FYI, I requested an Ether withdrawal about 6 hours ago and I have received it. Big Vern still smokes manmeat but this is a little something:

https://www.etherchain.org/account/0xf4d64994ef3003e3690874d37d00bf832932a24d#txreceived

"Here's some Ether, now go tell others I'm not a crook."

<humor only, ThePhwner>

LOL no worries. I figure given that it was only about .03 worth of Ether it's more likely to be processed than a bigger withdrawal, but given that I figured I'd never see ANY of it again, I'll take what I can get and dump it elsewhere.

Bombastic factional cocksucker.

U call me a newbie? Lol.

Until you see >20 members confirming they've successfully received their funds, u should not believe that crap. All withdrawals are still halted and every single transaction from 0xc47aaa860008be6f65b58c6c6e02a84e666efe31 should be considered a made-up and fabricated spam sent by cryptsy itself.

I don't believe I've ever used that posting option before now. This forum may need a sarcasm smiley/icon for the likes of me that regularly excludes denotations in posts perhaps requiring such. I have used such on rare occasions for new threads, but not just posts.

I swear to god, this is insane. How has nobody filed an injunction to prevent Cryptsy from doing anything. Immediately, all assets should be frozen so a proper accounting can be made and essentially divided up by account owners and their proportionate assets. The fact that they just opened up wallets again!? And the Dash wallet was not opened!? None of this makes sense. This is ludicrous. Does anyone know if Silver Law Firm has taken any steps to make any recent motions for injunctive relief? Regardless of this alleged class action suit, if cryptsy has no funds, class members are totally screwed. I'm not advocating that one shouldnt join the suit and i'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice but I do watch a lot of law and order and if you have some money on the site it could make sense to pay for someone to ask for an injunction. This is made especially funky in light of vernon applying for bankruptcy. I'm not sure how that wouldn't stay any current actions or how it would allow cryptsy to continue to do business. None of this makes any sense except the users are gonna get taken to the cleaners, more than they already have been... /sigh I can't think about this. I don't think I have coins left and their are some tempting deals but it seems just like good money after bad to try and deposit and withdraw. The timing of events is so sketchy sleazy. So he asks for bankruptcy THAN DECLARES THEY WERE HACKED FIVE DAYS LATER!? WTF WERE YOU DOING IN THE MEAN TIME? (hiding assets maybe?). Rabble rabble rabble.

Dash wallet has no funds, so you couldn't withdraw Dash even if they did enable it...

You do have a good point though... if they are in bankruptcy, the assets should be seized and divided... people should not be able to withdraw them right now... their server should be seized as evidence...

Why would we want to stop them from letting people take their coins out? First come first serve. I like it. Let the race begin.

FUCK ME! I PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON. THIS POST AIN'T COMPLETE. Once complete, I'll remove this line, repost it, then delete this post. As one can see, I'm putting a lot work into this research, even reformatting, while Horus is pretending to purchase stuff animals to donate to some charity for Easter presents perhaps.

Okay, the formatting is complete, now nobody steal my thunder while I complete the rest of this post which may take another hour.

Before I go into further detail about the four txs highlighted in the center of the pic above, I'm going take the time to depict something I've found interesting with this address, in which I'll refer to it as Cryptsy's Staging Wallet - not really hot nor cold, where some golden hair gal may opine, "It's just about right!"

Fact: This wallet address was compromised on July 29, 2014, at 08:54:46 GMT.
Fact: Paul Vernon didn't know what happened or by whom(s) by several of his accounts of the event.
Fact: Paul Vernon opted to continue funding this address at 12:42:30, a mere 3:47:44 after the event NOT knowing if this wallet address had been compromised, proof below:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/48721871b11f716688fcf80a91a5c7586a1dddee83d90b84b564f3f29e11504c

Fact: The last transaction from 17oUqLHwuavYceexZg5XTJW3SWsMTJXuV was exactly 14 BTC to 1EzK7T326C3eU3pi4MWFDzUptg143vV4K5 on 2014-09-13 15:53:03 GMT.

Fact: 1EzK7T326C3eU3pi4MWFDzUptg143vV4K5 was created on 2014-07-29 19:24:10 GMT, exactly 6:41:40 after the event.

Address 1EzK7T326C3eU3pi4MWFDzUptg143vV4K5 was formed ~ 6 hours after main hack.It belongs to Cryptsy new hot wallet, which is created after hack - completely new BTC wallet.

If you carefully look both Cryptsy BTC wallets after 29.July, you will see that was standard procedure to transfer BTCs from old to new hot wallet,so sending that 14 BTC from 17oUqLHwuavYceexZg5XTJW3SWsMTJXuV(old hot wallet) to 1EzK7T326C3eU3pi4MWFDzUptg143vV4K5(new hot wallet) was common practice after 29.July. - reason was that newly formed hot wallet had much less deposits than old one ,so it needed to be refilled oftenly.

Are you serious? Did you bother to even click the link I posted to the Ethereum block explorer? It shows a clearly labeled Cryptsy hot wallet. You too can click that address and see the transactions flowing out of it. People might lie but blockchains don't kiddo. Put the butthurt on hold a minute and do your research. Why in the hell would anyone have incentive to lie about receiving dust from Cryptsy?
