as a substitute to your work in order to earn money to sustain the needs of your family.

<...>
I think I have to agree with this because I have somehow experienced this firsthand. I didn't exactly lose a job 'cause I didn't have one in the first place. But during those times when I was desperately looking for a source of income while staying at home, and after getting scammed twice, bitcoin became my salvation. I was able to earn the amount I was scammed with with the help of bitcoin.
Why would you tell someone to rely on bitcoin during this trying times of all of us? I mean bitcoin can be profitable, yes, but it is not guaranteed to provide money for you tho. Bitcoin is there to get you profit as much as it increases, but the case is, it is not always happening with bitcoin. I think you just got lucky because you got your scammed money back, however we have different paths in here, maybe it worked for you but not for the others. But then again, you should not be just a wishful thinker because bitcoin is volatile, you might just get caught in the middle of nowhere but loss.

My partner also have the same situation with me. And bitcoin helped him a lot especially during this trying time. He is able to support his siblings financially and his personal needs as well. That's why we really appreciate what bitcoin did to our lives and bitcoin itself.
I bet both of you was able to ride the bitcoin in 2017 where it skyrocketed, I also get a huge profit at that time and I must say that was really really unexpected for all us.
1433  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Twitter on: August 19, 2020, 07:11:46 PM
It is such a piece of shit move that I have seen people actually making their accounts hidden and not accept any followers first, post a million things for a few months, put every side of it like a possibility, so remove the one that is wrong and keep the one that is right (because when you give all possibilities, one of them will be right) and when they finally open their account to public it looks like for the past 3 months they have known every single movement in bitcoin.
This is true lol. I've seen many accounts with a high activity in twitter even they just registered days or week ago. Probably one of the ways to spread FUD or fake analysis to distract others or setting trap. It is still better to go alone with some guidelines on your map rather than depending on these guys, coz if they are wrong it is not their mistake, it's yours to regret coz you followed their market conclusion. Always check who you follow or want to copy trades, if you're going to have one at least he's popular and wary of the market.

These people are sick and they should be arrested, they are not wise or smart or anything (well they are smart for figuring this method out) but they are just doing the obvious, they just say "it will go up" and "it will go down" and whatever happens removes the other one, this should be a criminal act.
They are sick yes, but how can they be arrested for that? haha let them be fools alone themselves, thus only fool will fall on their words. This isn't a criminal act, instead a pitiful act.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can idena.io be the best altcoin in 2021? on: August 19, 2020, 06:29:09 PM
Why so many people talk about Idena?? Because of bounty thread in bitcointalk??
I guess they are talking about it coz the project is really good and indeed unique for me.

The op must have bought and invest on it that's why he's asking if it will be good in the long run.

For me, absolutely NO, how can coin with volume only around $100K can be the best altcoin?? So many top altcoins out there which Idena can't reach it.
Learn about crypto will give many answers
Cool thing happens in crypto, you won't really believe if it happens don't you? I'm not confident about this IDENA tho, haven't read about it a lot but the question is if it would be the best altcoin in 2021. If the price reaches a thousand of dollars next year then we can say that it is the best altcoin of that year, IF and only IF ethereum or LINK or XRP or TRON. My point with this is that , market is full of coins the investors are diversifying and we could not tell how things would really work in cryptocurrencies in the future in terms of prices.
1435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes on Bitcoins: Unreasonable or essential? on: August 19, 2020, 05:01:14 PM
I see no essentiality in the  Taxing on Bitcoin as assets as it  has nothing to do with the government and the financial institutions.
Now they see it, now it has to do with government. This is why government are trying to regulate cryptocurrencies coz they are so bothered that some people are making millions out of it without giving them the revenue tax, which is illogical for crypto that is decentralized, no governance and intermediaries especially with bitcoin. There is no essence in putting tax in bitcoin, however there is a significance of taxes even if we turn the world upside down, tax purpose is for the government to work as long as the public services that we have. In conclusion of mine, the only essential part of this is people who pay taxes in trading crypto is helping their own country's economy.
1436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has bitcoin done for you? on: August 19, 2020, 04:03:59 PM
I don't wanna assume this but I guess most of us are too skeptical about bitcoin at first coz the technology that time was still unappreciated for most of the people, and only a few has a computer that time, even phones are just keypad-ed. I was just able to know it in early 2017 when a friend told me about it, but I was the one who discovered this forum but unfortunately he got lose his interest to it when he got his own family. Bitcoin has done so much for me, I got my gaming computer out of it in 2017, got a bunch of cash when I sell it all out, just the basic dreams that I hoped for a very long time. What's the best in feeling is when you provide yourself your things, and that is with the help of bitcoin  Cheesy
1437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some good news / updates for XRP, NEO or EOS? on: August 18, 2020, 08:56:23 PM
Ethereum and XRP would still my top pick for altcoins, apart from altcoins that is growing today like LINK coz I still wanna see it for too long, I'm currently studying them and I need more time. Now I got XRP and ETH in my portfolio, these combine is 40% of my bag coz I still believe in XRP though many people has been calling it a dead coin after it fails them last year. ETH, there is no doubt about this coin its use case will be huge in the future. What I like about these two is their network, unlike in bitcoin which is more likely to be congested these days, these two can confirm transaction seamlessly, however due to amount of DeFi that we have ethereum network takes longer than it was before. BTC, XRP and ETH is your sure coin this year  Cheesy
1438  Economy / Economics / Re: China is winning the Economy Wars on: August 17, 2020, 10:34:54 PM
China will remain as the manufacturing powerhouse for the next few decades.
True, but will they be able to export their products like before? the answer should be NO because trades across borders are now slowed down and stopped and everyone hates China for the virus we are all a victim of, even if China is the real culprit or not that doesn't matter and even USA has taken strict decisions.
China know how to play games, just search how many countries that has a debt to China, As I am guessing, I think China will give some debt deduction when the country opens their exportation of their product and that means getting a profit for China while paying the debt for another countries. America has a trillion $ debt to China which will likely be paid FOREVER coz it will keep rising and that's a trap by China. Disclaimer only fools would believe that the virus is made scientifically by China, America already stated that it existed and born naturally from strains. I mean, I hate China from different reason but not this one. LOL

