Did not expect to see many goals tonight but sure expected to see Werder scoring at least one goal. Had under 2.5 goals on one ticket and Werder win on another so not so good day but could have been even worse.

I will skip the reverse game as tyK pointed out Werder is better away and Heindenheim at home so could end anyhow. If I play something it will be under goals. Maybe even under 1.5

I probably will, but more because of Heidenheim. I love underdogs with no egos and a precise gameplan, they played a good tactical game. I still think Werder should be considered favorites, but if Heidenheim wins their promotion will be deserved.

That would be a brave bet imo, but you never know. You will be fine as long as the score is 0-0, but once a goal has been scored for either side, a second/third/fourth will come - depending on at what time the 1-0/0-1 was scored. If it's not 0-0 anymore, you will always have one of the teams needing to push and this normally leads to goals. 
It could very well be, that it's 0-0 deep into HT2, because there is so much at stake and both teams don't want to take any risks, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with under 1.5 bet even in 80th minute with 0-0.
Since reintroduction of relegation playoffs in 2009, there were always 2+ goals in both legs combined. But there is a first for everything of course

You have a good point here and I decided to change my bet. I will play first half without goals for medium stake and final result 0:0 for beer money. I quite like first half draw market for games with high rewards were teams play very cautiously and this time I feel comfortable enough to go for that goalless draw bet if odds are high enough.

Of course if the bookies give way too low odds I may skip the bet or go in a whole different direction. It is all about value odds in the end, at least for me

It was indeed the tough game for Werder, as some of us here had expected already. A neutral viewer could describe it as a boring game and would probably have wished to have watched Liverpool vs ManCity instead. But for someone who supports either one  of both teams it was still a thrilling match. Especially in the end when Werder had the best chance to score after the mistake of Heidenheims keeper. But also Heidenheim could've get the lucky punch in the end. Important for Werder that they at least managed to keep their clean sheet at home. But all in all a disappointing performance by Werder.

It will be interesting how both teams approach the match on Monday. The situation for Bremen isn't that bad after the 0-0. One away goal and Heidenheim is forced to react because every other draw than the 0-0 would be in favour of Bremen. But Heidenheim conceded only 13 goals at home this season, so it won't be easy for Bremen to score that initial goal at all. I think Heidenheim will focus even more on their defense at first and maybe hope for a successful counter attack to get a lucky 1-0. The longer Heidenheim can hold the 0-0, the more Bremen might get nervous and maybe even frustrated.

Even though I'd personally hope Bremen scores an early goal and controls the game, I doubt that this will happen. Not really an easy match to predict, in particular after that game yesterday. I would probably go with a bet on both teams to score but I haven't decided yet. Usually Bremen should have the attacking power to score at least once and they always have problems in their defense when it comes to set pieces. And now they will have to replace Moisander after his (stupid) red card. Sure Vogt will come back but I think Moisander will be missed. What do you think?

Omg i was totaly wrong on my bet for the Game yesterday for Werder Bremen and Heidenheim.
I have seen a bit of the Game and it was not good to watch , i have expected more from Bremen realy.
They also was lucky the last Minutes after the yellow red card as Heidenheim got 4 corners in row.
Hope Werder play better in the next Match.

This is absolutely amazing, I see a picture of sane playing perfect in Bayern Munich alongside with other players as his considered to be a free flow player. Bayern Munich would be a really good start for him and I'm sure his gone experience a good increase in his career.

About sane, I do not believe that Manchester City will sell it to a German club. I love the acceleration that he plays at City and its amazing. Somehow this happened, was it because the city was banned from appearing at UCL next season ?

I think Manchester City also has a financial burden on the club that need to be regulated after they are known to get enough fund for a lot and that has backfired. Selling Sane is not a good agenda in my opinion because there are other player who deserve to come out compared to Sane. I like him to stay at Manchester City, but whatever happen I think City will remain the best team after Liverpool this season.

Ok, then thanks for the compliment Heidenheim always plays like that in away games so for anyone who follows the 2. Bundesliga regularly it was obvious that they would go with this approach also yesterday. Since they have been not very successful when travelling, they should maybe think about a more offensive approach in the future in general

The Dritte Liga is in fact a professional league since 2008/2009 and even the years before everything was full-time, though technically it was an amateur league. The 4th division (Regionalliga) is the first division, where you find players not playing for a living, although things are pretty professional there already as well and for quite some players kicking the ball is their only job.

What I don't like is that they made him a big contract and I cant see the reason.
He is a good player but in my opinion five years contract is very long for a player.

Its for sure a very good thing for Sane and his Career to be at Bayern Munich.
And the reason for the long 5 years contract from Bayern is that he is a young and very good player and bayern wants to hold him.
If he will keep playing as he has done in past we will see more from Sane in Bayern and also in the National Team too with Gnabry on his side.
Guess we will see more from both in the future.

Agree here. I lost my bet (backing Werder) but they've been half frustrating half incredible. Putting money on them ever since post lockdown thinking they'd be fighting like dogs to get out of relegation.

They will still be favourites on tonight's leg so I'm putting them down as part of a parlay. Whoever wins deserves it!
