Selling Bitcoin is around this time not the best thing that you can do because the value is not even that high now and that is the problem of Bitcoin and that must change.
Everyone wants to make profit with Bitcoin in a fast time and that is not possible now.

But maybe bitcoin's price decrease so it is not that bad decision and we can say that it depends on what happens in future.

the price is definitely not going to decrease for at least three months in my opinion because of the block reward halving event, i think that after that the future of the price is unknown

i am not selling my bitcoins right now because i think the price has a lot of potential in growing really soon thus making me some good money without any bigger efforts

Well im not selling it as well im investing it before the halving moment ,and till the moment im being able to recover some bitcoins with a bigger value since i made my investment at bitcoin on 400 dollars now its a bit above.But well my advice is dont sell not now hold till you see a price that you wanna to take,if you already at proof well what will cost you to hold more some months to see the new value of bitcoin.

Holding is good for a certain level of time,if you are making profits at current price then you should sell some of your coins rather then holding too long.

there is no point of getting too greedy i think if you find profit on holding, hold it , if you find profit on selling, sell it. i bet atm those who holds their BTC when the price of it reaches its peak and never sold it until the price goes down regrets on not selling it during those time

Selling your Bitcoin will be not that best now indeed because I dont see also no reason to sell it because the value is not even that high so you wont get much money for it.
And you can better wait a longer time if you want to sell it and it can takes indeed a long time until it will reach that high value.

I think holding for the next couple of months could be better as halving is coming so we might see higher price by then, but holding forever and not selling is something foolish thing to do.

Forcing buyers to burn through cheap coins and start buying more expensive coins artificially limits the supply, and can be good if a group of people are able to coordinate and withhold their funds that way. Of course something like this would have to be done on a massive scale, but it is possible.

I read a most of the threads about save the bitcoins, but my answer is saving the bitcoin for halving is very good, but you should have awarness how to use the halving and how to get profit from it, othewise may be we will face the lose.
Secondly if someone like to save their bitcoins for a long time, it is also good way to get profit.

Around this time it is indeed not that nice to sell your Bitcoin now and that is because there are now more people that is hoping that the value will be more worth.

This is not a good advice, if people wants to see Bitcoin or other Cryptos succeed, they then need to star encouraging their expenditure! Merchants aren't going to start accepting Bitcoins if no one wants to spend them.

Speculators look halving as a source of hope since the block reward will cut in half, supply will not grow as rapidly leading handsome profits, so it is fine to sell at that moment.

i also prefer to secure profits at certain price levels just to give myself some extra fiat that i can use when the price goes lower. i am always looking to get my average buying price lower and lower. with fiat aside it allows me to buy all the way down.

Yeah and I think that is the best way to play with bitcoin, we are earning it to make profits and if it is allowing us to make profits on regular basis then we should make best use of it.