Quote
But they are plagued with issues such as red tape, bureaucracy and unproductive workforce
Unproductive workers is a result of lack of education and no practical knowledge being given to the graduates in most countries, we are only producing animals from universities unless we teach them how to start their own business. Right now anyone who graduates from universities is just looking to get a job, some agree for a higher pay while some for lower wages. The problem is, we need more entrepreneurs than workers.
Education system is rigged actually, not more than 50% will be taught in school to get your own life, that's a fact. Unproductive workers reflects how bad it is for most countries to let their people be graduated without proper skills. We need entrepreneurs than workers, just for the count being an entrepreneur is not easy it requires a lot for just a normal people to have it, it is not just about the idea you have thought of, it is becoming your idea with your resources.
1439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With this recent surge in BTC, is it possible to have all time high this year? on: August 17, 2020, 08:55:04 PM
It is too early to conclude Bitcoin will reach an all-time high price this year, as it is currently still at $ 11,800.
early indeed as we still have 4 months of a journey with the price, it is quite hard to assume where the price is going to hit last, but I hope it reaches our expectation somewhere between $15,000 to $17,000.
It is on $12,000, not that far from what I assume but 4 months may be enough to fill the money in and skyrocket til that price. Looking only in bitcoin will lose you opportunity though, try to make out some things from different coins too, I've seen LINK getting a real support out there along with bitcoin's pumping period. Some also debates that this year will be the year of altcoins rather than bitcoin. hmmm.

Still too far from the all time high price of $ 19,000. If two months from now Bitcoin manages to hit a price
of $ 15,000. I believe Bitcoin can again reach the all time high price.
That could be, if in 2 months from now bitcoin soar up to $15,000 I'm very positive that we will see another All time high this year or just near passing it. Just stack up  Wink
1440  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Pay Could ‘Destroy the Financial System’ on: August 17, 2020, 08:22:58 PM
I do not understand, if just allowing crypto to be used in some trading cripples all of your economy, I think your economy should cripple anyway, you are very weak and you can't handle even a slight bit of competition.
That little competition could turn to a bigger one, once people sees the worthiness of crypto they might just jump all in on that which most of the government does not want to happen. It is understandable how every country has its own government that has a different stance on things, it shows the diversity of how every one of us think. Crypto is small, still, but the potential that lies within is huge.

Crypto is far superior to any fiat in the world but it is not superior enough to actually destroy the financial system as a whole, it is just an alternative and that is it. Until you can put your crypto into bank, have a crypto card, pay everything with crypto and just remove fiat totally out of your life without ever using it again and fiat cash becomes a novelty, I think it can't destroy financial system. And for that to happen we need at least few decades of crypto surge constantly and I feel like that is not going to be stopped this way neither.
The problem with crypto is that it separates the citizen to its government in terms of finance monitoring, government would have a hard time tracking illegal movements when we use cryptocurrencies, on the other hand most of us just wanted to have a convenient in transaction which the government clearly sees, but still the threat of using cryptocurrencies is not a joke to for them to just set aside. It cannot destroy the financial system but it can weakens the financial system, hence crypto is always on talks with the possibilities.
