Any solution with this hate-thread? I see only colored big letters and funny pictures here. BigVern should be working for us to bringing back our coins and not go to jail.  it do not help me if he is in a prison, or on the moon, island or in guantanamo ...

True. They should contact bitrex and huobi about those transactions to their wallets posted here, to identify the owner of that account.

He can't do anything to get your money back. Only thing he seems to be doing is holding existing deposits hostage and buying time after having fled the country. The only way anyone will get anything back is if he's caught and he hasn't blown all his assets in China.

Personally, I'd like to see him picked up by the Chinese police. All it takes is one chinese customer with a few thousand lost to the Cryptsy scam. Paul in a Chinese prison would help a lot of his customers sleep better at night and once his prison term is completed, one could expect a swift deportation back to the US.

Hey Paul, You do realize that you fled to a country where robbery & embezzlement are capital crimes. Maybe not the smartest move if you happen to have Chinese customers. It's too bad that China stopped harvesting organs from executed prisoners last year. ;(

I switched most of my funds to Poloniex a  long time ago. It was obvious Cryptsy has problems since months. Unfortunately I still have had some Litecoin there. I switched them in begin of January in Dodge, that was a bad loss of around 30% but at least I got something out of there.

I’m quite sure there will be nothing left for the customers. This is the end here.

Even though the harvesting of organs has been banned, who's to say that China's not practicing now the implanting of foreign objects into prisoners to study the affects of whatever, if not merely for shits and giggles so doctors can rack up hours behind a scalpel akin to gaining yoke time in earning a pilot's license.

I did have a bright idea  - wondered if maybe they had forgotten to lockdown API initiated withdrawals as well as obviously those from the website (createorder method https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/privateapi).

Tried it, but of course the wallets are all in maintenance affecting any transfers.

Yes, I do have experience in this.

I detected hundreds of hacking attempts in only a month of operation and decided to shut down to avoid any major issues. None of the attacks were successful and the exchange never lost a single satoshi of customer funds. 100% of the users' funds were returned.

I realized that a security department is necessary to run a crypto exchange and I also knew that I did not have the net income required to hire a whole department.

f you live in the USA and want an easy way to buy BTC use Campbx.com. Use my referral link and get 10% off of your Bitcoin commissions register here: https://CampBX.com/register.php?r=71W7SUaY6y9

ya i clicked here and the first thing pops up is dwolla!!!~~~i thought they got kracked?

wtf fool? Cool

owsleybeatsbigcartel was quoting BitJohn in Purple. Here's one source depicting the original quote:

http://time-updates.blogspot.com/2013/08/talkwalker-alerts-alert-for-usa-news.html

owsleybeatsbigcarte copy & paste the quote but didn't grab the 'I' in 'If'.

owsleybeatsbigcartel's here is in reference to BitJohn's here of whom he's quoting, albeit not employing standard quoting procedures.

In context, owsleybeatsbigcartel is expressing to BitJohn that he clicked the referral link (here) and was directed to a site where the first thing that popped up was dwolla, further commenting, "i thought they got kracked?" owsleybeatsbigcartel ends the post with "wtf fool?" perhaps expanding on his comment "i thought they got kracked?"

I did the research and 100% know who owsleybeatsbigcartel is, and he's not BitJohn, otherwise, again, I would be yelling from atop the tallest pile of <name your poison> available.

Did anyone ever verify that that million dollar house was in fact Pauls? I see no reason not to put a lien on it if it is... as they will have to sell it in the divorce... Just saying...

Which is why i never even clicked r3wt's link to his exchange when he was first starting it.
and the same for Ryan who was making his own then went to work at Bittrex.
Who Ryan was basing his exchange from r3wt's code who funny enough later
had Ahmed next using that code.
Funny enough we all know r3wt's exchange OpenEX got hacked

WOW what a shocker like and i did not say that years in advance LOL

Same concept why i chose to never make a coin.
If you don't fully have the PROPER ability to do it then you should not !
Little shits pushing shit coins like presstab + HYP don't get that.

I wouldn't do it and i have tons of experience coding.
I started making a source engine game way back among my many projects.
Written in C.
I was doing great and had no problems and was starting to play around int he game to much LOL
But i realized i had to face facts..
My grand plan was far too ambitious for ONE MAN.
And with Source Engine updates coming out occasionally that would require me to keep up with
i just wasn't going to be able to do it all by my self.
Stopped the project and i *think i since deleted it.. long ago.

You don't know if your project in crypto your investing in.. is by a 12 yr old kid with no coding experience.

Sort of like hiring two teens to manage Cryptsy then having it hacked..
Horus and Mullick.
They are kids.. left in charge of MILLIONS.

You guys might want to find out who Mullick is and why he vanished.
Maybe see those two guy(s) job descriptions..eh Bittrex Ritchie Wink
Who said last night on IRC ..leave those two guys alone.
What was their JOB again ?

I EXPECT those two be black listed from the crypto world for ever having another job again.
You hire either of them i will personally laugh in your fucking face.

100% verified, but Florida may have laws on the books disallowing liens on homes due to any event.

do you the think the Gox funds will ever be dispersed?

Search this thread for '800' and read about how one dude was able to get his 800 BTC out of Mt Gox five months after their shutdown. He's the only guy.
