I'm switching Leipzig's fixture for the 2nd Half, I've got some bucks on them as well :/

How did your bets go?

Leipzig with so many chances after the break but only scored one, it should have been 3-4, honestly. Freiburg got their goal in stoppage time disallowed (due to 1cm offside) to fuck up my O 2.5 bet. Thank you, VAR!  

I still managed to get two of my parlays right thought, so it's not that bad in the end. Augsburg v Wolfsburg both teams to score + Dortmund's win. Fortuna 1X + Leipzig v Freiburg both teams to score

I lost two of my parlays because of Leipzig, I had them to win and over 1.5, then to win on the second parlay 

They could have easily by 3-4 goals as you've said, had they not been so wasteful, tf was wrong with Lookman  Impressive but wasteful today.

I'm not too sure that an offside though, but at least it was in my favor today, a Bate Borisov win (starting in about 10 minutes) would save my day 

First day of Bundesliga give really shock as I also lost 2 parlays first just because of Leipzig and second Dusseldorf vs Paderborn  Over 2.5 I was expecting few goals but at the end its completely goalless match all others have good amount of goals as well.

yeah, Leipzig was better than i expected them to play, but did not succeed to turnover the score, so both my parlays goes through, with Freiburg x and x2, must say that Leipzig surprised me with good performance, but do not expect them to stay in top 3 until the end
will see M'Gladbach in the evening, but Leverkusen is my pick for top 3

Borussia Mönchengladbach are already ahead at Frankfurt with a goal very early on. As it stands they move above Leipzig into the 3rd position and would be holding that position for this matchweek.
I personally decided to sit this week out and use it as a sort of reconnaissance to know which teams are worth backing. Although, I may be tempted to bet on Sundays matches as I expect lots of goals from Munich and Mainz; O 3.5 in both games.

Edit: 2 goals now for Mönchengladbach.

 Yeah it was a smart decision to sit this week honestly, it looks like there will be plenty of surprises in the end.  Dortmund wasn't a shock, they did went out and did what they know what to do, but Liepzig was a good shock, surely that has to do something with the all that break they took, but at the same time they should have won, Dortmund took a break as well but they didn't lose, so why would we give a break to Liepzig. Gladbach also looks like they are going to win as well, 2-0 as of right now, they are playing quite well and scored pretty easily if you ask me. All in all, this week is a by from me, I will check and see what to play next games, they should be a lot more ready for the next weeks games for sure.

Pretty weird to see the distance of each players in the bench while their teammates are playing intense on the pitch. But yeah it's much better than no football games at all.

I had my money on both the matches of Dortmund and Leipzig. I had Dortmund to win on one slip while Leipzig match to go over 2.5 goals on other. Dortmund did impressive out there in second half but Leipzig didn't played as expected. Freiburg got the early lead and also had the second goal scored in extra time but was ruled off by VAR for offside (damn).

Some teams lost the rythme somehow. Dortmund for example did quite well vs Schalke which was expected but 4-0 as a start, just impressive!
Schalke but also Leipzig failed its fans badly but it is too early to judge them, since recovering the usual performance may be delayed.
Waiting for Bayern tomorrow to see if they can score like Dortmund

Now Bayern has to win, and they really do not even have a chance for a tie. The game is already as sensitive as it is right now and if they even get a tie its anyone's ball game. Dortmund played a game that I did not see coming, those guys were like there was no break at all, they were literally the best possible shape they could have been, they didn't looked like they only did some conditioning and yoga and what not, they look like they actually played a game while they were gone.

In any case to come back from this and 4-0 is awesome. I wasn't really expecting a tie for Liepzig but I would give them the credit, normally that is how you return from months of not playing or not even practicing with the team, it is totally understandable why they got a tie in their first game back.

Dortmund are certainly more dominant because their play is pretty good I know that Dortmund deserved to win 4-0 but I was a little upset with Leipzig who was unable to win until the end of the match even though they were faster in the game Leipzig should not be left behind points by Dortmund on tonight.
It looks like Bayern Munich will do the same thing as Dortmund, even though this is an away game I'm sure the players are full of their confidence.

Maintaining social distance and wearing a mask are good efforts during the game even though they have been declared healthy and safe against viruses. This is much better, boring without matches on weekends and welcome to the long-awaited sports gambling since the virus attacked.
I do not know whether the protocol to maintain social distance and use this mask is a good effort for the players on the bench, because when the main player is replaced the backup player will also take off the mask and eventually the same.

1 FC Union Berlin vs FC Bayern Munich. This can also be a game with surprise. I'm not so sure that Bayern will win. I can also well imagine that Berlin could win by a narrow margin.

There was actually some really good football being played today. It seemed a bit less tactical than usual
Dortmund really played well, I really like it how they look with Haaland up front.

Favorites started strong again, it will be an interesting race both for the title and tle last CL place.

I realized today how much I really miss football.

Sadly it was not possible to see any match today as i was in work !
But i must say for what i have seen on the results there a few surprises happened.
Specialy the game Leipzig vs Freiburg i was expecting that Leipzig that will win.
Hertha also in Hoffenheim was not on my bet list.
Dortmund has played as expected and very well .
Half of my bets was right today.

Looking forward to tomorrow to the Bayern match.

While the Frankfurt bet was never in danger of winning, Augsburg had their chances and even scored the 2-1, but stupid Niederlechner was standing in the middle of nowhere (i.e. offside) while Uduokhai scored with a header, too bad

Frankfurt really seem to have huge trouble with playing in an empty stadium. They were totally dominated by Gladbach and their last match in EL pre-Corona-break was played behind closed doors as well and Basel were crushing them too. Maybe something to keep in mind; they will play @Bayern next, which probably isn't very interesting betting-wise, but afterwards Freiburg travels to Frankfurt.


Despite the weird atmosphere in the stadiums, I enjoyed having some Bundesliga again on a Saturday afternoon. I guess the last weeks have grounded as all to some extent and we are happy with way less than we were before, which is a good thing. Lets hope all players & staff get tested negative in the next days (I have my doubts tbh).

It was a solid win from Dortmund.
Now it is very dangerous for Bayern to lose the league title after the restart of the league. If Bayern will not be in good form and they will lose points at least in the first matches they will lose the title as Dortmund seems to be on top form.

yesterday I lost money because RB Leipzig drew against SC Freiburg. just my first bet after so long. I thought RB Leipzig was going to turn the tide and end up winning. I'll see what today's match between 1. FC Union Berlin and FC Bayern Munich will look like, I hope FC Bayern Munich can win that game

If Bayern will not be in good form and they will lose points at least in the first matches they will lose the title as Dortmund seems to be on top form.

I didn't watch the game so I can't comment on whether Dortmund is in good shape or not. how was the first game I think they may have been lucky

I predicted some draws a week ago, i felt like some teams could be a bit rusty after two months without playing..we got 2 draws so far (almost 3 if it wasn't for Wolsfburg late goal) with 4 more games to go.

That's what I made my bets on, and I was hoping the bigger teams would be a bit more complacent than the ones fighting mid-table mediocrity (and the fact in Austria one smaller team was caught breaking all the training rules made me think that more!), but I made a gross miscalculation after all.

Leipzig did seem slower than usual though, don't you think?

Bayern Munich has to win there game today for sure and my bet is on them.
Guess the match from Leipzig yesterday will be the reason that they dont have any chance for the title in the end.
The other teams Dortmund and Gladbach are still in the race and i guess Bayern will win there match today.
