Anyway, Leverkusen got another draw in the last match against Pauli, their motivation has decreased quite a bit, and this is more convincing if the Bundesliga trophy is won by Bayern Munich. Finally, Harry Kane lifted the trophy with Bayern Munich, with all his extraordinary achievements too.

I agree with Alonso the Leverkusen manager, this season they haven't done anything close to what or how they handled business last season and that spirit of late goal or coming from behind to win the game went missing and that's where the whole problem started, they couldn't try something new or something different from how they played last campaign. Leverkusen could have stayed with that 1nil lead yesterday, not that the host was that good, even if they could not get another goal, a win is a win and this will give Bayern Munich the advantage of staying ahead because Leverkusen could not reduce the point gap, instead of getting 3pt they got just 1pt.  I'm still not giving up on Bayer Leverkusen until it is confirmed that Bayern Munich have won the league, if not I still stick with Leverkusen.
Harry Kane knows is not time to be beating his chest that he has finally won what he could not at Spurs for years. This is the most important part of the season for the both teams that are first and second position on the log. Been the top scorer in Bundesliga isn't anything new to him, because he has always be the top scorer in his EPL. What will be new and more exciting to Harry Kane is lifting up his first ever trophy since his career as a footballer. Harry Kane was the cause of his problem, because he never wanted to go to a big club despite that they wanted him. He should be happy that he made the move to Bayern.

 Just when you think that Bayern will have a competition in Bayer Leverkusen, you'd just see them mess up. Yesterday's game was a true disappointment and below standards for the likes of Xabi Alonso. Bayer Leverkusen kept playing like they were scared and couldn't attack the game as the bigger team, rather it was St Pauli doing all the work: shots, and aggression. I feel the hosts deserved to share points with Bayer Leverkusen as they earned it and the way I see things, Xabi Alonso should just settle for second place cause I don't see them being able to stop Bayern Munich from collecting the title. Leverkusen looked pale yesterday against St Pauli and have buried their chances of defending the championship. They couldn't dominate the game, went defensive after taking the lead but that backfired on them.
Now the gap between them and Bayern is 8 points (with Bayern having much better goal difference), with 4 games to go. Their 2nd place is not threatened, as the gap between Leverkusen and the 3rd Eintracht is 12 points.
The real battle will be fought for the 4th spot, the last one that grants participation in the Champions League. Dortmund is pressing hard, they did a good job yesterday by defeating Moenchengladbach. Out of the outstanding 4 games Dortmund have to play, 3 are fairly easy, against teams from the bottom of the table, and one is an away game against Leverkusen, but, at that stage, Leverkusen will have nothing left to play for, so they might go easy and let Dortmund win.
I expect Dortmund to finish in the top 5.

Winning consecutive titles is not an easy task. I already imagined that Leverkusen would not have the same performance they had last season. The coach was unable to get far in the European Champions League. This showed that he may have been lucky last season because Bayern were doing very well. Even this season, Bayern are still not 100% well. But Leverkusen also had luck last season.

I don't know how they managed to get this result while they didn't have any other tournament on their mind. I don't know maybe Xabi Alonso just can't motivate his players good enough anymore. 4 weeks left and a gap like 8 points. Congrats to Bayern Munich already!
