of course that yes, i will hold my bitcoins because i considerer it a long term. also im pretty sure than more than 90% of the people are doing the same, well ofc i move some of my satoshis to trade something etc etc, but i hold most of my satoshis Yeah. Most people are holding Bitcoin in hope to earn some profit. I for one, am. I currently use 2 Bitcoin accounts. One of them is for normal use, like buying stuff online and in store(none so far). And then I have another account that I keep most of my Bitcoin in and I am hoping that the price gets up around $1000 as I bought all my Bitcoin when it was about $100, so I have waited a long time for this.

I will for sure hold the bitcoin so that the price can increase. being a business man, I am so concerned on making profit in every business deal i indulge in. I however do carry out enough experience so that the decision I make wont lead to me regretting in the near future. I have traded in bitcoins for some months and trust me the price fluctuation has always favored me. With this, I cant deny the fact that I will hold the coins for speculation reasons.

I hold some bitcoins and wait for the price rise. I also use some bitcoins to purchase online goods. The usage of the bitcoin will help the circulation hence adoption of bitcoin. This will increase its price.

That day would surely come mate, we all are waiting for that when bitcoin turns $1000 and that is the reason we are trying our best earn as much as bitcoins and spend less and hold more for the future so that we can get some profits out of it, I am also holding my bitcoins for the same reason, but yes I do spend when I am in need of money or have to buy something.

I think that bitcoins is just one of my options to invest, that is why I use to hold some btcs to speculate as well as other assets as dollar or metals, because I prefer to be very cautious and prefer to diversify my options since I am not a seer to predict with total certainty the future events to come.

It the safest way to diversify the options of our investment , but in the other hand i think nowadays holding some bitcoins is much more safe than many other investing plans , because it's expected that the price will increase soon

Definitely it will increase. If you want to make profit little by little, read some trading speculation. Margin today plays at 10$ duration. Yes small profit but it always occur this past days so you are 100% sure to profit. If you don't want to play @ the market, then stay in your holding purposes and pray for the price increase lol. Just keep in mind that holding can't increase your saved coins.

If you believe the price will rise, it is better to hold on to most of your bitcoin and spend some bitcoin to buy things. The circulation can make the value of bitcoin to increase.

So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually... Question: Are you holding bitcoins? Yes, i wait for price increase - 226 (73.4%)No - 46 (14.9%) I dont have any bitcoins - 19 (6.2%) I have too much of it to hold - 17 (5.5%) Total Voters: 308Most people save coins for bigger prices. I think it's wise move. Personally, I try to save my coins but if I want to buy something I don't hesitate to spend my coins. I can earn more and I don't I miss the next big price increase. I'm well prepared.

Is actually a nice move.

It will be better if you spent that 2 btc on trying to gain more btc, that way, we'll be prepared even more for 2017, 2018, or even 2100-something (there's a thread somewhere on this forum which talking about the future (as in real far future) of btc in 2100-something). What picked my interest is, how many should we keep our btc? I mean, on what ratio of saving:spending (on your case 3:2) do suit the best?

In that way, you can feel the value of it everytime price fluctuates.

I am currently saving my bitcoin for future speculative movements or big jump. And I am really happy with current situation. I may buy some more if it goes down at $280 levels.
