Look at the passages you quoted:

So, get out there and try to move the earth. God didn't say that it wasn't moving. He said that it wouldn't be moved, by you, or NASA, or even the angels. He is the one who moved it... into orbit... and keeps it moving. From there it will not be moved... except, possibly, by Him.
