No, I've been avoiding that one so far. Power limit is about 1.1A, would that be enough? I'm currently trying to hash around 150MHZ - 200MHZ and restarting throughout the day, but still i'm getting no response..

you try plugging it into the computer without the hub? a reg usb port should be good for 150M

I'm assuming you've tried searching this thread for the symptoms you're seeing, in order to find possible explanations?

Yup, I have been searching and trying for 3 days straight before posting .

So you probably noticed about three days ago that, if the LED is solid white instead of solid green with occasional white flashes, there's likely something wrong with the IO lines between the ASIC and CP2102 so one of those two chips is probably not working as expected and that's why you're getting no reported hashes and a reset every ten seconds.

It has only been solid white, and at the time it had a succesfull hash it flickered green. Hmm, anyway to troubleshoot that? I was also wondering if there is a way to hard reset the device in a way?

Hard reset, like unplug/replug?

I think the kind of troubleshooting you'll need to track down the current issue requires some electronics skills and possibly an oscilloscope.

Or contact the person you bought it from. Hopefully it was a reputable seller with a warranty. If it was a disreputable seller without a warranty let me know.

If anyone has any programming skills, could I request that someone compile CGminer to include the #xnsub function as well in a build that has the Gekko drivers?

I have zero programming skills or I'd just do it and post it myself.

i dont think xnsub will help you much with these..

if you are mining on NH, try zpool. it pays more.

I did setup a miner with them but when I started looking at the overall gains for 12 hours, it seemed like NH was giving me more.  The biggest problem with NH is they tend to set the difficulty way up there so it takes awhile for a share of mine to be accepted.  ZPool was accepting plenty of hashes but the payout seemed low.  I don't know.... Maybe I'm just not giving it long enough???

it depends on the market.. today NH is paying right at .00122 and zpool is at .0019...

NH has 3% fee and zpool is 2%..

but you can clearly see NH is usually on the bottom of those pools.

Are you guys really renting out your gekko sticks on NiceHash?  I don't see how they can make any money, or why someone would rent such a small amount of hash. I mean I guess the stick would just get lumped in with other orders, but it seems strange to me to be setting up a little 20GH/s usb stick as a rental machine.

You can try putting d=(whatever) but I doubt it will work. Certainly hasn't worked for me on my S7LN that im balancing between two pools. They still set the diff really high anyway even though I set the d= to what the other pool automatically sets.
