It's not really know yet. First we need to do testing. Launch will be in February if the testing was successful.
Exchanges I expect Poloniex will adopt quickly

And yes, your forehead carries the same weight as Mendelev's or Buterin's. Brain too large for cavity. I know eugenics was banned but there is definite brain-bulge there. /tongue-in-cheek

Interesting choice of places to put a pond. I wouldn't have thought the lobby and front entrance of your hotel would have been ideal, but maybe this is how they do it in (former) soviet Russia?
